The loop electrode a3 may be disposed outside or inside the tank of the water storage structure, when the loop electrode a3 is disposed outside the tank, the tank itself is made of an insulating material to form a blocking medium, and when the loop electrode a3 is disposed inside the tank, the blocking medium made of an insulating material is disposed between the loop electrode a3 and the discharge electrode a2, and the blocking medium may be an insulating sleeve covering the loop electrode a3 or the discharge electrode a 2.
Specifically, the air pump 5 supplies air to the intake passage.
In a preferred embodiment, the distance between the end of the air intake passage and the tank of the water storage structure a1 is smaller than the distance between the end of the discharge electrode a2 and the tank. It should be noted that the end of the air intake passage is the end of the air intake passage located in the box body, and referring to fig. 2, the end of the air intake passage is the lower end thereof, and the end of the discharge electrode a2 is also referred to as the lower end thereof. In this embodiment, a gas-liquid interface is formed at the lower side of the end of the discharge electrode a2, so that high-energy electrons around the gas-liquid interface react with air and water molecules vigorously to generate plasma when the discharge electrode a2 discharges.
In a preferred embodiment, the water storage structure a1 is provided with a fluid discharge part a5 for communicating the inside and the outside of the water storage structure a1, and the fluid discharge part a5 is used for discharging air in the water storage structure a1 to ensure stable air pressure in the water storage structure a1, or when water in the water storage structure a1 overflows, the water is discharged through the fluid discharge part a 5. Further, the outlet of the fluid discharge part a5 is close to the power supply device b, so that the ozone generated in the water storage structure a1 can be timely decomposed by the high temperature of the power supply device b by directing the outlet of the fluid discharge part a5 to the power supply device b, and the ozone is prevented from causing damage to the human body. Furthermore, the dishwasher also comprises a cooling module, wherein the cooling module is connected with the power supply device b and is suitable for cooling the power supply device b. In this embodiment, the electrode holder a7 is used to fix both the discharge electrode a2 and the first insulating tube a6, so that the assembly efficiency can be further improved, and the structure of the intake passage is simple without occupying additional space. In other alternative embodiments, the electrode holder a7 is used only for holding the discharge electrode a2, and the air inlet passage includes a first air inlet section surrounding the outer side of the lower half of the discharge electrode a2 and a second air inlet section connected to the upper end of the first air inlet section, the second air inlet section is fixedly disposed on the upper cover a14 or the sidewall of the water storage structure a1, and the second air inlet section is obliquely disposed.

When the base 2 intakes water, the water gathers and flows into the water collecting tank 203, the foam 204 floats in the water, props against the contact 20521 of the microswitch 2052, the microswitch 2052 is switched on, an overflow alarm is given out, a user is reminded of timely treating, damage to the dish washing machine is avoided, meanwhile, a drainage device such as the drainage pump 10 is started to work, water is drained continuously, and the dish washing machine can be normally used until the alarm is relieved after manual recovery.
In a preferred embodiment, the water storage structure a1 is provided with a fluid discharge part a5, the side wall of the base groove 201 is provided with a base overflow port 2011, and when the water storage structure a1 overflows, water can flow into the base 2 through the fluid discharge part a5 and the base overflow port 2011 in sequence. In this embodiment, when the water storage structure a1 overflows, water can flow into the base 2 through the fluid discharge part a5 and the base overflow port 2011 in sequence, the water guide surface 2021 on the bottom cover 202 guides the water to flow into the water collection tank 203, the foam 204 floats in the water and props against the contact 20521 of the microswitch 2052, the microswitch 2052 is switched on to send out an overflow alarm to remind a user of timely handling, so that damage to the dishwasher is avoided, and meanwhile, the drainage pump 10 is started to continuously drain water until the alarm is released after manual recovery.
In another preferred embodiment, the overflow detecting means can also control the operation of the switching element, such as the suction pump 4 and the solenoid valve, to discharge the water of the sterilized water generating means a into the washing assembly when the base 2 is filled with water. In this embodiment, when the water storage structure a1 overflows, water can flow into the base 2 through the fluid discharge part a5 and the base overflow port 2011 in sequence, the water guide surface 2021 on the bottom cover 202 guides the water to flow into the water collection tank 203, the foam 204 floats in the water and pushes against the contact 20521 of the microswitch 2052, the microswitch 2052 is switched on, the drain pump 10 and the switch element work simultaneously, not only is the water overflowing from the base discharged through the drain pump 10, but also the water of the disinfectant generating device a is discharged into the washing assembly by opening the switch element, and the overflow problem is solved at the source of the overflow.
The washing assembly is explained in detail below.
In one embodiment, the washing assembly comprises a water cup 3, a washing pump 14, a spraying arm 15 and a liner 1, water enters the water cup 3 during washing, the washing pump 14 pumps the water in the water cup 3 into the spraying arm 15, the spraying arm 15 sprays the water into the liner 1 to spray and clean tableware in the liner 1, the water in the liner 1 flows into the water cup 3 to be circularly washed, after the washing is finished, the water in the liner 1 is discharged into a sewer 17, and a switch element can control disinfectant water generated in a water storage structure a1 to flow into the water cup 3 or the liner 1. In an alternative embodiment, the washing assembly comprises a liner 1, an ultrasonic generator disposed in the liner 1, water enters the liner 1 during washing, the ultrasonic generator cleans the dishes in the liner 1, and the switching element can control the flow of the sterilized water generated in the water storage structure a1 into the liner 1. Therefore, the water outlet a12 of the sterilized water generating device a can be connected with the water cup and also can be connected with the inner container 1, and the sterilized water can flow to the water cup 3 or the inner container 1.
As a further embodiment, the dishwasher further comprises an air duct. The air duct will be described in detail below.
During the development, the applicant found that air must be introduced during the drying of the inner tub 1 of the dishwasher. The sterilized water generating apparatus a is also required to be ventilated with air during the use process. This results in the need for a plurality of air outlet mechanisms f1 during the use of the dishwasher, which results in a complex structure of the dishwasher and high manufacturing costs. Therefore, the dishwasher of the present embodiment is further provided with an induced air duct f2 connected to the air outlet mechanism f 1. The draft duct f2 is provided therein with a wind deflector f3 and a wind deflector drive mechanism f 4. An air inlet f21 of the induced air pipeline f2 is connected with an air outlet of the air outlet mechanism f 1. The first air outlet is connected with the inner container 1 of the dish-washing machine; the second outlet f23 is communicated with the inlet a73 of the sterilized water generator a. This enables the wind shield driving mechanism f4 to drive the wind shield f3 to block the first wind outlet when the sterile water generating device a needs to prepare sterile water, so that the wind outlet mechanism f1 can introduce air into the sterile water generating device a.
After the dish washer finishes working, the wind shielding piece driving mechanism f4 can drive the wind shielding piece f3 to block the second air outlet f23, so that the air outlet mechanism f1 can introduce air into the inner container 1 to dry the inner container 1, and secondary pollution to tableware is avoided. Since the operation of preparing the sterilizing water by the sterilizing water generating device a and the operation of drying the inner tub 1 are not performed at the same time, the dishwasher of the present embodiment can perform the operations of supplying the air to the sterilizing water generating device a and supplying the air to the inner tub 1 by means of one air outlet mechanism f 1. Therefore, the dishwasher of the present application can overcome the technical problems of complicated structure and high manufacturing cost caused by the large number of the air outlet mechanisms f1, simplify the structure of the sterilizing water generator a and reduce the manufacturing cost thereof.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1 of the present invention, embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a control method of a dishwasher, which is applied to the dishwasher of embodiment 1 of the present invention.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a dishwasher in accordance with embodiment 2 of the present invention, and fig. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an example of the method for controlling the dishwasher in accordance with embodiment 2 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the dishwasher control method according to embodiment 2 of the present invention includes the steps of:
s101: after the sterilized water generating device a enters water, the air pump 5 and the power supply device b are started, and the sterilized water is generated by electrolysis in the sterilized water generating device a.
Specifically, a second pipeline is arranged between a water inlet of the sterilizing water generating device a and a water source, and a third pipeline is arranged between a second water inlet of the washing assembly and the water source.
The inlet water of the sterilizing water generating device a can adopt the following scheme: and switching on the second pipeline to feed water into the sterilized water generating device a and obtain the water quantity in the sterilized water generating device a, and stopping feeding water into the sterilized water generating device a when the water quantity reaches a preset first threshold value. In a specific embodiment, the amount of water in the sterilized water generator a may be obtained by the flow meter 7, or may be obtained by the liquid level sensor e in the water storage structure.
The dishwasher also comprises an overflow detection device and a drainage device, wherein the overflow detection device and the drainage device are both arranged on the base of the dishwasher, and further, the control method of the dishwasher also comprises the following steps: acquiring a detection signal of the overflow detection device; determining whether the sterilized water generating device a overflows or not according to the detection signal; and when the sterilized water generating device a overflows, starting the drainage device. Therefore, when the flowmeter 7 and the liquid level sensor e can not work normally, and the water in the water storage structure is discharged through the fluid discharge part a5, the overflow water in the base can be discharged through the overflow detection device and the water discharge device when the sterilized water generating device a overflows, thereby ensuring the working safety of the dishwasher.
Further, the control method of the dishwasher further includes: acquiring a detection signal of the overflow detection device; determining whether the sterilized water generating device a overflows or not according to the detection signal; and when the sterilized water generating device a overflows, the first pipeline is conducted, namely, a switch element on the first pipeline is opened. Specifically, the switching element is a water pump 4 or an electromagnetic valve. Thereby, the water of the sterilizing water generating device a can be discharged into the washing module by turning on the switching element, and the overflow problem can be solved at the source of the overflow.
Specifically, harmful gas can be generated in the electrolytic process of the sterilized water generating device a, wherein the harmful gas mainly comprises ozone, the ozone generated by the electrolysis of the sterilized water generating device a can be discharged through a fluid discharge part a5 on the sterilized water generating device a, and further, an outlet of the fluid discharge part is close to the power supply device, so that the ozone generated by the electrolysis of the sterilized water generating device a can be timely decomposed by the high temperature of the power supply device b, and the damage of the ozone to a human body is avoided.
As a further embodiment, the dishwasher further includes a fluid driving mechanism disposed on the water storage structure, and after the air pump and the power supply device are activated, further includes: activating the fluid drive mechanism. Therefore, the fluid driving mechanism can drive the water in the water storage structure a1, so that the sterilized water generated by the electrode discharge is promoted to be uniformly distributed in the water storage structure a1, and the full progress of the electrolytic reaction is promoted.
For example, as shown in fig. 12, the quantity of water for the circulation washing of the dishwasher is at least 3.0L, and since the space of the whole machine structure is limited and there is not enough place to install the water tank with the capacity of at least 3.0L, the disinfectant with the capacity of at least 3.0L cannot be prepared at one time, only the disinfectant with a relatively low capacity and a relatively high concentration (such as 0.5L) can be prepared at one time, and then the disinfectant with the relatively high concentration is diluted to the disinfectant with the capacity of 3.0L for the operation and disinfection of the whole machine.
Further, after the dishwasher is started, it is first required to detect whether the dishwasher water softener 6 is in a salt shortage state, and if the dishwasher reports the salt shortage state, the washing function or the sterilization function cannot be used. This is because if the hardness of water introduced into the dishwasher is too high, scale may be generated on the surfaces of the washing assembly or the electrodes by using the washing function or the sterilizing function for a long time, thereby causing the discharge efficiency of the electrodes thereof to be deteriorated or even damaged. In order to remove the salt deficiency alarm, a user needs to manually add a proper amount of salt into the water softener 6 to remove the salt deficiency alarm, and the washing function or the disinfection function can be normally used after the salt deficiency alarm is removed.
When the dishwasher does not report the salt shortage state, a user can select a washing mode with an additional disinfection function on the operation panel, the operation panel can send an instruction to the control mainboard, and the control mainboard can send an instruction to the water inlet control element 9 (such as a water inlet electromagnetic valve), the flowmeter 7 and the three-way valve 13 to start working (the three-way valve 13 is powered on) after receiving the signal. Water enters the breather 8 from the water inlet electromagnetic valve, and the flow meter 7 in the breather 8 detects the introduced water quantity.
The control main board sends an instruction to the air pump 5 and the high-frequency high-voltage device, the air pump 5 is electrified and started to provide air for the sterilized water generating device a, the high-frequency high-voltage device provides high-frequency high-voltage alternating current (usually about 10 kv) for the sterilized water generating device a, the discharge electrode a2 and the loop electrode a3 perform liquid phase discharge in water-air mixing, the liquid phase discharge can generate plasma groups (such as oxygen atoms, hydroxyl groups, dioxygen groups, nitroso groups and the like) with strong oxidizing property, and the plasma groups are dissolved in water to form sterilized water. The excess gas in the sterilized water generator a is discharged from the fluid discharge portion a 5.
S102: and after the washing assembly is filled with water, washing by utilizing the washing assembly.
Specifically, the washing assembly water inlet can adopt the following scheme: and switching on the third pipeline to feed water into the washing assembly and obtain the water quantity in the washing assembly, and stopping feeding water into the washing assembly when the water quantity reaches a preset second threshold value.
As a specific embodiment, the washing is performed simultaneously with the electrolysis.
Specifically, the washing by using the washing component comprises: and carrying out pre-washing and main washing by using the washing assembly.
Illustratively, the pre-wash stage includes the steps of:
pressing a start key on a control panel and selecting a corresponding washing program, and starting self-checking by a system program: if the water softener 6 reports the indication of salt shortage, manual salt adding is needed to remove the alarm indication of salt shortage; if no indication of salt deficiency is reported, the program proceeds to the next step.
3L of water is fed into the washing component: the control mainboard sends out the instruction and gives three-way valve 13, and three-way valve 13 outage switches to normally open state, and rivers switch to the washing subassembly. Wherein, the flow meter 7 in the respirator 8 monitors the water flow in real time, when the water inflow of the washing component reaches a set value of 3L, the control mainboard sends an instruction to the water inlet control element 9, the water inlet control element 9 is powered off to stop water inlet, otherwise, the water inlet is continued.
Pre-washing: the control mainboard sends out the instruction and gives washing pump 14, and washing pump 14 starts and circulates the washing, and during the washing, pressure sensor real-time supervision washes the height of water level in the subassembly, and only when water level height satisfied the setting value, circulation washing could go on, otherwise circulation washing could not go on, is so in order to ensure that jet water pressure is certain, guarantee the effect of washing.
The main washing stage comprises the following steps:
draining water from a washing assembly: after the pre-washing is finished, the program enters a main washing stage, the main board is controlled to send instructions to the washing pump 14 and the drainage pump 10, the washing pump 14 is powered off to stop working, the drainage pump 10 is powered on to start working, and drainage is carried out.
Washing assembly inlet water 3L: the control main board sends an instruction to the water inlet control element 9, the water inlet control element 9 is powered on and opened, water flows through the breather 8, the water softener 6 and the three-way valve 13 in sequence and finally enters the water cup 3 or the inner container 1, the flow meter 7 in the breather 8 monitors water flow in real time, when the water inlet amount of the inner container 1 reaches a set value of 3L, the control main board sends an instruction to the water inlet control element 9, the water inlet control element 9 is powered off to stop water inlet, and otherwise water inlet is continued.
Main washing: the control mainboard sends out the instruction and gives washing pump 14, and washing pump 14 starts and circulates the washing, and during the washing, pressure sensor real-time supervision washes the height of water level in the subassembly, and only when water level height satisfied the setting value, circulation washing could go on, otherwise circulation washing could not go on, is so in order to ensure that jet water pressure is certain, guarantee the effect of washing.
It should be noted that the preparation time of the sterilized water in step S101 may be included in the main washing stage, i.e., start and end simultaneously with the main washing stage; it may be included in the pre-washing stage and the main-washing stage, that is, the disinfectant preparation time is pre-washing time and main-washing time.
S103: after the washing is finished and the electrolysis is finished, the first pipeline is conducted to discharge the sterilized water to the washing assembly; and feeding water into the washing assembly to dilute the disinfectant liquid, and disinfecting by using the diluted disinfectant liquid.
For example, the following scheme may be adopted for sterilization using the sterilized water:
