Description

一种底座以及组装沙发 技术领域
本发明涉及一种底座以及组装沙发,适用于家具的技术领域。
背景技术
椅子、沙发、床等坐具或者床具都有在结构上基本相同的底座,底座作为这类坐具或者床具的底部基础结构,基本都包含有两个相互间隔开的侧座、连接在两个侧座前端的前座,在底座的基础上设置靠背、座板、床板等组成坐具或者床具。
例如现有技术公开号为CN102984972B的专利申请公开了一种床-沙发转换框架,包括适于为整体式的或组装到一起的靠背、足部位(可选的)以及成对的扶手,来围绕传统的床及其基架形成沙发框架。该成对的扶手形成基座,用来通过相应的安装固件和安装槽安装靠背和足部位。靠背和足部位均可以为整体式单元或组件和/或是能够折叠的,来提供简单的存储。在该专利申请的床-沙发转换框架中,左扶手的前底内侧部分可以包括连接件,例如具有安装槽的安装固件或支架,该连接件适于与足部位上的连接件、例如足部位上的相应的安装支架和槽连接。
技术问题
这种连接组装方式虽然组装较为方便,然而其牢固性以及稳定性相对较弱,容易出现松动甚至分离。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种底座以及组装沙发,组装方便,并且组装后牢固性、稳定性较佳。
技术解决方案
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种底座,包括前座、设置在前座左右两端的前座连接件、具有预设间距的两个侧座、设置在侧座上并适于连接到前座连接件上的侧座前部连接件;
所述侧座前部连接件具有一个组装基面;所述组装基面上设置有定位单元;
所述前座连接件具有一个和组装基面相接触的组装配合面,并且接触所产生的挤压力度由所述预设间距所限定;所述组装配合面上设置有限定所述前座连接件在侧座前部连接件上最终组装位置的定位结点;
所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经第一组装方向、第二组装方向到达定位结点的第一引导通路、第二引导通路。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经迂回组装方向由第一引导通路到达第二引导通路的迂回通路。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述迂回通路具有迂回拐点,并由迂回拐点为分界限定了迂回通路前段、迂回通路后段;所述迂回通路后段所对应的迂回组装方向和第二组装方向一致。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述迂回拐点形成有在定位单元到达迂回拐点时完全贴合在定位单元部分表面上的贴合壁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由所述第一引导通路、第二引导通路所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述前座连接件上设置有至少在第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路一侧边形成的路沿;所述定位单元上具有可以和所述路沿相抵接且用于阻止前座连接件和侧座前部连接件分离的自锁结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述组装基面上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元;所述组装配合面上设置有在最终安装位置允许受到组装配合面挤压的锁定单元回弹至预设形状并且和锁定单元结合的锁定结点。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定结点包括形成在组装配合面上的合围壁、以及限定在合围壁之内并且允许锁定单元回弹至预设形状的回弹空间;所述合围壁至少在沿第二组装方向相反的方向上和锁定单元相抵接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁定单元包括呈现为预设形状的结合体、以及由结合体延伸出并且贯穿侧座前部连接件的延伸体;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个和组装基面相背对的组装底面,所述延伸体具有可以和组装底面接触的止抵结构,以在组装基面上完整展现所述结合体;所述侧座前部连接件位于组装底面的一侧设置有支撑基部,支撑基部上设置有在锁定单元回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量的弹性单元,所述弹性单元对止抵结构或延伸体提供支撑以使得止抵结构保持和组装底面相接触的状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性单元设置为弹簧,其两端分别支撑在支撑基部上、止抵结构或延伸体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性单元设置为片状构件,所述片状构件经弯折形成两部分,一部分支撑在所述支撑基部上,另一部分支撑或连接所述延伸体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述侧座前部连接件定位在侧座的内侧表面上;所述前座连接件包括相连接的前座连接件固定部、前座连接件组装部,所述前座连接件固定部定位在前座的内表面上,所述组装配合面形成在所述前座连接件组装部上。
一种组装沙发,包括所述的底座、靠背、设置在靠背左右两侧的靠背连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到靠背连接件上的侧座后部连接件、座板、设置在座板左右两侧的座板连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到座板连接件上的侧座中部连接件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述侧座后部连接件具有定义了组装导向的组装插槽,所述组装插槽沿组装导向分为滑动部和锁定部;所述靠背连接件具有沿组装导向插设入组装插槽的插嵌单元,并且所述插嵌单元和滑动部间隙配合、和锁定部过盈配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述组装插槽和插嵌单元的配合间隙沿组装导向逐渐减小。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述侧座中部连接件具有承载结构;所述座板连接件具有支撑在承载结构上的支撑结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述侧座中部连接件包括两个定位在侧座内表面上并且向外延伸的承载侧部、连接两个承载侧部并且和侧座内表面形成间隙的定位部;所述座板连接件包括两个定位在座板侧面上并且向外延伸的支撑侧部;两个所述支撑侧部、两个所述承载侧部分别形成所述支撑结构、承载结构,且两个支撑侧部分别支撑在对应的两个承载侧部上;所述定位部的两侧分别抵接在两个支撑侧部上以限定所述座板连接件在侧座中部连接件上的组装位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述座板连接件还包括连接两个所述支撑侧部的连接部,两个支撑侧部以及连接部扣合在所述定位部上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述前座的内表面上设置有承载单元,所述座板的前部支撑在所述承载单元上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括铺设在座板上的至少一个坐垫、靠在靠背上的至少一个靠背垫;所述坐垫和靠背垫在所述组装沙发组装前收纳在真空压缩包内。
有益效果
本发明所提供的底座,前座连接件和侧座前部连接件在完成连接组装后能够稳定并且牢固地维持底座的结构,可以避免或减轻人为因素或者零部件老化而产生的松动情况,并且可实现无工具化、无零件化的组装模式,适宜于快速组装和便捷组装;本发明提供的组装沙发,同样适宜于快速组装和便捷组装,并且组装后的结构稳定性和牢固性可靠,同时易于在组装前压缩打包空间,以达到节省运输成本的优势。

本发明的实施方式
下面根据附图和实施案例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。
如图1、图2所示出的底座,其包括前座1、以及两个侧座2,两个侧座2分别连接在前座1的左右两端,作为坐具或者床具的底部基础结构。在一种实施案例中,底座作为椅子的底部基础结构,在底座的基础上,设置椅背、椅座。在另一种实施案例中,底座作为单人沙发或多人沙发的底部基础结构,在底座的基础上,设置靠背、座板,或再添置靠背垫、坐垫。在其他实施案例中,底座作为床的底部基础结构,在底座的基础上,设置床头、床板。
本申请所示出的底座,易于灵活组装、拆卸、打包储存。所述前座1的左右两端分别设置有前座连接件11,所述侧座2设置有适于连接到前座连接件11上的侧座前部连接件21。两个侧座2之间具有预设间距,该预设间距由具有该底座的椅子、沙发、床或者其他坐具以及床具的宽度所限定。并且,在组装椅子、沙发、床或者其他坐具以及床具时,通常地,先将椅背、靠背、床头或者其他结构与两个侧座2连接,再将前座1左右两端上的前座连接件11组装连接到对应的侧座前部连接件21上。
参照图3-图6,所述侧座前部连接件21具有一个组装基面2a,所述组装基面2a基本为平面,所述组装基面2a上设置有定位单元211,所述定位单元211是形成在组装基面2a上的具有结构形状的部件,可以是一体成型在组装基面2a上,也可以是通过焊接或者紧固件固定连接在组装基面2a上。所述前座连接件11具有一个组装配合面1b,组装配合面1b也基本为平面,所述前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21在组装连接的过程中以及完成后,所述组装配合面1b和组装基面2a始终保持相互接触,两者的由接触而产生的相互挤压力度则由预设间距限定,组装基面2a和组装配合面1b在连接组装过程中会发生相对滑动,因此两者之间产生的摩擦力大小和相互挤压力度呈正比。所述组装配合面1b上设置有定位结点114,所述定位结点114限定了所述前座连接件11在侧座前部连接件21上的最终组装位置,即完成组装后所述定位单元211在组装基面2a上的位置被限定在所述定位结点114。所述组装配合面1b上设置有引导所述定位单元211经第一组装方向d1、第二组装方向d2到达定位结点114的第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112,所述第一组装方向d1和第二组装方向d2为不同的两个方向,并且基本为直线方向,可以略有弧度,但总体上为直线方向。所述第一引导通路111的延伸方向和第一组装方向d1相适配,所述第二引导通路112的延伸方向和第二组装方向d2相适配。
将前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21进行组装连接时,首先将前座连接件11的组装基面2a贴合在侧座前部连接件21的组装配合面1b上,并且使得定位单元211位于第一引导通路111,然后沿着第一组装方向d1滑动前座连接件11,使得定位单元211沿着第一引导通路111滑动,再沿着第二组装方向d2滑动前座连接件11,使得定位单元211沿着第二引导通路112滑动,最终所述定位单元211到达所述定位结点114。
通过第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112,以及定位结点114限定定位单元211的安装位置,可以实现所述前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21的组装无工具化、无零件化的操作模式,通过第一组装方向d1和第二组装方向d2的组装连接即可,适宜于快速组装和便捷组装。完成组装后,所述前座1比较容易被用户脚部踢到或者蹭到,会导致所述组装基面2a和组装配合面1b相对滑动,使得所述定位单元211脱离定位结点114并滑动至第二引导通路112上。由于所述第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112延伸方向上的差异性、以及组装基面2a和组装配合面1b相对滑动所产生的摩擦力,即使所述定位单元211脱离了定位结点114,也比较难于从第二引导通路112逃逸到第一引导通路111最终使得前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21分离。另外,在所述组装配合面1b上设置第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112,也延长了所述定位单元211到达定位结点114的路线总长,这也能够提高所述定位单元211逃逸的难度。
理论上,两个侧座2之间的预设间距要略微小于侧座2的长度,使得前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21之间为紧配的组装关系,以提高所述底座组装后的紧凑性,避免底座出现松散的情况。然而,受限于生产加工精度以及零部件公差,很多情况下预设间距会小于理论值,继而增加前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21的组装紧配程度,即组装基面2a和组装配合面1b之间的挤压力度和摩擦力较高,手动组装时会比较费力,由于用户再组装时是将前座1由外向内推进,因此视野受限从而无法很好地观察到前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21的组装实时情况。
用户沿着第一组装方向d1推动前座连接件11,将定位单元211滑动至第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112交汇处,然后再沿第二组装方向d2推动前座连接件11,用户在沿第一组装方向d1推前座连接件11时若施力不连贯,定位单元211会在行进过程中停顿,再次推定位单元211时由于较高的静摩擦力可能无法推动定位单元211,此时用户无法准确地判断定位单元211无法推动是由于静摩擦力导致的、还是由于定位单元211推送到第一引导通路111尽头导致的,因此容易产生误判。若由于误判,用户沿第二组装方向d2推前座连接件11时无法完成组装,并且沿第二组装方向d2推前座连接件11还可能造成定位单元211和第一引导通路111出现损伤。
基于此,所述组装配合面1b上设置有迂回通路113,所述迂回通路113引导所述定位单元211经迂回组装方向d3由第一引导通路111到达第二引导通路112,所述迂回通路113衔接所述第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112,使得为第一组装方向d1、迂回组装方向d3、第二组装方向d2在衔接上有连续性,所述第一组装方向d1和第二组装方向d2基本为直线方向,所述迂回组装方向d3为弧线形的方向,相对应地,所述第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112基本呈直线延伸走向,而所述迂回通路113基本呈弧线延伸走向。
所述迂回通路113具有一个迂回拐点113p,迂回拐点113p位于迂回通路113的中段位置,并且迂回通路113由迂回拐点113p为分界点限定了迂回通路前段1131、迂回通路后段1132。所述迂回通路前段1131为弧形段,迂回通路后段1132基本为直线段,并且所述迂回通路后段1132所对应的迂回组装方向d3和第二组装方向d2一致,这里的方向一致指的是该段的迂回组装方向d3基本和第二组装方向d2一致,实际上该段的迂回组装方向d3是弧度较小的弧线形方向,而迂回通路113前端对应的迂回组装方向d3是弧度较大的弧线形方向。
用户沿第一组装方向d1推动前座连接件11时,由于第一引导通路111和迂回通路前段1131在方向性上具有连续性,所述定位单元211能够较为平滑地由第一引导通路111滑动至迂回通路前段1131,而当所述定位单元211在迂回通路前段1131滑动时对应的迂回组装方向d3为弧线形方向,并且能够被用户明显地感受到,会起到相应的提示作用,使得用户预判到定位单元211即将到达迂回拐点113p,可以避免用户判断错误。
所述迂回拐点113p形成有贴合壁113w,在所述定位单元211到达迂回拐点113p时所述贴合壁113w完全贴合在定位单元211的表面,使得定位单元211准确地定位在迂回拐点113p,以匹配定位单元211进入迂回通路后段1132的精准度。
所述预设间距接近理论值的情况下组装基面2a和组装配合面1b之间的摩擦力较为适中,所述定位单元211经第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112完成组装较为适宜。所述预设间距明显小于理论值的情况下,所述定位单元211经第一引导通路111、迂回通路113、第二引导通路112完成组装较为适宜。因此,这两种方式需并列共存,即由所述第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路111、迂回通路113、第二引导通路112所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
所述底座经长时间使用后受零部件老化的影响,会出现结构松动的现象,前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21可能会发生分离的情况,即组装基面2a和组装配合面1b由相互挤压紧贴的状态变为相互分离的状态,从而会进一步加剧前座1和侧座2松动的程度,因此,前座连接件11上设置有至少在第一引导通路111、迂回通路113、第二引导通路112一侧边形成的路沿11c,所述定位单元211上具有自锁结构2111,所述自锁结构2111可以和所述路沿11c相抵接,从而阻止前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21分离,使得至少组装基面2a和组装配合面1b能够保持相接触的状态,所述前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21保持组装的状态,至少可以使得前座1和侧座2之间不易出现结构松散的情况。
在一种实施案例下,所述前座连接件11具有一个较薄的板状结构,该板状结构的其中一面为组装配合面1b,所述第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112、迂回通路113设置为形成在该板状结构上的线型槽,所述定位单元211设置为由组装基面2a表面凸起形成并且穿过线型槽的柱状结构,所述自锁结构2111设置为形成在柱状结构上径向延伸出的帽状结构,该板状结构在另一面上沿着线型槽一侧或两侧并且可被帽状结构相抵的部分则形成为所述路沿11c。
所述组装基面2a上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元212,所述锁定单元212在非受力状态下可保持其预设形状,在受到压向组装基面2a上的作用力时回缩使得组装基面2a维持为平面,所述组装配合面1b上设置有锁定结点115,所述锁定结点115独立形成在组装配合面1b上,所述定位单元211通过第一引导通路111、第二引导通路112时,所述锁定单元212由于组装基面2a和组装配合面1b的相互挤压呈回缩状态,当定位单元211到达定位结点114即所述前座连接件11位于侧座前部连接件21上的最终组装位置时,所述锁定单元212到达锁定结点115,回弹至预设形状并且和锁定结点115相结合。由于所述锁定结点115和锁定单元212的相互结合,因此在完成组装状态下所述前座连接件11无法相对于侧座前部连接件21滑动,即使所述前座1被用户脚部踢到或者蹭到,亦不会使得所述定位单元211脱离定位结点114。这种锁定方式主要依赖于所述锁定单元212维持预设形状的性能,然而经长时间使用后,如果锁定单元212出现老化或者损坏的现象使其无法维持预设形状,则锁定单元212可能无法维持和锁定结点115相结合的状态,在这种情况下,前座连接件11被用户踢到或者蹭到,即会相对于侧座前部连接件21滑动,此时依赖于第一引导通路111和第二引导通路112的设置以防前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21的分离。
更为具体地,所述锁定结点115包括形成在组装配合面1b上的合围壁115w、以及限定在合围壁115w之内并且允许锁定单元212回弹至预设形状的回弹空间115s,当所述锁定单元212到达锁定结点115的回弹空间115s时,锁定单元212由受到组装配合面1b的挤压的束缚状态得到自由释放,即在其回弹的性能下恢复至预设形状,所述合围壁115w即对恢复预设形状的锁定单元212起到阻挡作用,至少在沿第二组装方向d2相反的方向上和锁定单元212相抵接,从而防止锁定单元212沿原路返回,完成前座连接件11和侧座前部连接件21在最终组装位置的锁定状态。在一种实施案例下,所述定位结点114表现为贯穿前座连接件11上的通孔,该通孔的孔壁形成所述合围壁115w,该通孔允许锁定单元212穿过的空间形成所述回弹空间115s。
更为具体地,所述锁定单元212包括呈现为预设形状的结合体2121、以及由结合体2121延伸出并且贯穿前座连接件11的延伸体2122。所述锁定单元212在没有受到组装配合面1b挤压作用下,所述结合体2121即为锁定单元212形成在组装基面2a上具有预设形状的部分,结合体2121基本呈柱状结构。所述锁定单元212通过结合体2121和延伸体2122在贯穿前座连接件11方向上的移动来实现其受挤压回缩的性能。所述侧座前部连接件21具有一个和组装基面2a相背对的组装底面2b,所述延伸体2122具有可以和组装底面2b接触的止抵结构2123,在所述止抵结构2123和组装底面2b相抵接的情况下,所述结合体2121可以完整地在组装基面2a上展现,即展现出所述锁定单元212在组装基面2a上的预设形状。所述侧座前部连接件21位于组装底面2b的一侧设置有支撑基部2c,所述支撑基部2c可以是侧座2的一部分,也可以是侧座前部连接件21的一部分。所述支撑基部2c上设置有弹性单元2124,弹性单元2124在锁定单元212回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量,所述弹性单元2124在结合体2121未受到组装配合面1b挤压状态下呈压缩状态,对止抵结构2123或延伸体2122施加弹性作用力,从而提供支撑以使得止抵结构2123保持和组装底面2b相接触的状态,所述结合体2121受到组装配合面1b的挤压时,结合体2121和延伸体2122即向支撑基部2c移动,所述弹性单元2124的压缩量增大,待锁定单元212到达锁定结点115时,所述弹性单元2124施加的弹力将止抵结构2123抵接在组装底面2b上并维持该状态以使得具有预设形状的结合体2121完整地呈现在组装底面2b上。
在一种实施案例下,参照图7,所述弹性单元2124设置为弹簧,其一端支撑在支撑基部2c上,另一端支撑在止抵结构2123上或者延伸体2122上。在该实施案例下,所述侧座前部连接件21的组装底面2b上设置有一个中空的外壳213,该外壳213可以通过焊接的工艺固定在组装底面2b上,外壳213的底部即形成所述支撑基部2c。所述延伸体2122和弹簧均位于外壳213的内部,其中延伸体2122具有一定长度,而弹簧则套于延伸体2122之外。
在另一种实施案例下,参照图8,所述弹性单元2124设置为片状构件,所述片状构件经弯折形成两部分2124a、2124b,一部分2124a支撑在所述支撑基部2c上,另一部分2124b则支撑或连接所述延伸体2122。在该实施案例下,所述侧座2在其内表面上设置有一个基坑214,基坑214的底部即形成所述支撑基部2c用以支撑片状构件的一部分2124a。所述片状构件经受压可增大其弯折处的弯折程度,从而对锁定单元212提供弹力。
进一步地,所述侧座前部连接件21定位在侧座2的内侧表面上,可以将侧座前部连接件21直接固定在侧座2的内表面上,也可以在侧座2的内表面上设置一个凹槽并将侧座前部连接件21嵌设并固定在凹槽内。所述前座连接件11包括相连接的前座连接件固定部11a、前座连接件组装部11b,两者为一体成型并且经弯折的构件。其中,所述前座连接件固定部11a定位在前座1的内表面上,所述组装配合面1b形成在所述前座连接件组装部11b上。前座1的内表面上具有一个凸起形成的基台12,以增加前座1在该部位上的厚度,而前座连接件固定部11a固定在基台12上,从而能够增加前座1设置前座连接件固定部11a的部位的结构强度。
以上所述的底座可以作为椅子、沙发、床或者其他坐具的底部基础结构,尤其适宜于作为沙发的底部基础结构,如图9、图10所示,一种组装沙发,包括上文所述的底座、靠背3、设置在靠背3左右两侧的靠背连接件31、设置在侧座2上并适于连接到靠背连接件31上的侧座后部连接件23、座板4、设置在座板4左右两侧的座板连接件41、设置在侧座2上并适于连接到座板连接件41上的侧座中部连接件22。
参照图11、图12,所述侧座后部连接件23具有组装插槽231,所述组装插槽231定义了与其延伸方向相匹配的组装导向d4,所述组装插槽231沿组装导向d4分为滑动部2311和锁定部2312,所述靠背连接件31具有沿组装导向d4延伸的插嵌单元311,所述插嵌单元311可由滑动部2311的端部沿着组装导向d4插设入到组装插槽231内,所述插嵌单元311位于组装插槽231内的部分和滑动部2311间隙配合,即使得插嵌单元311可沿组装导向d4滑动,所述插嵌单元311滑动至锁定部2312时和其过瘾配合,使得插嵌单元311锁定在锁定部2312,以完成侧座后部连接件23和靠背连接件31的组装连接。和侧座前部连接件21、前座连接件11的连接组装方式类似地,侧座后部连接件23和靠背连接件31的连接组装同样不需要工具,也不需要额外的零件例如螺丝螺钉等,适宜于快速组装和便捷组装。
进一步地,所述组装插槽231和插嵌单元311的配合间隙沿组装导向d4逐渐减小,即所述组装插槽231由滑动部2311至锁定部2312,其槽宽的变化是线性的,使得插嵌过程较为平稳,可避免连接组装的中途发生卡主的现象。
参照图13、图14,所述侧座中部连接件22具有一个承载结构22j,所述座板连接件41具有一个与之适配的支撑结构41k,所述支撑结构41k支撑在承载结构22j上,使得椅座以搭放的方式设置在两个侧座2之间,所述承载结构22j对于支撑结构41k的支撑作用力方向和用户坐在座板4上对座板4的施力方向相反,还是得座板4的连接较为稳定,同时也适宜于快速组装和便捷组装。
更为具体地,所述侧座中部连接件22包括两个定位在侧座2内表面上并且向外延伸的承载侧部221、连接两个承载侧部221并且和侧座2内表面形成间隙的定位部222。所述承载侧部221、定位部222为一体结构,并且呈竖立的板状结构,所述承载部定位在侧座2内表面上的部分具有一个连接座223,该连接座223通过紧固件固定连接在侧座2内表面上。所述座板连接件41包括两个定位在座板4侧面上并且向外延伸的支撑侧部411。所述支撑侧部411呈竖立的板状结构,所述支撑侧部411定位在座板4侧面上的部分具有一个连接座413,该连接座413通过紧固件固定连接在座板4的侧面上。两个所述支撑侧部411的底部、两个所述承载侧部221的顶部分别形成所述支撑结构41k、承载结构22j,即两个支撑侧部411分别支撑在对应的两个承载侧部221上。所述定位部222的宽度大于其两侧的承载侧部221,因此定位部222的两侧分别抵接在两个支撑侧部411上以限定所述座板连接件41在侧座中部连接件22上的组装位置,从而可以避免座板4相对于侧座2前后滑动。
再进一步地,所述座板连接件41还包括连接两个所述支撑侧部411的连接部412,两个支撑侧部411以及连接部412扣合在所述定位部222上,使得座板连接件41和侧座中部连接件22的连接组装更为稳定,经长时间使用后沙发的结构出现松动时,可以维持两个侧座2之间的间距。
为了进一步提高座板4的稳定性,尤其是避免由于用户坐姿前倾,座板4整体重心前移而导致所述座板连接件41和侧座中部连接件22的负载过重,所述前座1的内表面上设置有承载单元13,所述承载单元13可以设置一个,也可以设置多个,在一种实施案例下,所述承载单元13呈水平方设置的长条状结构,所述座板4的前部支撑在所述承载单元13上,对座板4提供第二个支撑点,以减轻所述座板连接件41和侧座中部连接件22的负载。
所述沙发还包括铺设在座板4上的至少一个坐垫5、靠在靠背3上的至少一个靠背垫6,所述坐垫5和靠背垫6的数量根据沙发的宽度规格设定,例如根据单人沙发、双人沙发、三人沙发的不同设定不同数量的坐垫5和靠背垫6。另外,所述坐垫5和靠背垫6在所述组装沙发组装前收纳在真空压缩包内,以缩小沙发在组装前各个组成部分打包的体积占比。
最后应说明的是:以上实施案例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施案例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施案例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施案例技术方案的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种底座,包括前座、设置在前座左右两端的前座连接件、具有预设间距的两个侧座、设置在侧座上并适于连接到前座连接件上的侧座前部连接件;
    其特征在于,所述侧座前部连接件具有一个组装基面;所述组装基面上设置有定位单元;
    所述前座连接件具有一个和组装基面相接触的组装配合面,并且接触所产生的挤压力度由所述预设间距所限定;所述组装配合面上设置有限定所述前座连接件在侧座前部连接件上最终组装位置的定位结点;
    所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经第一组装方向、第二组装方向到达定位结点的第一引导通路、第二引导通路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经迂回组装方向由第一引导通路到达第二引导通路的迂回通路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于,所述迂回通路具有迂回拐点,并由迂回拐点为分界限定了迂回通路前段、迂回通路后段;所述迂回通路后段所对应的迂回组装方向和第二组装方向一致。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的底座,其特征在于,所述迂回拐点形成有在定位单元到达迂回拐点时完全贴合在定位单元部分表面上的贴合壁。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的底座,其特征在于,由所述第一引导通路、第二引导通路所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于,所述前座连接件上设置有至少在第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路一侧边形成的路沿;所述定位单元上具有可以和所述路沿相抵接且用于阻止前座连接件和侧座前部连接件分离的自锁结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述组装基面上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元;所述组装配合面上设置有在最终安装位置允许受到组装配合面挤压的锁定单元回弹至预设形状并且和锁定单元结合的锁定结点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的底座,其特征在于,所述锁定结点包括形成在组装配合面上的合围壁、以及限定在合围壁之内并且允许锁定单元回弹至预设形状的回弹空间;所述合围壁至少在沿第二组装方向相反的方向上和锁定单元相抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的底座,其特征在于,所述锁定单元包括呈现为预设形状的结合体、以及由结合体延伸出并且贯穿侧座前部连接件的延伸体;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个和组装基面相背对的组装底面,所述延伸体具有可以和组装底面接触的止抵结构,以在组装基面上完整展现所述结合体;所述侧座前部连接件位于组装底面的一侧设置有支撑基部,支撑基部上设置有在锁定单元回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量的弹性单元,所述弹性单元对止抵结构或延伸体提供支撑以使得止抵结构保持和组装底面相接触的状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的底座,其特征在于,所述弹性单元设置为弹簧,其两端分别支撑在支撑基部上、止抵结构或延伸体。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的底座,其特征在于,所述弹性单元设置为片状构件,所述片状构件经弯折形成两部分,一部分支撑在所述支撑基部上,另一部分支撑或连接所述延伸体。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于,所述侧座前部连接件定位在侧座的内侧表面上;所述前座连接件包括相连接的前座连接件固定部、前座连接件组装部,所述前座连接件固定部定位在前座的内表面上,所述组装配合面形成在所述前座连接件组装部上。
  13. 一种组装沙发,其特征在于,包括前座、设置在前座左右两端的前座连接件、具有预设间距的两个侧座、设置在侧座上并适于连接到前座连接件上的侧座前部连接件、靠背、设置在靠背左右两侧的靠背连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到靠背连接件上的侧座后部连接件、座板、设置在座板左右两侧的座板连接件、设置在侧座上并适于连接到座板连接件上的侧座中部连接件;
    所述侧座前部连接件具有一个组装基面;所述组装基面上设置有定位单元;
    所述前座连接件具有一个和组装基面相接触的组装配合面,并且接触所产生的挤压力度由所述预设间距所限定;所述组装配合面上设置有限定所述前座连接件在侧座前部连接件上最终组装位置的定位结点;
    所述组装配合面上设置有引导所述定位单元经第一组装方向、第二组装方向到达定位结点的第一引导通路、第二引导通路、引导所述定位单元经迂回组装方向由第一引导通路到达第二引导通路的迂回通路;所述组装基面上设置有具有预设形状且受挤压可回缩的锁定单元;所述组装配合面上设置有在最终安装位置允许受到组装配合面挤压的锁定单元回弹至预设形状并且和锁定单元结合的锁定结点;所述锁定单元包括呈现为预设形状的结合体、以及由结合体延伸出并且贯穿侧座前部连接件的延伸体;所述侧座前部连接件具有一个和组装基面相背对的组装底面,所述延伸体具有可以和组装底面接触的止抵结构,以在组装基面上完整展现所述结合体;所述侧座前部连接件位于组装底面的一侧设置有支撑基部,支撑基部上设置有在锁定单元回缩方向上具有弹性压缩量的弹性单元,所述弹性单元对止抵结构或延伸体提供支撑以使得止抵结构保持和组装底面相接触的状态;
    所述迂回通路具有迂回拐点,并由迂回拐点为分界限定了迂回通路前段、迂回通路后段;所述迂回通路后段所对应的迂回组装方向和第二组装方向一致;由所述第一引导通路、第二引导通路所限定的第一组装路径,和由第一引导通路、迂回通路、第二引导通路所限定的第二组装路径并列共存。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座后部连接件具有定义了组装导向的组装插槽,所述组装插槽沿组装导向分为滑动部和锁定部;所述靠背连接件具有沿组装导向插设入组装插槽的插嵌单元,并且所述插嵌单元和滑动部间隙配合、和锁定部过盈配合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述组装插槽和插嵌单元的配合间隙沿组装导向逐渐减小。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座中部连接件具有承载结构;所述座板连接件具有支撑在承载结构上的支撑结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述侧座中部连接件包括两个定位在侧座内表面上并且向外延伸的承载侧部、连接两个承载侧部并且和侧座内表面形成间隙的定位部;所述座板连接件包括两个定位在座板侧面上并且向外延伸的支撑侧部;两个所述支撑侧部、两个所述承载侧部分别形成所述支撑结构、承载结构,且两个支撑侧部分别支撑在对应的两个承载侧部上;所述定位部的两侧分别抵接在两个支撑侧部上以限定所述座板连接件在侧座中部连接件上的组装位置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述座板连接件还包括连接两个所述支撑侧部的连接部,两个支撑侧部以及连接部扣合在所述定位部上。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,所述前座的内表面上设置有承载单元,所述座板的前部支撑在所述承载单元上。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的组装沙发,其特征在于,还包括铺设在座板上的至少一个坐垫、靠在靠背上的至少一个靠背垫;所述坐垫和靠背垫在所述组装沙发组装前收纳在真空压缩包内。
