Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant une couche d'extraction de lumière. Le dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant une couche d'extraction de lumière comprend un substrat, une première électrode, au moins une couche organique comprenant une couche électroluminescente bleue, une seconde électrode et la couche d'extraction de lumière dans cet ordre, la couche d'extraction de lumière pouvant contenir un matériau qui satisfait les conditions suivantes (1) à (3). Condition (1) : n (@ 450 nm) ≥ 2,00, condition (2) : k @ 420 nm ≥ 0,10, et condition (3) k @ 450 nm ≤ 0,01 (n représente l'indice de réfraction à une longueur d'onde définie, et k représente le coefficient d'extinction à une longueur d'onde définie). Par conséquent, le dispositif électroluminescent organique peut avoir un rendement d'émission de lumière amélioré à l'extérieur de la couche d'extraction de lumière, et une pureté de couleur améliorée.
