Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'exercice pour étirer les jambes, l'appareil comprenant : un corps qui supporte les fesses d'un utilisateur ; un rail de guidage qui est installé sur un côté dudit corps ; un élément de déplacement qui est installé pour se déplacer le long dudit rail de guidage ; une paire d'unités de pression dans laquelle des éléments de pression sont installés, les éléments de pression ayant une extrémité, qui est accouplée de façon articulée avec ledit élément de déplacement par mise en place dudit rail de guidage entre les deux, et pressent les jambes de l'utilisateur lorsque ledit élément de déplacement se déplace vers le corps ; et une paire d'éléments de liaison ayant une extrémité qui est accouplée de façon articulée entre les deux extrémités desdites unités de pression respectives, et ayant l'autre extrémité qui est accouplée de façon articulée soit avec ledit rail de guidage, soit avec ledit corps.
