  • each seat 28 may be a top wall 28a of the seat, or it may be a wall arranged internally to the seat at a radially innermost position relative to the top wall 28a of the seat.
  • the retainer portion 32 may be in the form of a membrane and/or equivalent retaining system, capable of deforming, or configuring itself, during the insertion of the support element 20 into the seat, so as to engage and retain by interference the related and corresponding stabilizing element 20, preferably in such a way as to prevent its removal from the respective seat 28.
  • the annular support element 18, the seats 28 arranged on its outer surface 21, and the stabilizing elements 20 may be made of virgin and/or recycled plastic material. More generally, they may be made by means of materials of different natures, suitable for meeting the performance characteristics required by the system 10.
  • Each stabilizing element 20 is movable relative to the annular support element 18 along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis x, or along a direction tangential to the annular support element 18, when properly coupled to the seat 28.
  • each stabilizing element 20 is individually adjustable with respect to the longitudinal axis x and/or the annular support element 18.
  • such adjustments of the stabilizing elements 20 enable precise orientation and centering of the position of the bar with respect to the hole, and ensure the support of the fixing bar to the wall.
  • Fig. 2 illustrates a support and centering device 10 equipped with three stabilizing elements 20 arranged 120° apart from each other
  • Fig. 3 illustrates the support and centering device 10 with the three stabilizing elements 20 arranged at 90° in pairs. It is clear to the person skilled in the art how the stabilizing elements 20 may be arranged in any configuration relative to each other.
  • Fig. 4 shows, by way of non-exhaustive example, a support and centering device 10 equipped with three seats 28 and three stabilizing elements 20, where the stabilizing elements 20 are inserted within their respective seats 28 by the same amount along a direction parallel to the axis x. It is clear to a person skilled in the art how the stabilizing elements 20 may be inserted within the seats of any quantity along the longitudinal direction.
  • the movement of the stabilizing element 20 along the direction parallel to the longitudinal axis x may only be in one direction, i.e., it is possible to insert the stabilizing element 20 from the through opening 30 present in the seat until the fixing bar is brought to the desired position.
  • such movement of the stabilizing elements 20 in the longitudinal direction within the seats 28 allows precise adjustments regarding the position and orientation of the bar with respect to the hole and clamping the bar to the wall.
  • the movement of the stabilizing element 20 along the direction tangential to the annular support element 18 may be achieved with a movement of the seats 28 relative to the annular support element 18.
  • the movement in the tangential direction may be achieved with a sliding movement of the seats 28 within the pair of guides 26 obtained on the outer surface 21 of the annular support element 18.
  • each stabilizing element 20 has a profile, in the longitudinal direction, corresponding to the shape of the respective seat.
  • the stabilizing element 20 has a profile corresponding to the shape of the opening 30 obtained in the seat.
  • the stabilizing device 20 has a first face 34 and a second face 36, opposite to the first face 34, forming an acute angle therebetween (Fig. 5).
  • the stabilizing device 20 may have a tapered shape toward a respective end so as to facilitate its insertion within the seat 28. Even more preferably, the stabilizing device 20 may have a wedge shape, or similar.
  • the first face 34 of the stabilizing element 20 may be curved so that its shape corresponds in the tangential direction to the outer surface 21 of the annular support element 18, or to a wall of the seat 28 that is radially innermost relative to the top wall 28a.
  • the second face 36 of the stabilizing element 20 may have a discontinuous, notched, and/or irregular profile to engage with and be retained by the retaining portion 32 or the top wall 28a of the seat 28 or an equivalent retaining system.
  • the support and centering device 10 of the present invention may be used for fixing bars in respective holes made in horizontal walls, vertical walls, or walls with different inclinations, and preferably for overhead applications (e.g., when bars hang vertically from above).
  • the dimensions of the support and centering device 10 are not limiting and may take different values to adapt the device to fixing bars 12 with different diameters. That is, the diameter and length in the axial direction of the annular support element 18, the length in the axial direction, and the width of the seats 28 and of the stabilizing elements 20 may be designed to ensure that the device 10 may be used with different sized fixing bars.
  • Positioning a support and centering device 10 of a fixing bar 12 in a hole 14 made in a wall 16 envisages the following steps:
  • a drilling device such as a drill (e.g., a rotopercussion drill), in such a way as to define an internal cavity 38 of the hole 14;

  • cleaning the hole such as by washing and/or compressed air and brush;
  • the fixing bar 12 is arranged coaxially to the hole 14;
  • each stabilizing element 20 is in contact in at least one point with the internal cavity 38 of the hole 14 and the outer wall of the fixing bar 12;
  • this adjustment comprises moving the seat 28 relative to the outer surface 21 of the annular support element 18 along a tangential direction thereof. More preferably, this adjustment comprises sliding the seat 28 in clockwise and/or counterclockwise rotation within the pair of grooves 26 of the annular support element 18;
  • this adjustment comprises the step of adjusting the position of the stabilizing element 20 along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis x. More preferably, this adjustment comprises the step of adjusting the insertion depth of the stabilizing element 20 within the opening 30 of the seat 28. In addition, this adjustment may comprise the step of adjusting the stabilizing element 20 along a direction tangential to the annular support element 18. More preferably, this adjustment comprises the step of rotating the seat 28 within which the annular support element 18 is inserted into the pair of grooves 26 clockwise and/or counterclockwise.
  • the adjustment may be made individually for each stabilizing element 20 until the fixing bar 12 is sealed within the hole 14.
  • adjusting the stabilizing element with respect to the annular support element along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis and/or along a direction tangential to the annular support element allows for a more precise adjustment of the orientation of the bar inserted in the hole.
  • it allows the annular support element 18 to be arranged coaxially to the hole 14 and the respective internal cavity 38, increasing the effectiveness of the seal.
  • a support and centering device and positioning method such as those described above advantageously allows for more stable and faster positioning and fixing of the bar.
  • a device and method allow a plurality of bars to be stably placed in holes made in vertical walls and/or in horizontal surfaces, or of any inclination.

Abstract

Selon la présente invention, un dispositif de support et de centrage (10) pour fixer et supporter une barre de fixation (12) dans un trou (14) réalisé dans une paroi (16) délimite un axe longitudinal (x) et comprend un élément de support annulaire (18) avec une surface externe (21) et comprenant une pluralité de sièges s'étendant de manière circonférentielle (28) et comprend en outre une pluralité d'éléments de stabilisation (20) pouvant chacun être accouplés à un siège correspondant (28). Chaque siège (28) est disposé sur la surface extérieure (21) dudit élément de support annulaire (18) et est solidaire en rotation dudit élément de support annulaire (18) le long d'une direction tangentielle.
