壳体组件10包括:机身11和尾盖12,尾盖12安装于机身11的后端。
机身11轴向贯通设置,其包括:外壳111和内壳112。内壳112装配于外壳111中,充电螺丝批的其余部件装配于内壳112中。内壳112包括:左壳体1121和右壳体1122,二者采用拼接的方式组装连接。采用内、外壳的方式,有利于各部件先预组装于内壳112中,再整体地安装于外壳111中。
配合图3所示,尾盖12拆卸地安装于机身11的后端,其可通过旋转的方式拆卸分离,进而便于充电螺丝批的拆机检修。
具体地,尾盖12的两侧设置有卡扣121。左壳体1121、右壳体1122的内侧壁上分别设置有能够与对应卡扣121相配合的卡槽1123,尾盖12能够沿轴向扣合于机身11的后端。即,将卡扣121与卡槽1123对齐,再沿轴向推 动尾盖12,使其扣合在机身11的后端,并通过卡扣121与卡槽1123的配合实现固定。同时,外壳111上还设置有对尾盖12轴向扣合时进行限位的凸台1112。
此外,为了便于尾盖12的扣合,外壳111后端的开口的端面上还设置有对尾盖12轴向扣合时进行导向的斜面1110。如此尾盖12扣合时,可将卡扣121与斜面1110对齐,从而在斜面1110的导向下,可将尾盖12沿轴向顺利地推入到卡合位置。
卡扣121及与其配合的卡槽1123的两侧壁面均相内侧倾斜设置,尾盖12能够通过旋转的方式使得卡扣121自与其配合的卡槽1123中脱出。从而,当需要将尾盖12拆下时,可旋转尾盖12露出的部分,此时卡扣121沿着卡槽1123的侧壁滑动,并通过发生一定形变自卡槽1123中脱出,再将尾盖12自机身11中拔出。
此外,为了便于尾盖12的拔出。左壳体1121、右壳体1122上还设置有适于尾盖12旋转脱出的避位槽1124,避位槽1124设置于卡槽1123的两侧。如此,通过旋转尾盖12,可使得其上的卡扣121运动至避位槽1124中,进而解除尾盖12的卡合状态,便于尾盖12自与机身11的分离。
按钮组件20设置于机身11上,且按钮组件20位于机身11上适于人手握持时手指操作的区域。如此设置,便于在使用时同步进行按键操作。
按钮组件20在位置上进行优化设计的同时,还对按钮组件20中的各按键进行优化设置。具体地,按钮组件20包括:主按钮21、照明按钮22以及调速推扭23。其中,主按钮21前端为正转按键,后端为反转按键,主按钮21中间镂空设置,照明按钮22设置于主按钮21的镂空区域,调速推扭23位 于主按钮21的后方。如此设置,可单手完成充电螺丝批的照明控制、正转控制、反转控制以及调速控制。
相应的,充电螺丝批还包括控制电路板40,控制电路板40上还设置有正转触点、照明触点、反转触点以及调速开关。照明触点位于正转触点和反转触点之间。此时,主按钮21的前端与正转触点相抵靠,主按钮21的后端与反转触点相抵靠,照明按钮22与照明触点相抵靠,调速推扭23与调速开关相联动。其中,控制电路板40为现有电路板,本实施例仅对其触点和拨块的排布进行优化设计,其电路部分可采用现有的电路结构。
充电螺丝批还包括:照明组件50和动力组件60。其中,照明组件50安装于机身11的前端,其包括:灯罩51和LED灯板52。动力组件60设置于机身11中。此时,照明按钮22能够控制照明组件50相对动力组件60独立地开启或者关闭。如此通过设置照明按钮22,可实现照明部分与动力部分分别控制,如此克服了现有技术中,照明部分无法独立工作所带来的缺陷。
配合参照图4所示,夹持组件30使得充电螺丝批便于夹持固定,通过该夹持组件30可将充电螺丝批夹持在衣服上,从而便于充电螺丝批的携带以及临时存放。其中,夹持组件30的位置可根据需要灵活设置,其可与按钮组件20位于机身11的同侧。或者,夹持组件30也可位于机身11的一侧,而按钮组件20位于机身11的另一侧。
一个实施方式中,夹持组件30包括一L形的夹子31,夹子的短端开设有限位槽310。相应的,外壳111的后端开设有插槽1111,根据夹子31的安装位置,插槽1111可开设在外壳111后端的正面或者背面。左壳体1121、右壳体1122后端的端面上分别设置有限位块1125。
此时,夹子31的短端通过插槽1111安装于机身11中,并通过其上的限位槽310套装于限位块1125上。如此,限位块1125可对夹子31进行径向限位,避免夹子31自机身11中脱离。
进一步地,外壳111的后端的内侧壁上还设置有一环形槽1112,该环形槽1112在夹子31的插接方向上与插槽1111相对设置,且环形槽1112的宽度略宽于夹子31短端厚度。如此,夹子31短端穿过插槽1111并插入环形槽1112中,进而夹子31能够被限制不能在沿着外壳111轴向的方向上移动,从而实现夹子31在径向和轴向上的牢固限位。
夹子31的长端与机身11的外侧壁面相抵靠。从而,可通过夹子31的长端将本实施例的充电螺丝批夹持在衣服上。优选地,为了方便夹持操作,夹子31的长端具有一定的弹性。
充电螺丝批还包括工作组件70,其安装于机身11的前端,动力组件60可驱动工作组件70进行枢转。工作组件70包括:批头、钻头、延长杆或者其它可以连接的装置。动力组件60包括:输出轴61、圆柱销62、定位套63、拨叉64以及电机65。
其中,电机65的输出端与拨叉64传动连接,二者之间设置只有垫片67。定位套63套装于输出轴61上。输出轴61的前端通过安装槽与工作组件70传动连接,且二者之间还设置有一磁铁66。拨叉64套装于输出轴61的后端,圆柱销62分别位于拨叉64上各叉脚之间,且各圆柱销62位于输出轴61和定位套63之间。
从而,当电机65处于驱动输出扭矩的工作状态时,拨叉64进行正向或反向旋转,同时其叉脚推动圆柱销62,并通过圆柱销62与输出轴61相接触 的面推动输出轴61旋转。此时,无论拨叉64进行正向或反向旋转,都可通过输出轴61实现输出。
当圆柱销62卡死在定位套63与输出轴61之间时,由于圆柱销62卡死,使输出轴61被定位套63锁定,输出轴61的反向驱动力无法通过输出轴61传递至拔叉,而是直接传递给定位套63,定位套63与壳体组件无相对自由度,从而可通过壳体直接驱动输出轴61。
此外,充电螺丝批还包括:锂电池80和充电接口90。锂电池80为充电螺丝批供电,充电接口90与锂电池80电连接,其穿过夹子31的避位槽310并嵌合于尾盖12上。
综上所述,本实用新型的充电螺丝批具有夹持组件,通过该夹持组件可将充电螺丝批夹持在衣服上,从而便于充电螺丝批的携带以及临时存放;本实用新型通过将按钮组件设置于机身上适于操作的区域,便于在使用时同步进行按键操作;本实用新型通过设置照明按钮,可实现照明部分与动力部分分别控制,如此克服了现有技术中,照明部分无法独立工作所带来的缺陷;本实用新型的尾盖拆卸地连接于机身的后端,其可通过旋转的方式拆卸分离,进而便于充电螺丝批的拆机检修。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本实用新型不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本实用新型的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本实用新型。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本实用新型内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及 的权利要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述充电螺丝批包括:壳体组件、按钮组件、控制电路板、照明组件、动力组件以及夹持组件;
    所述壳体组件包括:机身以及拆卸地安装于所述机身后端的尾盖;
    所述按钮组件设置于所述机身上,且所述按钮组件位于所述机身上适于人手握持时手指操作的区域;
    所述夹持组件使得所述充电螺丝批便于夹持固定,所述夹持组件与按钮组件位于所述机身的同侧,或者,所述夹持组件位于所述机身的一侧,所述按钮组件位于机身的另一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述机身包括:内壳和外壳,所述内壳由左壳体和右壳体拼接而成,拼接形成的内壳收容安装于所述外壳体中;
    所述尾盖的两侧设置有卡扣,所述左壳体、右壳体的内侧壁上分别设置有能够与对应卡扣相配合的卡槽,所述尾盖能够沿轴向扣合于所述机身的后端;
    所述卡扣及与其配合的卡槽的两侧壁面均相内侧倾斜设置,所述尾盖能够通过旋转的方式使得所述卡扣自与其配合的卡槽中脱出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述左壳体、右壳体上还设置有适于所述尾盖旋转脱出的避位槽,所述避位槽设置于所述卡槽的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述卡扣的底面倾斜向上设置,所述外壳后端的开口的端面上还设置有扣合时对所述卡扣的底面进行导向的斜面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述外壳上还设置有对所述尾盖轴向扣合时进行限位的凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述照明组件安装于所述机身的前端,所述动力组件设置于所述机身中;所述按钮组件包括照明按钮,所述照明按钮能够控制所述照明组件相对所述动力组件独立地开启或者关闭。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述按钮组件包括:主按钮、照明按钮以及调速推扭;
    所述主按钮前端为正转按键,后端为反转按键,所述主按钮中间镂空设置,所述照明按钮设置于所述主按钮的镂空区域,所述调速推扭位于所述主按钮的后方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述控制电路板上还设置有正转触点、照明触点、反转触点以及调速开关;
    所述照明触点位于所述正转触点和反转触点之间,所述主按钮的前端与所述正转触点相抵靠,所述主按钮的后端与所述反转触点相抵靠,所述照明按钮与所述照明触点相抵靠,所述调速推扭与所述调速开关相联动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述夹持组件包括一L形的夹子,包含长端和短端,所述夹子的短端开设有限位槽;
    所述机身包括:内壳和外壳,所述内壳由左壳体和右壳体拼接而成,拼接形成的内壳收容安装于所述外壳体中;
    所述外壳的后端开设有插槽,所述左壳体、右壳体后端的端面上分别设置有限位块;所述夹子的短端通过所述插槽安装于所述机身中,并通过其上 的限位槽套装于所述限位块上,阻止所述夹子从径向上自所述插槽中脱出;所述夹子的长端与所述机身的外侧壁面相抵靠,所述夹子的长端具有弹性。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的充电螺丝批,其特征在于,所述外壳的后端的内侧壁上还设置有一环形槽,所述环形槽在所述夹子的插接方向上与所述插槽相对设置,所述环形槽的宽度略宽于所述夹子短端厚度,所述夹子短端穿过插槽并插入所述环形槽中,并被限制不能在沿着外壳轴向的方向上移动。
