Description

一种耐火燃烧器 技术领域
本发明涉及燃气设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐火燃烧器。
背景技术
目前,燃气用燃烧器通常是用金属或陶瓷制成,如蜂窝陶瓷板状及碗状、煤气灶金属碗状,或带孔金属管等形状,这些燃烧器外表单调,火焰外形简单,观赏性不够,火焰聚集集中,火焰辐射面积和立体层次有限也影响一定的辐射效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐火燃烧器,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,能够制成具有装饰效果的外型,能够通过对气槽(火焰槽)位置和火焰大小的设计,增加火焰观赏性及整体外观的美观性,而且能通过金属丝分散燃气混合空气增加燃烧效率和独特的发红效果,能够使燃气不集中溢出,控制火焰分散不聚集增大火焰面积达到增加辐射面积提高辐射效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种耐火燃烧器,包括燃烧器主体、硬管和软管,所述软管内嵌于所述燃烧器主体内,所述软管一端连接所述硬管,所述软管另一端位于所述燃烧器主体内并密封,所述硬管一端连接所述燃烧器主体内部的所述软管的一端,所述硬管另一端伸出于所述燃烧器主体外部连接燃气管道;所述软管上沿着长度方向分布有若干气孔,每个所述气孔通过在所述燃烧器主体上开设的气路连通所述燃烧器主体外壁上开设的气槽,所述气槽内插接有分散丝。
优选地,所述燃烧器主体由耐火材料制成,所述燃烧器主体为耐火水泥基耐火材料体或非金属耐火材料体。
优选地,所述硬管为金属管,所述硬管的外径为5mm-30mm。
优选地,所述软管的外径为5mm-50mm。
优选地,所述气孔的直径为1mm-4mm,相邻两个所述气孔的间距为 5mm-50mm。
优选地,所述气槽的宽度为4mm-10mm,所述气槽的深度为2mm-10mm。
优选地,所述气槽的槽底两侧设置有插接固定分散丝的小孔。
优选地,所述分散丝为金属丝,所述分散丝的丝径为0.03mm-0.6mm。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下有益技术效果:
本发明提供的耐火燃烧器,应用在各种燃气壁炉、火盆、篝火、火碗等上面,由于燃烧器本体外型可以自由设计,所以能够起装饰作用,同时相对有一定的节能作用;燃烧器本体内嵌软管,通过对软管上的气孔的大小、气孔的间距合理设计、分散丝的材质及粗细选择、气孔槽的合理设计均能有效调节火焰燃烧效率及整体外观的美观性,整个结构设计调整具有灵活性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种耐火燃烧器,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本实施例中的耐火燃烧器,如图1-图3所示,包括燃烧器主体1、硬管2和软管3,软管3内嵌于燃烧器主体1内,软管3一端连接硬管2,软管3另一端位于燃烧器主体1内并密封,硬管2一端连接燃烧器主体1内部的软管3的一端,硬管2另一端伸出于燃烧器主体1外部连接燃气管道;软管3上沿着长度方向分布有若干气孔4,每个气孔4通过在燃烧器主体1上开设的气路5连通燃烧器主体1外壁上开设的气槽6,气槽6内插接有分散丝7。
于本具体实施例中,燃烧器主体1由耐火材料制成,如耐火水泥基耐火材料体或其他非金属耐火材料体等。本发明所述耐火材料是指耐火温度大于500摄氏度的材料,以便能承受火焰在表面燃烧,包括但不限于非金属耐火材料粉末、纤维等混合材料通过各种工艺生产出的外形。可以做出想要的装饰外型,包含但不局限类似树枝、火山、球形等各种外形。
于本具体实施例中,硬管2为金属管,硬管2的外径为5mm-30mm。软管3的外径为5mm-50mm;气孔4的直径为1mm-4mm,相邻两个气孔4的间距为5mm-50mm,这种结构尺寸的气孔4及合适的软管长度,符合常用燃气具燃气压力和燃气的溢出速度。
气槽6的宽度为4mm-10mm,气槽6的深度为2mm-10mm。这种气槽6尺寸和结构能将气孔4中排出的燃气有效控制在槽内控制溢出方向,使燃气好槽内分散丝7有效碰撞分散,和空气再次混合提高燃烧效率。气槽6的槽底两侧设置有插接固定分散丝7的小孔,分散丝7为金属丝,分散丝7的丝径为0.03mm-0.6mm。分散丝7能将燃气分散并和空气再次混合,提高燃烧效率,同时能解决燃气从气孔4集中排出时火焰会形成蜡烛头的缺陷,提高火焰美观性,还有火焰烧红分散丝7(金属丝)创造出一条鲜艳火红的火带,起到很好装饰作用。

  1. 一种耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:包括燃烧器主体、硬管和软管,所述软管内嵌于所述燃烧器主体内,所述软管一端连接所述硬管,所述软管另一端位于所述燃烧器主体内并密封,所述硬管一端连接所述燃烧器主体内部的所述软管的一端,所述硬管另一端伸出于所述燃烧器主体外部连接燃气管道;所述软管上沿着长度方向分布有若干气孔,每个所述气孔通过在所述燃烧器主体上开设的气路连通所述燃烧器主体外壁上开设的气槽,所述气槽内插接有分散丝。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃烧器主体由耐火材料制成,所述燃烧器主体为耐火水泥基耐火材料体或非金属耐火材料体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述硬管为金属管,所述硬管的外径为5mm-30mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述软管的外径为5mm-50mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述气孔的直径为1mm-4mm,相邻两个所述气孔的间距为5mm-50mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述气槽的宽度为4mm-10mm,所述气槽的深度为2mm-10mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述气槽的槽底两侧设置有插接固定分散丝的小孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耐火燃烧器,其特征在于:所述分散丝为金属丝,所述分散丝的丝径为0.03mm-0.6mm。
