一种在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,包括机架、第一电机、第二电机、第一水平传动轴、第二水平传动轴、安装架和两个连杆机构,两个连杆机构一左一右间隔设置在机架上,所述第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴水平设于两组连杆结构之间,所述第一电机和第二电机设于机架上,并分别驱动第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴转动,所述连杆机构包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆以及第八连杆,第一连杆的下端和第八连杆的下端分别设于第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴上,所述第一连杆的上端和第二连杆的上端分别与第三连杆的前端、后端转动连接,所述第四连杆的下端与第三连杆的前端转动连接,第五连杆的下端与第三连杆的后端转动连接,所述第四连杆的上端和第五连杆的上端分别与第六连杆的前端、中部转动连接,第八连杆的上端与第七连杆的下端转动连接,所述第七连杆的上端与第六连杆的后端转动连接,所述安装架设于两个连杆机构的第六连杆上。本发明通过控制第一电机和第二电机的转动,第一电机和第二电机通过连杆机构带动安装架作类椭圆曲线等运动,本发明具有运动灵活、柔性、调节容易以及动作多样的特点,因此能适配不同上料机头,例如饼干注芯机头和饼干盖饼机头,满足不同上料机头的动作要求。
另外,本发明应用在夹心饼干生产线上时,饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头安装在安装架上,本发明带动饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头沿类椭圆曲线路径运动,饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头能追上饼干生产线上的饼干,并在饼干上注芯或盖上层饼干,本发明可以直接在夹心饼干生 产线上追料注芯和追捡上料,无需转移到线下去注芯和盖上层饼干,从而提高生产效率、降低了成本。
本发明还可以作以下进一步改进。
所述第一连杆的长度与第二连杆的长度相同,从而使得第三连杆能保持水平状态移动。
所述第四连杆的长度与第五连杆的长度相同,从而使得第六连杆和机头能保持水平状态移动。
所述第一水平传动轴的水平高度和第二水平传动轴的水平高度相同。
所述第一连杆下端的水平高度、第二连杆下端的水平高度和第八连杆下端的水平高度相同。
所述第一电机和第二电机是伺服电机。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(一)本发明通过控制第一电机和第二电机的转动,第一电机和第二电机通过连杆机构带动安装架作类椭圆曲线等运动,本发明具有运动灵活、柔性、调节容易以及动作多样的特点,因此能适配不同上料机头,满足不同上料机头的动作要求。相比以往的追料上料装置,本发明的结构简单,生产成本低、生产效率高。
(二)另外,本发明应用在夹心饼干生产线上时,饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头安装在安装架上,本发明带动饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头沿类椭圆曲线路径运动,饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头能追上饼干生产线上的饼干,并在饼干上注芯或盖上层饼干,本发明可以直接在夹心饼干生产线上追料注芯和追捡上料,无需转移到线下去注芯和盖上层饼干,从而提高生产效率、降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一,如图1至图10所示,一种在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,包括机架1、第一电机3、第二电机2、第一水平传动轴12、第二水平传动轴13、安装架14和两个连杆机构,两个连杆机构一左一右间隔设置在机架1上,所述第一水平传动轴12和第二水平传动轴13水平设于两组连杆结构之间,所述第一电机3和第二电机2设于机架1上,并分别驱动第一水平传动轴12和第二水平传动轴13转动,所述连杆机构包括第一连杆4、第二连杆11、第三连杆6、第四连杆7、第五连杆9、第六连杆8、第七连杆10以及第八连杆5,第一连杆4的下端和第八连杆5的下端分别设于第一水平传动轴12和第二水平传动轴13上,所述第一连杆4的上端和第二连杆11的上端分别与第三连杆6的前端、后端转动连接,所述第四连杆7的下端与第三连杆6的前端转动连接,第五连杆9的下端与第三连杆6的后端转动连接,所述第四连杆7的上端和第五连杆9的上端分别与第六连杆8的前端、中部转动连接,第八连杆5的上端与第七连杆10的下端转动连接,所述第七连杆10的上端与第六连杆8的后端转动连接,所述安装架14设于两个连杆机构的第六连杆8上。
作为本发明更具体的技术方案。
所述第一连杆4的长度与第二连杆11的长度相同。
所述第四连杆7的长度与第五连杆9的长度相同。
所述第一水平传动轴12的水平高度和第二水平传动轴13的水平高度相同。
所述第一连杆4下端的水平高度、第二连杆11下端的水平高度和第八连杆5下端的水平高度相同。
本发明在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置的工作原理是:
当本发明在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置应用于夹心饼干生产线上,夹心饼干生产线的饼干注芯机头安装在一在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置的安装架14上,夹心饼干生产线上的盖饼机头安装在另一在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置的安装架14上,饼干注芯机头用于向夹心饼干生产线上的饼干添加饼芯(奶油或巧克力),盖饼机头用 于将夹心饼干生产线上的饼干盖在添加好的奶油或巧克力的饼干上,从而形成夹心饼干。本发明在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置能使得饼干注芯机头或盖饼机头沿着类椭圆状的曲线路径运动。
本发明的工作时,第六连杆8处于最前点位置D时,第一电机3和第二电机2同时反转(沿逆时针方向转动),第一电机3和第二电机2分别驱动第一连杆4和第八连杆5向后转动,第一连杆4带动第三连杆6运动和带动第四连杆7向后转动,第三连杆6带动第二连杆11和第五连杆9向后转动,第八连杆5带动第七连杆10向后转动,第七连杆10、第四连杆7和第五连杆9带动第六连杆8、安装架14以及安装架14上的饼干注芯装置往上和往后移动,跟着第六连杆8、安装架14上升到最高点位置A。
跟着,第一电机3和第二电机2继续反转,第八连杆5带动第七连杆10向后转动,第七连杆10、第四连杆7和第五连杆9带动第六连杆8、安装架14以及安装架14上的饼干注芯装置往下和往后移动,直至第六连杆8、安装架14移动到最后点位置B。
之后,第一电机3和第二电机2同时正转(沿顺时针方向转动),第一电机3和第二电机2分别驱动第一连杆4和第八连杆5往前转动,第八连杆5带动第七连杆10往前转动,第七连杆10、第四连杆7和第五连杆9带动第六连杆8、安装架14以及安装架14上的饼干注芯装置往下和往前移动,直至第六连杆8、安装架14移动到最低点位置C。
接着,第一电机3和第二电机2继续正转,第一电机3和第二电机2分别驱动第一连杆4和第八连杆5往前转动,第八连杆5带动第七连杆10往前转动,第七连杆10、第四连杆7和第五连杆9带动第六连杆8、安装架14以及安装架14上的饼干注芯装置往上和往前移动,直至第六连杆8、安装架14移动到最前点位置D,即安装架14重新回到初始点。至此,当本发明的饼干注芯机头的动作已经做完了一个循环,本发明在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置会带动饼干注芯机头周而复始,继续往前追赶下一排饼干,并为下一排饼干注芯。
在饼干注芯机头由最后点位置B往前移动至最前点位置D的过程中,饼干注芯机头会往前追赶上饼干生产线的某一排饼干,并处于该排饼干的上方,此时饼干注芯机头的移动速度与夹心饼干生产线的饼干输送带的饼干的速度相同,饼干注芯机头在该排饼干上注芯,还没到最前点位置D时,饼干注芯机头已经停止注芯。若是盖饼机头在此过程中,盖饼机头的动作是,预先捡起前排饼干的盖饼机头往前追赶上饼干生产线的后排饼干(已注芯),之后盖饼机头会将前排饼干盖在后排饼干上,从而完成夹心饼干生产线的盖饼工序。
夹心饼干生产线上的饼干注好心之后,盖饼机头开始工作,另一在线夹心饼干生产 线的追料上料驱动装置带动盖饼机头也作类椭圆曲线路径的运动,盖饼机头上的抓料机构会在饼干输送带上抓取前排的饼干,然后将前排饼干往前输送,并盖在后排饼干(注好心)上,从而形成夹心饼干,之后盖饼机头再回到初始点D。该在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置会带动盖饼机头周而复始,继续为饼干输送带上的下一排饼干叠盖。
本发明在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置能带动设备沿着不同的路径运动,不局限于上述类椭圆曲线路径。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,包括机架、第一电机、第二电机、第一水平传动轴、第二水平传动轴、安装架和两个连杆机构,两个连杆机构一左一右间隔设置在机架上,所述第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴水平设于两组连杆结构之间,所述第一电机和第二电机设于机架上,并分别驱动第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴转动,所述连杆机构包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆以及第八连杆,第一连杆的下端和第八连杆的下端分别设于第一水平传动轴和第二水平传动轴上,所述第一连杆的上端和第二连杆的上端分别与第三连杆的前端、后端转动连接,所述第四连杆的下端与第三连杆的前端转动连接,第五连杆的下端与第三连杆的后端转动连接,所述第四连杆的上端和第五连杆的上端分别与第六连杆的前端、中部转动连接,第八连杆的上端与第七连杆的下端转动连接,所述第七连杆的上端与第六连杆的后端转动连接,所述安装架设于两个连杆机构的第六连杆上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,所述第一连杆的长度与第二连杆的长度相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,所述第四连杆的长度与第五连杆的长度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,所述第一水平传动轴的水平高度和第二水平传动轴的水平高度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,所述第一连杆下端的水平高度、第二连杆下端的水平高度和第八连杆下端的水平高度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述在线夹心饼干生产线的追料上料驱动装置,其特征是,所述第一电机和第二电机是伺服电机。
