L'invention concerne un bureau intelligent comprenant : une partie de cadre qui repose sur le sol, sa surface inférieure étant supportée par le sol, et qui est pourvue d'un rail de guidage dans le sens de la hauteur ; une partie de corps coulissant qui est reliée au rail de guidage et qui coulisse dans le sens de la hauteur de la partie de cadre le long du rail de guidage ; une partie de table qui est montée rotative sur le corps coulissant, les articles de l'utilisateur étant placés sur la partie supérieure de la partie de table et un moniteur étant fourni sur la surface inférieure de la partie de table ; une partie de levage/abaissement de corps coulissant qui est disposée dans la partie de cadre et reliée à la partie de corps coulissant, et qui lève et abaisse la partie de corps coulissant dans la partie de cadre ; et une unité d'équipement d'exercice qui est disposée sur la partie de table et sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur de la partie de cadre, et qui permet à l'utilisateur d'effectuer des exercices aérobiques et des exercices de musculation.
