  • the aerosol modifier 34 is a destructible capsule
  • its shape is not particularly limited and may be spherical, cylindrical, truncated cone, etc.
  • the destructible capsule include a spherical shape with a diameter of 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm, and a cylindrical shape with a size in the center line direction of 5 mm to 10 mm and a diameter of 5 mm to 7 mm.

Note that the communication hole 460 may be provided in a region downstream of the low filtration member 33.
