Abstract

La présente invention concerne un hula hoop adaptable à la taille. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un hula hoop adaptable à la taille dont la taille peut être réglée afin de s'adapter aux dimensions de la taille de l'utilisateur et qui peut produire des vibrations et offrir un effet massant à l'utilisateur lors du roulement d'un pli à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un corps roulant. La présente invention est avantageuse en ce qu'elle présente une meilleure fonctionnalité d'ajustement de taille pour s'adapter aux dimensions du corps de l'utilisateur, tout en conservant la fonctionnalité d'exercice des hula hoop existants. Il peut être utilisé de manière à serrer le corps de l'utilisateur et peut s'employer dans diverses postures, par exemple en position assise et dans des espaces confinés.
