背景技术
运动型多用途车(Sport Utility Vehicle,SUV)靠着空间大,通过性强、视野好等特点,在中国的市场十分火爆。为了保证车辆后背门钣金的美观性,通常在后背门安装有内饰护板。而后背门钣金则需要给内饰护板提供安装点,以保证内饰护板的安装稳定性。另外,护板的安装点的距离大小也有一定要求。
后背门总成一般还包括雨刮机构;即后背门总成的组装还需考虑雨刮机构的安装空间。后背门钣金结构需要对雨刮机构进行避让,这就给内饰护板的安装带来了极大的限制。安装结构不够稳定,内饰护板容易产生晃动,并带来异响;同时,也会导致其他零部件耐用性不好,后期容易松动。
发明内容
本公开提供一种车门总成和车辆,以解决相关技术中的至少部分问题。

可选的,所述第二板本体包括形成L形结构的第一加强部和第二加强部;所述第二加强部连接设置于所述第一加强部和连接部之间;所述第一加强部与所述翻边以及所述雨刮机构固定连接。
可选的,所述第二板本体还包括设置于所述第一加强部上的至少三个第三隆起部;所述至少三个第三隆起部向远离所述雨刮机构的方向隆起;该第三安装结构设置于相邻两个第三隆起部之间。
可选的,该第三安装结构包括支耳;所述支耳与所述第一加强部相连,以及与所述相邻的两个第三隆起部相连;其中,所述第二安装孔设置于所述支耳。
可选的,所述支耳与所述第一加强部之间形成钝角。

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本公开中的车门总成通过增加加强板以及在主体板上设置缺口,一方面方便雨刮机构的安装,即缺口为雨刮机构提供了更大的安装空间,以及加强板用于与雨刮机构固定连接;另一方面,虽然加强板和饰板分别位于主体板的内外两侧,但通过主体板上的缺口,使得饰板和加强板之间还能够固定连接。这样既使得饰板、加强板和主体板三者之间彼此均固定连接,从而形成一个整体,增强整个车门总成的结构强度;同时加强板与饰板之间的安装点间距小,实车匹配过程中,饰板与加强板之间的安装间隙也小,饰板安装后不容易出现晃动。

如图1和图2所示,本公开第一方面提出一种车门总成。车门总成包括主体板1、加强板2、饰板3、安装腔4和雨刮机构5。其中,车门总成可以是车辆的侧门总成,也可以是车辆的后背门总成。本公开并不对此进行限制。
如图3所示,主体板1包括上边沿10、相对设置的外表面11和内表面12。上边沿10位于主体板1的顶端。上边沿10设有缺口13,以向雨刮机构5提供安装空间。另外,也可以从图3中看出,本公开中的主体板1的内表面12和外表面11均是凹凸不平的:一方面能够增加主体板1的结构强度,另一方面是用于提供其他零部件例如加强板2和饰板3的安装。
继续参考图1和图2,加强板2固定连接于外表面11。饰板3固定连接于内表面12和加强板2,且至少遮盖缺口13,从而使得后背门的内饰面更为美观。安装腔4位于缺口13、加强板2和饰板3之间。雨刮机构5,至少部分位于安装腔4内,且固定连接于加强板2。其中,本公开中的饰板3表面光滑平整,厚度较小。主要起装饰和美观车门总成内侧的作用。
在传统的车门总成中,饰板3仅通过与主体板1之间的固定连接安装于车门总成中。同时,饰板3与主体板1之间的若干安装点还需避开雨刮机构5,这就会导致饰板3与主体板1之间的若干安装点彼此之间距离较大,一般会在300mm以上。现有的在实车装配过程中,容易出现当一个安装点对准后,其余安装点由于相距位置较大,导致饰板3与主体板1之间的安装间隙增大,饰板3安装后容易出现晃动,带来异响。
本公开中的车门总成通过增加加强板2以及在主体板1上设置缺 口13,一方面方便雨刮机构5的安装,即缺口13提供了雨刮机构5以更大的安装空间,以及加强板2用于与雨刮机构5固定连接。另一方面,虽然加强板2和饰板3分别位于主体板1的内外两侧,但通过主体板1上的缺口13,使得饰板3和加强板2之间还能够固定连接,这样既使得饰板3、加强板2和主体板1三者之间彼此均固定连接,从而形成一个整体,增强整个车门总成的结构强度。同时加强板2与饰板3之间的安装点间距小,实车装配过程中,饰板3与加强板2之间的安装间隙也小,饰板3安装后不容易出现晃动。
如图3和图4所示,在一些实施方式中,主体板1包括两个第一安装结构14。两个第一安装结构14分别位于缺口13的两侧且靠近缺口13。饰板3包括两个与第一安装结构14固定连接的第二安装结构30。这样,通过将第一安装结构14设置在靠近缺口13的位置,减少两个第一安装结构14之间的距离,使两个第一安装结构14之间的距离控制在270mm-280mm之间,从而减小实车装配过程中主体板1和饰板3之间的间隙。
如图4和图5所示,在一些实施方式中,加强板2包括至少两个第三安装结构20。至少两个第三安装结构20位于缺口13的两侧之间。饰板3包括至少两个与第三安装结构20固定连接的第四安装结构31。这样,在加强板2上设置位于缺口13的两侧之间的第三安装结构20,充分利用了雨刮机构5本身的间隙,使得两个第三安装结构20之间的间隙能够控制在170mm-180mm之间,从而增强饰板3安装的稳定性。
另一方面,加强板2上的第三安装结构20与最近的主体板1上的第一安装结构14之间的距离也不会超过200mm,进一步保证了饰板3安装的稳定性。
在一些实施方式中,饰板3包括第一板本体32和向远离加强板2的方向隆起的第一隆起部33。在饰板3上设置第一隆起部33,一方面增 加了饰板3的结构强度,另一方面给雨刮机构5提供了更充足的安装空间。
作为可选的一种实施方式,第二安装结构30设置于第一板本体32且靠近第一隆起部33。第四安装结构31设置于第一隆起部33。饰板3上的第二安装结构30和第四安装结构31作为饰板3的主要受力区域,将其设置在第一隆起部33或者第一隆起部33附近,能够有效改善饰板3的受力情况。
作为可选的一种实施方式,至少两个第四安装结构31和至少两个第二安装结构30不共线。这样,能够进一步的增加饰板3、加强板2和主体板1之间连接的稳定性,减少饰板3的晃动。
继续参考图3和图5,在一些实施方式中,第一安装结构14包括与第二安装结构30配合的第一安装孔140。第三安装结构20包括与第四安装结构31配合的第二安装孔200。第二安装孔200的轴心线与第一安装孔140的轴心线平行。本公开中的饰板3厚度较薄且兼顾美观作用,既无法通过螺钉等紧固件将其与主体板1和加强板2连接。换言之,饰板3主要通过彼此卡接的第一安装结构14和第二安装结构30与主体板1连接,以及通过彼此卡接的第三安装结构20和第四安装结构31与加强板2连接。这样,只有第二安装孔200的轴心线与第一安装孔140的轴心线平行,才使得饰板3能够同时与加强板2和主体板1固定连接。
继续参考图4,作为可选的一种实施方式,第四安装结构31包括第一安装部310、卡接部311和第二安装部312。第一安装部310设置于饰板3。第二安装部312用于穿过第二安装孔200,卡接部311连接设置于第一安装部310和第二安装部312之间。卡接部311与第二安装孔200卡接配合。其中,第二安装部312为锥形结构且具有一定的变形能力,从而方便第二安装部312能够伸入第二安装孔200内。同时,卡接部311的直径小于第一安装部310的最大直径以及小于第二安装部312的最大 直径,从而使得卡接部311能够与第二安装孔200卡接配合。
需要说明的是,本公开中的第二安装结构30和第四安装结构31的结构可以相同,也可以不相同。只需保证第一安装结构14和第二安装结构30能够卡接固定即可。本公开并不对此进行限制。
继续参考图3和图5,在一些实施方式中,主体板1包括设置于上边沿10的翻边15。加强板2包括连接部21和用于与雨刮机构5固定连接的第二板本体22。第二板本体22与翻边15固定连接。第二板本体22包括相对设置的第一边沿220和第二边沿221。第一边沿220靠近翻边15,且第三安装结构20设置于第一边沿220。连接部21设置于第二边沿221,且与主体板1固定连接。本公开中的加强板2一部分与主体板1的主体区域固定,另一部分与主体板1的翻边15固定,从而形成稳固的三角结构。同时,饰板3通过第三安装结构20和第四安装结构31的配合,固定于该三角结构上,能够使得饰板3的安装更为稳定。
作为可选的一种实施方式,第二板本体22包括形成L形结构的第一加强部222和第二加强部223。第二加强部223连接设置于第一加强部222和连接部21之间。第一加强部222与翻边15以及雨刮机构5固定连接。本公开中的第二板本体22呈L型,一方面能够提供雨刮机构5以更多的安装空间,另一方面能够增强加强板2自身的结构强度。
作为可选的一种实施方式,第二板本体22还包括设置于第一加强部222上的至少三个第三隆起部224。第三隆起部224向远离雨刮机构5的方向隆起。第三安装结构20设置于相邻两个第三隆起部224之间。考虑到门板总成的安装空间、安装位置以及安装强度等多方面原因,若不设置隆起结构,第三安装结构20的强度不够。若将第三安装结构20设置在隆起结构上,第四安装结构31的位置限定导致第四安装结构31无法与第三安装结构20配合。因此,在本公开中,通过设置三个第三隆起部224,使得第一加强部222变成凹凸不平的结构,从而达到增强第三 安装结构20的强度的目的。同时,第三隆起部224向远离雨刮机构5的方向隆起,是为了避免第三隆起部224侵占雨刮机构5的安装空间。
继续参考图5,在一些实施方式中,第三安装结构20包括支耳201。支耳201与第一加强部222相连,以及与相邻的两个第三隆起部224相连。其中,第二安装孔200设置于支耳201。由于需要保证第一安装孔140和第二安装孔200的轴心线平行,换言之,支耳201需要与主体板1的主体区域保持平行,支耳201的设置角度是确定的,即支耳201与第一加强部222之间形成钝角。同时将支耳201设置在第一加强部222,能够保证支耳201能够与第一加强部222、相邻的两个第三隆起部224相连,从而保证支耳201具有足够的结构强度,不会因为受力过大而弯折。
如图6所示,在一些实施方式中,雨刮机构5包括安装板50、电机51、齿轮组件54、连接杆52和雨刮件53。安装板50固定连接于第一加强部222。电机51和齿轮组件54安装于安装板50。安装板50、电机51和齿轮组件54位于安装腔4内,雨刮件53位于安装腔4外,连接杆52和齿轮组件54传动连接于电机51和雨刮件53之间。
本公开的第二方面提出一种车辆(未示出)。车辆包括上述的车门总成。本公开中的车辆既可以是乘用车辆,也可以是载货车辆。本公开并不对此进行限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种车门总成,包括:
    主体板,包括上边沿、相对设置的外表面和内表面;所述上边沿设有缺口;
    加强板,固定连接于所述外表面;
    饰板,固定连接于所述内表面和加强板,且至少遮盖所述缺口;
    安装腔,位于所述缺口、加强板和饰板之间;
    雨刮机构,至少部分位于所述安装腔内,且固定连接于所述加强板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述主体板包括至少两个第一安装结构;所述至少两个第一安装结构分别位于所述缺口的两侧且靠近所述缺口;
    所述饰板包括至少两个与所述至少两个第一安装结构固定连接的第二安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述加强板包括至少两个第三安装结构;所述至少两个第三安装结构位于所述缺口的两侧之间;
    所述饰板包括至少两个与所述至少两个第三安装结构固定连接的第四安装结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述饰板包括第一板本体和向远离所述加强板的方向隆起的第一隆起部;所述至少两个第二安装结构设置于所述第一板本体且靠近所述第一隆起部;所述至少两个第四安装结构设置于所述第一隆起部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述至少两个第四安装结构和所述至少两个第二安装结构不共线。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的车门总成,其特征在于,对于所述至少两个第一安装结构中的每一个,该第一安装结构包括与所述至少两个第二安装结构中的一个配合的第一安装孔;对于所述至少两个第三安装结构中的每一个,该第三安装结构包括与所述至少两个第四安装结构中的一个配合的第 二安装孔;所述第二安装孔的轴心线与所述第一安装孔的轴心线平行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车门总成,其特征在于,对于所述至少两个第四安装结构中的每一个,该第四安装结构包括第一安装部、卡接部和第二安装部;所述第一安装部设置于所述饰板;所述第二安装部用于穿过所述第二安装孔,所述卡接部连接设置于所述第一安装部和第二安装部之间;所述卡接部与所述第二安装孔卡接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述主体板包括设置于所述上边沿的翻边;
    所述加强板包括连接部和用于与所述雨刮机构固定连接的第二板本体;所述第二板本体与所述翻边固定连接;所述第二板本体包括相对设置的第一边沿和第二边沿;所述第一边沿靠近所述翻边,且所述至少两个第三安装结构设置于所述第一边沿;所述连接部设置于所述第二边沿,且与所述主体板固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述第二板本体包括形成L形结构的第一加强部和第二加强部;所述第二加强部连接设置于所述第一加强部和连接部之间;所述第一加强部与所述翻边以及所述雨刮机构固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述第二板本体还包括设置于所述第一加强部上的至少三个第三隆起部;所述至少三个第三隆起部向远离所述雨刮机构的方向隆起;该第三安装结构设置于相邻两个第三隆起部之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车门总成,其特征在于,该第三安装结构包括支耳;所述支耳与所述第一加强部相连,以及与所述相邻的两个第三隆起部相连;其中,所述第二安装孔设置于所述支耳。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述支耳与所述第一加强部之间形成钝角。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述雨刮机构包括 安装板、电机、连接杆和雨刮件;所述安装板固定连接于所述加强板;所述电机安装于所述安装板;所述安装板和电机位于所述安装腔内,所述雨刮件位于所述安装腔外,所述连接杆传动连接于所述电机和雨刮件之间。
  14. 一种车辆,包括如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的车门总成。
