- the plug portion 31 includes:
- the column structure 311 is disposed at the to-be-connected end of the second main body 102 , has a size that can be inserted into the insertion hole 21 and extends in a direction away from the second main body 102 ; generally, the width of the column structure 311 Slightly smaller than the width between the first hole wall 211 and the opposite side hole wall, so that the column structure 311 can be smoothly inserted into the insertion hole 21;
- the shovel-shaped structure 312 is formed by a shovel-shaped extension from the bottom end of the column structure 311 to the direction of matching with the step surface 22 , and the eversion protrusions 32 are arranged on both sides of the shovel-shaped structure 312 .
- the shovel-shaped structure 312 When the mounting structure 3 is inserted into the mounting hole structure 2 , the shovel-shaped structure 312 is located at the second hole wall 212 of the insertion hole 21 , the top of the everted protrusion 32 is in contact with the stepped surface 22 , and the side of the everted protrusion 32 is in contact and fit.
- the edges are matched with the limit snap points 23 to realize quick connection and disassembly between the two main body parts 1 to be connected.
- the rear surface of the shovel-shaped structure 312 that is, the surface facing away from the step surface 22 after being inserted, is set as a insertion guide slope 3121 , and the insertion guide slope 3121 is directed from the lower edge of the column structure 311 to the direction of matching with the step surface 22 . It is formed by extending obliquely, and the force-bearing plane 3111 of the mounting structure connecting the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121 with the front side of the shovel-shaped structure forms a wedge-shaped action.
- the eversion protrusions 32 disposed on both sides of the shovel-shaped structure 312 need to abut and cooperate with the stepped surface 22 , the eversion protrusions 32 must protrude in the width direction relative to the column structure 311 . If the inserting portion 31 is inserted vertically into the inserting hole 21, it will not be able to be inserted smoothly. Therefore, the inserting guide slope 3121 is provided to guide the inserting portion 31 to be inserted into the inserting hole 21 obliquely along the inserting guide slope 3121. The shovel-shaped structure 312 and the eversion protrusion 32 are smoothly guided to be inserted into the insertion hole 21 .
- the depth of the hole wall of the insertion hole 21 on the opposite side of the stepped surface 22 is less than or equal to the depth of the first hole wall 211 ;
- the upper end of the insertion guide inclined surface 3121 is provided with a lateral limit protrusion 3122 .
