Description

一种安全针组件 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种安全针组件。
背景技术
植入式给药装置专用针简称Huber安全针。Huber安全针主要用于深部静脉输液港的配件,通常与植入端口一起使用。这样的Huber安全针通过植入端口进行化疗、静脉注射液等操作,植入段是一种自密封隔膜,用于Huber针的固定及Huber针周边的密封,而且植入端可以实现多次的穿刺而不被损坏。
技术问题
传统的Huber针给需要进行皮下注射的患者提供了方便,但是对医护人员可能存在一定的危险。 传统的Huber针一般需要两只手从植入端口拔出Huber针,一只手固定植入端,另一只手拔出针。从植入端口的自密封隔膜拔出针所施加的力可能会引起针的反弹并刺伤使用者。这可能会导致将血液性病原体传播给使用者,甚至可能会使使用者接触到危险药物。
专利号为US10363376B2的美国专利公开了一种用于保护医用针的安全装置,包括用于连接Huber针的手柄元件、基座以及将手柄元件和基座连接在一起的连接结构,其中,上述连接结构可折叠,在注射完成,拉动手柄元件和Huber针远离基座运动至连接结构展开后,针头隐蔽在基座内部,从而解决了传统Huber针会刺伤医护人员的风险。但是,上述专利公开的结构中,用于防护针头的机构较为复杂,导致安全装置的成本较高,可靠性有待提升。
技术解决方案
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构改进型的安全针组件,以解决现有技术的缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种安全针组件,至少包括:
针座;
针管,所述针管弯折形成横管和纵管,所述横管与针座固定连接;
底座,所述底座面向针座的一侧设置有容纳纵管通过的引导孔,所述引导孔的下方设置有容置腔;
连接构件,所述连接构件包括连接座和可折叠的连接件,所述连接座位于所述容置腔的下方并与所述底座旋转活动连接,所述连接件的一端与连接座连接,另一端与针座连接;所述连接座上设置有容纳所述纵管穿过的连接孔;
所述连接件包括折叠状态和展开状态,在折叠状态,所述纵管依次穿过引导孔、容置腔以及连接孔;在展开状态,所述纵管的尖端位于容置腔内,所述连接座旋转至连接孔与纵管呈交错状态。
一种优选的实施例,所述连接座的一侧设置有止回挡边,所述容置腔的一侧设置有用于与所述止回挡边适配的止回挡臂。

上述结构的安全针组件,通过设置与底座旋转连接的连接座并在连接座上设置连接孔的结构,实现了针尖的防护,与现有技术相比,具有结构更加简单、防护更为可靠、成本更低的技术优势。

本实施例中,所述底座30的基体32面向针座10的一侧设置有容纳纵管22通过的引导孔33,该引导孔33的下方设置有容置腔36。

作为本实施例的特别之处,其中,连接座41上设有容纳纵管22穿过的连接孔42。如图1、图2所示,在连接件处于折叠状态,及安全针组件处于使用状态时,所述纵管22依次穿过引导孔33、容置腔36以及连接孔42,针管20的尖端自底座30的下方伸出。
当该安全针组件使用完成后,将针座10向远离底座30的方向拉伸,直至连接件处于图4-图8所示的展开状态。此状态下,纵管22的尖端从连接孔42中脱离,位于容置腔36中,如图5所示,当纵管的尖端从连接孔42中脱离后,连接件驱使连接座41旋转至连接孔41与纵管22呈交错状态,从而将纵管的尖端限位于容置腔36内,其尖端无法再次进入连接孔41,从而无法再次暴露于底座30的下方,从而实现自动防护针尖的功效,避免医护人员被误刺。
进一步的,为了防止连接座41旋转后复位,特别的在所述连接座41的一侧设置有止回挡边44,对应的,所述容置腔36的一侧设置有用于与所述止回挡边36适配的止回挡臂38。如图5所述,在连接座41旋转后,止回挡边36与止回挡臂38配合,由止回挡臂38阻止连接座41旋转复位,从而保证了针尖防护的可靠性,安全性得到进一步的提升。
作为优选,本实施例中,如图5、图11-图12所示,所述止回挡臂38远离连接座41的一侧设置有间隙39。通常,底座的材质为注塑件,具有一定的形变能力。在设置间隙39后,连接座41旋转的过程中,由止回挡边36作用于止回挡臂38的一侧,驱使止回挡臂38向间隙一侧形变,至止回挡边36越过止回挡臂38的下端后,止回挡臂38复位,与止回挡边36配合,以组织连接座反向旋转。
本实施例中,安全针组件在图1-图3所示的使用状态,为了防止针座10与底座30之间的位置轻易改变,在所述针座10与底座30之间设置有卡接机构,当连接件处于折叠状态时,所述针座10与底座30通过该卡接机构连接在一起。
作为优选,本实施例中的卡接机构如图3、图8所示,包括一对自所述针座10的底部向底座30一侧延伸的卡接臂17,所述卡接臂17的自由端端部向外侧凸出设置有凸部18,其中,一对卡接臂17伸入容纳槽34后,一对凸部18与所述卡沿35配合,从而使针座和底座处于相对位置固定的状态。
在安全针组件使用完成,将针座向远离底座的一侧拉伸时,其拉伸力首先驱使凸部18与卡沿35解除配合,使针座可向远离底座的一侧位移。
作为优选,如图1-图8所示,本实施例中,所述针座10的两侧设置有翼部,分别为左翼部11和右翼部12,所述的左翼部11和右翼部12与针座之间设置有可弯折部13。如图6所示,当使用者驱使针座向远离底座的一侧运动时,将两个翼部向中间弯折,从而增大了施力的面积,使得操作更为方便。
作为本实施例的优选,如图8所示,其中,所述翼部面向底座30的一侧设置有阻尼部16,当翼部处于如图6所示状态时,阻尼部16可以增大翼部与使用者手指之间的摩擦力,防止出现打滑现象,可以更加省力的、更加方便的将针座向远离底座的一侧移动。
作为本实施例的优选,如图7所示,两个所述翼部之间设置有定位接合结构,分别为设置于左翼部11上的定位接合凸起14和设置于右翼部12上的定位接合槽15,定位接合凸起和定位接合槽的位置对应,可在两个翼部向中间弯折后,通过定位接合凸起和定位接合槽的配合,使两个翼部构成一个整体。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全针组件,至少包括:
    针座(10);
    针管(20),所述针管弯折形成横管(21)和纵管(22),所述横管与针座固定连接;
    底座(30),所述底座面向针座的一侧设置有容纳纵管通过的引导孔(33),所述引导孔(33)的下方设置有容置腔(36);
    其特征在于,还包括连接构件(40),所述连接构件包括连接座(41)和可折叠的连接件,所述连接座位于所述容置腔的下方并与所述底座旋转活动连接,所述连接件的一端与连接座连接,另一端与针座连接;所述连接座上设置有容纳所述纵管穿过的连接孔(42);
    所述连接件包括折叠状态和展开状态,在折叠状态,所述纵管依次穿过引导孔、容置腔以及连接孔;在展开状态,所述纵管的尖端位于容置腔内,所述连接座旋转至连接孔与纵管呈交错状态。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述连接座的一侧设置有止回挡边(44),所述容置腔的一侧设置有用于与所述止回挡边适配的止回挡臂(38)。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述止回挡臂远离连接座的一侧设置有间隙(39)。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括至少两个连接杆(45),所述针座与连接杆之间、相邻连接杆之间以及连接杆与连接座之间设置有易弯部(46)。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述连接座的两端设置有销轴(43),所述底座的容置腔内壁设置有与所述销轴适配的销孔(37)。
  6. 按照权利要求1所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述针座与底座之间设置有卡接机构,所述连接件处于折叠状态时,所述针座与底座通过所述卡接机构连接在一起。
  7. 按照权利要求6所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述卡接机构包括:
    一对自所述针座的底部向底座一侧延伸的卡接臂(17);
    自所述卡接臂的自由端端部向外侧凸出的凸部(18);
    设置于所述底座上面向针座一侧的容纳槽(34),所述容纳槽的两侧槽壁设置有用于与所述凸部适配的卡沿(35)。
  8. 按照权利要求1-7任一项所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述针座的两侧设置有翼部。
  9. 按照权利要求8所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,所述翼部与针座之间设置有可弯折部(13),所述翼部面向底座的一侧设置有阻尼部(16)。
  10. 按照权利要求9所述的安全针组件,其特征在于,两个所述翼部之间设置有定位接合结构,包括相互适配的定位接合凸起和定位接合槽。
