Abstract

A dishwasher control method and apparatus, a dishwasher and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining whether a washing control instruction comprises both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information (S11); if the washing control instruction comprises both the washing mode control information and the disinfection function control information, performing disinfectant preparation operation, and additionally arranging a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage before a hot rinsing operation stage of a current washing mode (S12); and controlling a dishwasher to perform washing control according to the washing mode additionally provided with the disinfection operation stage and the cleaning operation stage (S13). When selecting both the washing mode and the disinfection function of a dishwasher, adjusting the control logic of the dishwasher to additionally arrange a disinfection stage and a rinsing stage in the washing mode of the dishwasher enables the disinfection function to be added to the washing mode of the dishwasher, thus achieving the universality of the disinfection function.

Dishwasher control method and device, dishwasher, and storage medium

This disclosure claims the priority of the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on January 3, 2023, with application number 2023100018339 and application name “Control method and device of dishwasher, dishwasher, storage medium”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference in this disclosure.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of household appliances, and in particular to a control method and device for a dishwasher, a dishwasher, and a storage medium.

Background technique

With the development of technology and smart homes, fully automatic dishwashers have gradually entered homes, hotels, restaurants, etc. As people's needs continue to increase, people's requirements for the intelligence of dishwashers are also getting higher and higher.

Traditional dishwashers use high-temperature sterilization, with the highest temperature being around 75°C, which cannot kill some bacteria very well. The disinfection and sterilization function has become an important technical research and development and product development direction for many home appliance companies. Plasma sterilization technology mainly generates a large number of active particles, free radicals, and ultraviolet light through the discharge process, which damages the DNA and cell membrane in the cells and inactivates the bacteria. It has the advantages of being able to disinfect bacteria at room temperature, no chemical residues, and easy operation. However, the current sterilization and disinfection functions are all used as a separate washing mode, and the disinfection function cannot be well applied to other modes, so it is not universal.

Summary of the invention

The present disclosure proposes a control method and device for a dishwasher, a dishwasher, and a storage medium to solve the technical problem that the sterilization and disinfection functions in the related art are all used as a separate washing mode and the disinfection function cannot be well applied to other modes.

In a first aspect of the present disclosure, a method for controlling a dishwasher is provided, the method comprising:

Determine whether the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information information;

If the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information, a disinfectant preparation operation is performed, and a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase are added before the hot rinsing operation phase of the current washing mode;

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, adding a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase before the hot bleaching operation phase of the current washing mode includes:

Calculate the total washing time of each operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage of the current washing mode;

Determining whether the total washing time is greater than or equal to a preset disinfectant preparation time;

If the total washing time is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage are added before the hot bleaching operation stage.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the method also includes: if the total washing time is less than the disinfectant preparation time, the washing time of the operation stage before the hot bleaching operation stage is extended so that the total washing time after the extension is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, and a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage are added before the hot bleaching operation stage.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, extending the washing time of the operation phase before the hot rinsing operation phase includes: determining whether the current washing mode includes a second rinsing operation phase before the hot rinsing operation phase, and if the second rinsing operation phase is included, extending the washing time of the second rinsing operation phase;

If the second rinsing operation stage is not included, the washing time of the first rinsing operation stage will be extended; wherein, the first rinsing operation stage is a necessary operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher, and the second rinsing operation stage is an optional operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the specific operation of the disinfection operation stage is: pumping the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher into the inner chamber of the dishwasher to perform the disinfection operation.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the specific operation of the cleaning operation stage is: pumping clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber and the inner cavity of the dishwasher to rinse the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation chamber.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the performing of the disinfectant preparation operation includes: adding a preset volume of clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber, using the clean water to react with the disinfectant pre-placed in the disinfectant preparation chamber to form a disinfectant;

According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, a dishwasher is provided, comprising a dishwasher body and a controller, wherein the controller comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the dishwasher control method as described above when executing the computer program.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the dishwasher body includes an inner cavity of the dishwasher, a disinfectant preparation cavity, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the water inlet pipe is respectively connected to the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity through a three-way valve to add clean water to the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity; the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity are connected through a water pump to pump the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation cavity into the inner cavity of the dishwasher during the disinfection operation stage.

According to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored. When the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the control method of the dishwasher as described above are implemented.

The embodiments of the present disclosure propose a control method and device for a dishwasher, a dishwasher, and a storage medium. When the dishwasher selects a disinfection function while selecting a washing mode, the control logic of the dishwasher is adjusted to add a disinfection stage and a rinsing stage to the washing mode of the dishwasher so that the disinfection function can be added to the washing mode of the dishwasher, thereby realizing the versatility of the disinfection function.

Detailed ways

The exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

FIG1 is a flow chart showing a method for controlling a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG1 , the method for controlling a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the following steps:

S11. Determine whether the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information.

Figure 2 is a control timing diagram of the additional disinfection operation stage proposed in the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 2, the dotted line box is the washing stage that only exists in some washing modes, the solid line box is the washing stage that must exist in each washing mode, and the ellipse is the washing stage that needs to be added after the additional disinfection function. From left to right is the washing timing of the dishwasher. Generally, pre-wash 1 is used to clean the initial oil stains on the tableware without heating, and pre-wash 2 needs to be heated. The pre-wash stage is short and the temperature should not be too high. It mainly rinses the pollutants and oil stains remaining on the tableware; the main wash is the main washing stage of the mode; rinse 1 is the first rinse operation stage The cold wash after the main wash cools the inner cavity and dishes. Rinse 2, the second rinse operation stage, is suitable for heavy oily washing mode, which requires two rinses. Hot rinse is a high-temperature wash to sterilize and disinfect. The rinsing intensity is expressed as the washing time and heating temperature of the washing stage, depending on the corresponding scenarios of different modes.

Specifically, since each washing mode of the dishwasher corresponds to a different washing scene, the washing stages and washing durations included in each washing mode are different. Under the function mode selection, confirm whether to add a disinfection function so that the control logic of the dishwasher can be adjusted. Among them, when the user turns on the dishwasher for washing control, it is necessary to first select a washing mode and then trigger the washing control instruction. When the user selects the washing mode, the user can also select the disinfection function at the same time to achieve washing and disinfection at the same time. When the user selects the disinfection function when selecting the washing mode, the triggered washing control instruction will include both the washing mode control information and the disinfection function control information. Therefore, the determination of whether the disinfection function is turned on can be achieved by determining whether the washing control instruction includes both the washing mode control information and the disinfection function control information.

S12. If the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information, a disinfectant preparation operation is performed, and a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase are added before the hot rinsing operation phase of the current washing mode.

Specifically, if the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information, it means that the user has selected the disinfection function when selecting the washing mode. At this time, the disinfectant preparation operation is performed, which specifically includes: adding a preset volume of clean water to the disinfectant preparation chamber, and using the clean water to react with the disinfectant pre-placed in the disinfectant preparation chamber to form a disinfectant. The preset capacity is predetermined according to the specific model parameters of the dishwasher, and the present disclosure does not specifically limit this. Optionally, the preset capacity can be 1L.

S13, control the dishwasher to perform washing control according to the washing mode after adding the disinfection operation stage and the cleaning operation stage. Specifically, the specific operation of the disinfection operation stage is: pumping the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher into the inner cavity of the dishwasher for disinfection operation. The specific operation of the cleaning operation stage is: pumping clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher and the inner cavity of the dishwasher to rinse the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation chamber. Prepare the cavity.

The control method of the dishwasher proposed in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the dishwasher selects a washing mode and a disinfection function at the same time, performs a disinfectant preparation operation by adjusting the control logic of the dishwasher, and adds a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage of the current washing mode, so as to add a disinfection stage and a rinsing stage to the washing mode of the dishwasher so that the disinfection function can be added to the washing mode of the dishwasher, thereby realizing the universality of the disinfection function.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, adding a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage of the current washing mode in step S12 includes the following steps not shown in the drawings:

S121, calculating the total washing time of each operation stage before the hot bleaching operation stage of the current washing mode;

S122. Determine whether the total washing time is greater than or equal to a preset disinfectant preparation time; wherein the disinfectant preparation time includes a first time required to add a preset volume of clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber, and a second time required to use the clean water to react with the disinfectant pre-placed in the disinfectant preparation chamber to form a disinfectant.

S123: If the total washing time is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage are added before the hot bleaching operation stage.

S124. If the sum of the washing time is less than the disinfectant preparation time, the washing time of the operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage is extended so that the sum of the extended washing time is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, and a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage are added before the hot rinsing operation stage. The specific implementation method of extending the washing time of the operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage is as follows: determine whether the current washing mode includes a second rinsing operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage, if it includes the second rinsing operation stage, extend the washing time of the second rinsing operation stage; if it does not include the second rinsing operation stage, extend the washing time of the first rinsing operation stage; wherein the first rinsing operation stage is a necessary operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher, and the second rinsing operation stage is an optional operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher.

In some specific examples, if the washing mode of the dishwasher is a strong cleaning mode, the strong cleaning includes all washing stages, and the total washing time will be greater than the preparation time of the disinfectant. In the case of an additional disinfection function, the disinfection stage and the cleaning stage can be grafted after the second rinsing operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage.

In other specific examples, if the washing mode of the dishwasher is the instant wash mode, the instant wash does not include two pre-wash stages, and there is a second rinsing operation stage. The total washing time will be greater than the preparation time of the disinfectant. In the case of an additional disinfection function, it is necessary to extend the washing time of the second rinsing operation stage, that is, to perform supplementary washing, and then graft the disinfection stage and the cleaning stage after the second rinsing operation stage.

It can be understood that the present application can perform corresponding control logic on the washing program according to the actual operation and the different washing modes, so as to add a disinfection stage and a rinsing stage to the washing mode of the dishwasher so that the disinfection function can be added to the washing mode of the dishwasher, thereby realizing the universality of the disinfection function.

The technical solution of the present disclosure is explained clearly below through a specific embodiment. As shown in FIG3 , the specific implementation steps of the control method of the dishwasher in this embodiment are as follows:

The dishwasher selects a function mode and determines whether the disinfection function is selected when selecting the washing mode. If the disinfection function is not added, it will operate according to the original stage sequence of the washing mode and complete the washing after drying. If the disinfection function is added, the control logic needs to perform multiple processing judgments. Open the three-way valve to feed 1L of water into the disinfectant preparation chamber. After the water is fed in, start preparing the disinfectant. The required time T is used to calculate the total washing time of each stage before the hot rinsing operation stage, tbefore _disinfection . If T≤tbefore _disinfection , then directly add the disinfection stage and the cleaning stage before the hot rinsing operation stage. If T＞tbefore _disinfection , determine whether there is a second rinsing operation stage in the current washing mode. If so, perform Ttbefore _disinfection washing supplementary time for the second rinsing operation stage. If not, perform Ttbefore _disinfection washing supplementary time for the first rinsing operation stage. After the supplementary time is over, add the disinfection stage and the cleaning stage, control the water pump disposed between the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation chamber, so as to pump the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher into the inner cavity of the dishwasher for disinfection operation. After the disinfection stage is completed, perform the cleaning stage, so as to pump clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher and the inner cavity of the dishwasher to rinse the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation chamber, and then complete the subsequent hot rinsing stage and the drying stage, and finally complete the washing. Specifically, the specific operation of the hot bleaching stage is: after the water is filled, start washing and heat to 45°C, then add the rinsing agent and continue working until the high temperature reaches 45°C. The specific operation of the drying stage is: after the drainage is completed, the fan is controlled to blow and dry the inner cavity of the dishwasher. Furthermore, the rinse agent is added after the dispenser component is opened, and the program controls the amount of the rinse agent by controlling the opening and closing time of the dispenser relay.

The present disclosure generalizes the disinfection function of the dishwasher into an additional function, similar to the additional sterilization and additional drying functions. Since the stages and stage times of each washing mode are different, the program runs to calculate the total washing time tbefore _{disinfection of each stage before entering} the hot bleaching, and the time T required to prepare the disinfectant. If T≤tbefore _disinfection , the disinfection stage and the cleaning stage are directly entered before the hot bleaching. If T＞tbefore _disinfection , the first rinsing operation stage or the second rinsing operation stage is washed for a supplementary time so that the disinfectant can have enough time to prepare the required concentration, and then enter the disinfection stage. Before the hot bleaching stage, the cleaning stage is performed for flushing the disinfectant in the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity. The universal disinfection function is added to each washing mode to better improve the disinfection function of the dishwasher.

For the method embodiments, for the sake of simplicity, they are all described as a series of action combinations, but those skilled in the art should know that the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the described action sequence.

Because according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, some steps can be performed in other orders or simultaneously. Secondly, those skilled in the art should also know that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and the actions involved are not necessarily required by the embodiments of the present disclosure.

FIG4 shows a structural block diagram of a control device for a dishwasher proposed in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG4 , the device includes a functional module configured to implement the control method for the dishwasher described in the above embodiment. The judging module 201 is configured to judge whether the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information;

The control module 202 is configured to execute a disinfectant preparation operation and add a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase before a hot rinsing operation phase of a current washing mode when the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information;

The control module 202 is further configured to control the dishwasher to perform washing control according to a washing mode with a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase added.

In the disclosed embodiment, the control module 202 is specifically configured to calculate the total washing time of each operation stage of the current washing mode before the hot bleaching operation stage; determine whether the total washing time is greater than or equal to the preset disinfectant preparation time; if the total washing time is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, then add a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage before the hot bleaching operation stage.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control module 202 is further configured to extend the washing time of the operation stage before the hot bleaching operation stage if the total washing time is less than the disinfectant preparation time, so that the total washing time after the extension is greater than or equal to the disinfectant preparation time, and add a disinfection operation stage and a cleaning operation stage before the hot bleaching operation stage.

Specifically, the control module 202 is specifically configured to extend the washing time of the operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage in the following manner, including: determining whether the current washing mode includes a second rinsing operation stage before the hot rinsing operation stage, and if so, extending the washing time of the second rinsing operation stage; if not, extending the washing time of the first rinsing operation stage; wherein the first rinsing operation stage is a necessary operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher, and the second rinsing operation stage is an optional operation stage for each washing mode of the dishwasher.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control module 202 is specifically configured to implement the disinfectant preparation operation in the following manner, including: adding a preset volume of clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber, and using the clean water to react with the disinfectant pre-placed in the disinfectant preparation chamber to form a disinfectant; wherein the disinfectant preparation time includes a first time required to add a preset volume of clean water into the disinfectant preparation chamber, and a second time required to use the clean water to react with the disinfectant pre-placed in the disinfectant preparation chamber to form a disinfectant.

As for the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and the relevant parts can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiment.

In addition, the embodiment of the present disclosure also proposes a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored. When the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method described above are implemented.

In this embodiment, if the control method of a dishwasher is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as an independent product, it can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. Based on this understanding, the present disclosure implements all or part of the processes in the above-mentioned embodiment method, and can also be completed by instructing the relevant hardware through a computer program. The computer program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When the computer program is executed by the processing device, the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments can be implemented. Among them, the computer program includes computer program code, and the computer program code can be in source code form, object code form, executable file or some intermediate form. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device that can carry the computer program code, recording medium, U disk, mobile hard disk, disk, optical disk, computer storage device, read-only storage device (ROM, Read-Only Memory), random access storage device (RAM, Random Access Memory), electrical carrier signal, telecommunication signal and software distribution medium, etc. It should be noted that the content contained in the computer-readable medium can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the requirements of legislation and patent practice in the jurisdiction. For example, in some jurisdictions, according to legislation and patent practice, computer-readable media does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunication signals.

In addition, the embodiment of the present disclosure also proposes a dishwasher, including a dishwasher body and a controller, wherein the controller includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor implements the steps of the control method of the dishwasher as described above when executing the computer program. For example, S11 to S13 shown in FIG. 1 . Alternatively, when the processor executes the computer program, the functions of each module/unit in the control device embodiment of the above-mentioned dishwasher are implemented, such as the judgment module 201 and the control module 202 shown in FIG. 4 .

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the dishwasher body includes a dishwasher inner cavity, a disinfectant preparation cavity, a water inlet pipeline, and a water outlet pipeline;

The water inlet pipeline is connected to the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity through a three-way valve, so as to add clean water to the inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity;

The inner cavity of the dishwasher and the disinfectant preparation cavity are connected by a water pump, so that the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation cavity can be pumped into the inner cavity of the dishwasher during the disinfection operation stage.

Specifically, the three-way valve body has three ports, one inlet and two outlets. The inlet is connected to the water inlet, outlet 1 is connected to the water inlet of the dishwasher cavity, and outlet 2 is connected to the water inlet of the disinfectant preparation chamber. The three-way valve connects the water inlet, the dishwasher cavity and the disinfectant preparation chamber, and the water pump connects the dishwasher cavity and the disinfectant preparation chamber;

Disinfection stage: Control the water pump to pump the disinfectant prepared in the disinfectant preparation chamber of the dishwasher into the inner chamber of the dishwasher for disinfection operation.

Cleaning stage: open the three-way valve and let 1L of water flow into the disinfectant preparation chamber. After the water flow is completed, close the three-way valve and continue to let water flow into the dishwasher cavity (1L less). After the water flow is completed, turn on the water pump to pump the solution in the disinfectant preparation chamber into the dishwasher cavity to complete the flushing of the disinfectant preparation chamber. Subsequently, the washing pump starts to clean the dishwasher cavity until the end of the stage.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, although some embodiments herein include certain features included in other embodiments but not other features, the combination of features of different embodiments is meant to be within the scope of this disclosure and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims, any one of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present disclosure, rather than to limit them. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in the aforementioned embodiments, or make equivalent replacements for some of the technical features therein. However, these modifications or replacements do not deviate the essence of the corresponding technical solutions from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims

A method for controlling a dishwasher, wherein the method comprises:

Determining whether the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information;

If the washing control instruction includes both washing mode control information and disinfection function control information, a disinfectant preparation operation is performed, and a disinfection operation phase and a cleaning operation phase are added before the hot rinsing operation phase of the current washing mode;
