本发明实施例涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟弹管。
背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的外观、烟雾味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种产品。电子烟具有携带方便,持续时间长等优点。
相关技术中,烟弹管的烟嘴暴露在外,容易受到细菌、灰尘等污染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种烟弹管,能够提升烟嘴的卫生状况,且能够方便使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例一方面提供一种烟弹管,烟弹管包括:
管体;
烟嘴,设于所述管体沿长度方向的一端;
外覆件,所述外覆件包括第一套筒和可移除的挡件,所述第一套筒可活动地套设于所述管体的部分外侧并覆于所述烟嘴的外侧,所述挡件包括安装状态和移除状态;
在所述安装状态下,所述挡件设于所述管体的外侧,且与所述第一套筒远离所述烟嘴的一端连接,以约束所述第一套筒的移动;
在所述移除状态下,所述挡件与所述第一套筒分离,所述第一套筒沿所述管体的长度方向滑移,以使所述烟嘴至少部分外露。
一些实施例中,所述烟嘴的外侧或者所述管体的外侧设有第一限位面,所述第一套筒的内侧设有第二限位面,在所述安装状态下,所述第一限位面与所述第二限位面沿管体长度方向间隔相对设置,在所述移除状态下,所述第一套筒朝向所述管体远离所述烟嘴的一端滑移,直至所述第一限位面与所述第二限位面抵接。
一些实施例中,所述烟嘴的外侧设有沿周向延伸的第一挡圈,所述烟嘴沿管体的长度方向插入所述管体中,以使所述第一挡圈与所述管体沿长度方向的端面抵接,所述第一挡圈背离所述管体的一侧形成所述第一限位面,所述第一套筒靠近所述烟嘴一端的敞口内侧边缘设有沿周向延伸的第二挡圈,所述第二挡圈朝向所述挡件的一侧形成所述第二限位面。
一些实施例中,所述烟弹管包括第一端盖,所述第一端盖可拆卸地盖设于所述第一套筒远离所述挡件一端的敞口。
一些实施例中,所述挡件朝向所述第一套筒的一端设有与所述第一套筒连接的若干个第一连接件,若干个所述第一连接件沿所述挡件的周向间隔设置。
一些实施例中,所述挡件沿所述管体的周向首尾相接以套设于所述管体的外侧,所述挡件的首端的厚度与所述挡件的尾端的厚度不同。
一些实施例中,所述烟弹管包括第二端盖,所述第二端盖位于所述管体沿长度方向远离烟嘴的一端,所述外覆件包括套设于所述管体外侧的第二套筒,所述第二端盖盖设于所述第二套筒沿所述管体长度方向的一端的敞口,所述第二套筒沿所述管体长度方向的另一端与所述挡件连接。
一些实施例中,所述挡件朝向所述第二套筒的一端设有与所述第二套筒连接的若干个第二连接件,若干个所述第二连接件沿所述挡件的周向间隔设置。
一些实施例中,所述第一套筒为纸质材料。
一些实施例中,所述第一端盖为PLA材料。
一些实施例中,所述第二套筒为纸质材料;和/或
所述第二端盖为PLA材料。
本发明实施例提供的烟弹管,一方面,第一套筒可活动地套设于管体的部分外侧并覆于烟嘴的外侧,对烟嘴和套设的部分管体能够起到一定的保护作用,同时,能够减少烟嘴直接与外界接触,降低了外界环境中的细菌、灰尘等异物直接粘附到烟嘴上的可能性。另一方面,挡件在安装状态下,挡件相对于管体固定设置,挡件与第一套筒远离烟嘴的一端连接,使得第一套筒也相对于管体固定设置,从而约束第一套筒的移动,以保证第一套筒能够覆于烟嘴的外侧,同时,挡件能够对其套设的部分管体起到一定的保护作用。挡件在移除状态下,挡件与第一套筒分离,第一套筒不再受挡件固定约束,用户能够根据实际需要,沿管体的长度方向滑移第一套筒,以使烟嘴至少部分外露后使用烟弹管,操作简单,使用方便,能够增强客户使用体验。

在本发明的描述中,“长度方向”方位或位置关系为基于附图1所示的方位或位置关系,需要理解的是,这些方位术语仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参见图1,本发明实施例一方面提供一种烟弹管1,烟弹管1包括管体11、烟嘴12和外覆件13。烟嘴12设于管体11沿长度方向的一端;外覆件13包括第一套筒131和可移除的挡件133,第一套筒131可活动地套设于管体11的部分外侧并覆于烟嘴12的外侧,挡件133包括安装状态和移除状态;在安装状态下,挡件133设于管体11的外侧,且与第一套筒131远离烟嘴12的一端连接,以约束第一套筒131的移动;在移除状态下,挡件133与第一套筒131分离,第一套筒131沿管体11的长度方向滑移,以使烟嘴12外露。
本发明实施例提供的烟弹管,一方面,第一套筒131可活动地套设于管体11的部分外侧并覆于烟嘴12的外侧,对烟嘴12和套设的部分管体11 能够起到一定的保护作用,同时,能够减少烟嘴12直接与外界接触,降低了外界环境中的细菌、灰尘等异物直接粘附到烟嘴12上的可能性。另一方面,挡件133在安装状态下,挡件133相对于管体11固定设置,挡件133与第一套筒131远离烟嘴12的一端连接,使得第一套筒131也相对于管体11固定设置,从而约束第一套筒131的移动,以保证第一套筒131能够覆于烟嘴12的外侧,同时,挡件133能够对其套设的部分管体11起到一定的保护作用。挡件133在移除状态下,挡件133与第一套筒131分离,第一套筒131不再受挡件133固定约束,用户能够根据实际需要,沿管体11的长度方向滑移第一套筒131,以使烟嘴12至少部分外露后使用烟弹管,操作简单,使用方便,能够增强客户使用体验。
一些实施例中,参阅图2,烟嘴12的外侧或者管体11的外侧设有第一限位面12a,第一套筒131的内侧设有第二限位面131a,在安装状态下,第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a沿管体11长度方向间隔相对设置,在移除状态下,第一套筒131朝向管体11远离烟嘴12的一端滑移,直至第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a抵接。
可以理解的是,在移除状态下,第二限位面131a朝向第二限位面131a移动的过程中,烟嘴12能够从第一套筒131背离管体11远离烟嘴12的一端的敞口位置逐渐露出,直至第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a抵接,第一套筒131不再覆于烟嘴12的外侧,烟嘴12外露可供客户使用。
可以理解的是,第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a之间沿长度方向的间隙的尺寸不小于烟嘴12可供用户含吸的部分沿长度方向的尺寸,以降低用户嘴唇与第一套筒131发生触碰的几率。
第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a沿管体11长度方向间隔相对设置的具体位置不限。
一些实施例中,参阅图5,在安装状态下,第二限位面131a设置于第 一套筒131远离挡件133的一端,第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a沿管体11长度方向的间隔距离等于烟嘴12从第二限位面131a沿管体11长度方向往上的部分的长度。如此,在第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a抵接的情况下,能够使烟嘴12从第二限位面131a沿管体11长度方向远离管体11的部分完全外露,以方便客户使用,同时,使结构设置和空间布局更为合理紧凑。
一些实施例中,参阅图3,烟嘴12的外侧设有沿周向延伸的第一挡圈121,烟嘴12沿管体11的长度方向插入管体11中,以使第一挡圈121与管体11沿长度方向的端面抵接。也就是说,烟嘴12与管体11通过插接的方式连接,装配方便,两者能够进行预制式生产,降低了生产加工的难度。
一些实施例中,参阅图3,第一挡圈121背离管体11的一侧形成第一限位面12a,第一套筒131靠近烟嘴12一端的敞口内侧边缘设有沿周向延伸的第二挡圈1311,第二挡圈1311朝向挡件133的一侧形成第二限位面131a。
第二挡圈1311的具体形式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图3,第二挡圈1311上形成有通孔1311a,烟嘴12沿管体11长度方向的投影处于通孔1311a沿管体11长度方向的投影范围内,以使在第一套筒131滑移的过程中,烟嘴12能够沿管体11长度方向穿设于通孔1311a中,也就是说,在挡件133处于移除状态下,第一套筒131与第二挡圈1311一同朝向管体11远离烟嘴12的一端滑移,烟嘴12通过通孔1311a逐渐外露,直至第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a抵接。
一些实施例中,参阅图2,烟弹管1包括第一端盖14,第一端盖14可拆卸地盖设于第一套筒131远离挡件133一端的敞口。也就是说,第一端盖14盖设于第一套筒131远离挡件133一端的敞口,能够实现敞口的封堵,降低了外界环境中的细菌、灰尘等异物从敞口进入第一套筒131内与烟嘴 12接触的可能性,有利于提高烟嘴12的卫生安全质量;同时,第一端盖14能够提升第一套筒131远离挡件133一端的敞口边缘在沿径向作用力的影响下抵抗变形的能力,以便第一套筒131在受到径向作用力后仍能够活动以使烟嘴12至少部分外露。第二挡圈1311在第一套筒131上的具体位置不限。一些实施例中,参阅图2,第二挡圈1311背离挡件133的一侧设有第一凸环1312,第一凸环1312沿第一套筒131的周向延伸,第一端盖14位于第一凸环1312沿径向的内侧且沿长度方向与第一挡圈121贴合,第一凸环1312能够使得第一端盖14的安装更加稳定,同时,第一凸环1312能够增强第一套筒131靠近烟嘴12的端部的结构稳定性,使其更能承受磨损和撞击,提升了其使用寿命。
管体11垂直于长度方向的横截面的具体形状不限,例如,圆形、菱形等。
第一端盖14的具体形式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图3,第一端盖14包括第一端盖板141和密封杆142,且第一端盖14包括封堵状态和分离状态。密封杆142位于第一端盖板141靠近烟嘴12的一侧且沿长度方向延伸,第一端盖板141径向边缘的部分朝向远离烟嘴12的方向弯折以形成凸柄1411,以便于客户通过凸柄1411掀开第一端盖14,密封杆142远离端盖板的一端的周向表面形成有圆形凸起1421。在封堵状态下,第一端盖14靠近烟嘴12的一侧与第二挡圈1311抵接,密封杆142沿管体11的长度方向插入烟嘴12中,圆形凸起1421与烟嘴12的吸口122的内壁抵接,以更好地实现密封效果。
挡件133与第一套筒131的具体连接方式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图2,挡件133朝向第一套筒131的一端设有与第一套筒131连接的若干个第一连接件1331,若干个第一连接件1331沿挡件133的周向间隔设置。挡件133通过第一连接件1331实现与第一套筒131的可移除连接,断开第一 连接件1331,即可实现挡件133与第一套筒131的分离,操作简单,使用方便,有利于提升客户体验感。
可以理解的是,第一连接件1331可以是可多次重复与第一套筒131实现移除和安装;也可以是仅能一次性移除。
挡件133的具体形式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图6,挡件133沿管体11的周向首尾相接以套设于管体11的外侧,挡件133的首端的厚度与挡件133的尾端的厚度不同。其中,挡件133的首端和挡件133的尾端中的厚度较大者沿周向的端面形成有易撕端面1333,客户能够根据实际需要,通过易撕端面1333便于撕除挡件133,操作简单,使用方便,能够增强客户使用体验。
一些实施例中,参阅图5,烟弹管1包括第二端盖15,第二端盖15位于管体11沿长度方向远离烟嘴12的一端,外覆件13包括套设于管体11外侧的第二套筒132,第二端盖15盖设于第二套筒132沿管体11长度方向的一端的敞口,第二套筒132沿管体11长度方向的另一端与挡件133连接。第二套筒132套设于管体11的部分外侧,对套设的部分管体11能够起到一定的保护作用
第一套筒沿131管体长度方向的具体长度不限。一些实施例中,参阅图4,第一限位面12a与第二限位面131a抵接的状态下,第一套筒131远离烟嘴12一端与第二套筒132靠近烟嘴12一端之间形成有预设间隙11a。如此,预设间隙11a中所裸露的管体11部分能够根据生产厂家的实际需要进行加工处理,例如,在所裸露的管体11部分增加相关的产品信息的文字、图案、数字等,能够有利于产品或商家的宣传推广,提高产品辨识度。
第二端盖15的具体形式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图5,第二端盖15包括第二端盖板151和安装端152,安装端152位于第二端盖板151靠近第二套筒132的一侧。第二端盖板151盖设于第二套筒132远离烟嘴12的一 端的敞口上,安装端152通过管体11远离烟嘴12的一端的敞口插入管体11内,第二套筒132远离烟嘴12的一端的端面和管体11远离烟嘴12的一端的端面同时与第二端盖板151靠近第二套筒132的一侧抵接。第二端盖板151沿径向的边缘部分沿周向形成第二凸环1511,第二凸环1511能够增强第二端盖15的结构强度,使其更能承受磨损和撞击,提升了其使用寿命。
第二端盖板151沿管体11长度方向的投影大小与第二套筒132沿管体11长度方向的投影大小相等,以使得烟弹管1的外观平整,提高用户使用体验。
第二端盖15与第二套筒132的具体连接方式不限,例如:可拆卸连接、固定连接等。
第二端盖15与管体11的具体连接方式不限,例如:可拆卸连接、固定连接等。
第二套筒132沿管体11长度方向的另一端与挡件133连接,以实现在安装状态下挡件133位置的固定。
挡件133与第二套筒132的具体连接方式不限。一些实施例中,参阅图2,挡件133朝向第二套筒132的一端设有与第二套筒132连接的若干个第二连接件1332,若干个第二连接件1332沿挡件133的周向间隔设置,能够提高挡件133与第二套筒132连接的稳定性。挡件133通过第二连接件1332实现与第二套筒132的可移除连接,断开第二连接件1332,即可实现挡件133与第二套筒132的分离,操作简单,使用方便,有利于提升客户体验感。
可以理解的是,第一套筒131、挡件133和第二套筒132共同构成了烟嘴12和管体11的外覆件13。
一些实施例中,参阅图1,外覆件13为整体式筒形结构,外覆件13设有两排预应力槽134,每排中的预应力槽134沿外覆件13的周向间隔设置, 两排预应力槽134之间沿套筒的长度方向间隔设置以形成挡件133,外覆件13中相比挡件133靠近烟嘴12的部分形成第一套筒131,外覆件13中相比挡件133远离烟嘴12的部分形成第二套筒132。也就是说,第一套筒131、挡件133和第二套筒132能够采用同种材质一体成型进行生产加工,工艺简单,成本较低。
外覆件13垂直于长度方向的横截面的具体形状不限,例如,圆形、菱形等。
一些实施例中,外覆件13与管体11相适配,即外覆件13垂直于长度方向的任一横截面的形状与管体11垂直于长度方向的横截面的形状相同。
一些实施例中,外覆件13的内壁与管体11贴合。
预应力槽134的制造方式不限,例如,冲裁形成。
可以理解的是,外覆件13、第一端盖14和第二端盖15共同构成了烟弹管1的外包装件,使得烟弹管1在售卖过程中无需额外的包装,节省资源。
第一套筒131为环保可降解材料,其具体材质不限。一些实施例中,第一套筒131为纸质材料。所采用的纸质材料类型不限,例如,牛皮纸,其材质柔韧结实,能承受较大拉力和较大压力。
第一端盖14为环保可降解材料,其具体材质不限。一些实施例中,第一端盖14为PLA(Polylactic Acid,聚乳酸)材料,具有良好的生物降解性,有利于保护生态环境。
第二套筒132为环保可降解材料,其具体材质不限。一些实施例中,第二套筒132为纸质材料。所采用的纸质材料类型不限,例如,牛皮纸,其材质柔韧结实,能承受较大拉力和较大压力。
第二端盖15为环保可降解材料,其具体材质不限。一些实施例中,第二端盖15为PLA材料,具有良好的生物降解性,有利于保护生态环境。
本发明提供的各个实施例/实施方式在不产生矛盾的情况下可以相互组合。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种烟弹管,包括:
    管体;
    烟嘴,设于所述管体沿长度方向的一端;
    外覆件,所述外覆件包括第一套筒和可移除的挡件,所述第一套筒可活动地套设于所述管体的部分外侧并覆于所述烟嘴的外侧,所述挡件包括安装状态和移除状态;
    在所述安装状态下,所述挡件设于所述管体的外侧,且与所述第一套筒远离所述烟嘴的一端连接,以约束所述第一套筒的移动;
    在所述移除状态下,所述挡件与所述第一套筒分离,所述第一套筒沿所述管体的长度方向滑移,以使所述烟嘴至少部分外露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述烟嘴的外侧或者所述管体的外侧设有第一限位面,所述第一套筒的内侧设有第二限位面,在所述安装状态下,所述第一限位面与所述第二限位面沿管体长度方向间隔相对设置,在所述移除状态下,所述第一套筒朝向所述管体远离所述烟嘴的一端滑移,直至所述第一限位面与所述第二限位面抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹管,所述烟嘴的外侧设有沿周向延伸的第一挡圈,所述烟嘴沿管体的长度方向插入所述管体中,以使所述第一挡圈与所述管体沿长度方向的端面抵接,所述第一挡圈背离所述管体的一侧形成所述第一限位面,所述第一套筒靠近所述烟嘴一端的敞口内侧边缘设有沿周向延伸的第二挡圈,所述第二挡圈朝向所述挡件的一侧形成所述第二限位面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述烟弹管包括第一端盖,所述第一端盖可拆卸地盖设于所述第一套筒远离所述挡件一端的敞口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述挡件朝向所述第一套筒的一端 设有与所述第一套筒连接的若干个第一连接件,若干个所述第一连接件沿所述挡件的周向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述挡件沿所述管体的周向首尾相接以套设于所述管体的外侧,所述挡件的首端的厚度与所述挡件的尾端的厚度不同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述烟弹管包括第二端盖,所述第二端盖位于所述管体沿长度方向远离烟嘴的一端,所述外覆件包括套设于所述管体外侧的第二套筒,所述第二端盖盖设于所述第二套筒沿所述管体长度方向的一端的敞口,所述第二套筒沿所述管体长度方向的另一端与所述挡件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟弹管,所述挡件朝向所述第二套筒的一端设有与所述第二套筒连接的若干个第二连接件,若干个所述第二连接件沿所述挡件的周向间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,所述第一套筒为纸质材料。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的烟弹管,所述第一端盖为PLA材料。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的烟弹管,所述第二套筒为纸质材料;和/或,所述第二端盖为PLA材料。
