Abstract
Description
[1]本開示のプロテクタは、電線部材と一体に取付け先に固定される構成であって、前記電線部材を収容するとともに、前記電線部材が嵌め込まれる開口を有する収容部を備え、前記収容部は、前記収容部に収容された前記電線部材を支える支持壁と、前記電線部材を保持するよう弾性変形可能に構成された保持部と、を有し、前記支持壁と前記保持部とが前記電線部材を挟み込むことで前記電線部材を保持する。
本開示のプロテクタ及びワイヤハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。各図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張又は簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率についても、実際とは異なる場合がある。
図1に示すように、ワイヤハーネス1は、電線部材2と、電線部材2と一体に取付け先3に固定されるプロテクタ4と、を備える。このように、電線部材2は、プロテクタ4によって取付け先3に固定される。プロテクタ4は、例えば、電線部材2の保護や電線部材2の経路規制のために使用される。取付け先3は、例えば、車両のボディ5である。ボディ5は、例えば、床下のパネルである。
図1に示す通り、電線部材2は、1本又は複数本の電線8と、電線8を内部に収容する筒状の外装部材9と、を備える。本例の場合、電線8は、2本である。電線8は、例えば、導体よりなる芯線10と、芯線10の外周を被覆する絶縁被覆11と、を有する。電線8は、例えば、高電圧及び大電流に対応した高圧電線である。電線8は、例えば、磁気シールド構造を有しないノンシールド電線、又は、磁気シールド構造を有するシールド電線、のいずれでもよい。
図2に示す通り、プロテクタ4は、電線部材2を収容する収容部14と、取付け先3に固定される固定部15と、を備える。収容部14及び固定部15は、例えば、一体に形成された構造、又は、別部材のものを組付ける構造、のいずれでもよい。プロテクタ4(少なくとも収容部14)は、例えば、樹脂製である。固定部15は、例えば、ボルト等の螺着部材(図示略)によって、取付け先3(図1参照)に固定される。
図2及び図3に示すように、収容部14は、収容部14に電線部材2を嵌め込むための開口17を有する。開口17は、例えば、収容部14の頂部(例えば、紙面上部)において、収容部14の軸方向(図2のX軸方向)の全体にわたって開口している。収容部14は、軸方向から見た場合、略円弧状に形成されている。
図5及び図6に示すように、収容部14は、収容部14の内部に流入した流体を収容部14の外部に排出可能な孔31を有する。孔31は、例えば、支持壁18(底壁20)の最下点に配置されている。本例の場合、孔31は、複数設けられている。複数の孔31は、例えば、収容部14の長手方向に沿って等間隔に並んで配置されている。
次に、本実施形態のプロテクタ4(ワイヤハーネス1)の作用について説明する。
図7の段階(a)および(b)に示す通り、プロテクタ4に電線部材2を取付けるときには、電線部材2をプロテクタ4の収容部14の開口17に位置合わせし、そして、電線部材2を開口17から収容部14の内部(図7の段階(a)の矢印A1方向)へ嵌め込む。このとき、電線部材2の嵌め込みは、保持部19のテーパ部28によって案内される。すなわち、保持部19の先端部25にテーパ部28を設けることにより、電線部材2を収容部14内へ嵌め込み易くなっている。
上記実施形態のプロテクタ4(ワイヤハーネス1)によれば、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
なお、本実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。本実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
・保持部19は、電線部材2に引っ掛かる爪を保持部19の先端に有してもよい。
・保持部19は、3組以上としてもよい。
・保持部19は、収容部14の幅方向片側にのみ設けられてもよい。
・保持部19は、例えば、板ばねとして構成されてもよい。
・収容部14の支持壁18は、収容部14の底壁20に限定されず、収容部14の側壁21でもよく、或いは、側壁21を含んだ部位でもよい。
・プロテクタ4は、開口17が上を向いた状態で取付けられることに限らず、例えば、開口17が横を向いた状態で取り付けられてもよい。
・固定部15は、例えば、複数の締結部(ネジやボルト等)によって取付け先3に固定されてもよい。
・電線部材2は、外装部材9を備えなくてよい。例えば、電線部材2は、一または複数の電線8でもよい。この場合、一または複数の電線8の外周面はプロテクタ4と(例えば支持壁18と)直接接触することがある。
・プロテクタ4(ワイヤハーネス1)は、車載用に限定されず、他の機器や装置に適用してもよい。

- 電線部材と一体に取付け先に固定されるプロテクタであって、
前記電線部材を収容するとともに、前記電線部材が嵌め込まれる開口を有する収容部を備え、
前記収容部は、前記収容部に収容された前記電線部材を支える支持壁と、前記電線部材を保持するよう弾性変形可能に構成された保持部と、を有し、
前記支持壁と前記保持部とが前記電線部材を挟み込むことで前記電線部材を保持する、プロテクタ。 - 前記支持壁は、前記収容部の底壁であり、
前記保持部は、前記底壁に対向する位置に配置されている、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。 - 前記保持部は、複数対の保持部を構成する複数の保持部のうちの1つであり、
前記複数対の保持部は、前記収容部の長手方向における異なる複数の位置にそれぞれ設けられており、前記複数対の保持部の各対は、前記電線部材を前記収容部の幅方向両側から挟み込むように設けられている、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。 - 前記収容部の長手方向の両端に、前記複数対の保持部のうちの2対がそれぞれ配置されている、請求項3に記載のプロテクタ。
- 前記保持部は、前記電線部材を前記収容部の内部に案内するためのテーパ部を前記保持部の先端に有する、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。
- 前記保持部は、
前記支持壁に連結された基端部と、
前記基端部から延びるとともに、前記基端部よりも厚く形成された先端部と、を有する、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。 - 前記収容部は、前記収容部の内部に流入した流体を前記収容部の外部に排出可能な孔を有する、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。
- 前記電線部材は、1本又は複数本の電線と、前記電線を内部に収容する筒状の外装部材と、を有し、
前記支持壁及び前記保持部は、前記外装部材の外周面を挟み込む、請求項1に記載のプロテクタ。 - 前記保持部は、前記外装部材の前記外周面と一致する円弧状の内周面を有する、請求項8に記載のプロテクタ。

前記収容部は、前記収容部に収容された前記電線部材を支える支持壁と、前記電線部材を保持するよう弾性変形可能に構成された保持部と、を有し、
前記支持壁と前記保持部とが前記電線部材を挟み込むことで前記電線部材を保持する、ワイヤハーネス。
