Abstract

La présente invention concerne un équipement d'exercice physique pour le haut du corps qui comporte : une partie de support dans laquelle une paire d'éléments de charnière rotatifs sont assemblés d'un seul tenant à un premier cadre ; une partie rotative dans laquelle des barres rotatives sont assemblées de manière rotative aux éléments de charnière rotatifs, et dont la plage de rotation est limitée ; une partie de coussin qui est assemblée de manière pliable à la partie de support et qui sert de support aux hanches et au dos de l'utilisateur ; une partie de tension qui incorpore une bande qui fournit une force élastique lorsque la partie rotative tourne et qui est assemblée à la partie de support et à la partie rotative, de sorte qu'une pluralité de rouleaux puissent rouler et tourner ; la présente invention présente l'effet avantageux que les muscles de différentes parties du corps peuvent être facilement entraînés sans avoir à modifier l'action, ni à remplacer l'équipement d'exercice physique.
