本申请实施例提供的一种预处理盒,包括盒体以及盒盖,盒体具有容纳清洁湿巾的容纳腔以及与容纳腔连通的开口,盒盖包括第一盖体和第二盖体,第一盖体扣合于开口并设置有与容纳腔连通的抽口,第二盖体用于打开或者封闭抽口,故操作人员可通过打开抽口来拿取容纳腔内存储的清洁湿巾。其中,由于清洁湿巾在存储过程中其内部的化学品会向下逐渐渗出,为避免下层的清洁湿巾中累积过多的化学品,预处理盒还包括托板,托板设置于容纳腔内并用于承载清洁湿巾,托板与盒体的底面之间间隔设置形成夹层,托板上间隔开设有多个过滤孔,故渗出的化学品能够由过滤孔流出并累积至夹层中,以保证清洁湿巾的使用效果。此外,考虑到清洁 湿巾的存储环境,盒盖还包括第二盖体以及连接于第一盖体和第二盖体之间的弹性复位件,第二盖体与第一盖体可移动连接,并在弹性复位件的作用下自动封闭抽口,从而在操作人员拿取清洁湿巾后及时封闭抽口,避免外部杂质混入或是造成清洁湿巾风干,保证清洁湿巾的存储环境,以进一步保证清洁湿巾的使用效果。

申请人注意到,现有的化学品往往通过洗瓶存储于防爆钢桶中,在使用过程中需要打开防爆钢桶,取出放置于其中的洗瓶,并将洗瓶中的化学品挤出至无尘布表面。由于在实际使用过程中,在将化学品由洗瓶挤出至无尘布过程中,化学品会溅射到其他区域,给操作人员和工具带来安全隐患。
为解决化学品挤出时会溅射的问题,申请人经过深入研究,将无尘布浸湿于化学品中形成清洁湿巾,通过拿取清洁湿巾来简化使用步骤,并提出了一种用于存储清洁湿巾的预处理盒,以保证清洁湿巾的存储环境,下面对本申请实施例进行进一步描述。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请实施例提出了一种用于存储清洁湿巾的预处理盒,包括盒体1、盒盖3以及托板2,盒体1具有容纳腔以及与容纳腔连通的开口,托板2设置于容纳腔内并用于承载容纳腔内存储的清洁湿巾,托板2与盒体1的底面之间间隔设置并形成夹层,托板2上间隔开设有多个过滤孔21。盒盖3设置于盒体1,盒盖3包括第一盖体31、第二盖体32以及连接第一盖体31和第二盖体32的弹性复位件33,第一盖体31扣合于盒体1设置,第一盖体31上开设有与容纳腔连通的抽口K,第二盖体32与第一盖体31可移动连接,并在弹性复位件33的作用下在自动封闭抽口K。
本申请实施例中的预处理盒,将清洁湿巾存储于盒体1的容纳腔中,第一盖体31设置有与容纳腔连通的抽口K,故操作人员可通过抽口K来拿取容纳腔内存储的清洁湿巾。其中,由于清洁湿巾在存储过程中其内部的化学品会向下逐渐渗出,为避免下层的清洁湿巾中累积过多的化学品,预处理盒还包括托板2,托板2设置于容纳腔内并用于承载清洁湿巾,托板2与盒体1的底面之间间隔设置形成夹层,托板2上间隔开设有多个过滤孔21,故渗出的化学品能够由过滤孔21流出并累积至夹层中,以保证清洁湿巾的使用效果。此外,考虑到清洁湿巾的存储环境,盒盖3还包括第二盖体32以及连接于第一盖体31和第二盖体32之间的弹性复位件33,第二盖体32与第一盖体31可移动连接,并在弹性复位件33的作用下自动封闭抽口K,从而在操作人员拿取清洁湿巾后及时封闭抽口K,避免外部杂质混入或是造成清洁湿巾风干,保证清洁湿巾的存储环境,以进一步保证清洁湿巾的使用效果。
其中,托板2朝向盒体1的底面的一侧可设置有支撑脚22,在将托板2设置于容纳腔内时,即可通过支撑脚22使得托板2与盒体1的底面之间形成夹层。同时,可在托板2上间隔设置多个高度相同的支撑脚22,以保证托板2的支撑强度。此外,也可在盒体1的内侧面的预定高度处设置有凸棱,以将托板2卡接于容纳腔的预定高度处,托板2与盒体1的底面之间的具体距离可根据清洁湿巾的数量进行调整,其能够避免由清洁湿巾渗出的化学品累积即可。
可选地,抽口K的大小应该符合人体工程学,以更便于操作人员通过抽口K拿取清洁湿巾。
可以理解的是,第二盖体32在弹性复位件33的作用下自动封闭抽口K的原理为:在将第二盖体32相对第一盖体31移动来打开抽口K的过程中,弹性复位件33发生弹性变形,故在松开第二盖体32后,第二盖体32即可在弹性复位件33的恢复力作用下相对第一盖体31反向移动,从而实现抽口K的自动封闭,以保证清洁湿巾的存储环境。
请参阅图2和图4,在一些可选地实施例中,盒体1包括相嵌套的内壳11和外壳12,内壳11设置有容纳腔,第一盖体31扣合于外壳12设置。 其中,内壳11和外壳12可由不同的材料制成,例如内壳11选用抗腐蚀的聚丙烯材料,外壳12选用强度高且防爆的不锈钢材料,通过形成双层盒体1结构,能够在保证清洁湿巾存储的同时,提高预处理盒的强度,同时能够起到防静电的作用。可选地,外壳12可仅环绕于内壳11的外周侧设置,也可包裹于内壳11的外周侧和底面,以进一步保证预处理盒的强度。
其中,预处理盒还包括密封件4,密封件4包括夹设于第一盖体31和内壳11之间的第一密封环41。将第一盖体31扣合于外壳12时,即可通过第一密封环41连接第一盖体31和内壳11,从而实现容纳腔的密封。为便于第一密封环41的设置,内壳11的开口端可开设有环形的第一密封槽111,第一密封环41部分嵌设于第一密封槽111中,从而在第一盖体31扣合于外壳12时,即可压紧第一密封环41来实现容纳腔的密封。可选地,第一密封环41可由氟胶制成。
为便于第一盖体31和外壳12的连接,在一些可选地实施例中,外壳12背离内壳11的一侧表面上凸出设置有至少一个卡槽121,第一盖体31对应卡槽121设置有凸块34,凸块34插接于卡槽121内。即通过形成凸块34与卡槽121配合的卡扣结构,从而将第一盖体31扣合于外壳12上,并压紧夹设于第一盖体31和内壳11之间的第一密封环41,保证容纳腔的密封效果。可选地,外壳12上可对称设置有两个卡槽121,以便于实现第一盖体31和外壳12的对位,同时也保证第一盖体31和外壳12连接的稳定性。
可选地,外壳12的卡槽121一侧还可设置有按钮,通过按钮将凸块34推出卡槽121,来实现第一盖体31与外壳12的解锁。因此,在需要拿取大量清洁湿巾或是将清洁湿巾装入容纳腔时,即可通过打开第一盖体31,来便于实现大量清洁湿巾的拿取或更换。
请参阅图5至图7,为通过盒盖3来实现清洁湿巾的拿取,在一些可选地实施例中,第一盖体31包括第一子盖311以及环绕于第一子盖311外周设置的第二子盖312,第二子盖312扣合于盒体1上,第二盖体32通过弹性复位件33与第二子盖312可移动连接,以打开或封闭位于第一子盖311上的抽口K。其中,弹性复位件33可设置于压簧,在第二子盖312相对于 抽口K打开时,弹性复位件33处于压缩状态,以在松开第二子盖312后,推动第二子盖312自动封闭抽口K。弹性复位件33也可设置为拉簧,在第二子盖312相对于抽口K打开时,弹性复位件33处于拉伸状态,以在松开第二子盖312后,拉动第二子盖312自动封闭抽口K。
为避免第二盖体32相对第一盖体31移动来打开抽口K时,第二盖体32沿盒盖3的厚度方向发生位移,在一些可选地实施例中,在盒盖3的厚度方向上,第一子盖311和第二子盖312部分交叠设置并夹设形成有空腔,第二盖体32设置于空腔内。故通过第一子盖311和第二子盖312形成的空腔来限制第二盖体32沿厚度方向的位移,使得第二盖体32仅能够在空腔内滑动,以提高第二盖体32移动的可靠性。
可选地,弹性复位件33和第二盖体32均设置为空腔内,空腔沿第一方向X延伸设置且第二盖体32设置于空腔的一端,弹性复位件33沿第一方向X连接于第一子盖311和第二盖体32。通过限制空腔的延伸方向,故第二盖体32仅能够沿第一方向X移动来实现抽口K的打开或封闭,第二盖体32的初始位置可与抽口K在厚度方向上相对设置,以实现抽口K的封闭,而在第二盖体32移动时即可带动弹性复位件33变形,从而在松开第二盖体32时,第二盖体32即在弹性复位件33的作用下沿第一方向X恢复至初始位置,以实现抽口K的自动封闭。
请参阅图5至图7,由于第二盖体32设置在空腔内,为便于通过第二盖体32打开第一子盖311,在一些可选地实施例中,第二盖体32上背离盒体1的一侧表面上设置有把手321,把手321凸出于抽口K设置,从而操作人员可通过把手321来使第二盖体32相对第一盖体31移动,从而实现抽口K的打开。
由于盒盖3包括第一子盖311和第二子盖312,为保证盒盖3的密封性,在一些可选地实施例中,预处理盒还包括第二密封环42,第二密封环42位于第一子盖311和第二子盖312的交叠区域并夹设于第一子盖311和第二子盖312之间。
可选地,第二子盖312在其与第一子盖311的交叠区域可开设有第二密封槽3121,第二密封环42部分嵌设于第二密封槽3121中,第一子盖311 和第二子盖312之间可通过紧固件连接,并在其紧固过程中压紧第二密封环42,从而实现第一子盖311和第二子盖312之间的密封,以进一步保证清洁湿巾的使用环境。
请参阅图7,为便于预处理盒的使用,在一些可选地实施例中,第一盖体31背离盒体1的一侧表面上设置有提手35,提手35避让抽口K设置。通过在第一盖体31上设置提手35,即可通过提手35移动预处理盒,以提高预处理盒的便携性。
此外,在一些可选地实施例中,第二盖体32可由透明材料制成,例如使用透明PVC材料,以便于操作人员通过第二盖体32观察容纳腔内清洁湿巾的剩余量,以实现清洁湿巾的及时补充,从而更便于预处理盒的使用。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本申请进行了描述,但在不脱离本申请的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本申请并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预处理盒,用于存储清洁湿巾,其中,所述预处理盒包括:
    盒体(1),具有容纳腔以及与所述容纳腔连通的开口;
    托板(2),设置于所述容纳腔内并用于承载所述容纳腔内存储的所述清洁湿巾,所述托板(2)与所述盒体(1)的底面之间间隔设置并形成夹层,所述托板(2)上间隔开设有多个过滤孔(21);
    盒盖(3),设置于所述盒体(1),所述盒盖(3)包括第一盖体(31)、第二盖体(32)以及连接所述第一盖体(31)和所述第二盖体(32)的弹性复位件(33),所述第一盖体(31)扣合于所述盒体(1)设置,所述第一盖体(31)上开设有与所述容纳腔连通的抽口(K),所述第二盖体(32)与所述第一盖体(31)可移动连接,并在所述弹性复位件(33)的作用下自动封闭所述抽口(K)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预处理盒,其中,所述盒体(1)包括相嵌套的内壳(11)和外壳(12),所述内壳(11)设置有所述容纳腔,所述第一盖体(31)扣合于所述外壳(12)设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的预处理盒,其中,所述预处理盒还包括第一密封环(41),所述第一密封环(41)夹设于所述第一盖体(31)和所述内壳(11)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的预处理盒,其中,所述外壳(12)背离所述内壳(11)的一侧表面上凸出设置有至少一个卡槽(121),所述第一盖体(31)对应所述卡槽(121)设置有凸块(34),所述凸块(34)插接于所述卡槽(121)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的预处理盒,其中,所述第一盖体(31)包括第一子盖(311)以及环绕于所述第一子盖(311)外周设置的第二子盖(312),所述第二子盖(312)扣合于所述盒体(1)上,所述第二盖体(32)通过所述弹性复位件(33)与所述第二子盖(312)可移动连接, 以打开或封闭位于所述第一子盖(311)上的所述抽口(K)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的预处理盒,其中,在所述盒盖(3)的厚度方向上,所述第一子盖(311)和所述第二子盖(312)部分交叠设置并夹设形成有空腔,所述第二盖体(32)设置于所述空腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的预处理盒,其中,所述第二盖体(32)上背离所述盒体(1)的一侧表面上设置有把手(321),所述把手(321)凸出于所述抽口(K)设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的预处理盒,其中,所述预处理盒还包括第二密封环(42),所述第二密封环(42)位于所述第一子盖(311)和所述第二子盖(312)的交叠区域并夹设于所述第一子盖(311)和所述第二子盖(312)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的预处理盒,其中,所述第一盖体(31)背离所述盒体(1)的一侧表面上设置有提手(35),所述提手(35)避让所述抽口(K)设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的预处理盒,其中,所述第二盖体(32)由透明材料制成。
