- treatment devices such as radiation therapy devices, infrared therapy devices, laser therapy devices, magnets, and magnetic force generators.
- waves that are stronger than human waves, which are waves received and emitted within the human body, are used in a limited way because they cause rejection rather than restoration of intrinsic function and cause side effects such as white blood cell reduction and tissue mutation ( ⁇ -rays, , Radiation, ultraviolet rays) and weak waves (over 36 ⁇ m) cannot be expected to have a therapeutic effect. Accordingly, many treatment methods and devices using far-infrared rays with a wavelength range of 2 to 36 ⁇ m, which is the wavelength of human body waves, are being developed.
- infrared rays are generally classified into near-infrared rays, mid-infrared rays, and far-infrared rays according to the length of the wavelength, and among their physical characteristics, they have the properties of electromagnetic waves: propagation, reflection, transparency, and absorption.
- infrared rays have the characteristic of generating heat by being directly irradiated to an object in the absence of a transmission medium due to the nature of electromagnetic waves.
- far-infrared rays penetrate deep into the object and cause resonance in the object's constituent molecules, promoting biological activity and causing various effects such as heat, heat, drying, and softening, thereby maintaining the human body in a healthy state.
- It is used for various purposes such as treatment that can be effective due to the rise in temperature inside the human body, sauna systems, and health promotion of the general public, and research on emitters that emit far-infrared rays within the wavelength range of human body waves is actively conducted. there is.
- far-infrared rays with a long wavelength are invisible to the eye, have strong penetrating power, are easily absorbed by substances, and have a strong resonance and resonance effect on organic compound molecules, preventing various diseases caused by heat action. It helps eliminate causative bacteria and expands capillaries to help blood circulation and cell tissue creation, which is effective in preventing various adult diseases such as preventing aging, promoting metabolism, and chronic fatigue through activating cell tissue.
- various types of heating devices with far-infrared ray heat dissipation panels have been developed and used.
- zirconia, aluminosilicate, etc. are mainly used as materials applied to the heat dissipation panel.
- Fe 2 O 3 , MnO 2 , etc. are added to the main materials of the heat dissipation panel, or a small amount of the above ingredients is added to a resin such as polyethylene, and the heat dissipation panel is made through processes such as molding and sintering. It is also manufactured.
- Korean Patent No. 10-2368483 (Prior Patent No. 1) relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic paint composition with enhanced antibacterial properties. In particular, it significantly improves the antibacterial and deodorizing performance required for coating paints for kitchen appliances, etc. while improving adhesiveness.
- a method for manufacturing a ceramic paint composition with improved antibacterial properties that can be maintained and that has an improved structure to prevent cracks from occurring as it hardens after coating is completed is disclosed.
- the ceramic paint composition of Prior Patent 1 can improve antibacterial and deodorizing performance and prevent cracks from occurring compared to conventional ceramic paint compositions.
- a base material on which the paint is applied is necessary, and the form of the product changes from liquid to solid. There is a problem that ceramic products cannot be used on their own, such as having to go through several steps.
- Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0123692 (Prior Patent No. 2) discloses that it uniformly emits negative ions and far-infrared rays, has an antibacterial and anti-fungal inhibitory effect, has an effect of deodorizing odors such as various food wastes and toilet odors, and has an effect of removing chemical harmful substances.
- a method of manufacturing tiles having various functionalities such as absorption and moisture absorption has been disclosed. According to the tile manufacturing method of prior patent 2, 10 to 30 parts by weight of firestone, 10 to 30 parts by weight of elvan stone, 10 to 30 parts by weight of kaolin, 5 to 15 parts by weight of titanium, 5 to 15 parts by weight of tourmaline, and 20 to 35 parts by weight of volcanic stone.
- Ceramic tiles are manufactured using a mixture of different materials, but the disadvantage is that the cost of inputting raw materials is high because various types of heterogeneous materials are used. In addition, heterogeneous materials with different properties are mixed at a relatively high ratio, making it difficult to manufacture ceramic tiles. It has the disadvantage of having lower mechanical strength than ceramic products manufactured based on similar base materials.
