本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具。
背景技术
机车灯是一种机车工作照明设备。机车灯在使用时需要固定在机车(例如电机车、掘进机等)上,供机车工作照明使用。
行灯是一种可以移动的照明灯具。通常情况下,人行走在黑暗的环境时,随身携带行灯以供照明使用。
技术问题
现有的机车灯和行灯都是只能适用于单一使用场合(即机车灯只能安装在机车上供机车工作照明使用,行灯只能适用于随身携带供人的行走移动中照明使用),不具有多种使用方式,灵活性都比较差。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,包括:灯体、架体及安装组件;
所述架体包括灯架连接件及L型弹性限位件;所述灯架连接件通过固定螺丝与所述灯体连接;所述L型弹性限位件的一端与所述灯架连接件固定连接,另一端为自由端;所述自由端开设有避让凹槽;所述避让凹槽与所述安装组件配合;
所述安装组件包括:固定U型连接件、活动U型连接件、连杆及安装螺丝;所述安装螺丝安装于所述活动U型连接件;
所述固定U型连接件与所述灯体连接;所述活动U型连接件通过所述连杆与所述固定U型连接件连接;所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相对设置或所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相互垂直设置;
所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相对设置且所述自由端与所述灯体相互垂直时,所述活动U型连接件的底部抵持于所述自由端;或所述活动U型连接件与所述L型弹性限位件分离。
在其中一个实施例中,所述L型弹性限位件设置有加强筋。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加强筋的数量为两条,两条所述加强筋分设在所述避让凹槽的两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述架体还包括提手件;所述提手件与所述灯架连接件连接。

如图1及图2所示,本发明公开一种具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具10,包括:灯体20、架体30及安装组件40。架体30包括灯架连接件310及L型弹性限位件320。灯架连接件310通过固定螺丝330与灯体20连接。L型弹性限位件320的一端与灯架连接件310固定连接,另一端为自由端340。自由端340开设有避让凹槽341。避让凹槽341与安装组件40配合。作为优选的实施方式,灯体20设置有防护罩210。通过防护罩210对灯体20进行防护,避免灯体20在外力作用下发生损坏,从而提高灯具10的安全性,延长灯具10的使用寿命。
如图2及图3所示,在本实施例中,安装组件40包括:固定U型连接件410、活动U型连接件420、连杆430及安装螺丝440。安装螺丝440安装于活动U型连接件420。固定U型连接件410与灯体20连接。具体的,固定U型连接件410通过螺钉450与灯体20连接。
如图2及图3所示,具体的,活动U型连接件420通过连杆430与固定U型连接件410连接。活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相对设置或活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相互垂直设置。活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相对设置且自由端340与灯体20相互垂直时,活动U型连接件420的底部抵持于自由端340;或活动U型连接件420与L型弹性限位件320分离。
如图2及图3所示,作为优选的实施方式,L型弹性限位件320设置有加强筋321。在本实施例中,加强筋321的数量为两条,两条加强筋321分设在避让凹槽341的两侧。通过设置加强筋321,实现在L型弹性限位件320保持弹性的前提下,还保持稳定性,不容易发生不可逆的变形或折断。避让凹槽341一方面对安装螺丝440连接到机车上提供避让空间,另一方面对活动U型连接件420及安装螺丝440相对固定U型连接件410的转动提供避让空间。
如图2所示,作为优选的实施方式,架体30还包括提手件350;提手件350与灯架连接件310连接。在本实施例中,提手件350为U型结构。提手件350具有连接部351及握持部352,连接部351通过固定螺丝330与灯体20连接。握持部352设置有防滑胶套353。通过设置提手件,在机车灯和行灯组合灯具10作为行灯使用时,使用人可以手提灯具10,使用非常方便。
如图2所示,作为优选的实施方式,架体30还包括挂钩件360;挂钩件360与灯架连接件310连接。通过设置挂钩件360,在机车灯和行灯组合灯具10作为行灯使用时,使用人可以根据现场的需要将灯具10挂起来使用,而不需要一直手提,使用非常灵活、方便。
下面对具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具10的工作原理进行说明(请一并参阅图1至图7):
当灯具10作为机车灯使用时,若灯具10需要应用于对灯具10的照射角度的稳定性具有严格要求的场合时,灯具10的使用状态如图4所示;此时,安装螺丝440与应用对象(机车)连接;从而使得灯具10安装在机车上;
如图4所示,此时,L型弹性限位件320的自由端340与灯体20保持垂直状态,且活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相互垂直设置,且活动U型连接件420的底部紧紧抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340;灯具10在此状态下,安装螺丝440与机车连接,从而实现将灯具10安装在机车上;此时,灯具10同时通过活动U型连接件420的底部紧紧抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340以及灯架连接件310与灯体20连接两个维度来对灯具10进行固定及限位,这样灯具10就不容易发生晃动和偏摆,抗震性好,照射角度稳定,特别适用于震动比较大、比较频繁的场合;
在灯具10作为机车灯使用,且需要随时调整灯具10照射角度的场所时,灯具10的安装如图5所示;如图5所示,对于需要随时调整灯具10的照射角度的场合,则需要将架体30转动一定角度,使得L型弹性限位件320的自由端340完全与活动U型连接件420分离;在此状态下,当需要调整灯具10的照射角度时,旋转连杆430,使得固定U型连接件410相对活动U型连接件420可以转动;当灯体20转动到所需的角度时,再次旋转连杆430,使得固定U型连接件410相对活动U型连接件420固定;需要说明的是,灯体20进行转动时,带动架体30一同转动;且,在此状态下,调整灯具10的照射角度,只需要松紧连杆430,而不需要同时松紧固定螺丝330,操作简单、方便;
当灯具10作为行灯使用时,若灯具10需要应用于对灯具10的照射角度的稳定性具有严格要求的场合时,灯具10的使用状态如图6所示;此时,灯具10通过挂钩件360挂在墙体上;
如图6所示,此时,L型弹性限位件320的自由端340与灯体20保持垂直状态,且活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相互垂直设置,且活动U型连接件420的底部紧紧抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340;此时,灯具10同时通过活动U型连接件420的底部紧紧抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340以及灯架连接件310与灯体20连接两个维度来对灯具10进行限位,这样灯具10就不容易相对架体30发生晃动和偏摆,抗震性好,照射角度稳定,特别适用于震动比较大、比较频繁的场合;
在灯具10作为行灯使用,且需要随时调整灯具10照射角度的场所时,灯具10的安装如图7所示;如图7所示,需要将活动U型连接件420及安装螺丝440一同转动90度,使得活动U型连接件420的底部不再抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340;在此状态下,当需要调整灯具10的照射角度时,松开固定螺丝330,转动灯体20,使得灯体20可相对架体30转动;当灯体20沿架体30转动到所需的角度时,再次拧紧固定螺丝330,使得灯体20与架体30再次固定连接;需要说明的是,在灯体20转动的过程中,由于活动U型连接件420已与固定U型连接件410相互垂直设置使得活动U型连接件420与L型弹性限位件320的自由端340分离,故自由端340不会给灯体20及安装组件40的转动形成阻碍;
当然,还需要说明的是,由于L型弹性限位件320的弹性特性、活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410通过连杆430连接以及L型弹性限位件320开设避让凹槽341的共同配合;一方面,使得活动U型连接件420在松开连杆430的时候可以相对于固定U型连接件410转动;另一方面,还使得活动U型连接件420与固定U型连接件410相对固定设置时且活动U型连接件420的底部抵持于L型弹性限位件320的自由端340时,L型弹性限位件320对活动U型连接件420实现牢牢限位从而间接对灯体20进行限位,即此时架体30及安装组件40对灯具10实现两个维度的固定及限位,从而使得灯具10的照射角度非常稳定,灯具10的抗震性能好;再一方面,架体30相对灯体20整体转动一定角度使得L型弹性限位件320完全与活动U型连接件420后,只需要松紧连杆430即可对灯体20及架体30进行一体的转动,从而方便、高效地调整灯具10的照射角度。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
工业实用性
本发明的灯具10既可以作为机车灯使用,也可以作为行灯使用,且作为机车灯使用时还可以根据使用场合的需要灵活调整不同的使用状态,作为行灯使用时也可以根据使用场合的需要灵活调整不同的使用状态,从而使得本发明的灯具10灵活性好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,包括:灯体、架体及安装组件;
    所述架体包括灯架连接件及L型弹性限位件;所述灯架连接件通过固定螺丝与所述灯体连接;所述L型弹性限位件的一端与所述灯架连接件固定连接,另一端为自由端;所述自由端开设有避让凹槽;所述避让凹槽与所述安装组件配合;
    所述安装组件包括:固定U型连接件、活动U型连接件、连杆及安装螺丝;所述安装螺丝安装于所述活动U型连接件;
    所述固定U型连接件与所述灯体连接;所述活动U型连接件通过所述连杆与所述固定U型连接件连接;所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相对设置或所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相互垂直设置;
    所述活动U型连接件与所述固定U型连接件相对设置且所述自由端与所述灯体相互垂直时,所述活动U型连接件的底部抵持于所述自由端;或所述活动U型连接件与所述L型弹性限位件分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述L型弹性限位件设置有加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述加强筋的数量为两条,两条所述加强筋分设在所述避让凹槽的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述架体还包括提手件;所述提手件与所述灯架连接件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述提手件为U型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述提手件具有连接部及握持部,所述连接部通过所述固定螺丝与所述灯体连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述握持部设置有防滑胶套。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述架体还包括挂钩件;所述挂钩件与所述灯架连接件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述固定U型连接件通过螺钉与所述灯体连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有多种使用方式的机车灯和行灯组合灯具,其特征在于,所述灯体设置有防护罩。
