If a misalignment between the cells and the partition member is found during the process of arranging them, they will be re-arranged in the proper arrangement. Also, if a misalignment occurs when installing the module into the housing, the position within the cell group will be corrected. It is necessary to rearrange the displaced cells and partition members into the proper arrangement.
- both members are fixed together via the double-sided adhesive tape, but the positions of the cells and the partition member may be accidentally shifted during the process of arranging them in a row.
- the double-sided adhesive tape is pasted again, and both parts are lined up in the proper arrangement and pasted together. There is a need.
- double-sided adhesive tape is used, the overlapping position of the cell and the partition member cannot be easily corrected.
- plastic materials must be used in both cases where a module is constructed by pasting the cells and partition members with double-sided adhesive tape, and when a module is constructed by wrapping a wrap film around a group of stacked cells. Therefore, due to the requirements of life cycle assessment (LCA), when disassembling the assembled battery to dispose of the secondary battery, it is necessary to separate the double-sided adhesive tape and wrap film, which raises the problem of increased disposal costs. be.
