活动块41可以包括第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状态时,活动块41位于第一限位部211和第二限位部311之间,或者说,第一限位部211和第二限位部311分别抵持活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411。
在另一个实施例中,第一限位部211可以设置在第一握持部20的第一端部21并凹入第一握持部20的第一侧面26,第二限位部311可以设置在第二握持部30的第一端部31并凹入第二握持部30的第二侧面36。
第一限位部211和第二限位部311凹入第一握持部20的第一侧面26和第二握持部30的第二侧面36的深度小于第一握持部20和第二握持部30的厚度,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状态时,活动块41位于第一限位部211和第二限位部311之间,或者说,活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411分别抵持第一限位部211和第二限位部311。
值得注意的是,本发明并不限定第一限位部211和第二限位部311的结构形状,第一限位部211和第二限位部311可以在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状 态时限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向折叠的方向运动即可。
请参阅图4和图5,在某些实施方式中,第一限位部211和/或第二限位部311包括第一凸起。
如此,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状态时,第一凸起可以限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向折叠的方向运动。
具体地,第一凸起可以包括第一抵持面201,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状态时,活动块41向靠近第一握持部20的第一端和第二握持部30的第一端的方向运动,直至活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411抵持第一凸起的第一抵持面201。
请参阅图7和图8,在某些实施方式中,限位组件40还包括转动地设置在操控主体10上的摆臂43,活动块41在运动的过程中推动摆臂43转动,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,摆臂43限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
如此,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,摆臂43可以限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
具体地,摆臂43可以包括安装孔,操控主体10可以包括圆杆18,圆杆18穿设在安装孔中,摆臂43和操控主体10可以通过安装孔和圆杆18转动连接。摆臂43可以与活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411抵触,摆臂43可以跟随活动块41的运动而转动,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,摆臂43抵持第一握持部20的第一侧面26和第二握持部30的第二侧面36以限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
请参阅图7、图8和图9,在某些实施方式中,摆臂43包括第一臂430和第二臂431,第一臂430和第二臂431分别设置在活动块41相背的两侧,活动块41在运动的过程中通过第一臂430和第二臂431靠近活动块41的一端推动第一臂430和第二臂431转动;
第一握持部20上设有与第一限位部211间隔设置的第三限位部27,第二握持部30上设有与第二限位部311间隔设置的第四限位部37;
在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,第一臂430远离活动块41的端部抵持第三限位部27以限制第一握持部20向展开的方向运动,第二臂431远离活动块41的端部抵持第四限位部37以限制第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
如此,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,第一臂430和第二臂431分别限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
具体地,摆臂43可以包括第一臂430和第二臂431,第一臂430和第二臂431可以分别设置在活动块41相背的两侧,第一臂430和第二臂431可以分别通过圆杆18和安装孔与操控主体10连接。第一臂430可以包括第一臂430的第一端4300,第二臂431可以包括第二臂431的第一端4310,在活动块41的运动过程中,活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411可以分别推动第一臂430的第一端4300和第二臂431的第一端4310,以使第一臂430和第二臂431可以围绕圆杆18转动。
在一个实施例中,第三限位部27可以与第一限位部211间隔设置并凸出于第一握持部20的第一侧面26,第四限位部37可以与第二限位部311间隔设置并凸出于第二握持部30的第二侧面36。
在另一个实施例中,第三限位部27可以与第一限位部211间隔设置并凹入第一握持部20的第一侧面26,第四限位部37可以与第二限位部311间隔设置并凹入第二握持部30的第二侧面36。
第一臂430可以包括第一臂430的第二端4301,第二臂431可以包括第二臂431的第二端4311,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,第一臂430的第二端4301抵持第三限位部27以限制第一握持部20向展开的方向运动,第二臂431的第二端4311抵持第四限位部37以限制第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
请参阅图7、图8和图9,在某些实施方式中,第三限位部27和/或第四限位部37包括第二凸起。
如此,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,第二凸起可以限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。
具体地,第二凸起可以包括第二抵持面301,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,活动块41推动第一臂430的第一端4300和第二臂431的第一端4310转动,从而带动第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311转动,第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311向第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开的方向运动,从而使第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311和第二凸起的第二抵持面301相互抵持。
请参阅图9和图10,在某些实施方式中,方向盘100包括驱动组件50,驱动组件50包括驱动件51和第一传动组件53,驱动件51通过第一传动组件53驱动活动块 41运动。
如此,驱动组件50可以驱动活动块41运动,从而使得活动块41能够限制在不同状态下第一握持部20和第二握持部30的位置。
具体地,驱动组件50可以通过联轴器15设置在操控主体10上,驱动组件50可以带动活动块41运动,以限制在不同状态下第一握持部20和第二握持部30的位置。驱动件51可以是现有技术中可见的任一电机或者定制的电机,本发明不限定驱动件51的具体型号,驱动件51只需满足能在一定范围内驱动方向盘100实现展开或折叠至指定位置即可。驱动件51可以通过自身的正转和反转驱动第一传动组件53向不同的方向运动。
请参阅图8、图9和图10,在某些实施方式中,第一传动组件53包括凸轮530、弹性件531和皮带机构533,皮带机构533连接驱动件51和凸轮530,驱动件51通过皮带机构533驱动凸轮530转动,以使凸轮530和弹性件531配合带动活动块41运动。
如此,通过第一传动组件53带动活动块41运动,使得活动块41可以限制在不同状态下第一握持部20和第二握持部30的位置。
具体地,在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于折叠状态时,凸轮530与活动块41间隔设置,弹性件531和活动块41固定连接,弹性件531施加给活动块41一个向上的力,活动块41向上运动从而推动第一臂430的第一端4300和第二臂431的第一端4310转动,进而带动第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311转动,直至第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311分别与第三限位部27和第四限位部37抵持,从而限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动。其中,弹性件531可以是现有技术或者定制部件,本发明不限定弹性件531的类型。
凸轮530可以包括凸出端5301和凸轮本体5303,活动块41可以包括顶面413。在第一握持部20和第二握持部30处于展开状态时,凸轮530和皮带机构533连接,驱动件51通过皮带机构533驱动凸轮530转动,凸轮530的凸出端5301抵持活动块41的顶面413,从而使得活动块41向下运动,进而使得活动块41抵持第一握持部20和第二握持部30,以限制第一握持部20和第二握持部30向折叠的方向运动。其中,皮带机构533可以是现有技术或者定制部件,本发明不限定皮带机构533的类型。
请参阅图8和图10,在某些实施方式中,驱动组件50还包括第二传动组件55,驱动件51在驱动活动块41运动时,通过第二传动组件55驱动第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开或折叠。
如此,第二传动组件55可以驱动第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开或折叠。
具体地,第二传动组件55可以通过联轴器15与驱动件51连接,驱动件51可以通过联轴器15驱动第二传动组件55,第二传动组件55可以包括第一凸块550和第二凸块551,第一凸块550可以嵌设在第一握持部20内部,第二凸块551可以嵌设在第二握持部30内部,从而使得第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动时可以带动第一握持部20和第二握持部30转动,进而使得第二传动组件55能够驱动第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开或折叠。
请参阅图8和图9,在某些实施方式中,第二传动组件55包括第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555,第一齿轮553安装在第一握持部20的第一端部21上并与驱动件51连接,第二齿轮555安装在第二握持部30的第一端部31上并与第一齿轮553啮合。
如此,通过第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555的啮合可以实现第一握持部20和第二握持部30的展开或折叠。
具体地,驱动件51可以通过联轴器15带动第一齿轮553转动,第一齿轮553可以与皮带机构533连接,第一齿轮553可以通过皮带机构533带动凸轮530转动,同时,第一齿轮553通过与第二齿轮555啮合带动第二齿轮555同步转动。进一步的,第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555可以包括背离第一握持部20和第二握持部30设置的轮齿400,轮齿400设置第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555的圆周上且不超过圆周的1/2。
第一凸块550和第二凸块551可以设置在相对于第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555背离轮齿400的一端,第一凸块550和第二凸块551分别连接第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555,第一凸块550和第二凸块551可以分别与第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555一体化成型,第一齿轮553和第二齿轮555分别带动第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动,而第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动时可以带动第一握持部20和第二握持部30转动,从而使得第二传动组件55能够驱动第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开或折叠。
值得注意的是,本发明并不限定皮带机构533仅与第一齿轮553连接,或者说皮带机构533可以与第一齿轮553或第二齿轮555其中任一个连接,只需满足实现第一握持部20和第二握持部30的展开或折叠功能即可。同时本发明不限定驱动组件50的传动结构,例如,皮带机构533可以更改为几个主从动齿轮啮合,以实现驱动凸轮530转动以使活动块41上下运动,进而驱动第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开或折叠。
请参阅图2、图5、图8、图9和图11,在某些实施方式中,在驱动件51的负载 扭矩超过额定扭矩20%时,驱动件51停止工作并反向转动。
如此,可以使得方向盘100具备防夹手功能,并防止驱动件51堵转。
具体地,驱动组件50还可以包括扭矩传感器56、控制器57和驱动件传感器58,当扭矩传感器56监测到驱动件51的负载扭矩超过额定扭矩的20%时,扭矩传感器56将信息实时传递至控制器57,控制器57输出指令给驱动件51,以使驱动件51停止并反向运动回到初始位置,同时,驱动件传感器58反馈驱动件51位置给控制器57,从而实现防夹手功能,并防止电机堵转从而保护电机。
第一握持部20和第二握持部30的展开时,驱动件51可以逆时针旋转并驱动第一齿轮553通过皮带机构533带动凸轮530转动,当凸轮530转动至某一位置时,凸出端5301抵持活动块41的顶面413,从而使活动块41向下移动,直至活动块41抵持第一限位部211和第二限位部311,由此第一握持部20和第二握持部30向折叠方向的运动被限制。
同时,第一齿轮553带动第二齿轮555转动,从而带动第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动,而第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动时可以带动第一握持部20和第二握持部30转动,直至第一抵持部210和第二抵持部310完全贴合,由此第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开方向的运动被限制。
第一握持部20和第二握持部30的折叠时,驱动件51可以顺时针旋转并驱动第一齿轮553通过皮带机构533带动凸轮530转动,当凸轮530转动至某一位置时,凸出端5301脱离活动块41的顶面413,从而使活动块41在弹性件531的作用下向上移动。
同时,弹性件531施加给活动块41一个向上的力,以使活动块41的第一侧壁410和第二侧壁411可以分别推动第一臂430的第一端4300和第二臂431的第一端4310,使得第一臂430和第二臂431可以围绕圆杆18转动,从而带动第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311转动,直至第一臂430的第二端4301和第二臂431的第二端4311分别与第三限位部27和第四限位部37抵持,由此第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开方向的运动被限制。
与此同时,第一齿轮553带动第二齿轮555转动,从而带动第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动,而第一凸块550和第二凸块551转动时可以带动第一握持部20和第二握持部30转动,直至第一凸缘16与第一侧面26、第二凸缘17与第二侧面36抵持,由此第一握持部20和第二握持部30向折叠方向的运动被限制。
请参阅图8-图12,本发明的交通工具1000包括以上任一项的方向盘100。
如此,方向盘100占用交通工具1000的空间极大缩小,有利于提升驾驶员的驾驶体验。
具体地,交通工具1000可以是车辆,当车辆启动时,方向盘100从仪表盘下饰板中伸出,在距离方向盘100名义位置(或记忆位置)20%行程时,启动方向盘100的展开功能(即第一握持部20和第二握持部30向展开的方向运动),可以理解,方向盘100的名义位置指的是方向盘100安装在仪表盘下饰板中的初始位置,20%行程可以是方向盘100从仪表盘下饰板中伸出全程的20%。驱动件51可以通过联轴器15带动第一齿轮553转动,从而使得第一齿轮553带动第二齿轮555转动,进而使得第一握持部20和第二握持部30展开。
当车辆熄火时,驱动件51可以通过联轴器15带动第一齿轮553做与启动时相反的转动,从而使得第一齿轮553带动第二齿轮555转动,进而使得第一握持部20和第二握持部30折叠,最后使得方向盘100重新收纳至仪表盘下饰板中。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种方向盘,其特征在于,包括:
    操控主体;
    第一握持部和第二握持部,所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部均具有相对的两个端部,所述第一握持部的第一端部和所述第二握持部的第一端部紧邻设置并均与所述操控主体转动连接;
    在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部展开时,所述第一握持部的第二端部和所述第二握持部的第二端部做相互远离运动;
    在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部折叠时,所述第一握持部的第二端部和所述第二握持部的第二端部做相互靠近运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘,其特征在于,在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于展开状态时,所述第一握持部的第一端部和所述第二握持部的第一端部相互抵持,以限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向继续展开的方向运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘,其特征在于,在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于折叠状态时,所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部均抵持在所述操控主体上,以限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向继续折叠的方向运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述方向盘还包括设置在所述操控主体上的限位组件,所述限位组件与所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部连接,在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于展开状态时,所述限位组件限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向折叠的方向运动;
    在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于折叠状态时,所述限位组件限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向展开的方向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括活动块,所述活动块能够相对于所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部运动,在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于展开状态时,所述活动块限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向折叠的方向运动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述第一握持部的第一端部上设置有第一限位部,所述第二握持部的第一端部上设置有第二限位部;
    在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于展开状态时,所述活动块位于所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间,所述第一限位部、所述第二限位部和所述活动块共同限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向折叠的方向运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述第一限位部和/或所述第二限位部包括第一凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述限位组件还包括转动地设置在所述操控主体上的摆臂,所述活动块在运动的过程中推动所述摆臂转动,在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于折叠状态时,所述摆臂限制所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部向展开的方向运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述摆臂包括第一臂和第二臂,所述第一臂和所述第二臂分别设置在所述活动块相背的两侧,所述活动块在运动的过程中通过所述第一臂和所述第二臂靠近所述活动块的一端推动所述第一臂和所述第二臂转动;
    所述第一握持部上设有与所述第一限位部间隔设置的第三限位部,所述第二握持部上设有与所述第二限位部间隔设置的第四限位部;
    在所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部处于折叠状态时,所述第一臂远离所述活动块的端部抵持所述第三限位部以限制所述第一握持部向展开的方向运动,所述第二臂远离所述活动块的端部抵持所述第四限位部以限制所述第二握持部向展开的方向运动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述第三限位部和/或所述第四限位部包括第二凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述方向盘包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括驱动件和第一传动组件,所述驱动件通过所述第一传动组件驱动所述 活动块运动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件包括凸轮、弹性件和皮带机构,所述皮带机构连接所述驱动件和所述凸轮,所述驱动件通过所述皮带机构驱动所述凸轮转动,以使所述凸轮和所述弹性件配合带动所述活动块运动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还包括第二传动组件,所述驱动件在驱动所述活动块运动时,通过所述第二传动组件驱动所述第一握持部和所述第二握持部展开或折叠。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方向盘,其特征在于,所述第二传动组件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮安装在所述第一握持部的第一端部上并与所述驱动件连接,所述第二齿轮安装在所述第二握持部的第一端部上并与所述第一齿轮啮合。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方向盘,其特征在于,在所述驱动件的负载扭矩超过额定扭矩20%时,所述驱动件停止工作并反向转动。
  16. 一种交通工具,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-15任一项所述的方向盘。
