Claims (20)
- 一种底座,包括前座、设置在前座左右两端的前座连接件、具有预设间距的两个侧座、设置在侧座上并适于连接到前座连接件上的侧座前部连接件;其特征在于,所述侧座前部连接件具有一个组装基面;所述组装基面上设置有定位单元;所述前座连接件具有一个和组装基面相接触的组装配合面,并且接触所产生的挤压力度由所述预设间距所限定;所述组装配合面上设置有限定所述前座连接件在侧座前部连接件上最终组装位置的定位结点;所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经第一组装方向、第二组装方向到达定位结点的第一引导通路、第二引导通路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经迂回组装方向由第一引导通路到达第二引导通路的迂回通路。
- 根据权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于,所述迂回通路具有迂回拐点,并由迂回拐点为分界限定了迂回通路前段、迂回通路后段;所述迂回通路后段所对应的迂回组装方向和第二组装方向一致。
- 根据权利要求3所述的底座,其特征在于,所述迂回拐点形成有在定位单元到达迂回拐点时完全贴合在定位单元部分表面上的贴合壁。
- 根据权利要求3所述的底座,其特征在于,由所述第一引导通路、第二引导通路所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
- 根据权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于,所述前座连接件上设置有至少在第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路一侧边形成的路沿;所述定位单元上具有可以和所述路沿相抵接且用于阻止前座连接件和侧座前部连接件分离的自锁结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述组装基面上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元;所述组装配合面上设置有在最终安装位置允许受到组装配合面挤压的锁定单元回弹至预设形状并且和锁定单元结合的锁定结点。
- 根据权利要求7所述的底座,其特征在于,所述锁定结点包括形成在组装配合面上的合围壁、以及限定在合围壁之内并且允许锁定单元回弹至预设形状的回弹空间;所述合围壁至少在沿第二组装方向相反的方向上和锁定单元相抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的底座,其特征在于,所述锁定单元包括呈现为预设形状的结合体、以及由结合体延伸出并且贯穿侧座前部连接件的延伸体;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个和组装基面相背对的组装底面,所述延伸体具有可以和组装底面接触的止抵结构,以在组装基面上完整展现所述结合体;所述侧座前部连接件位于组装底面的一侧设置有支撑基部,支撑基部上设置有在锁定单元回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量的弹性单元,所述弹性单元对止抵结构或延伸体提供支撑以使得止抵结构保持和组装底面相接触的状态。
- 根据权利要求9所述的底座,其特征在于,所述弹性单元设置为弹簧,其两端分别支撑在支撑基部上、止抵结构或延伸体。
- 根据权利要求9所述的底座,其特征在于,所述弹性单元设置为片状构件,所述片状构件经弯折形成两部分,一部分支撑在所述支撑基部上,另一部分支撑或连接所述延伸体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述侧座前部连接件定位在侧座的内侧表面上;所述前座连接件包括相连接的前座连接件固定部、前座连接件组装部,所述前座连接件固定部定位在前座的内表面上,所述组装配合面形成在所述前座连接件组装部上。
- 一种组装沙发,其特征在于,包括前座、设置在前座左右两端的前座连接件、具有预设间距的两个侧座、设置在侧座上并适于连接到前座连接件上的侧座前部连接件、靠背、设置在靠背左右两侧的靠背连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到靠背连接件上的侧座后部连接件、座板、设置在座板左右两侧的座板连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到座板连接件上的侧座中部连接件;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个组装基面;所述组装基面上设置有定位单元;所述前座连接件具有一个和组装基面相接触的组装配合面,并且接触所产生的挤压力度由所述预设间距所限定;所述组装配合面上设置有限定所述前座连接件在侧座前部连接件上最终组装位置的定位结点;所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经第一组装方向、第二组装方向到达定位结点的第一引导通路、第二引导通路、引导所述定位单元经迂回组装方向由第一引导通路到达第二引导通路的迂回通路;所述组装基面上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元;所述组装配合面上设置有在最终安装位置允许受到组装配合面挤压的锁定单元回弹至预设形状并且和锁定单元结合的锁定结点;所述锁定单元包括呈现为预设形状的结合体、以及由结合体延伸出并且贯穿侧座前部连接件的延伸体;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个和组装基面相背对的组装底面,所述延伸体具有可以和组装底面接触的止抵结构,以在组装基面上完整展现所述结合体;所述侧座前部连接件位于组装底面的一侧设置有支撑基部,支撑基部上设置有在锁定单元回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量的弹性单元,所述弹性单元对止抵结构或延伸体提供支撑以使得止抵结构保持和组装底面相接触的状态;所述迂回通路具有迂回拐点,并由迂回拐点为分界限定了迂回通路前段、迂回通路后段;所述迂回通路后段所对应的迂回组装方向和第二组装方向一致;由所述第一引导通路、第二引导通路所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
- 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座后部连接件具有定义了组装导向的组装插槽,所述组装插槽沿组装导向分为滑动部和锁定部;所述靠背连接件具有沿组装导向插设入组装插槽的插嵌单元,并且所述插嵌单元和滑动部间隙配合、和锁定部过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求14所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述组装插槽和插嵌单元的配合间隙沿组装导向逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座中部连接件具有承载结构;所述座板连接件具有支撑在承载结构上的支撑结构。
- 根据权利要求16所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座中部连接件包括两个定位在侧座内表面上并且向外延伸的承载侧部、连接两个承载侧部并且和侧座内表面形成间隙的定位部;所述座板连接件包括两个定位在座板侧面上并且向外延伸的支撑侧部;两个所述支撑侧部、两个所述承载侧部分别形成所述支撑结构、承载结构,且两个支撑侧部分别支撑在对应的两个承载侧部上;所述定位部的两侧分别抵接在两个支撑侧部上以限定所述座板连接件在侧座中部连接件上的组装位置。
- 根据权利要求17所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述座板连接件还包括连接两个所述支撑侧部的连接部,两个支撑侧部以及连接部扣合在所述定位部上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述前座的内表面上设置有承载单元,所述座板的前部支撑在所述承载单元上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,还包括铺设在座板上的至少一个坐垫、靠在靠背上的至少一个靠背垫;所述坐垫和靠背垫在所述组装沙发组装前收纳在真空压缩包内。
