本申请实施例提供了一种固体垃圾仓、污水箱及清洁设备,固体垃圾仓包括仓体和过滤装置,仓体主要用于盛放固体垃圾,过滤装置则用来过滤垃圾中的液体,使液体排出仓体并将固体垃圾留存在仓体内,仓体的侧壁上设置用于倾倒垃圾的倾倒口,可以从侧面倾倒垃圾,与从顶部倒垃圾相比,无需将固体垃圾仓完全翻转,手持位置会更加干净,垃圾倒出经过路径也更短,可以更加方便将垃圾完全倒出,过滤装置活动连接于倾倒口处,并且能够从仓体内部运动到至少有部分位于倾倒口外,将过滤装置暴露在仓体外这样可以方便对过滤装置进行清理,也能一定程度上提升倾倒垃圾的流畅度。

请参阅图1a-4,本申请的实施例提供了一种固体垃圾仓100,在具体应用时,可参照附图5和附图6,固体垃圾仓100可以用于收集手持洗地机或其他清洁设备的湿垃圾。通常,固体垃圾仓100可以与容液仓200搭配使用,从手持洗地机或其他清洁设备收集上来的固液混合垃圾先经过固体垃圾仓100,通过固体垃圾仓100进行固液分离,固体湿垃圾留在固体垃圾仓100,分离后的污水进入容液仓200。
固体垃圾仓100包括仓体110和过滤装置120;其中,仓体110的侧壁111上设置用于倾倒垃圾的倾倒口113,从侧面能够更轻松地倾倒垃圾。倾倒口113可以是仓体110的一侧开放形成倾倒口113,也可以是仓体110的一侧壁开设开口形成倾倒口113,该开口的面积可以小于对应设置该开口的侧壁的面积,本申请实施例不做限定。
过滤装置120活动连接于倾倒口113处,并且能够从仓体110运动到至少有部分位于倾倒口113外,由于仓体110外部空间较大,不受仓体110结构限制。因此,可以方便用户清理过滤装置120,另外也能够方便倾倒垃圾。
本申请实施例所提供的固体垃圾仓100,仓体110主要用于盛放固体垃圾,过滤装置120则用来过滤垃圾中的液体,使液体排出仓体110并将固体垃圾留存在仓体110内,仓体110的侧壁111上设置用于倾倒垃圾的倾倒口113,可以从侧面倾倒垃圾,与从顶部倒垃圾相比,无需将固体垃圾仓100完全翻转,手持位置会更加干净,垃圾倒出经过路径也更短,可以更加方便将垃圾完全倒出,过滤装置120活动连接于倾倒口113处,并且能够从仓体110内部运动到至少有部分位于倾倒口113外,将过滤装置120暴露在仓体110外可以方便对过滤装置120进行清理,也能一定程度上提升倾倒垃圾的流畅度。
请参阅图1a-图4,本申请的实施例中,过滤装置120可以包括连接部121和过滤部122,连接部121与仓体110活动连接,示例性的,连接部121可以与倾倒口113的边缘连接。过滤部122上设有多个过滤孔123,能够起到过滤作用,示例性的,过滤部122可以是多根丝状或线状结构交叉形成的过滤网结构,多根丝状或线状结构之间的间隙形成过滤孔123。或者,过滤部122可以由板体上开设多个通孔构成,所开设的通孔形成过滤孔123。
过滤装置120可以在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,过滤装置120处于第一位置时,过滤装置120可以与仓体110的仓壁围成过滤腔C(如图1a所示),处于第二位置时,过滤装置120位于倾倒口113外。在固体垃圾仓100正常使用时,过滤装置120位于第一位置,可以起到过滤作用,而当需要清理固体垃圾仓100内的垃圾时,可以操作过滤装置120,使得过滤装置120由第一位置运动到第二位置,以方便对过滤装置120进行清理。
在一些实施例中,过滤装置120位于第一位置时与仓体110的仓壁所形成的过滤腔C可以为开放腔体或封闭腔体,这里所说的开放腔体和封闭腔体表示过滤腔是否被壁结构完全包围而非是否与外界连通。
本申请实施例所提供的仓体110可以具有侧壁111、底壁112,以及连接于侧壁111,并与底壁112相对设置的顶壁,其中,顶壁可以具有开放口或者顶壁完全封闭,本申请实施例不做特别限定。当过滤腔C为开放腔体时,过滤装置120与仓体110的侧壁111和顶壁围成过滤腔,倾倒口113与过滤腔C连通;当过滤腔C为封闭腔体时,过滤装置120与仓体110的侧壁111、底壁112和顶壁围成过滤腔,倾倒口113与过滤腔C连通,且此时过滤装置120位于倾倒口113。
请参阅图1a-图3c,在一些实施例中,过滤装置120可以设置在底壁112的上方,具体而言,过滤装置120的过滤部122设于底壁112的上方。需要说明的是,本实施例中,过滤装置120位于底壁112的上方,并非限定过滤装置120位于底壁112的正上方,而是在整个固体垃圾仓100的高度方向上,过滤装置120位于底壁112的高度方向的上方即可。
对于图1a-图1b,以及图2a-图2c所示实施例,过滤装置120在第一位置时,过滤装置120的过滤部122可以位于底壁112的正上方,在该种形态下,固液混合垃圾经过过滤装置120过滤后的固体垃圾留存到过滤装置120的上方,液体则穿过过滤装置120向下流。
而对于图3a-图3b所示,在该种形态下,固液混合垃圾经过过滤装置120过滤后的固体垃圾留存到底壁112与过滤装置120与仓体110围成的过滤腔C,液体则从仓体110侧部的过滤装置120穿过向下流。
在一些实施例中,底壁112上可以设置有漏液结构114,漏液结构114和过滤腔C位于过滤部122的不同侧,使过滤后的液体可以从仓体110内向外排出。在固体垃圾仓100安装于污水箱10上时,底壁112可以将容液仓200与固体垃圾仓100进行隔绝,从而降低容液仓200内的液体回流到固体垃圾仓100的可能性,有利于更好地固液分离。
在一些实施例中,仓体110的底壁112可设计为斜面,具体而言,底壁112可以从远离倾倒口113的一侧向靠近倾倒口113的一侧向下倾斜,将漏液结构114设置在底壁112上靠近倾倒口113的一侧,这样可以方便液体汇集后排出。并且,底壁112的设置也有利于改善将固体垃圾仓100取出时,污水滴落的情况,取出时,用户可以以远离漏液结构114的一侧倾斜的姿态拿出固体垃圾仓100,降低液体滴落的风险。
在一些实施例中,过滤装置120可以与仓体110转动连接,且过滤装置120的转动轴线位于倾倒口113处。如图1c、图2d以及图3c所示,当需要倾倒垃圾(图中粗黑点表示垃圾)时,可以将整个固体垃圾仓100由直立状态向倾倒口斜向下的姿态倾斜,如此,与仓体110转动连接的过滤装置120在重力的作用下翻转,与此同时,位于过滤装置120上的垃圾也在翻转惯性和/或重力的作用下大部分从过滤装置120上滑落,由此,实现了简单快速倾倒固体垃圾仓100内的垃圾。
在其他一些实施例中,过滤装置120可以与仓体110滑动连接(图中未示出)。示例性的,仓体110的左右方向的内侧壁可以与过滤装置120的左右方向的边缘滑动连接。当需要倾倒垃圾时,可以将整个固体垃圾仓100由直立状态以倾倒口斜向下的姿态倾斜,如此,过滤装置120可在重力的作用下向外滑出,与此同时,位于过滤装置120上的垃圾也大部分滑落,由此,实现了简单快速倾倒固体垃圾仓100内的垃圾。
另外,值得注意的是,对于图1a-图1b,以及图2a-图2c所示实施例,由于过滤装置120的过滤部122位于底壁112的正上方,因此,过滤部122与底壁112之间容易留存细小固体垃圾和脏污黏附物,由于本申请实施例所提供的 过滤装置120与仓体110活动连接,且能够运动至倾倒口113外,过滤装置120在第二位置时,过滤装置120与底壁112呈相互远离的状态,底壁112被暴露,由此,也可以便于用户清理黏附在底壁112上的固体垃圾和脏污,更有利于提高整个固体垃圾仓100清洁的便捷性,由于可更加彻底地清理固体垃圾仓100,也有利于减少细菌、异味。
下面以过滤装置120与仓体110转动连接为例,对过滤装置120与仓体110的具体连接方式进行说明。示例性的,过滤装置120与仓体110转动连接可以具有两种转轴的布置形式,一种过滤装置120的转轴沿水平方向延伸(如图1a-图1c,以及图3a-图3c所示),另一种过滤装置120的转轴沿竖直方向延伸(如图2a-图2所示)。
请参阅图1a、图1b,在一些实施例中,对于过滤部122设于底壁112正上方,且过滤装置120的转轴沿水平方向延伸时,在过滤装置120的下方可以设置第一支撑件125,第一支撑件125用于在过滤装置120处于第一位置时支撑于底壁112上,以使过滤装置120与底壁112形成并保持预设间隙。当过滤装置120位于第一位置时,第一支撑件125可以支撑在底壁112上,以保证过滤装置120的位置稳定。示例性的,第一支撑件125可以设于过滤装置120远离转动轴线的一侧。第一支撑件125的数量可以包括一个或多个,当第一支撑件125的数量为一个时,第一支撑件125可以位于过滤装置120左右方向的中间位置,当第一支撑件125的数量为两个时,两个第一支撑件125可以对称设于过滤装置120的左右方向的两侧。以尽量使得第一支撑件125对过滤装置120的支撑力较为平衡。
请参阅图2a-2c,当过滤装置120的转动轴线沿竖直方向延伸时,进一步的过滤装置120可以为两个,两个过滤装置120分别位于仓体110的上、下两侧或左、右两侧,两个过滤装置120能够沿相互靠近的方向转动至两者对接。
请参阅图2a-图3b,在一些实施例中,过滤装置120包括围挡124,围挡124设置在倾倒口113处,至少可以对倾倒口113的下部进行封闭。由此,可以降低用户拿取固体垃圾仓100时,垃圾从固体垃圾仓100的侧部掉落的风险,有利于提高用户体验。
请参阅图3a、图3b,在一些实施例中,可以在围挡124上设置过滤孔123,以使得固液混合物中的液体可以经过侧部围挡124上的过滤孔123流出,同样 起到固液分离的作用。
请参阅图3a、图3b,在一些实施例中,可以在围挡124上设置第二支撑件126,将第二支撑件126设置在远离过滤装置120的转动轴线且背离所述仓体110的表面,这样在固体垃圾仓100安装到污水箱10内时,第二支撑件126抵在污水箱10的内壁上,使得过滤装置120与仓体110之间的接触更加紧密,不容易出现缝隙。
请参阅图4、图5,本申请的实施例还提出一种污水箱10,包括容液仓200和固体垃圾仓100,固体垃圾仓100与容液仓200连通,固体垃圾仓100进行固液分离后将固体垃圾留在固体垃圾仓100内,液体排到容液仓200内。
本申请实施例的污水箱10中的固体垃圾仓100的结构和功能与上述实施例相同,具体可以参照上述实施例的描述,在此不做赘述。
请参阅图6,本申请的实施例还提出一种清洁设备1,包括污水箱10。该清洁设备1可以是手持式洗地机,或者清洁机器人,或者清洁基站。
本申请实施例的清洁设备1中的污水箱10的结构和功能与上述实施例相同,具体可以参照上述实施例的描述,在此不做赘述。
下面就固体垃圾仓100的几种具体实施例进行说明,当然,固体垃圾仓100的具体形式并不限于以下几种。
请参阅图1a-图1c,一种固体垃圾仓100,仓体110的侧壁111设置倾倒口113,过滤装置120为一过滤板,过滤板上具有过滤孔123,过滤板设置在仓体110的底壁112上方,过滤板在仓体110上转动连接,过滤板的转轴沿水平方向延伸,且位于倾倒口113处,在过滤板的下方设置有第一支撑件125,过滤板、仓体110的侧壁111和顶壁围成了过滤腔,在仓体110的底壁112上设有漏液结构114,示例性的,漏液结构114可以为漏液孔。该固体垃圾仓100安装于污水箱10内,利用污水箱10的内壁封闭倾倒口113,在倾倒垃圾时将固体垃圾仓100从污水箱10中取出,从设置在侧面的倾倒口113倾倒垃圾,过滤板向外侧翻转可以将垃圾从仓体110带出,倾倒垃圾方便,也方便清洁装置120。
请参阅图2a-图2d,一种固体垃圾仓100,仓体110的侧壁111设置倾倒口113,过滤装置120包括设有过滤孔123的过滤板和与过滤板连接的围挡124,围挡124的转轴设置在倾倒口113的侧部,围挡124的转轴在竖直方向延伸,过滤板位于仓体110底壁112的上方,过滤装置120为两个,两个过滤装置120 在转动靠近后可以实现围挡124的对接和过滤板的对接,围挡124对接后可以封闭倾倒口113,过滤板、围挡124、仓体110的侧壁111和顶壁围成了过滤腔,在仓体110的底壁112上设有漏液结构114,示例性的,漏液结构114可以为漏液孔。在倾倒垃圾时,向两侧打开两个过滤装置120,垃圾也会跟随过滤板向两侧移动被带出仓体110,然后进行倾倒,方便将垃圾完全倒出,对过滤装置120的清洁也十分方便。
请参阅图3a、图3b、图3c,一种固体垃圾仓100,仓体110的侧壁111设置倾倒口113,过滤装置120包括围挡124,在围挡124上设置有过滤孔123,围挡124的底部转动设置在仓体110上,转轴在水平方向上延伸,围挡124的上部设置有第二支撑件126,围挡124可以将倾倒口113封闭并能向外转动打开倾倒口113,在围挡124的外侧仓体110的底壁112上设置有漏液结构114。倾倒垃圾时向外转动打开围挡124,从侧面设置的倾倒口113进行倾倒,方便倒垃圾,并且过滤装置120可以暴露在仓体110外,也十分方便清洁。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种固体垃圾仓,其中,包括:
    仓体,所述仓体包括侧壁,所述侧壁设有倾倒口;
    过滤装置,所述过滤装置活动连接于所述倾倒口处,且所述过滤装置能够相对于所述仓体运动至所述过滤装置的至少部分位于所述倾倒口外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置包括:
    连接部,用于与所述仓体活动连接;
    过滤部,所述过滤部具有多个过滤孔;
    其中,所述过滤装置能够在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,当所述过滤装置处于第一位置时,所述过滤装置与所述仓体的仓壁围成过滤腔;当所述过滤装置处于第二位置时,所述过滤装置的过滤部位于所述倾倒口外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述仓体还包括底壁,所述过滤装置设于所述底壁上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤部位于所述底壁的正上方,并与所述底壁间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述底壁上设有漏液结构,所述漏液结构用于供所述仓体内的液体排出,所述漏液结构和所述过滤腔位于所述过滤部的不同侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述底壁相对于所述仓体倾斜设置,所述底壁自远离所述倾倒口的一侧向靠近所述倾倒口的一侧向下倾斜,所述漏液结构位于所述底壁上靠近所述倾倒口的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置与所述仓体转动连接,且所述过滤装置的转动轴线位于所述倾倒口处;或者,所述过滤装置与所述仓体滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置与所述仓体转动连接,且所述过滤装置的转动轴线沿水平方向延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述仓体还包括底壁,所述 过滤装置设于所述底壁上方;
    在所述过滤装置下方设有第一支撑件,所述第一支撑件用于在所述过滤装置处于第一位置时支撑于所述底壁上,以使所述过滤装置与所述底壁形成并保持预设间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置与所述仓体转动连接,且所述过滤装置的转动轴线沿竖直方向延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置为两个,两个所述过滤装置分别位于所述仓体的上、下两侧或左、右两侧,两个所述过滤装置能够沿相互靠近的方向转动至两者对接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述过滤装置包括围挡,所述围挡位于在所述倾倒口处,用于至少封闭所述倾倒口的下部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述围挡上设有多个过滤孔。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述围挡的远离所述过滤装置的转动轴线所在侧设有第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件位于所述过滤装置背离所述仓体的表面。
  15. 一种污水箱,其中,包括容液仓,以及如权利要求1-14任一项所述的固体垃圾仓,其中,所述容液仓和所述固体垃圾仓连通。
  16. 一种清洁设备,其中,包括如权利要求15所述的污水箱。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的清洁设备,其中,所述清洁设备包括手持式洗地机,或者所述清洁设备包括清洁机器人,或者所述清洁设备包括清洁基站。
