Abstract

La présente invention concerne un équipement d'exercice multifonctionnel et, plus particulièrement, un équipement qui : offre des fonctions de développé-couché composites permettant à un utilisateur d'effectuer des exercices de développé-couché dans une position à plat, inclinée vers le haut ou inclinée vers le bas, à l'aide d'un équipement d'exercice multifonctionnel et d'un banc multi-usage mobile ; permet l'entraînement d'une partie de cylindre ou d'une partie de moteur par simple commande d'une partie de commande à l'aide uniquement de l'équipement d'exercice multifonctionnel, de façon à commander de façon mobile un support sur lequel un équipement d'exercice lourd est chargé vers le haut et vers le bas, ce qui permet de remédier à la complexité et au manque de commodité des équipements d'exercice existants qui font travailler les muscles par le biais du levage manuel de poids de manière directe ou indirecte, et permet de réduire les risques pour l'utilisateur effectuant des exercices ; permet le déplacement d'une tige de support dans l'équipement d'exercice multifonctionnel vers la gauche et vers la droite ; et permet le déplacement d'un support d'équipement d'exercice, qui supporte l'équipement d'exercice ayant des poids, dans les directions avant et arrière, ce qui permet d'effectuer des exercices utilisant le poids corporel (tractions et doubles barres) qui n'étaient auparavant pas possibles à l'aide d'un équipement d'exercice existant nécessitant un déplacement direct ou indirect des poids.
