本发明涉及机车领域,尤其是遥控驾驶机车用车体。该机车包括端室一、罩壳、端室二、车架,车架上依次安装有端室一、罩壳、端室二,所述罩壳与端室一之间设有密封条,罩壳与端室二之间设有密封条,车架由端部、牵引梁、中梁、走廊边梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二、蹬车梯组成,两个端部分别固定在两个平行的中梁两端,端部左右两侧分别设有蹬车梯,两个中梁之间依次设有牵引梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二,中梁上设有走廊边梁。该发明通过端室一、罩壳、端室二之间设置密封条来提高车体的密封性。通过端部、牵引梁、中梁、走廊边梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二、蹬车梯组成的车架来满足自动驾驶的要求,提高了结构强度。

遥控驾驶机车用车体 技术领域
本发明涉及机车领域,尤其是遥控驾驶机车用车体。
背景技术
车体结构作为铁路机车的重要组成部分,是整车的主要承载部件,也是整个机车设备的安装基础。随着铁路技术的发展,遥控驾驶机车成为铁路机车的一个发展方向。目前,已有的机车结构不能满足铁路机车遥控驾驶的要求。
技术问题
为了克服现有的车提提无法满足遥控驾驶要求的不足,本发明提供了遥控驾驶机车用车体。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种遥控驾驶机车用车体,包括端室一、罩壳、端室二、车架,车架上依次安装有端室一、罩壳、端室二,所述罩壳与端室一之间设有密封条,罩壳与端室二之间设有密封条,车架由端部、牵引梁、中梁、走廊边梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二、蹬车梯组成,两个端部分别固定在两个平行的中梁两端,端部左右两侧分别设有蹬车梯,两个中梁之间依次设有牵引梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二,中梁上设有走廊边梁。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端部由端板、端部梁、车钩钩尾框组成,端板和端部梁均固定连接在车钩钩尾框上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述中梁由盖板、立板组成,上下两个盖板之间固定有立板。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端室一和端室二的门口处安装有安全横档。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述安全横档由支撑座一、支撑座二、横杆、链条、销子组成,支撑座一和支撑座二分别固定在门口左右两侧,横杆一端铰接在支撑座二上,横杆另一端设有用于穿过销子的销孔,支撑座一上设有用于穿过销子的穿孔,支撑座一与销子连接在一起。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述支撑座一通过链条与销子连接在一起。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端板和端部梁均焊接在车钩钩尾框上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述所述盖板与立板之间固定有数个筋板。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,该发明通过端室一、罩壳、端室二之间设置密封条来提高车体的密封性。通过端部、牵引梁、中梁、走廊边梁、辅助称重梁一、辅助称重梁二、蹬车梯组成的车架来满足自动驾驶的要求,提高了结构强度。

结合附图1和附图2所示,一种遥控驾驶机车用车体,包括端室一1、罩壳2、端室二3、车架4,车架4上依次安装有端室一1、罩壳2、端室二3,所述罩壳2与端室一1之间设有密封条,罩壳2与端室二3之间设有密封条,车架4由端部42、牵引梁43、中梁44、走廊边梁45、辅助称重梁一46、辅助称重梁二47、蹬车梯48组成,两个端部42分别固定在两个平行的中梁44两端,端部42左右两侧分别设有蹬车梯48,两个中梁44之间依次设有牵引梁43、辅助称重梁一46、辅助称重梁二47,中梁44上设有走廊边梁45。
如附图3所示,端部42由端板421、端部梁422、车钩钩尾框423组成,端板421和端部梁422均焊接在车钩钩尾框423上。
端部梁422一端宽度为机车横向宽度的1/3,另一端与中梁44焊接处通过大圆弧过度结构,使得力通过端部梁422传递到中梁44。此结构可以减小力在传递过程中的应力集中现象。
如附图5所示,中梁44由盖板441、立板442、筋板443组成,上下两个盖板441之间固定有立板442,盖板441与立板442之间固定有数个筋板443。
中梁44与牵引梁43焊接,处上下盖441设计成圆弧过渡结构,并且在机车外侧带有锥度。
端室一1和端室二3的门口处安装有安全横档5。
如附图4所示,安全横档5由支撑座一51、支撑座二52、横杆53、链条54、销子组成,支撑座一51和支撑座二52分别固定在门口左右两侧,横杆53一端铰接在支撑座二52上,横杆53另一端设有用于穿过销子的销孔,支撑座一51上设有用于穿过销子的穿孔,支撑座一51通过链条54与销子连接在一起。
当销子插入支撑座一51的销孔和横杆53端头销孔内时,横杆53呈水平状态栏在端室一1和端室二3的门口。当要将打开安全横档5,就将销子拔出,让横杆53沿着支撑座二52往下摆动即可。

  1. 一种遥控驾驶机车用车体,包括端室一(1)、罩壳(2)、端室二(3)、车架(4),车架(4)上依次安装有端室一(1)、罩壳(2)、端室二(3),其特征是,所述罩壳(2)与端室一(1)之间设有密封条,罩壳(2)与端室二(3)之间设有密封条,车架(4)由端部(42)、牵引梁(43)、中梁(44)、走廊边梁(45)、辅助称重梁一(46)、辅助称重梁二(47)、蹬车梯(48)组成,两个端部(42)分别固定在两个平行的中梁(44)两端,端部(42)左右两侧分别设有蹬车梯(48),两个中梁(44)之间依次设有牵引梁(43)、辅助称重梁一(46)、辅助称重梁二(47),中梁(44)上设有走廊边梁(45)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控驾驶机车用车体,其特征是,所述端部(42)由端板(421)、端部梁(422)、车钩钩尾框(423)组成,端板(421)和端部梁(422)均固定连接在车钩钩尾框(423)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控驾驶机车用车体,其特征是,所述中梁(44)由盖板(441)、立板(442)组成,上下两个盖板(441)之间固定有立板(442)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控驾驶机车用车体,其特征是,所述端室一(1)和端室二(3)的门口处安装有安全横档(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的遥控驾驶机车用车体,其特征是,所述安全横档(5)由支撑座一(51)、支撑座二(52)、横杆(53)、链条(54)、销子组成,支撑座一(51)和支撑座二(52)分别固定在门口左右两侧,横杆(53)一端铰接在支撑座二(52)上,横杆(53)另一端设有用于穿过销子的销孔,支撑座一(51)上设有用于穿过销子的穿孔,支撑座一(51)与销子连接在一起。
