Abstract
La divulgation concerne des procédés de purification d'une protéine cible, par exemple un anticorps, dérivée d'une cellule hôte telle qu'une cellule de mammifère, à l'aide de protocoles de purification incorporant des opérations de récupération de récolte comprenant une étape de centrifugation à empilement de disques de décharge de solides continus suivies d'étapes de floculation et de filtration en profondeur.
