一种保鲜袋密封结构及其制造方法,涉及包装袋技术领域,保鲜袋在卡接凸起(1311)两端与开口(13)底部之间设置有相对于卡接凸起(1311)横向设置的横向凸起(1315);在卡接槽(1321)两端与开口(13)底部之间对应横向凸起(1315)设置有横向槽(1325);在卡接凸起(1311)与卡接槽(1321)配合后横向凸起(1315)与横向槽(1325)配合将开口(13)完全密封;保鲜袋本体(10)及形成开口(13)的密封条和密封条上设置的凸起、槽由模具一次性模内成型而成。该保鲜袋密封结构解决了现有硅胶保鲜袋二次人工粘胶和模具加热凝固工艺导致的成本增加、效率降低和产品品质下降的问题。

Description

保鲜袋密封结构及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋技术领域,特指一种保鲜袋密封结构及其制造方法。
背景技术
在现代家庭生活中,蔬菜、水果等食物通常放置在冰箱等可以保持较低温度的环境中进行贮藏保鲜。为了减少蔬菜、水果等新鲜食物的脱水;常通过保鲜袋的方式进行密封。当然,也有利用保鲜袋密封避免串味者。
见图1、2所示,现有的保鲜袋是在保鲜袋本体10的顶部设有开口13,为了将所述开口13密封,在所述开口13的两侧设有第一密封条131和第二密封条132,在所述第一密封条131上设有卡接凸起1311,所述第二密封条132在对应所述卡接凸起1311的位置设有卡接槽1321,所述卡接凸起1311能够卡接所述卡接槽1321,进而使得所述开口13初步密封。在使用中,使用者用手沿着所述第一密封条131和所述第二密封条132的延伸方向捏合所述第一密封条131和所述第二密封条132,即可将所述卡接凸起1311压入所述卡接槽1321内,使得在密封效果好的基础上,操作方便快捷。为了加强所述开口13处位于所述第一密封条131和所述第二密封条132两端的密封性,在所述第一密封条131内侧两端设有第二密封凸起1314,所述第二密封条132内侧两端在对应所述第二密封凸起1314的位置设有第二密封槽1324,所述第二密封凸起1314能够卡接所述第二密封槽1324,进而使得所述开口13的密封性得到进一步提升。
以上现有的保鲜袋;第二密封凸起1314和第二密封槽1324是顺着凸起1311和卡接槽1321延伸设置;与卡接凸起1311、卡接槽1321没有实质上的区别;难以实现完全的密封。此外,在现有的生产过程中,是在袋口侧边开口出模,然后袋口侧边经过二次人工粘胶+模具加热凝固成型,最后再二次硫化处理成型。前述现有的加工生产需经过4道工序:模具成型-人工粘胶-模具加热凝固-二次硫化。产品成型工艺上,必须采用二次人工粘胶+模具加热凝固的两道工艺。现有生产工艺增加带来了成本增加和效率的降低;同时,也容易导致产品品质稳定性的下降;如在袋口容易出现拉破口等。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种保鲜袋密封结构及其制造方法;解决现有通过顺着凸起和卡接槽延伸设置第二密封凸起和第二密封槽结构带来的密封效果差、生产工艺复杂等问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
所述硅胶保鲜袋密封结构是保鲜袋本体顶部开设开口;开口两侧设有第一密封条和第二密封条;所述第一密封条上设有卡接凸起,所述第二密封条对应所述卡接凸起的位置设有卡接槽,所述卡接凸起与卡接槽配合后将开口初步密封;在所述卡接凸起两端与开口底部之间设置有相对于卡接凸起横向设置的横向凸起;在卡接槽两端与开口底部之间对应横向凸起设置有横向槽;在卡接凸起与卡接槽配合后横向凸起与横向槽配合将开口完全密封。
所述的横向槽在密封条的厚度方向上为非贯通式设计,在横向槽两端由密封条形成有槽端;当横向凸起与横向槽配合后,槽端与横向凸起两端完全配合实现对开口的完全密封。
所述的横向凸起为半圆柱状;一边由开口的底部逐渐抬升,另一边与卡接凸起弧形过渡连接;横向凸起顶部高于卡接凸起的顶部。
所述的横向凸起的长度大于卡接凸起的厚度,两横向凸起与卡接凸起形成弯曲的“工”字状。
所述保鲜袋密封结构的制造方法是保鲜袋本体及形成开口的密封条和密封条上设置的凸起、槽由模具一次性模内成型而成。
所述的保鲜袋由硅胶材料制成。
采用前述的技术方案,本发明具有以下的有益效果:
保鲜袋及其开口结构通过模具一次性模内成型,避免了二次人工粘胶和模具加热凝固两道工艺。通过工艺的简化,一方面可以降低成本;另一方面也可以提高生产效率,提升品质的稳定性;同时,还可以避免袋口出现常规设计的“拉破开”问题。
本发明相对于卡接凸起,在卡接凸起两端与开口底部之间设置横向凸起;在卡接槽两端与开口底部之间对应横向凸起设置横向槽;通过横向凸起和横向槽可以实现保鲜袋的完全密封。纵横的结合布局,也可以确保密封的稳定性。

具体实施方式
以下实施例是对本发明具体实施方式的描述,该描述是便于本领域技术人员对本申请技术方案的理解,并非对本发明技术方案保护范围的限制;凡依本发明实施例的描述可得之等效变换皆应在本发明的保护范围之内。
见图3-15所示,本发明的保鲜袋在保鲜袋本体10的顶部设有开口13,在开口13的两侧设有第一密封条131和第二密封条132。在第一密封条131上设有卡接凸起1311,第二密封条132在对应卡接凸起1311的位置设有卡接槽1321。卡接凸起1311能够卡接卡接槽1321,进而使得所述开口13初步密封。
当使用者用手沿着第一密封条131和第二密封条132的延伸方向捏合第一密封条131和第二密封条132,即可将卡接凸起1311压入所述卡接槽1321内,实现便捷的初步密封效果。
由于卡接凸起1311两端和卡接槽1321难以实现完全的密封;为此,在卡接凸起1311两端与开口13底部之间设置有相对于卡接凸起1311横向设置的横向凸起1315;在卡接槽1321两端与开口底部之间对应横向凸起1315设置有横向槽1325;在卡接凸起1311与卡接槽1321配合后横向凸起1315与横向槽1325配合将开口13完全密封。
横向槽1325在第二密封条132的厚度方向上为非贯通式设计,在横向槽1325两端由第二密封条132形成有槽端;当横向凸起1315与横向槽1325配合后,槽端与横向凸起1315两端完全配合;可以确保实现对开口13的完全密封。
横向凸起1315为半圆柱状;由开口13的底部逐渐抬升,另一边与卡接凸起1311弧形过渡连接;横向凸起1315顶部高于卡接凸起1311的顶部。横向凸起1315的此种结构,再配合上横向槽1325的对应结构;可以实现横向凸起1315与横向槽1325配合过程的顺畅性。
横向凸起1315的长度大于卡接凸起1311的厚度,两横向凸起1315与卡接凸起1311形成弯曲的“工”字状。此种布局的设置,当横向凸起1315与横向槽1325、卡接凸起1311与卡接槽1321配合后产生一个拉扯力,使结合力更大;将第一密封条131和第二密封条132的底部(开口13的开始处)紧贴,不容易脱离开;真正达到密封效果。
基于前述的密封结构;本发明采用保鲜袋本体10及形成开口13的密封条131、132和密封条131、132上设置的凸起1311、11315、槽1321、1325由模具一次性模内成型的方法进行制造;有效避免二次人工粘胶和模具加热凝固工艺所导致的缺陷。本发明以上的结构和方法中所述的保鲜袋由硅胶材料制成;在满足保鲜袋环保需求的同时,充分利用了硅胶材料的特性,实现一次性膜内成型及密封结构的密封性,并满足重复使用需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种保鲜袋密封结构,所述保鲜袋的本体顶部开设开口;开口两侧设有第一密封条和第二密封条;所述第一密封条上设有卡接凸起,所述第二密封条对应所述卡接凸起的位置设有卡接槽,所述卡接凸起与卡接槽配合后将开口初步密封;其特征在于:在所述卡接凸起两端与开口底部之间设置有相对于卡接凸起横向设置的横向凸起;在卡接槽两端与开口底部之间对应横向凸起设置有横向槽;在卡接凸起与卡接槽配合后横向凸起与横向槽配合将开口完全密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向槽在密封条的厚度方向上为非贯通式设计,在横向槽两端由密封条形成有槽端;当横向凸起与横向槽配合后,槽端与横向凸起两端完全配合实现对开口的完全密封。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起为半圆柱状;其一边由开口的底部逐渐抬升,另一边与卡接凸起弧形过渡连接;横向凸起顶部高于卡接凸起的顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起为半圆柱状;其一边由开口的底部逐渐抬升,另一边与卡接凸起弧形过渡连接;横向凸起顶部高于卡接凸起的顶部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起的长度大于卡接凸起的厚度,两横向凸起与卡接凸起形成弯曲的“工”字状。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起的长度大于卡接凸起的厚度,两横向凸起与卡接凸起形成弯曲的“工”字状。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起的 长度大于卡接凸起的厚度,两横向凸起与卡接凸起形成弯曲的“工”字状。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的保鲜袋密封结构,其特征在于:所述横向凸起的长度大于卡接凸起的厚度,两横向凸起与卡接凸起形成弯曲的“工”字状。
  9. 一种保鲜袋密封结构的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保鲜袋的本体及形成开口的密封条和密封条上设置的凸起、槽由模具一次性模内成型而成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保鲜袋由硅胶材料制成。
