但是,对于易降解的环保型的PP(即聚丙烯)来说,由于PP的延伸性和拉伸性不好,远不如PVC,故原来包装盒中关于前侧壁、后侧壁及底侧壁各与上片体的夹角不能适用PP,按照原来的夹角对PP的片形原料进行拉伸成型的过程中会造成包装盒在前侧壁、后侧壁或底侧壁处拉破。
因此,急需要一种由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒来克服上述的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本申请的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图1、图2、图4及图7,本申请第一实施例的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒100包括一个盒体10,而盒体10包含上片体11及由上片体11向下拉伸成型出的底侧壁12、左侧壁13、右侧壁14、前侧壁15和后侧壁16。底侧壁12、左侧壁13、右侧壁14、前侧壁15及后侧壁16共同围出一容纳空间17,容纳空间17向上贯穿上片体11,以在该上片体11上形成出一朝上的开口171,以便于操作人员从开口171处将剃须刀头装入容纳空间17内,或将容纳 空间17内的剃须刀头从开口171取出。其中,前侧壁15与上片体11的夹角α大于或等于90度,后侧壁16和上片体11的夹角β大于100度且小于180度,且后侧壁16和上片体11的夹角β还大于前侧壁15与上片体11的夹角α,底侧壁12与上片体11的夹角γ大于10度且小于60度。具体地,在图5中,左侧壁12与上片体11的夹角δ大于90度且小于或等于100度,使得左侧壁12朝靠近右侧壁13的方向向下倾斜,右侧壁13与上片体11的夹角ε大于90度且小于或等于100度,使得右侧壁13朝靠近左侧壁13的方向向下倾斜,进一步地避免倾斜角度小的前侧壁15和倾斜角度大的后侧壁16两者因拉伸长度不同而造成侧壁拉破,确保由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒100的质量,另,更便于拉伸成型后的模具与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100的分离操作。更具体地,如下:
如图4和图7所示,前侧壁15与上片体11的夹角α大于或等于90度且小或等于105度,后侧壁16与上片体11的夹角β大于或等于106度且小于或等于120度,底侧壁12与上片体11的夹角γ大于或等于11度且小于或等于30度,这样设计能进一步地避免倾斜角度小的前侧壁15和倾斜角度大的后侧壁16两者因拉伸长度不同而造成侧壁拉破;同时,在图5中,左侧壁12与上片体11的夹角δ大于或等于92度且小于或等于98度,右侧壁13与上片体11的夹角ε大于或等于92度且小于或等于98度,以更有效地满足后侧壁16的拉伸长度大于前侧壁15的拉伸长度需要。举例而言,夹角α可为90度、95度、100度或105度,夹角β可为106度、110度、115度或120度,夹角γ可为11度、12度、14度、16度、18度、20度、25度或30度,夹角δ可为92度、95度或98度,角ε可为92度、95度或98度,但不以此为限。
如图1至图5,本申请第一实施例的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒100还包括封口膜20,封口膜20遮盖开口171并与上片体11热封固定,使得封口膜20与上片体11通过热融方式而粘固在一起,且封口膜20的热封轮廓21为环绕开口171的环形结构,以借助热封轮廓21为环绕开口171的环形结构,以更好地匹配PP收缩大的需要,这样就可以避免封口膜20与整个上片体11热 封固定,以及因与整个上片体11热封固定而造成上片体11整体变形,从而在流水性生产过程中造成多个连接在的盒体10之间的间距一致性差,进而影响后续对盒体10各种处理。具体地,在图1至图5中,热封轮廓21的角落处为圆角结构211,这样使得热封轮廓21做得与开口171更相邻,故使得热封轮廓21与开口171之间的间距控制在0.1毫米至1.0毫米,即为0.1毫米至1.0毫米;举例而言,热封轮廓21与开口171之间的间距可为0.1毫米、0.2毫米、0.3毫米、0.4毫米、0.5毫米、0.6毫米、0.7毫米、0.8毫米、0.9毫米或1.0毫米,但不以此为限。另,热封轮廓21的宽度较优控制个3个毫米之内,最好控制在2个毫米之内。
如图1、图4及图6所示,上片体11的角落处拉伸成型出相对上片体11向下偏置的偏置片18,封口膜20还悬置于偏置片18的上方并遮盖偏置片18,这样设计使得封口膜20与偏置片18之间留有供操作人员撕掉封口膜20的操作空间,从而便于操作人员在偏置片18处将封口膜20从上片体11处撕掉操作,进而便于操作人员将剃须刀头从盒体10中取出。具体地,在图4中,上片体11与偏置片18两者的上表面(111)181之间的间距D1上片体11的厚度尺寸,以使得上片体11与偏置片18两者的上表面(111)181之间的间隙正为上片体11的厚度尺寸,以确保由上片体11的角落处拉伸成型出偏置片18的可靠性。更具体地,上片体11的厚度尺寸为0.40毫米至0.80毫米,例如为0.40毫米、0.50毫米、0.60毫米、0.70毫米或0.80毫米,但不以此为限。
如图6、图8及图9所示,底侧壁12向上拉伸出凸于容纳空间17中的承托凸条19,承托凸条19在容纳空间12中呈一左一右的隔开排列,以借助承托凸条19,将剃须刀头悬置于底侧壁12的上方,避免剃须刀头中的锋利刀片与底侧壁12碰撞而造成锋利刀片的损坏。具体地,在图6、图8及图9中,每个承托凸条19沿盒体10的前后方向延伸,承托凸条19的上表面19a包含圆心角θ大于或等于90度且小于或等于180度的圆柱侧面191和分别与圆柱侧面191之两末端接合的球面192,这样设计的目的是减少承托凸条19的上表面19a与剃须刀头的接触面积,从而有效地减少承托凸条19的上表面19a对剃须刀头中的锋 利刀片的影响;当然,根据实际需要,上表面19a还可为其它形状,故不以图6、图8及图9所示为限。
请参阅图10,本申请第二实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100`与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100的结构基本相同,区别点如下:
(1)于本申请第二实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100`中,盒体10为三个,三个盒体10沿盒体10的前后方向排列且连在一起,具体是通过各自的上片体11连接在一起;而于本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100中,盒体10仅为一个。
除了上述的区别外,其它与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头包装盒100的相同,故在此不再赘述。需要说明的是,虽然图10展示了盒体10为三个,当然,根据实际需要还可为二个或四个不等,故不以此为限。
与现有技术相比,由于前侧壁15与上片体11的夹角α大于或等于90度,使前侧壁15相对上片体11向下垂直或相对上片体11向下后方倾斜,同时,由于后侧壁16和上片体11的夹角β大于100度且小于180度,且后侧壁16和上片体11的夹角β还大于前侧壁15与上片体11的夹角α,使得后侧壁16相对上片体11向下前方倾斜的角度大于前侧壁15相对上片体11向下后方倾斜的角度,再结合底侧壁12与上片体11的夹角γ大于10度且小于60度,故在拉伸成型过程中,使得倾斜角度大的后侧壁16之拉伸长度比倾斜角度小的前侧壁15之拉伸长度大,避免倾斜角度小的前侧壁15和倾斜角度大的后侧壁16两者因拉伸长度不同而造成侧壁(例如但不限于前侧壁15)拉破,确保由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒100(100`)的质量。另,前侧壁15、后侧壁16及底侧壁12各相对上片体11的夹角α(β、γ)设计,便于拉伸成型后的模具与本申请的剃须刀头包装盒100(100`)的分离操作;此外,聚丙烯属于易降解的环保材料,更符合环保要求。
需要说明的是,在附图中,箭头A所指的方向为盒体10由前至后的方向,箭头B所指的方向为盒体10由左至右的方向,箭头C所指的方向为盒体10由上至下的方向。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,包括至少一盒体,所述盒体包含上片体及由所述上片体向下拉伸成型出的底侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁、前侧壁和后侧壁,所述底侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁、前侧壁及后侧壁共同围出一容纳空间,所述容纳空间向上贯穿所述上片体以在该上片体上形成出一朝上的开口,其特征在于,所述前侧壁与所述上片体的夹角大于或等于90度,所述后侧壁和上片体的夹角大于100度且小于180度,且所述后侧壁和上片体的夹角还大于所述前侧壁与所述上片体的夹角,所述底侧壁与所述上片体的夹角大于10度且小于60度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述左侧壁和右侧壁各与所述上片体的夹角大于90度且小于或等于100度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,还包括封口膜,所述封口膜遮盖所述开口并与所述上片体热封固定,所述封口膜的热封轮廓为环绕所述开口的环形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述热封轮廓的角落处为圆角结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述上片体的角落处拉伸成型出相对所述上片体向下偏置的偏置片,所述封口膜还悬置于所述偏置片的上方并遮盖所述偏置片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述上片体与所述偏置片两者的上表面之间的间距为所述上片体的厚度尺寸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在 于,所述上片体的厚度尺寸为0.40毫米至0.80毫米。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述热封轮廓与所述开口之间的间距为0.1毫米至1.0毫米。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,所述底侧壁向上拉伸出凸于所述容纳空间中的承托凸条,所述承托凸条在所述容纳空间中呈一左一右的隔开排列。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的由聚丙烯拉伸成型的剃须刀头包装盒,其特征在于,每个所述承托凸条沿所述盒体的前后方向延伸,所述承托凸条的上表面包含圆心角大于或等于90度且小于或等于180度的圆柱侧面和分别与所述圆柱侧面之两末端接合的球面。
