Description

一种密封检测设备 技术领域
本申请涉及光电装备领域,尤其是涉及一种密封检测设备。
背景技术
为保证精密光电仪器的正常使用,光电仪器出厂前或修竣后均要充入高纯度、低露点的氮气,以防止光电仪器内部出现生霉、生雾现象,充入光电仪器内腔的纯净氮气通过光电仪器各部件连接空隙和外界大气进行缓慢的气体交换,相关标准对光电仪器漏点、泄漏速度等均有严格要求,当气体泄漏速度大于规定值时,则认为该光电仪器存在漏气现象,存在严重漏气现象的光电仪器由于引入大气中的腐蚀性气体和水汽,将会导致光电仪器内部出现严重的生霉、生雾现象,从而影响光电仪器的正常使用。
相关技术中是将被测光电仪器放气端口与一个U型水银柱的一端相连,然后利用光电仪器充气接口向其中充入干燥纯净的氮气,U型水银柱另一端水银液面开始上升,上升到某一位置时,切断充气气源,由工作人员对水银液面进行观察其在规定时间内是否出现下降,若水银液面下降,则表示有漏气现象;反之,则表示该光电仪器的气密性良好。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人发现该技术至少存在如下问题,依靠人工进行观察,人为因素对检测结果影响较大。
实用新型
为了减小人为因素对检测结果的影响,本申请提供一种密封检测设备。
本申请提供的一种密封检测设备,采用如下的技术方案:
一种密封检测设备,包括检测箱、设置在所述检测箱内的检测主机以及用于所述检测箱连接外界气源和外界电源的装备连接附件,所述检测箱上设置有控制检测主机开关机的电源开关,检测主机包括用于对被检测装备的充气时间和充气压力进行实时监控的控制模块、外部接口以及与所述控制模块连接的电磁阀,所述检测箱上设置有与所述控制模块连接的检测指示灯,所述检测指示灯在所述检测箱上至少设置有两个,两所述检测指示灯分别用于表示被检测装备气密性合格与否,外部接口包括用于连接外界电源的电源接口、用于向所述检测箱内通入清洁气源的气源输入压力插孔以及用于连接被检测装备的检测接口。
通过采用上述技术方案,由装备连接附件通过电源接口将检测箱上电,再通过装备连接附件将洁净的气源压力由气源输入压力插孔通入检测箱内,最后通过装备连接附件将待检测装备连接至检测接口,通过电源开关开机,由控制模块对被检测装备的充气时间和充气压力进行实时监测,如果监测到被检测装备压力不低于设定压力值,则代表“合格”的检测指示灯点亮,表明所检测仪器气密性合格,可正常使用,如果监测到被检测仪器内压力低于设定压力值,则代表“漏气”的检测指示灯点亮,表明所检测仪器气密性不合格,从而达到减小人为因素对检测结果的影响。
可选的,所述检测箱内还设置有精密调压阀,所述精密调压阀设置在气源输入路径上,所述精密调压阀与所述电磁阀连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,在检测箱内设置精密调压阀,根据被检测装备所需的检测压力来改变压力值大小。
可选的,所述检测箱上设置有便于调整检测压力值的压力微调手轮,所述压力微调手轮设置在所述检测箱外壁上并与所述精密调压阀连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,在检测箱上设置压力微调手轮,便于工作人员对检测压力值进行调整。
可选的,所述装备连接附件包括电源线和气管,所述电源线与所述气管均设置在所述检测箱内。
通过采用上述技术方案,装备连接附件均设置在所述检测箱内,便于携行。
可选的,所述检测箱内设置有用于对所述电源线和所述气管进行固定的EVA泡沫。

可选的,所述检测箱外壁上套设有隔音罩。
通过采用上述技术方案,在检测箱外壁上套设隔音罩减小在检测过程中发出的噪音,避免影响到工作人员的工作环境。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1、由装备连接附件通过电源接口将检测箱上电,再通过装备连接附件将洁净的气源压力由气源输入压力插孔通入检测箱内,最后通过装备连接附件将待检测装备连接至检测接口,通过电源开关开机,由控制模块对被检测装备的充气时间和充气压力进行实时监测,如果监测到被检测装备压力不低于设定压力值,则代表“合格”的检测指示灯点亮,表明所检测仪器气密性合格,可正常使用,如果监测到被检测仪器内压力低于设定压力值,则代表“漏气”的检测指示灯点亮,表明所检测仪器气密性不合格,从而达到减小人为因素对检测结果的影响;
2、检测箱上设置有压力显示屏和检测时间显示屏,检测箱内设置有压力传感器,压力传感器与控制模块相接,压力传感器与电磁阀相接,压力显示屏实时反馈压力传感器检测到的压力值,检测时间显示屏用于反馈设备保压时间和检测倒计时间显示。

检测接口9在检测箱1上开设有多组,各检测接口9对应不同的输出压力,压力显示屏15和检测时间显示屏16对应检测接口9设置多组,精密调压阀10、电磁阀5、压力传感器18、压力微调手轮11均对应检测接口9设置有多个,检测接口9只可单独使用,同时使用时会有串气现象从而导致影响检测数据,检测箱1上设置有“开始”和“检漏”按钮,检测箱1上还设置有“+”键和“-”键。
本申请实施例一种密封检测设备的实施原理为:通过气管13将150Kpa~200Kpa洁净的气源压力通入气源输入压力插孔8中,连接 AC220/50Hz的电源线12,上电开机,通气15分钟稳定后,根据用户所需压力来调节精密调压阀10改变检测压力值大小,根据用户对被测装备的检测时间要求,可进行检测时间设置,同时按下“+”键和“-”键,可进入时间设定模式,“+”键或“-”键可增减对应位数上的数值,同时按下“+”键和“-”键可进入下一位,设定查漏时间完毕后,再同时按下“+”键和“-”键确认,开始检测,选择相应的检测接口9的位置,在检测接口9位置用气管13连接上所需要检测的光电装备,管路中的相应的电磁阀5会打开,分别用压力微调手轮11调节精密调压阀10输出压力到检测箱1的检测接口9,输出压力根据用户需求选择相应的检测口位置,即可开始气密性检查,点击检测箱1上的“开始”按钮,对被检测光电装备进行充气并检漏,通气 1 分钟后未达到设定压力值,检测箱1上代表“漏气”的检测指示灯6点亮,同时蜂鸣器14报警,表明所检测光电装备气密性不合格,需进一步查漏,此时不要拆除气管13,可直接按下检测箱1上的“检漏”按钮,让干燥洁净气源气体直接充入光电仪器,协助判断漏气部位,当到达压力后设定压力值,会自动保压10分钟(设备默认检测时间为 2 分钟,可根据用户设置所需要的检测时间),控制模块3会根据设定检测时间值开始倒计时,在设定时间段内,如果检测到被检测光电仪器压力不低于设定压力值,则代表“合格”的检测指示灯6点亮,表明所检测仪器气密性合格,可正常使用,气密性检测过程中,如果按下“检漏”按钮,可停止检测,检测结束后,旋下气管13,首先确认设备都处于工作停止状态,将电源开关4关闭,然后断开电源线12。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)内还设置有精密调压阀(10),所述精密调压阀(10)设置在气源输入路径上,所述精密调压阀(10)与所述电磁阀(5)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)上设置有便于调整检测压力值的压力微调手轮(11),所述压力微调手轮(11)设置在所述检测箱(1)外壁上并与所述精密调压阀(10)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述装备连接附件(2)包括电源线(12)和气管(13),所述电源线(12)与所述气管(13)均设置在所述检测箱(1)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)内设置有用于对所述电源线(12)和所述气管(13)进行固定的EVA泡沫(19)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)上还设置有用于在检测到有漏气的情况下给予报警提示的蜂鸣器(14),所述蜂鸣器(14)与所述控制模块(3)相接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)上设置有压力显示屏(15)和检测时间显示屏(16),所述压力显示屏(15)与所述检测时间显示屏(16)均与所述控制模块(3)相接,所述检测箱(1)内设置有压力传感器(18),所述压力传感器(18)与所述控制模块(3)相接,所述压力传感器(18)与所述电磁阀(5)相接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封检测设备,其特征在于:所述检测箱(1)外壁上套设有隔音罩(17)。
