Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de chaudière (100) comprenant : un broyeur de biomasse (10) qui broie un combustible de biomasse ; une chaudière (20) qui brûle le combustible de biomasse broyé par le broyeur de biomasse (10) dans un dispositif de combustion (22) visant à générer de la vapeur ; un préchauffeur d'air (30) qui chauffe l'air au moyen du gaz d'échappement évacué de la chaudière (20) ; un premier trajet d'alimentation en air (50) qui fournit l'air chauffé chauffé par le préchauffeur d'air (30) au broyeur de biomasse (10) ; un premier trajet d'alimentation de ramification (51) qui ramifie une partie de l'air chauffé provenant du premier trajet d'alimentation en air (50) ; et une installation de traitement de cendres de fond de four (40) pour utiliser l'air chauffé fourni par le premier trajet d'alimentation de ramification (51) afin de sécher un combustible de biomasse non brûlé évacué de la chaudière (20), et fournir à nouveau le résultat au dispositif de combustion (22).
