技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏支架领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
现有市场上升降显示器立柱,为了实现旋转、摆动及全功能,大多结构全部做在显示器底座头部;需要实现全功能,例如左右旋转,前后摆动,以及竖屏旋转,上下升降,所需求的空间比较大。
市场上显示器底座支架通常采用头部与立柱采用连体设计,不可拆除。这种方式的主要优点是结构单一,稳定性高,结构单一。但是头部和立柱不可拆卸的这种方式的缺点是:对包材的装箱空间需求比较大,装柜空间也比较大,使得运输成本比较高。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种显示装置,用于降低包装空间和运输成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供的一种显示装置,包括:
底座;
立柱结构,所述立柱结构包括立柱组件和头部组件,所述立柱组件的一端与所述头部组件可拆卸连接,所述立柱组件的另一端安装于所述底座;
显示屏,安装于所述头部组件。
本发明实施例提供的显示装置,由于立柱组件和头部组件为可拆卸连接,可以将两者进行拆解,优化原整体显示装置方式所占有的包装机构空间,解决了包装较大问题,提升客户体验感。解决整机周转所需的空间大的问题,同时增加及提升了装柜数量,降低了运输成本。
可选地,所述头部组件包括:安装主体,所述安装主体具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面,所述第一安装面用于安装显示屏,所述第二安装面上设置有第一插接件;
所述立柱组件包括:立柱本体和安装在立柱本体上的第二插接件,所述第二插接件与所述第一插接件相适配;
所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件配合时,所述第一插接件和所述第二插接件通过快拆组件锁定。
可选地,所述快拆组件具有锁定工位和解锁工位,当所述快拆组件处于锁定工位时,所述快拆组件至少部分从所述第二插接件的第一开口伸出并伸入所述第一插接件中;当所述快拆组件处于解锁工位时,所述快拆组件完全从所述第二插接件的第一开口退出,以解除所述第一插接件和所述第二插接件之间的位置。
可选地,所述第二插接件包括第二插接本体和隔板,所述第二插接本体具有第二开口的容纳空间,所述第二开口所在平面与所述第一开口所在平面垂直,通过所述隔板将所述容纳空间分隔成沿第一方向排布的第一子容纳空间和第二子容纳空间,所述隔板具有所述第一开口以使所述第一子容纳空间和所述第二子容纳空间连通;
所述快拆组件包括:快拆插销;所述第一子容纳空间与所述第一插接件匹配,当所述快拆插销至少部分从所述第一开口伸入所述第一子容纳空间时,所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件相对锁定;当所述快拆插销完全从所述第一开口退出所述第一子容纳空间时,所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件解除锁定。
可选地,所述快拆组件还包括:具有安装空间的快拆按钮;所述快拆插 销位于所述安装空间,所述快拆按钮与所述快拆插销存在抵接面;所述快拆按钮位于所述第二子容纳空间内,当所述快拆按钮沿第二方向动作以伸入或退出所述第二子容纳空间时,驱动所述快拆插销沿所述第一方向运动,使得所述快拆插销伸入或退出所述第一开口,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
可选地,所述快拆组件还包括:用于对所述快拆插销提供复位力的第一弹性件;

如图1至图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种显示装置,包括:底座A;立柱结构,立柱结构包括立柱组件1和头部组件2,立柱组件1的一端与头部组件2可拆卸连接,立柱组件1的另一端安装于底座A;显示屏(图中未示出),安装于头部组件2。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的显示装置,由于立柱组件1和头部组件2为可拆卸连接,可以将两者进行拆解,优化原整体显示装置方式所占有的包装机构空间,解决了包装较大问题,提升客户体验感。解决整机周转所需的空间大的问题,同时增加及提升了装柜数量,降低了运输成本。
图3a为现有技术中显示装置为连体设计,将连体设计的显示装置放置在纸箱01’中,纸箱01’的宽度尺寸为a;图3b为本发明实施例提供的一种显示装置的纸箱尺寸,由于本发明实施例提供的显示装置中的头部组件2和立柱组件1为可拆卸结构,将拆卸后的头部组件2和立柱组件1装进纸箱中,纸箱01宽度尺寸为b且b<a,以解决传统包装材料需求空间比较多问题,缩小了纸箱01的尺寸,宽度方向节约了16%。
图4a为对应的图3a中现有技术的装柜02’中的纸箱01’数量,图4b为对应的在图3b中的装柜02中的纸箱01数量,图4a中放入装柜02’中的纸箱01’数量小于图4b放入装柜02中的纸箱01数量,提升了31%的装柜量。
继续参考图2,一并参考图5,头部组件2包括:安装主体21,安装主体21具有相对设置的第一安装面211和第二安装面,第一安装面211用于安装显示屏,第二安装面上设置有第一插接件22;立柱组件1包括:立柱本体11 和安装在立柱本体11上的第二插接件12,第二插接件12与第一插接件22相适配;第一插接件22与第二插接件12配合时,第一插接件22和第二插接件12通过快拆组件3锁定。快拆组件3具有锁定工位和解锁工位,当快拆组件3处于锁定工位时,快拆组件3至少部分从第二插接件12的第一开口1221伸出并伸入第一插接件22中;当快拆组件3处于解锁工位时,快拆组件3完全从第二插接件12的第一开口1221退出,以解除第一插接件22和第二插接件12之间的位置。通过快拆组件3实现第一插接件22和第二插接件12的锁定和解除锁定,达到了将头部组件2和立柱组件1快速拆装效果,从而节约的时间,并且快拆组件3可以单手操作,降低了拆卸的难度,提高了拆卸效率。
为方便理解,图5中为快拆组件3处于锁定工位,并将第一插接件22和第二插接件12相对固定,快拆组件3至少部分从第一插接件22的第一开口1221伸出并伸入第二插接件12中的固定孔221中,通过插接的方式实现了第一插接件22和第二插接件12的相对固定。当然可以理解的是,快拆组件3处于解锁工位,快拆组件3完全从第一插接件22的固定孔221中退出,使得快拆组件3完全从第一插接件22之中退出。
如图6-图8所示,第二插接件12包括第二插接本体121和隔板122,第二插接本体121具有第二开口1211的容纳空间1212,第二开口1211所在平面与第一开口1221所在平面垂直,通过隔板122将容纳空间1212分隔成沿第一方向排布的第一子容纳空间1212a和第二子容纳空间1212b,隔板122具有第一开口1221以使第一子容纳空间1212a和第二子容纳空间1212b连通;例如,第二插接本体121也相当于是个框体1213。
快拆组件3包括:具有安装空间315的快拆按钮31和位于安装空间315的快拆插销32,快拆插销32的插接端321为具有一定倾斜角度的第一斜面3211,使得快拆插销32伸入第一插接件22中方便,当然关于快拆插销的插接端321的具体形状并不做限制,只要是能够贯穿第一开口1221并伸入第一插接件22中的固定孔221的结构均可,快拆按钮31与快拆插销32存在抵接面;快拆按钮31适配第二子容纳空间1212b,为方便操作快拆按钮31,快拆 按钮31的按压端311是伸出第二开口1211所在平面,且快拆按钮31可沿第二方向动作以伸入或退出第二子容纳空间1212b,第二方向与第一方向垂直;快拆插销32可沿第一方向运动,使得快拆插销32伸入或退出第一开口1221;
第一子容纳空间1212a与第一插接件22匹配,当快拆插销32至少部分从第一开口1221伸入第一子容纳空间1212a时,第一插接件22与第二插接件12相对锁定;当快拆插销32完全从第一开口1221退出第一子容纳空间1212a时,第一插接件22与第二插接件12解除锁定。
继续参考图7,快拆组件3还包括:用于对快拆插销32提供复位力的第一弹性件33;快拆插销32具有插接端321和远离插接端321的安装端322;
第一弹性件33设置在安装端322,并与安装端322始终抵接。为保证快拆插销32伸入第一插接件22并相对固定,第一弹性件33始终被压缩,具有复位力。例如,第一弹性件33可以为弹簧或是其他具有弹性复位作用的弹性橡胶均可。
在一些具体的实施方式中,快拆组件3还包括:用于对快拆按钮31提供复位力的第二弹性件34;快拆按钮31具有按压端311和远离按压端311的连接端312;第二弹性件34设置在连接端312。
在需要将第一插接件22与第二插接件12相对固定时,首先将第一插接件22插入第一子容纳空间1212a,在第一插接件22朝向第一子容纳空间1212a的运动过程中,第一插接件22的导向面226与快拆插销32的第一斜面3211抵接,通过第一插接件22的导向面226对快拆插销32的第一斜面3211的作用力,将快拆插销32朝向第一弹性件33方向压缩,快拆插销32朝向第一弹性件33运动的过程,驱动快拆按钮31朝向第二弹性件34的方向运动,这时与快拆按钮31抵接的第二弹性件34处于压缩状态,快拆插销32的插接端321伸入第一插接件22的固定孔221中,以完成第一插接件22和第二插接件12的相对固定。

为了方便维修更换零部件,第二插接本体121包括框体1213和底板1214;底板1214可拆卸的安装在框体1213上,例如通过螺丝1215将底板1214与框体1213连接,第一弹性件33的一端与底板1214抵接,第一弹性件33的另一端与快拆插销32的安装端322抵接。
为了确保快拆插销32中插接端321的运动路径,快拆插销32的插接端321形成有第一斜面3211,第一插接件22具有与插接端321相适配的固定孔221,固定孔221内壁具有与第一斜面3211相适配的第二斜面2211,快拆插销32相对于第一插接件22沿第一斜面3211和第二斜面2211形成的第三导向面滑动。
在将第一插接件22从第二开口1211处放入第二插接件12中的第一子容纳空间1212a时,这时快拆组件3的快拆插销32位于第二子容纳空间1212b,还未伸入第一子容纳空间1212a中,第一插接件22的外壁上设置有第一限位组件224;
第二插接件12包括第二限位组件1219,第二限位组件1219设置在朝向第一子容纳空间1212a的框体1213的内壁上;
第一限位组件224与第二限位组件1219相适配,通过第一限位组件224和第二限位组件1219的插接配合,将第一插接件22和第二插接件12沿第一方向均有一定的限制作用,以保证第一插接件22和第二插接件12的相对位置的固定。
在一些具体的实施方式中,第一插接件22具有相对设置的第一表面222和第二表面223,第一插接件22具有固定孔221的表面连接第一表面222和第二表面223;
第一限位组件224包括至少两个第一限位件2241;
第一限位件2241均设置在第一表面222和第二表面223;
第二插接件12的内壁具有与第一表面222和第二表面223分别接触的第三表面1216和第四表面1217;
第二限位组件1219包括与第一限位件2241一一对应设置的第二限位件1220,第二限位件1220均设置在第三表面1216和第四表面1217。
可以理解的是,第一限位件2241和与第一限位件2241相适配的第二限位件1220的个数越多,第一插接件22和第二插接件12的相对固定的越稳定,同样为了方便将第一插接件22从第二开口1211处放入第二插接件12中的第一子容纳空间1212a,第一限位件2241的排布对称均匀较佳,方便第一插接件22和第二插接件12匹配。
另外,第一插接件22还具有连接第一表面222和第二表面223的第一连接面225;
第一限位组件2241还包括第三限位件2242,第三限位件2242设置在第一连接面225;

如图11和图12所示,第一限位件2241和第三限位件2242均为凹槽,第二限位件1220和第四限位件1221包括与凹槽对应设置的凸起;
第一限位件2241和第三限位件2242为凸起,第二限位件1220和第四限 位件1221包括与凸起对应设置的凹槽。
关于第一限位件2241和第二限位件1220的具体形状并不限制,只要是两者之间可以匹配,并相对滑动即可。同样第三限位件2242和第四限位件1221的具体形状并不限制,只要是两者之间可以匹配,并相对滑动即可。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    立柱结构,所述立柱结构包括立柱组件和头部组件,所述立柱组件的一端与所述头部组件可拆卸连接,所述立柱组件的另一端安装于所述底座;
    显示屏,安装于所述头部组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述头部组件包括:安装主体,所述安装主体具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面,所述第一安装面用于安装显示屏,所述第二安装面上设置有第一插接件;
    所述立柱组件包括:立柱本体和安装在立柱本体上的第二插接件,所述第二插接件与所述第一插接件相适配;
    所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件配合时,所述第一插接件和所述第二插接件通过快拆组件锁定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆组件具有锁定工位和解锁工位,当所述快拆组件处于锁定工位时,所述快拆组件至少部分从所述第二插接件的第一开口伸出并伸入所述第一插接件中;当所述快拆组件处于解锁工位时,所述快拆组件完全从所述第二插接件的第一开口退出,以解除所述第一插接件和所述第二插接件之间的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二插接件包括第二插接本体和隔板,所述第二插接本体具有第二开口的容纳空间,所述第二开口所在平面与所述第一开口所在平面垂直,通过所述隔板将所述容纳空间分隔成沿第一方向排布的第一子容纳空间和第二子容纳空间,所述隔板具有所述第一开口以使所述第一子容纳空间和所述第二子容纳空间连通;
    所述快拆组件包括:快拆插销;所述第一子容纳空间与所述第一插接件匹配,当所述快拆插销至少部分从所述第一开口伸入所述第一子容纳空间时, 所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件相对锁定;当所述快拆插销完全从所述第一开口退出所述第一子容纳空间时,所述第一插接件与所述第二插接件解除锁定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆组件还包括:具有安装空间的快拆按钮;所述快拆插销位于所述安装空间,所述快拆按钮与所述快拆插销存在抵接面;所述快拆按钮位于所述第二子容纳空间内,当所述快拆按钮沿第二方向动作以伸入或退出所述第二子容纳空间时,驱动所述快拆插销沿所述第一方向运动,使得所述快拆插销伸入或退出所述第一开口,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆组件还包括:用于对所述快拆插销提供复位力的第一弹性件;
    所述快拆插销具有插接端和远离所述插接端的安装端;
    所述第一弹性件设置在所述安装端,并与所述安装端抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆组件还包括:用于对所述快拆按钮提供复位力的第二弹性件;
    所述快拆按钮具有按压端和远离所述按压端的连接端;
    所述第二弹性件设置在所述连接端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆按钮具有第一接触面,所述第一接触面为斜面;
    所述快拆插销具有第三接触面,所述第三接触面与所述第一接触面相适配;
    所述快拆插销相对于所述快拆按钮沿所述第一接触面和所述第三接触面形成的第一导向面滑动,以使所述快拆插销的插接端伸入或退出所述第一开口。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二插接本体包括框体和底板;所述底板可拆卸的安装在所述框体上,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述底板抵接,所述第一弹性件的另一端与所述快拆插销的安 装端抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述快拆插销的插接端形成有第一斜面,所述第一插接件具有与所述插接端相适配的固定孔,所述固定孔内壁具有与所述第一斜面相适配的第二斜面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一插接件的外壁上设置有第一限位组件;
    所述第二插接件包括第二限位组件,所述第二限位组件设置在所述框体的内壁上;
    所述第一限位组件与所述第二限位组件相适配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一插接件具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一插接件具有固定孔的表面连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面;
    所述第一限位组件包括至少两个第一限位件;
    所述第一限位件均设置在所述第一表面和所述第二表面;
    所述第二插接件的内壁具有与所述第一表面和所述第二表面分别接触的第三表面和第四表面;
    所述第二限位组件包括与所述第一限位件一一对应设置的第二限位件,所述第二限位件均设置在所述第三表面和所述第四表面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一插接件还具有连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面的第一连接面;
    所述第一限位组件还包括第三限位件,所述第三限位件设置在所述第一连接面;
    所述第二插接件的内壁具有与所述第二开口相对的第二连接面,所述第二限位组件还包括与所述第三限位件对应设置的第四限位件,所述第四限位件设置在所述第二连接面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位件和第三限位件均为凹槽,所述第二限位件和第四限位件为与所述凹槽对应设置 的凸起;
    或;
    所述第一限位件和第三限位件均为凸起,所述第二限位件和第四限位件为与所述凸起对应设置的凹槽。
