The dish washer of this embodiment sets up the disinfection region that is used for providing different disinfection temperature in, can satisfy the user to different disinfection temperature's demand when disinfecting to different heat resistance tableware.

Claims (11)
1. A disinfection method is characterized by being applied to a dish washing machine, wherein a cavity of the dish washing machine is provided with an overheated steam nozzle communicated with an overheated steam generator, the top end of the cavity of the dish washing machine is provided with a spraying device communicated with a water pump along the inner side wall of the dish washing machine, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the selection operation of the sterilization mode and the sterilization area is received, controlling the superheated steam generator to be started, controlling the superheated steam nozzle to be started, and providing superheated steam to the selected sterilization area;
monitoring the temperature of the inner sidewall of the dishwasher in real time and the time period for supplying the superheated steam to the selected sterilizing region during the supplying of the superheated steam to the selected sterilizing region;
when the temperature of the inner side wall of the dish-washing machine exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the spraying device to be started to cool the inner side wall of the dish-washing machine;
controlling the superheated steam generator and the superheated steam nozzle to be turned off when a period of time for supplying superheated steam to the selected sterilization zone reaches a preset period of time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the spray device to turn on comprises the steps of:
monitoring the temperature rise rate of the temperature of the inner side wall of the dish washing machine in real time;
determining the water spraying time of the spraying device according to the temperature rising rate of the temperature of the inner side wall of the dish washing machine;
and controlling the spraying device to spray water according to the water spraying duration.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the duration of water spray from the spray device based on the rate of temperature rise of the temperature of the inner side wall of the dishwasher comprises the steps of:
when the temperature rise rate of the temperature of the inner side wall of the dish-washing machine is less than or equal to 10 ℃/s, the water spraying time of the spraying device is 10 s;
when the temperature rise rate of the temperature of the inner side wall of the dish washer is more than 10 ℃/s, the water spraying time of the spraying device is 20 s.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher chamber includes at least two sterilization zones for providing different sterilization temperatures, each sterilization zone having a superheated steam nozzle disposed therein in communication with a superheated steam generator, the superheated steam nozzles being controlled to open, comprising the steps of:
for each selected sterilization zone, the superheated steam nozzles provided in the sterilization zone are controlled to open.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein each disinfection zone has a water nozzle disposed therein in communication with a water pump, the method further comprising:
for each selected sterilization zone, monitoring in real time whether the temperature of the sterilization zone is within a preset temperature range during the supply of superheated steam to the selected sterilization zone:
when the temperature of the disinfection area is not in the preset temperature range, further judging whether the temperature of the disinfection area is greater than or equal to the upper limit value of the preset temperature range or less than the lower limit value of the preset temperature range:
when the temperature of the disinfection area is greater than or equal to the upper limit value of the preset temperature range, controlling the water spray nozzle arranged in the disinfection area to be opened;
and when the temperature of the disinfection area is less than the lower limit value of the preset temperature range, controlling a heater connected with the superheated steam generator to be started to heat the superheated steam.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein controlling the opening of water nozzles disposed in the disinfection zone comprises the steps of:
calculating the difference between the temperature of the disinfection area and the upper limit value of the preset temperature range;
determining the amount of water sprayed from the disinfection area according to the difference;
and controlling the water spraying nozzle to spray water according to the water spraying amount.
7. A method of washing, characterised by being applied to a dishwasher, the method comprising the steps of:
pre-treating the dishes to be cleaned using the method according to any of claims 1 to 6;
and cleaning the pretreated tableware.
8. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A disinfection control device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A dishwasher, characterized in that it comprises a disinfection control device according to claim 9.
11. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the dishwasher is provided with a superheated steam nozzle communicating with the superheated steam generator in a cavity, and a spray device communicating with the water pump is provided along an inner side wall of the cavity top of the dishwasher.
