基于上述技术方案,需要说明的是,前盖1上加工有观测孔,可在轴承出现异常情况或检修时,观测车轴的状况,保证轴承运转正常,提高轴承使用寿命。密封塞2和前盖1为过盈配合,能够有效保证密封效果。由于密封塞2为弹性部件,在装配时为保证密封性始终处于压缩状态,因此在密封塞2侧面设计两个半圆凹槽,为密封塞2的弹性压缩预留一定的变形空间,在保证密封塞2装配稳定的前提下,方便密封塞2的装配和拆卸,防止密封塞2在装配和拆卸过程中发生损坏。
