技术领域
本发明属于车辆附件技术领域,特别是涉及一种车门把手及车辆。
背景技术
现有的平推式隐藏车门把手大多采用四连杆作为执行机构来实现车门把手的运动,使得车门把手能够在收缩在车门外表面内侧的隐藏位置及凸出于车门外表面的平开位置来回切换。
采用四连杆结构的平推式隐藏车门把手开启(从隐藏位置至平开位置)的工作原理如下:执行器驱动伸缩杆伸长,推动推杆在外壳的滑槽中向左滑动,由于推杆右端与主转臂接触,因此推杆驱动主推杆绕着主推杆转轴转动;同时,推杆的左侧与副转臂轴接触,因此推杆也将推动副转臂轴在外壳的滑槽中向左运动。主转臂、副转臂与把手本体组成了四连杆运动机构。通过主转臂的转动和推杆对副转臂的推动,使得把手本体进行伸出运动。
采用四连杆结构的平推式隐藏车门把手收起(从平开位置至隐藏位置)的工作原理如下:执行器驱动伸缩杆回缩,拉动推杆向后滑动。主转臂转轴处设有复位扭簧,由于推杆后退,使得主转臂和副转臂在开启位置处没有了推杆的支撑,在复位扭簧的作用下,使得主转臂往回转动,带动把手主体和副转臂也往回运动,最终实现把手的隐藏。
但是,现有的采用四连杆作为执行机构的平推式隐藏车门把手存在以下问题:
(1)由于车门把手的两端实际上是绕着两根轴在做转动,且由于解锁操作的需求,车门把手的一端是定轴转动,另外一端是动轴转动。因此,在车门把手的整个运动过程中,车门把手不是时刻都保持平行运动的,会有一定角度的摆动,不能使把手本体完全的平行推出,导致运动视觉姿态较差。
(2)四连杆驱动车门把手往外运动时,会使车门把手有前后方向的运动位移分量,导致在车门把手伸出时,车门把手根部与壳体之间前后方向形成一段空隙,需要额外增加橡胶遮盖遮挡。
(3)四连杆形式的车门把手,由于车门把手在运动过程中有前后运动位移,且实现车门 把手向车外推出必要的距离,导致四连杆在车辆前后方向的布置空间需求较大。
(4)四连杆形式的车门把手是靠复位扭簧驱动进行回收运动,因此在开启运动中需要克服复位扭簧做功,所以对驱动执行器的性能要求较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有的采用四连杆作为执行机构的平推式隐藏车门把手,在车门把手的整个运动过程中,不能使把手本体完全的平行推出,运动视觉姿态较差的问题,提供一种车门把手。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种车门把手,包括把手本体、主推滑块、副推滑块、外壳体及驱动装置,所述外壳体上设置有第一滑轨及第二滑轨,所述主推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第一滑轨上,所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第二滑轨上;所述主推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的一端铰接,所述副推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的另一端铰接;
所述把手本体具有收缩在车门外表面内侧的隐藏位置及凸出于车门外表面的平开位置;在所述隐藏位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块及副推滑块向外滑动,以推动所述把手本体由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置;在所述平开位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块及副推滑块向内滑动,以拉动所述把手本体由平开位置回到隐藏位置。
根据本发明实施例的车门把手,设置主推滑块及副推滑块,外壳体上设置有第一滑轨及第二滑轨,主推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在第一滑轨上,副推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在第二滑轨上;主推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的一端铰接,副推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的另一端铰接。当需要开启车门把手时,动力装置驱动主推滑块及副推滑块向外滑动,以使得主推滑块向外推动把手本体的前后方向的一端,同时,副推滑块向外推动把手本体的前后方向的另一端,以此推动把手本体由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置。即,把手本体由隐藏位置至平开位置的整个运动过程中保持平行运动(平移),避免了把手本体的摆动,把手本体运动的一致性和视觉姿态好。
另外,采用主推滑块与副推滑块平行推出的方式开启车门把手,相对于现有的四连杆形式的车门把手,运动机构形式更为简单,零件数量更少。并且,车门把手的运动形式简洁,运动机构零件尺寸可以设计的更小,相对于现有四连杆机构形式的车门把手,长度方向尺寸可减少60mm以上。
此外,由于没有了现有技术中的主转臂的复位扭簧,车门把手开启过程中不需要克服复位扭簧做功,对于驱动执行器的性能要求更小,能够节约成本和空间。
可选地,所述驱动装置包括主驱动杆、副驱动杆及动力装置;所述主驱动杆的一端与所述主推滑块滑动连接,所述主驱动杆的另一端与外壳体铰接,所述副驱动杆的一端与所述副推滑块滑动连接,所述副驱动杆的另一端与所述外壳体铰接,所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆传动连接,所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆的转动方向相反;
所述动力装置用于驱动所述主驱动杆转动,并带动所述副驱动杆相对于所述主驱动杆反向转动,通过所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆的夹角变化带动所述主推滑块及所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动,使得所述把手本体能够在所述隐藏位置及所述平开位置之间切换。
可选地,所述主推滑块及所述副推滑块的滑动速度相同,以使得所述把手本体由隐藏位置到达平开位置的过程中做平移运动。
可选地,所述主推滑块与所述外壳体的铰接位置设置有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端连接在所述外壳体上,所述扭簧的另一端连接在所述主推滑块上;
所述把手本体由所述隐藏位置至所述平开位置的过程中,所述扭簧积聚弹性势能;
所述把手本体由平开位置回复到隐藏位置的过程中,所述扭簧释放弹性势能,以使得所述把手本体的前后方向的另一端随着所述副推滑块一起回复。
可选地,所述主驱动杆包括主驱动杆主转轴、主驱动杆副转轴、主驱动杆驱动臂及主驱动杆工作齿轮,所述主驱动杆工作齿轮同轴连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述主驱动杆驱动臂的一端连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述主驱动杆副转轴连接在所述主驱动杆驱动臂的另一端,所述主驱动杆副转轴与所述主推滑块滑动连接;
所述动力装置用于驱动所述主驱动杆主转轴旋转。
可选地,所述动力装置包括电机及传动机构,所述传动机构包括皮带、主皮带轮及副皮带轮,所述副皮带轮同轴连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述皮带绕设在所述主皮带轮及副皮带轮上,所述电机用于驱动所述主皮带轮旋转,以通过所述皮带带动所述副皮带轮旋转。
可选地,所述传动机构还包括蜗杆及蜗轮轴,所述蜗轮轴上设置有与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮,所述主皮带轮同轴连接在所述蜗轮轴上,所述蜗杆与所述电机的输出轴同轴连接。
可选地,所述动力装置包括电机及传动机构,所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴平行间隔,所述传动机构连接在所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴之间。
可选地,所述传动机构包括第一蜗轮、第一蜗杆、第二蜗轮、第二蜗杆及输出轴,所述第一蜗杆同轴连接或一体形成在所述电机的输出轴上,所述第一蜗轮与第二蜗杆同轴连接,所述第二蜗杆垂直于所述第一蜗杆,所述输出轴的一端与所述第二蜗轮同轴连接,所述输出轴的另一端与所述主驱动杆主转轴同轴连接,所述第一蜗轮与第一蜗杆啮合,所述第二蜗轮 与第二蜗杆啮合。

为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
第一实施例
参见图1至图11,本发明第一实施例提供的车门把手,包括把手本体1、主推滑块2、副推滑块3、外壳体4及驱动装置,所述外壳体4上设置有第一滑轨41及第二滑轨42,所述主推滑块2沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第一滑轨41上,所述副推滑块3沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第二滑轨42上;所述主推滑块2与把手本体1的前后方向的一端铰接,所述副推滑块3与把手本体1的前后方向的另一端铰接。
所述把手本体1具有收缩在车门外表面内侧的隐藏位置及凸出于车门外表面的平开位置;在所述隐藏位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向外滑动,以使得所述主推滑块2向外推动所述把手本体1的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块3向外推动所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端,以此推动所述把手本体1由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置;在所述平开位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向内滑动,以使得所述主推滑块2向内拉动所述把手本体1的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块3向内拉动所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端,以此拉动所述把手本体1由平开位置回到隐藏位置。
根据本发明第一实施例的车门把手,把手本体1由隐藏位置至平开位置的整个运动过程中保持平行运动(平移),避免了把手本体的摆动,把手本体运动的一致性和视觉姿态好。
另外,采用主推滑块2与副推滑块3平行推出的方式开启车门把手,相对于现有的四连杆形式的车门把手,运动机构更为简单,零件数量更少。并且,车门把手的运动形式简洁, 运动机构零件尺寸可以设计的更小,相对于现有四连杆机构形式的车门把手,长度方向尺寸可减少60mm以上。
此外,由于没有了现有技术中的主转臂的复位扭簧,车门把手开启过程中不需要克服复位扭簧做功,对于驱动执行器的性能要求更小,能够节约成本和布置空间。
参见图4,所述把手本体1由盖板11和主体部12组成,主体部12中空,盖板11封堵主体部12的外部开口,盖板11和主体部12通过卡接的方式可拆卸地连接,主体部12的两端分别设置有对应于把手本体1的前后方向的一端的第一端头121及对应于把手本体1的前后方向的另一端的第二端头122,所述第一端头121上设置有主推滑块铰接孔123,所述主推滑块2通过穿插在主推滑块铰接孔123的销轴与把手本体1铰接。所述第二端头122上设置有解锁拉扣铰接孔124。第一端头121与第二端头122之间形成握持空间A。
把手本体1可通注塑工艺制造。
参见图1、图10至图12,所述驱动装置包括主驱动杆5、副驱动杆6及动力装置7;所述主驱动杆5的一端与所述主推滑块2滑动连接,另一端与外壳体4铰接,所述副驱动杆6的一端与所述副推滑块3滑动连接,另一端与所述外壳体4铰接,所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6传动连接,以使得所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6的转动方向相反。
所述动力装置7用于驱动所述主驱动杆5转动,并带动所述副驱动杆6相对于所述主驱动杆5反向转动,通过所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6的夹角变化带动所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3沿内外方向滑动,使得所述把手本体1能够在隐藏位置及平开位置之间切换。参见图10及图11,所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6的夹角变大时,所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6相背转动,以使得所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向内滑动;所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6的夹角变小时,所述主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6相向转动,以使得所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向外滑动。
参见图7至图12,所述主驱动杆5包括主驱动杆主转轴51、主驱动杆副转轴52、主驱动杆驱动臂53及主驱动杆工作齿轮54,所述主驱动杆主转轴51及主驱动杆副转轴52沿竖直方向设置,所述主驱动杆工作齿轮54同轴连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴51上,所述主驱动杆驱动臂53的一端连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴51上,所述主驱动杆副转轴52连接在所述主驱动杆驱动臂53的另一端,所述主驱动杆副转轴52通过下文所述的第一摆动滑块55与主推滑块2滑动连接;所述动力装置7用于驱动所述主驱动杆主转轴51旋转。
主驱动杆主转轴51、主驱动杆驱动臂53及主驱动杆工作齿轮54可通过注塑一体成型,也可以分别成型再组装,主驱动杆副转轴52可采用不锈钢圆柱体,卡接在主驱动杆驱动臂 53上。主驱动杆5集成多种部件,结构简单、零部件少。
所述动力装置7包括电机71及传动机构,所述传动机构包括皮带72、主皮带轮73及副皮带轮74,所述皮带72绕设在所述主皮带轮73及副皮带轮74上,所述电机71用于驱动所述主皮带轮73旋转,以通过所述皮带72带动所述副皮带轮74旋转,副皮带轮74旋转带动主驱动杆5旋转。
所述传动机构还包括蜗杆75及蜗轮轴76,所述蜗轮轴76上设置有与所述蜗杆75啮合的蜗轮761,所述主皮带轮73同轴连接在所述蜗轮轴76上,所述蜗杆75与所述电机1的输出轴同轴连接。这样,传动机构相当于包含了蜗轮蜗杆减速机构,能够起到对电机71的减速作用。此外,利用蜗轮蜗杆减速机构实现动力的正交传动,合理利用把手狭长空间。
蜗轮轴76、蜗轮761、主皮带轮73可通过注塑一体成型,也分别成型再组装。蜗轮轴76转动连接在外壳体4上。
参见图1及图2,外壳体4具有容纳主驱动杆5、副驱动杆6及动力装置7的腔体。主驱动杆5、副驱动杆6及动力装置7安装在外壳体4的腔体内,充分利用了外壳体4的内部空间,避免主驱动杆5、副驱动杆6及动力装置7占用外壳体4的外部空间。电机71通过皮带传动将动力传递至主驱动杆5。这样,主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6组成的运动机构和电机71分别位于外壳体4的前后两侧,充分利用外壳体4的长度方向的空间。
外壳体4通过塑料注塑工艺成形。
参见图5,所述主推滑块2包括主推滑块主体21及主推滑块铰接臂22,所述主推滑块主体21滑动设置在所述第一滑轨41内,所述主推滑块铰接臂22的一端连接在所述主推滑块主体21上,另一端铰接在所述把手本体4上。具体为,主推滑块铰接臂22的另一端设置有把手本体铰接通孔221,通过穿插在把手本体铰接通孔221、主推滑块铰接孔123中的销轴,可将主推滑块2铰接在把手本体1上。
所述主推滑块主体21上设置有沿前后方向延伸的第一滑动槽212,所述主驱动杆5还包括铰接在所述主驱动杆副转轴52上的第一摆动滑块55,所述第一摆动滑块55滑动设置在所述第一滑动槽212中。第一摆动滑块55与主驱动杆副转轴52形成转动副,第一摆动滑块55能够沿第一滑动槽212前后滑动。
主推滑块2、副推滑块3可通过注塑工艺成形。
参见图2、图3及图5,第一滑轨41的两侧均设置有第一导槽411,所述主推滑块主体21的两侧分别设置有第一凸块211,第一凸块211与第一导槽411插接配合,以限定主推滑块2的滑动只能是在车门的内外方向。
参见图8及图9,所述副驱动杆6包括副驱动杆主转轴61、副驱动杆副转轴62、副驱动杆驱动臂63及副驱动杆工作齿轮64,所述副驱动杆主转轴61及副驱动杆副转轴62沿竖直方向设置,所述副驱动杆工作齿轮64同轴连接在所述副驱动杆主转轴61上,所述副驱动杆驱动臂63的一端连接在所述副驱动杆主转轴61上,所述副驱动杆副转轴62连接在所述副驱动杆驱动臂63的另一端,所述副驱动杆副转轴62通过下文所述的第二摆动滑块65与副推滑块3滑动连接。所述主驱动杆工作齿轮54与副驱动杆工作齿轮64啮合。
当然,所述主驱动杆工作齿轮54与副驱动杆工作齿轮64之间设置偶数个惰轮传动连接,也可以实现主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6反向旋转的效果。
副驱动杆主转轴61、副驱动杆驱动臂63及副驱动杆工作齿轮64可以一体注塑成型,也可以分别成型后再组装成一体。副驱动杆副转轴62可采用不锈钢圆柱体,并卡接到副驱动杆驱动臂63上。
通过设计主驱动杆5和副驱动杆6的尺寸,以及主驱动杆工作齿轮54与副驱动杆工作齿轮64的传动比,能够实现所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3的滑动速度相同,以使把手本体1的前后两侧等速平行推出,进而使得所述把手本体由隐藏位置到达平开位置的过程中做平移运动。
此外,所述主推滑块2与所述外壳体4的铰接位置还可以设置有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端连接在所述外壳体4上,所述扭簧的另一端连接在所述主推滑块2上;所述把手本体1由隐藏位置至平开位置的过程中,所述扭簧被拉伸或压缩以积聚弹性势能;所述把手本体1由平开位置回到隐藏位置的过程中,所述扭簧释放弹性势能,以使得所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端随着所述副推滑块3一起回复,从而保持所述把手本体1的前后方向的两端运动速度一致。
参见图6及图9,所述副推滑块3上设置有沿前后方向延伸的第二滑动槽31,所述副驱动杆6还包括铰接在所述副驱动杆副转轴62上的第二摆动滑块65,所述第二摆动滑块65滑动设置在所述第二滑动槽31中。第二摆动滑块65与副驱动杆副转轴62形成转动副,第二摆动滑块65能够沿第二滑动槽31前后滑动。
参见图2、图3及图6,第二滑轨42的两侧均设置有第二导槽421,所述副推滑块3的两侧均设置有第二凸块32,第二凸块32与第二导槽421插接配合,以限定副推滑块3的滑动只能是在车门的内外方向。
所述车门把手还包括用于解锁车门的解锁机构8。
参见图13至图19,所述解锁机构8包括解锁拉扣81及解锁拨杆82,所述解锁拉扣81 的一端与把手本体1的前后方向的另一端铰接,所述解锁拨杆82的一端与解锁拉扣81连接,所述副推滑块4与解锁拉扣81铰接,所述解锁拨杆82与外壳体4铰接,所述解锁拨杆82通过拉索连接车门锁;在所述平开位置,继续向外拉动所述把手本体1,能够使得所述把手本体1绕所述主推滑块2的铰接轴线转动,进而使得所述解锁拉扣81能够拉动所述解锁拨杆82转动,以通过所述拉索带动车门锁解锁。
解锁拉扣81、解锁拨杆82通过塑料注塑工艺成形。
所述解锁拉扣81的另一端设置有拉扣811,拉扣811呈圆柱状,拉扣811可为金属圆柱。所述解锁拨杆82包括杆体821及连接在所述杆体821的外周上的配合板822,所述杆体821通过解锁转轴83铰接在所述外壳体4上,所述配合板822上设置有解锁拉扣配合孔8221,所述解锁拉扣81滑动穿插在所述解锁拉扣配合孔8221中,所述拉扣811能够勾住所述配合板822以带动所述解锁拨杆82转动。解锁拉扣配合孔8221大致呈方形,解锁拉扣配合孔8221的宽度小于拉扣811的长度,以使得拉扣811不会脱出解锁拉扣配合孔8221。
参见图16及图17,杆体821为中空结构,杆体821的内部设置有贯通的花键孔8211,解锁转轴83的外周上设置有外花键831。解锁转轴83插入花键孔8211,外花键831与花键孔8211配合,使得解锁拨杆82与解锁转轴83相对固定,解锁转轴83能够相对外壳体4转动。
参见图14及图15,解锁拉扣81的一端设置有轴孔812,以通过转轴铰接在把手本体1上,在该转轴处还设置有一个复位扭簧,以便于解锁拉扣81的复位。
第一实施例的车门把手,其工作原理如下:
(1)正常解锁。参见图11、图12及图18,在所述隐藏位置,电机71正转,通过传动机构带动主驱动杆5与副驱动杆6相向转动(二者夹角减小),以带动所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向外滑动,使得所述主推滑块2向外推动所述把手本体1的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块3向外推动所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端,把手本体1的两端以同样的速度向外平行运动,以此推动所述把手本体1由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置。在所述平开位置,人手伸入握持空间A,继续向外拉动所述把手本体1,使所述把手本体1绕所述主推滑块2的铰接轴线转动,进而使得所述解锁拉扣81能够带动所述解锁拨杆82转动,以通过所述拉索带动车门锁解锁,实现车门的正常解锁。图18中,A1表示把手本体1处于平开位置,A2表示把手本体1处于解锁位置。
(2)紧急解锁。当把手本体1由于冰冻、缺电、电子故障等其它原因不能自动伸出时,通过手指按压把手本体1的对应于主推滑块3的一端,从而使把手本体1的另一端翘起,露 出握持空间A的部分空间,人手伸入握持空间A,握住把手本体1,拉动把手本体1绕所述主推滑块2的铰接轴线转动,进而使得所述解锁拉扣81能够拉动所述解锁拨杆82转动,以通过所述拉索带动车门锁解锁,实现车门的紧急解锁。图19中,B1表示把手本体1处于隐藏位置,B2表示把手本体1处于紧急解锁位置。
(3)把手回收。在所述平开位置,电机71反转,通过传动机构带动主驱动杆5与副驱动杆相背转动(二者夹角增大),以带动所述主推滑块2及副推滑块3向内滑动,使所述主推滑块2向内拉动所述把手本体1的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块3向内推动所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端。由于所述主推滑块2与所述外壳体4的铰接位置设置有扭簧,所述把手本体1由隐藏位置至平开位置的过程中,所述扭簧被拉伸或压缩积聚了弹性势能;所述把手本体1由平开位置回复到隐藏位置的过程中,所述扭簧释放弹性势能,以使得所述把手本体1的前后方向的另一端随着所述副推滑块3一起回复,从而保持所述把手本体1的前后方向的两端运动速度一致。即,把手本体1回收时,把手本体1的两端以同样的速度向内平行运动,以拉动所述把手本体1由平开位置平移至隐藏位置。
第二实施例
参见图20至图32,为本发明第二实施例提供的车门把手,与第一实施例相同的部分不再描述,以下阐述与第一实施例不同之处。
第二实施例中,参见图29及图30,所述动力装置7a包括电机71a及传动机构,所述电机71a的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴51平行间隔,所述传动机构连接在所述电机71a的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴51之间。所述电机71a的输出轴及主驱动杆主转轴51沿竖直方向延伸。
具体为,所述传动机构包括第一蜗轮72a、第一蜗杆73a、第二蜗轮74a、第二蜗杆75a及输出轴76a,所述第一蜗杆73a同轴连接或一体形成在所述电机71a的输出轴上,所述第一蜗轮72a与第二蜗杆75a同轴连接,所述第二蜗杆75a垂直于所述第一蜗杆73a,所述输出轴76a的一端与所述第二蜗轮74a同轴连接,所述输出轴76a的另一端与所述主驱动杆主转轴51同轴连接,所述第一蜗轮72a与第一蜗杆73a啮合,所述第二蜗轮74a与第二蜗杆75a啮合。这样,相当于传动机构包含了两套蜗轮蜗杆减速机构,实现了电机71a的两级减速。
第二实施例中,参见图20及图21,外壳体4包括外壳主体43及动力装置安装壳44,外壳主体43呈长条状并沿前后方向延伸,动力装置安装壳44呈长条状并沿上下方向延伸,动力装置安装壳44的上端连接在外壳主体43的下侧中间位置。主推滑块2、副推滑块3、主驱动杆5、副驱动杆6及解锁机构8均设置在外壳主体43的内部空间中,动力装置7设置在动 力装置安装壳44的内部空间中。
相对于第一实施例,由于动力装置7布置在外壳体4的下部,没有占用外壳体4的长度方向的空间,外壳体4可以更短,以节省长度方向的安装空间。
参见图22,主推滑块2上的第一滑动槽212呈长方形,并具有一定的深度。
参见图23,副推滑块3上的第二滑动槽31呈长方形,并具有一定的深度。
参见图24,与第一实施例相比,第二实施例的主驱动杆5的下端更长,下端具有用于与输出轴76a连接的套筒结构,并且由于本实施例中电机71a采用两级减速,传动比足够大,从输出轴76a输出的动力可以直接驱动主驱动杆5,主驱动杆主转轴51上无需再设置皮带轮传动机构。
参见图24至图26,由于主驱动杆5及副驱动杆6在工作过程中不需要旋转360度,因而本实施例中主驱动杆工作齿轮54及副驱动杆工作齿轮64均为不完整的齿轮,这样一方面可以减少空间占用,另一方面,可以降低制造成本。
参见图31及图32,此时把手本体1处于平开位置。把手本体1伸出外壳体4,把手本体1基本上处于平行的状态。此时,解锁拉扣81的拉扣811勾住解锁拨杆82的配合板822。人手伸入握持空间A,继续向外拉动所述把手本体1,能够使得所述把手本体1绕所述主推滑块2的铰接轴线转动,进而使得所述解锁拉扣81的拉扣811能够拉动所述解锁拨杆82转动,以通过所述拉索带动车门锁解锁。
第三实施例
第三实施例提供的车门把手与第二实施例的不同之处在于,所述动力装置包括电机,所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴同轴连接。电机直接驱动主驱动杆主转轴转动,减少了中间传动机构,结构更加简单。
第四实施例
第四实施例提供的车门把手,与第一实施例的不同之处在于,取消蜗轮、蜗杆,电机直接驱动主皮带轮。电机直接驱动主皮带轮,通过皮带传动机构带动主驱动杆主转轴转动,减少了蜗轮蜗杆机构,结构简化。
第五实施例
第五实施例提供的车门把手与第一实施例的不同之处在于,取消蜗轮蜗杆、皮带、主皮带轮及副皮带轮,电机的输出轴与主驱动杆主转轴同轴连接。电机直接驱动主驱动杆主转轴转动,减少了中间传动机构,结构更加简单。
第六实施例

第八实施例
第八实施例提供的车门把手,与第一实施例的不同之处在于,所述驱动装置包括第一动力装置及第二动力装置。在所述隐藏位置,所述第一动力装置能够驱动所述主推滑块向外滑动,所述第二动力装置能够驱动所述副推滑块向外滑动,以使得所述主推滑块向外推动所述把手本体的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块向外推动所述把手本体的前后方向的另一端,以此推动所述把手本体由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置;在所述平开位置,所述第一动力装置能够驱动所述主推滑块向内滑动,所述第二动力装置能够驱动所述副推滑块向内滑动,以使得所述主推滑块向内拉动所述把手本体的前后方向的一端,所述副推滑块向内拉动所述把手本体的前后方向的另一端,以此拉动所述把手本体由平开位置回到隐藏位置。
所述第一动力装置包括第一电机及第一传动机构,所述第一传动机构传动连接在所述第一电机与主推滑块之间,所述第一电机通过所述第一传动机构带动所述主推滑块沿内外方向滑动。所述第二动力装置包括第二电机及第二传动机构,所述第二传动机构传动连接在所述第二电机与副推滑块之间,所述第二电机通过所述第二传动机构带动所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动。
所述第一传动机构为皮带传动机构、链条传动机构、齿轮齿条传动机构或丝杠传动机构,所述第二传动机构为皮带传动机构、链条传动机构、齿轮齿条传动机构或丝杠传动机构。
第九实施例
第九实施例提供的车门把手,与第八实施例的不同之处在于,所述第一动力装置为液压缸、气压缸或伺服电缸,所述第二动力装置为液压缸、气压缸或伺服电缸。
液压缸、气压缸或伺服电缸能够直接驱动主推滑块和副推滑块沿内外方向滑动,因而无需设置将旋转运动转化为直线往复运动的传动机构。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种车门把手,其特征在于,包括把手本体、主推滑块、副推滑块、外壳体及驱动装置,所述外壳体上设置有第一滑轨及第二滑轨,所述主推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第一滑轨上,所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动设置在所述第二滑轨上;所述主推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的一端铰接,所述副推滑块与把手本体的前后方向的另一端铰接;
    所述把手本体具有收缩在车门外表面内侧的隐藏位置及凸出于车门外表面的平开位置;在所述隐藏位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块及副推滑块向外滑动,以推动所述把手本体由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置;在所述平开位置,所述驱动装置能够驱动所述主推滑块及副推滑块向内滑动,以拉动所述把手本体由平开位置回到隐藏位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括主驱动杆、副驱动杆及动力装置;所述主驱动杆的一端与所述主推滑块滑动连接,所述主驱动杆的另一端与所述外壳体铰接,所述副驱动杆的一端与所述副推滑块滑动连接,所述副驱动杆的另一端与所述外壳体铰接,所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆传动连接,所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆的转动方向相反;
    所述动力装置用于驱动所述主驱动杆转动,并带动所述副驱动杆相对于所述主驱动杆反向转动,通过所述主驱动杆与所述副驱动杆的夹角变化带动所述主推滑块及所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动,使得所述把手本体能够在所述隐藏位置及所述平开位置之间切换。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述主推滑块及所述副推滑块的滑动速度相同,以使得所述把手本体由隐藏位置到达平开位置的过程中做平移运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述主推滑块与所述外壳体的铰接位置设置有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端连接在所述外壳体上,所述扭簧的另一端连接在所述主推滑块上;所述把手本体由所述隐藏位置至所述平开位置的过程中,所述扭簧积聚弹性势能;所述把手本体由所述平开位置回复到所述隐藏位置的过程中,所述扭簧释放弹性势能,以使得所述把手本体的前后方向的另一端随着所述副推滑块一起回复。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述主驱动杆包括主驱动杆主转轴、主驱动杆副转轴、主驱动杆驱动臂及主驱动杆工作齿轮,所述主驱动杆工作齿轮同轴连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述主驱动杆驱动臂的一端连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述主驱动杆副转轴连接在所述主驱动杆驱动臂的另一端,所述主驱动杆副转轴与所述主推滑块滑动连接;所述动力装置用于驱动所述主驱动杆主转轴旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述动力装置包括电机及传动机构, 所述传动机构包括皮带、主皮带轮及副皮带轮,所述副皮带轮同轴连接在所述主驱动杆主转轴上,所述皮带绕设在所述主皮带轮及副皮带轮上,所述电机用于驱动所述主皮带轮旋转,以通过所述皮带带动所述副皮带轮旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括蜗杆及蜗轮轴,所述蜗轮轴上设置有与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮,所述主皮带轮同轴连接在所述蜗轮轴上,所述蜗杆与所述电机的输出轴同轴连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述动力装置包括电机及传动机构,所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴平行间隔,所述传动机构连接在所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一蜗轮、第一蜗杆、第二蜗轮、第二蜗杆及输出轴,所述第一蜗杆同轴连接或一体形成在所述电机的输出轴上,所述第一蜗轮与第二蜗杆同轴连接,所述第二蜗杆垂直于所述第一蜗杆,所述输出轴的一端与所述第二蜗轮同轴连接,所述输出轴的另一端与所述主驱动杆主转轴同轴连接,所述第一蜗轮与第一蜗杆啮合,所述第二蜗轮与第二蜗杆啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述动力装置包括电机,所述电机的输出轴与所述主驱动杆主转轴同轴连接。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述主推滑块包括主推滑块主体及主推滑块铰接臂,所述主推滑块主体滑动设置在所述第一滑轨内,所述主推滑块铰接臂的一端连接在所述主推滑块主体上,所述主推滑块铰接臂的另一端铰接在所述把手本体上,所述主推滑块主体上设置有沿前后方向延伸的第一滑动槽,所述主驱动杆还包括铰接在所述主驱动杆副转轴上的第一摆动滑块,所述第一摆动滑块滑动设置在所述第一滑动槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述副驱动杆包括副驱动杆主转轴、副驱动杆副转轴、副驱动杆驱动臂及副驱动杆工作齿轮,所述副驱动杆工作齿轮同轴连接在所述副驱动杆主转轴上,所述副驱动杆驱动臂的一端连接在所述副驱动杆主转轴上,所述副驱动杆副转轴连接在所述副驱动杆驱动臂的另一端,所述副驱动杆副转轴与所述副推滑块滑动连接;所述主驱动杆工作齿轮与所述副驱动杆工作齿轮直接啮合,或者,所述主驱动杆工作齿轮与所述副驱动杆工作齿轮之间设置偶数个惰轮以传动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述副推滑块上设置有沿前后方向延伸的第二滑动槽,所述副驱动杆还包括铰接在所述副驱动杆副转轴上的第二摆动滑块,所述第二摆动滑块滑动设置在所述第二滑动槽中。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述车门把手还包括用于解锁车门的解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括解锁拉扣及解锁拨杆,所述解锁拉扣的一端与所述把手本体的前后方向的另一端铰接,所述解锁拨杆的一端与所述解锁拉扣连接,所述副推滑块与所述解锁拉扣铰接,所述解锁拨杆与所述外壳体铰接,所述解锁拨杆通过拉索连接车门锁;
    在所述平开位置,继续向外拉动所述把手本体,能够使得所述把手本体绕所述主推滑块的铰接轴线转动,进而使得所述解锁拉扣能够拉动所述解锁拨杆转动,以通过所述拉索带动车门锁解锁。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述解锁拉扣的另一端设置有拉扣;
    所述解锁拨杆包括杆体及连接在所述杆体的外周上的配合板,所述杆体铰接在所述外壳体上,所述配合板上设置有解锁拉扣配合孔,所述解锁拉扣滑动穿插在所述解锁拉扣配合孔中,所述拉扣能够勾住所述配合板以带动所述解锁拨杆转动。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括第一动力装置及第二动力装置;
    在所述隐藏位置,所述第一动力装置能够驱动所述主推滑块向外滑动,所述第二动力装置能够驱动所述副推滑块向外滑动,以推动所述把手本体由隐藏位置伸出并平移至平开位置;在所述平开位置,所述第一动力装置能够驱动所述主推滑块向内滑动,所述第二动力装置能够驱动所述副推滑块向内滑动,以此拉动所述把手本体由平开位置回到隐藏位置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述第一动力装置包括第一电机及第一传动机构,所述第一传动机构传动连接在所述第一电机与所述主推滑块之间,所述第一电机通过所述第一传动机构带动所述主推滑块沿内外方向滑动;所述第二动力装置包括第二电机及第二传动机构,所述第二传动机构传动连接在所述第二电机与所述副推滑块之间,所述第二电机通过所述第二传动机构带动所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述第一传动机构为皮带传动机构、链条传动机构、齿轮齿条传动机构或丝杠传动机构,所述第二传动机构为皮带传动机构、链条传动机构、齿轮齿条传动机构或丝杠传动机构。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的车门把手,其特征在于,所述第一动力装置直接驱动所述主推滑块沿内外方向滑动,所述第二动力装置直接驱动所述副推滑块沿内外方向滑动;
    所述第一动力装置为液压缸、气压缸或伺服电缸,所述第二动力装置为液压缸、气压缸或伺服电缸。
  20. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-19任意一项所述的车门把手。
