When selecting both the washing mode and the disinfection function of a dishwasher, adjusting the control logic of the dishwasher to additionally arrange a disinfection stage and a rinsing stage in the washing mode of the dishwasher enables the disinfection function to be added to the washing mode of the dishwasher, thus achieving the universality of the disinfection function.
