Description
本発明は、潤滑油組成物並びにその使用方法及び製造方法に関する。
近年、カーボンニュートラルの概念の導入により、植物由来原料の活用が進みつつある。潤滑油の分野においても、植物油を基油として用いることが検討されている。
例えば、特許文献1では、低融点性、高粘度、及び高安定性を有する動植物性潤滑油として、トリグリセリド構成脂肪酸中の孤立トランス異性体含量が40質量%以上であり、沃素価50~90である動植物性潤滑油が提案されている。

しかしながら、特許文献1では、基油についての検討が行われているに過ぎず、添加剤処方も含めた潤滑油組成物としての検討は行われていない。
本発明は、植物油を基油として用いた、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物並びにその使用方法及び製造方法を提供することを課題とする。
本発明によれば、下記[1]~[3]が提供される。
[1] 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する潤滑油組成物であって、

本発明によれば、植物油を基油として用いた、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物並びにその使用方法及び製造方法を提供することが可能となる。
本明細書に記載された数値範囲の上限値および下限値は任意に組み合わせることができる。例えば、数値範囲として「A~B」及び「C~D」が記載されている場合、「A~D」及び「C~B」の数値範囲も、本発明の範囲に含まれる。
また、本明細書に記載された数値範囲「下限値~上限値」は、特に断りのない限り、下限値以上、上限値以下であることを意味する。
また、本明細書において、実施例の数値は、上限値又は下限値として用いられ得る数値である。

[潤滑油組成物の態様]
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満である。
また、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上である。
そして、潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満である。
また、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上である。
そして、潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である。
本発明者は、上記課題を解決すべく、鋭意検討を行った。その結果、植物油を基油として用いて、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物を調製する上で、下記(I)~(IV)が重要であることを見出すに至った。
(I)植物油を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、構成脂肪酸全量基準で20質量%未満である植物油を用いること。
(II)ジチオリン酸亜鉛とアミン系酸化防止剤を含有すること。
(III)アミン系酸化防止剤の含有量が2.00質量%以上であること。
(IV)リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤の含有量が2.00質量%未満であること。
(I)植物油を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、構成脂肪酸全量基準で20質量%未満である植物油を用いること。
(II)ジチオリン酸亜鉛とアミン系酸化防止剤を含有すること。
(III)アミン系酸化防止剤の含有量が2.00質量%以上であること。
(IV)リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤の含有量が2.00質量%未満であること。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が酸化安定性に優れるメカニズムについては、明確にはなっていないが、上記(II)~(IV)を満たす特定の添加剤処方が、上記(I)を満たす特定の化学構造を有する植物油に対して、酸化安定性を向上する効果に極めて優れ、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性を優れたものにしていると推察される。
なお、以降の説明では、「植物油(A)」、「ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)」、「アミン系酸化防止剤(C)」、及び「リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)」を、それぞれ、「成分(A)」、「成分(B)」、「成分(C)」、及び「成分(D)」ともいう。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、「成分(A)」、「成分(B)」、及び「成分(C)」のみから構成されていてもよいが、本発明の趣旨を逸脱することのない範囲で、「成分(D)」並びに「成分(A)」、「成分(B)」、「成分(C)」、及び「成分(D)」以外の他の成分から選択される1種以上を含有していてもよく、含有していなくてもよい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、「成分(A)」、「成分(B)」、及び「成分(C)」の合計含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは35質量%以上、より好ましくは40質量%以上、更に好ましくは50質量%以上、より更に好ましくは60質量%以上、更になお好ましくは70質量%以上、一層好ましくは80質量%以上、より一層好ましくは90質量%以上、更に一層好ましくは95質量%以上である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、「成分(A)」、「成分(B)」、及び「成分(C)」の合計含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは35質量%以上、より好ましくは40質量%以上、更に好ましくは50質量%以上、より更に好ましくは60質量%以上、更になお好ましくは70質量%以上、一層好ましくは80質量%以上、より一層好ましくは90質量%以上、更に一層好ましくは95質量%以上である。
以下、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物を構成する各成分について、詳細に説明する。
<植物油(A)>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、植物油(A)を基油として含有する。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満である(以下、「要件1」ともいう)。
リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が20質量%以上であると、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
なお、「植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸」は、植物油を構成する、脂肪酸とグリセリンとがエステル結合した化合物中における脂肪酸を意味する。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計の含有量は、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、好ましくは18質量%以下、より好ましくは16質量%以下、更に好ましくは15質量%以下である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、植物油(A)を基油として含有する。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満である(以下、「要件1」ともいう)。
リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が20質量%以上であると、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
なお、「植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸」は、植物油を構成する、脂肪酸とグリセリンとがエステル結合した化合物中における脂肪酸を意味する。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計の含有量は、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、好ましくは18質量%以下、より好ましくは16質量%以下、更に好ましくは15質量%以下である。
また、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、オレイン酸の含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、65質量%以上であることが好ましい(以下、「要件2」ともいう。)。同様の観点から、オレイン酸の含有量は、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、より好ましくは70質量%以上、更に好ましくは75質量%以上である。また、オレイン酸の含有量は、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、通常85質量%未満である。
また、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、飽和脂肪酸の含有量が、植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、好ましくは3質量%以上(以下、「要件3」ともいう。)、より好ましくは4質量%以上、更に好ましくは5質量%以上である。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸に含まれ得る飽和脂肪酸としては、例えばラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、及びリグノセリン酸等から選択される1種以上が挙げられ、特に代表的なものとしては、パルミチン酸が挙げられる。
植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸に含まれ得る飽和脂肪酸としては、例えばラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、及びリグノセリン酸等から選択される1種以上が挙げられ、特に代表的なものとしては、パルミチン酸が挙げられる。
植物油(A)の脂肪酸組成の測定方法としては、例えば、植物油(A)から有機溶媒で脂質を抽出した後、有機溶媒を留去し、次いで得られた脂質から脂肪酸メチルを調製して、ガスクロマトグラフィー質量分析(GC-MS分析)に供する方法等が挙げられる。
なお、本実施形態で用いられる植物油(A)は、天然の植物油原料を圧搾、抽出して得られる粗油;粗油に含まれる浮遊不純物を除去するろ過、リン脂質等を除去する脱ガム、遊離脂肪酸を除去する脱酸、色素を除去する脱色、ロウ分を除去する脱ロウ等の各種精製処理を行った精製油;さらに、硬化、分別、エステル交換、水素添加等の処理を行った加工油脂等が挙げられる。
植物油(A)の具体例としては、オリーブ油、ひまわり油(好ましくはハイオレイックタイプ)、べに花油(好ましくはハイオレイックタイプ)、サフラワー油(好ましくはハイオレイックタイプ)、パーム油、パーム核油、やし油等の植物油や、エストリドエステル等の植物由来基油等が挙げられる。
植物油(A)は、1種の植物油のみで構成されていてもよく、2種以上の植物油で構成された混合植物油であってもよい。植物油(A)が混合植物油である場合、当該混合植物油が上記要件1を満たしていればよく、さらに上記要件2及び3の少なくともいずれかの要件も満たしていることが好ましく、上記要件1、2、及び3のすべての要件を満たしていることがより好ましい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、植物油(A)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは30質量%以上、より好ましくは40質量%以上、更に好ましくは50質量%以上、より更に好ましくは60質量%以上、更になお好ましくは70質量%以上、一層好ましくは80質量%以上、より一層好ましくは85質量%以上、更に一層好ましくは90質量%以上である。また、成分(B)及び成分(C)等の添加剤の配合の余地の観点から、植物油(A)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは97.9質量%以下である。
<ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)を含有する。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物がジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)を含有しない場合、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)としては、下記一般式(b-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)を含有する。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物がジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)を含有しない場合、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)としては、下記一般式(b-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
一般式(b-1)中、Rb1~Rb4は、各々独立に、1価の炭化水素基を示す。当該炭化水素基としては、1価の炭化水素基であれば特に制限はなく、例えば、酸化安定性を向上させる観点から、アルキル基、アルケニル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基等が好ましく挙げられる。これらの中でも、アルキル基が好ましい。
すなわち、本実施形態で用いられるジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)としては、ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛が好ましい。
なお、Rb1~Rb4として選択され得るシクロアルキル基、アリール基は、例えばデカリル基、ナフチル基等の多環式の基であってもよい。
また、Rb1~Rb4として選択され得る1価の炭化水素基は、水酸基、カルボキシ基、アミノ基、アミド基、ニトロ基、シアノ基等の酸素原子及び/又は窒素原子を含む置換基を有するもの、また窒素原子、酸素原子、ハロゲン原子等により一部が置換されたものであってもよく、1価の炭化水素基がシクロアルキル基、アリール基の場合は更にアルキル基、アルケニル基等の置換基を有していてもよい。
すなわち、本実施形態で用いられるジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)としては、ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛が好ましい。
なお、Rb1~Rb4として選択され得るシクロアルキル基、アリール基は、例えばデカリル基、ナフチル基等の多環式の基であってもよい。
また、Rb1~Rb4として選択され得る1価の炭化水素基は、水酸基、カルボキシ基、アミノ基、アミド基、ニトロ基、シアノ基等の酸素原子及び/又は窒素原子を含む置換基を有するもの、また窒素原子、酸素原子、ハロゲン原子等により一部が置換されたものであってもよく、1価の炭化水素基がシクロアルキル基、アリール基の場合は更にアルキル基、アルケニル基等の置換基を有していてもよい。
Rb1~Rb4として選択され得るアルキル基、アルケニル基は直鎖状、分岐鎖状のいずれであってもよいが、より優れた酸化安定性を得る観点から、第1級、第2級のものが好ましく、中でも第1級アルキル基、第2級アルキル基が好ましく、第1級アルキル基がより好ましい。
すなわち、本実施形態で用いられるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛としては、第1級アルキル基もしくは第2級アルキル基またはそれらの組み合わせが好ましく、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛もしくは第2級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛又はそれらの組み合わせがより好ましく、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛が更に好ましい。
すなわち、本実施形態で用いられるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛としては、第1級アルキル基もしくは第2級アルキル基またはそれらの組み合わせが好ましく、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛もしくは第2級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛又はそれらの組み合わせがより好ましく、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛が更に好ましい。
酸化安定性を向上させる観点から、Rb1~Rb4の炭化水素基の炭素数としては、1価の炭化水素基がアルキル基の場合、好ましくは1以上、より好ましくは2以上、更に好ましくは3以上であり、上限として好ましくは24以下、より好ましくは18以下、更に好ましくは12以下、より更に好ましくは10以下である。1価の炭化水素がアルケニル基の場合、好ましくは2以上、より好ましくは3以上であり、上限として好ましくは24以下、より好ましくは18以下、更に好ましくは12以下、より更に好ましくは10以下である。また、1価の炭化水素がシクロアルキル基の場合、炭素数は好ましくは5以上、上限として好ましくは20以下であり、1価の炭化水素がアリール基の場合、炭素数は好ましくは6以上、上限として好ましくは20以下である。
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性を向上させやすくする観点から、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.10質量%以上、より好ましくは0.20質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.30質量%以上、より更に好ましくは0.40質量%以上、更になお好ましくは0.50質量%以上である。また、スラッジ析出抑制の観点から、好ましくは1.00質量%以下、より好ましくは0.90質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.80質量%以下である。
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
<アミン系酸化防止剤(C)>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する。そして、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であることを要する。
アミン系酸化防止剤(C)が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である場合、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは3.00質量%以上、より好ましくは3.50質量%以上、更に好ましくは3.80質量%以上である。
また、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の過剰な添加を抑えつつ、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性を適切に向上させやすくする観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは8.00質量%以下、より好ましくは7.00質量%以下、更に好ましくは6.00質量%以下である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する。そして、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であることを要する。
アミン系酸化防止剤(C)が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である場合、潤滑油組成物が酸化劣化しやすくなり、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が不十分となりやすい。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは3.00質量%以上、より好ましくは3.50質量%以上、更に好ましくは3.80質量%以上である。
また、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の過剰な添加を抑えつつ、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性を適切に向上させやすくする観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは8.00質量%以下、より好ましくは7.00質量%以下、更に好ましくは6.00質量%以下である。
アミン系酸化防止剤(C)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられるアミン系酸化防止剤を用いることができる。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性の向上の観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)は、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含むことが好ましい。
また、同様の観点から、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)の合計含有量は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の全量基準で、好ましくは50質量%~100質量%、より好ましくは60質量%~100質量%、更に好ましくは70質量%~100質量%、より更に好ましくは80質量%~100質量%、更になお好ましくは90質量%~100質量%、一層好ましくは95質量%~100質量%である。
ここで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性の向上の観点から、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)は、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含むことが好ましい。
また、同様の観点から、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)の合計含有量は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の全量基準で、好ましくは50質量%~100質量%、より好ましくは60質量%~100質量%、更に好ましくは70質量%~100質量%、より更に好ましくは80質量%~100質量%、更になお好ましくは90質量%~100質量%、一層好ましくは95質量%~100質量%である。
以下、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)について、詳細に説明する。
なお、以降の説明において、「ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)」及び「ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)」を、それぞれ「成分(C1)」及び「成分(C2)」ともいう。
なお、以降の説明において、「ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)」及び「ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)」を、それぞれ「成分(C1)」及び「成分(C2)」ともいう。
(ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1))
ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられるジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤を用いることができる。
ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられるジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤を用いることができる。
ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ここで、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)は、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、下記一般式(c1-1)で表される化合物であることが好ましい。
上記一般式(c1-1)中、Rc11及びRc12は、各々独立に、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。
当該アルキル基の炭素数が1~30であると、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくできる。
Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは4~16、更に好ましくは4~14である。
Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、ノナデシル基、イコシル基、ヘンイコシル基、ドコシル基、トリコシル基、テトラコシル基、ペンタコシル基、ヘキサコシル基、ヘプタコシル基、オクタコシル基、ノナコシル基、トリアコンチル基等が挙げられる。これらは、直鎖状であってもよく、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
当該アルキル基の炭素数が1~30であると、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくできる。
Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは4~16、更に好ましくは4~14である。
Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、ノナデシル基、イコシル基、ヘンイコシル基、ドコシル基、トリコシル基、テトラコシル基、ペンタコシル基、ヘキサコシル基、ヘプタコシル基、オクタコシル基、ノナコシル基、トリアコンチル基等が挙げられる。これらは、直鎖状であってもよく、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
上記一般式(c1-1)中、nc11及びnc12は、各々独立に、1~5の整数である。
nc11及びnc12は、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~3、より好ましくは1~2、更に好ましくは1である。

(ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2))
ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられるナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤を用いることができる。
ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられるナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤を用いることができる。
ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ここで、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、下記一般式(c2-1)で表される化合物であることが好ましい。
上記一般式(c2-1)中、Rc21は、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。
当該アルキル基の炭素数が1~30であると、本発明の効果が向上しやすくなる。
Rc21として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは4~16、更に好ましくは4~14である。
Rc21として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基として例示したものが挙げられる。当該アルキル基は、直鎖状であってもよく、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
当該アルキル基の炭素数が1~30であると、本発明の効果が向上しやすくなる。
Rc21として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは4~16、更に好ましくは4~14である。
Rc21として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、Rc11及びRc12として選択し得るアルキル基として例示したものが挙げられる。当該アルキル基は、直鎖状であってもよく、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
上記一般式(c2-1)中、nc21は、各々独立に、1~5の整数である。
nc21は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、各々独立に、好ましくは1~3、より好ましくは1~2、更に好ましくは1である。

上記一般式(c2-1)で表される化合物は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(成分(C1)と成分(C2)の含有比率)
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)がジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含む場合、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)との含有比率[(C1)/(C2)]は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、質量比で、好ましくは0.10~9.00、より好ましくは0.25~4.00、更に好ましくは0.50~2.00、より更に好ましくは0.75~1.25である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)がジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含む場合、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)との含有比率[(C1)/(C2)]は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、質量比で、好ましくは0.10~9.00、より好ましくは0.25~4.00、更に好ましくは0.50~2.00、より更に好ましくは0.75~1.25である。
<成分(B)と成分(C)の含有比率>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)とアミン系酸化防止剤(C)との含有比率[(B)/(C)]は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、質量比で、好ましくは0.01~0.50、より好ましくは0.05~0.30、更に好ましくは0.10~0.20である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)とアミン系酸化防止剤(C)との含有比率[(B)/(C)]は、本発明の効果をより向上させやすくする観点から、質量比で、好ましくは0.01~0.50、より好ましくは0.05~0.30、更に好ましくは0.10~0.20である。
<リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有してもよい。但し、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が、さらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満であることを要する。
本発明者らは、植物油(A)を対象に酸化防止剤の有効性について検討する中で、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が2.00質量%以上であると、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が大幅に低下してしまうことを見出した。
したがって、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)は、少ないことが好ましい。
具体的には、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは1.50質量%未満、より好ましくは1.00質量%未満、更に好ましくは0.50質量%未満、より更に好ましくは0.10質量%未満、更になお好ましくは0.05質量%未満、一層好ましくは0.01質量%未満、最も好ましくは潤滑油組成物がリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有しないことである。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有してもよい。但し、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が、さらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満であることを要する。
本発明者らは、植物油(A)を対象に酸化防止剤の有効性について検討する中で、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が2.00質量%以上であると、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性が大幅に低下してしまうことを見出した。
したがって、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)は、少ないことが好ましい。
具体的には、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは1.50質量%未満、より好ましくは1.00質量%未満、更に好ましくは0.50質量%未満、より更に好ましくは0.10質量%未満、更になお好ましくは0.05質量%未満、一層好ましくは0.01質量%未満、最も好ましくは潤滑油組成物がリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有しないことである。
リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)としては、潤滑油組成物用の酸化防止剤として一般的に用いられる、フェノール骨格を有するリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤が挙げられる。例えば、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)には、フェノール骨格を有し、炭素原子、水素原子、及び酸素原子のみからなる化合物だけでなく、フェノール骨格を有し、炭素原子、水素原子、及び酸素原子に加えて硫黄原子も有する化合物(硫黄含有フェノール化合物)等も包含される。
ここで、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物において、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)としては、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性の向上の観点から、下記一般式(d-1)で表される化合物の含有量が少ないことが特に好ましい。
上記一般式(d-1)中、Rd1は、炭素数1~5のアルキレン基である。
Rd1として選択し得るアルキレン基の炭素数は、1~4であってもよく、1~3であってもよく、1~2であってもよい。
Rd1として選択し得るアルキレン基の具体例としては、メチレン基、エチレン基、n-プロピレン基、n-ブチレン基、n-ペンチレン基等の直鎖状のアルキレン基;イソプロピレン基、イソブチレン基、sec-ブチレン、tert-ブチレン基、イソペンチレン基、ネオペンチレン基などの分枝鎖状アルキレン基等が挙げられる。
Rd1として選択し得るアルキレン基の炭素数は、1~4であってもよく、1~3であってもよく、1~2であってもよい。
Rd1として選択し得るアルキレン基の具体例としては、メチレン基、エチレン基、n-プロピレン基、n-ブチレン基、n-ペンチレン基等の直鎖状のアルキレン基;イソプロピレン基、イソブチレン基、sec-ブチレン、tert-ブチレン基、イソペンチレン基、ネオペンチレン基などの分枝鎖状アルキレン基等が挙げられる。
上記一般式(d-1)中、Rd2は、炭素数1~25のアルキル基である。
Rd2として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、2~20であってもよく、4~15であってもよく、6~10であってもよい。
Rd2として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、ノナデシル基、イコシル基、ヘンイコシル基、ドコシル基、トリコシル基、テトラコシル基、ペンタコシル基等が挙げられる。これらは、直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
Rd2として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数は、2~20であってもよく、4~15であってもよく、6~10であってもよい。
Rd2として選択し得るアルキル基の具体例としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、ノナデシル基、イコシル基、ヘンイコシル基、ドコシル基、トリコシル基、テトラコシル基、ペンタコシル基等が挙げられる。これらは、直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
上記一般式(d-1)中、Rd3及びRd4は、各々独立に、水素原子又は炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。
Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基としては、上述のRc1及びRc2として選択し得るアルキル基と同じものが挙げられる。
但し、Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数としては、各々独立に、1~20であってもよく、1~10であってもよく、1~6であってもよい。
ここで、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)は、ヒンダードフェノール骨格を有していてもよい。したがって、Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基は、分岐鎖アルキル基であってもよく、炭素数1~6の分岐鎖アルキル基であってもよく、tert-ブチル基であってもよい。
Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基としては、上述のRc1及びRc2として選択し得るアルキル基と同じものが挙げられる。
但し、Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数としては、各々独立に、1~20であってもよく、1~10であってもよく、1~6であってもよい。
ここで、リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)は、ヒンダードフェノール骨格を有していてもよい。したがって、Rd3及びRd4として選択し得るアルキル基は、分岐鎖アルキル基であってもよく、炭素数1~6の分岐鎖アルキル基であってもよく、tert-ブチル基であってもよい。
<ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を含有することが好ましい。潤滑油組成物がジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を更に含有することで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をさらに向上させることができる。
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)としては、下記一般式(e-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を含有することが好ましい。潤滑油組成物がジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を更に含有することで、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をさらに向上させることができる。
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)としては、下記一般式(e-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
一般式(e-1)中、Re1~Re4は、各々独立に、1価の炭化水素基を示す。当該1価の炭化水素基としては、一般式(b-1)中のRb1~Rb4と同様の基を用いることができる。
また、潤滑油用添加剤の酸化安定性を向上させやすくする観点から、Re1~Re4として選択され得るアルキル基は、第1級アルキル基もしくは第2級アルキル基またはそれらの組み合わせが好ましく、第1級アルキル基がより好ましい。
また、Re1~Re4として選択され得るアルキル基の炭素数は、好ましくは3~12、より好ましくは3~10、更に好ましくは3~8である。
具体的には、第1級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛もしくは第2級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛又はそれらの組み合わせがより好ましく、第1級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛がより好ましい。
また、潤滑油用添加剤の酸化安定性を向上させやすくする観点から、Re1~Re4として選択され得るアルキル基は、第1級アルキル基もしくは第2級アルキル基またはそれらの組み合わせが好ましく、第1級アルキル基がより好ましい。
また、Re1~Re4として選択され得るアルキル基の炭素数は、好ましくは3~12、より好ましくは3~10、更に好ましくは3~8である。
具体的には、第1級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛もしくは第2級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛又はそれらの組み合わせがより好ましく、第1級ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛がより好ましい。
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.05質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.08質量%以上である。また、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)の添加量と酸化安定性向上効果とのバランスの観点から、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは、1.00質量%以下、より好ましくは0.50質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.30質量%以下である。
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F))
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにリン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)を含有することが好ましい。リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)と相互作用し、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)による酸化防止性能をより向上させ得るからである。リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)としては、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、下記一般式(f-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、さらにリン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)を含有することが好ましい。リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)は、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)と相互作用し、アミン系酸化防止剤(C)による酸化防止性能をより向上させ得るからである。リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)としては、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、下記一般式(f-1)で表される化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
上記一般式(f-1)中、Rf1、Rf2、Rf3、及びRf4は、各々独立に、水素原子又は炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。
Rf1、Rf2、Rf3、及びRf4として選択し得るアルキル基としては、上述のRc1及びRc2として選択し得るアルキル基と同じものが挙げられる。
但し、Rf1、Rf2、Rf3、及びRf4として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数としては、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは1~10、更に好ましくは1~6である。
ここで、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)は、ヒンダードフェノール骨格を有することが好ましい。したがって、Rf1及びRf2として選択し得るアルキル基は、分岐鎖アルキル基であることが好ましく、炭素数1~6の分岐鎖アルキル基であることがより好ましく、tert-ブチル基であることが更に好ましい。
Rf1、Rf2、Rf3、及びRf4として選択し得るアルキル基としては、上述のRc1及びRc2として選択し得るアルキル基と同じものが挙げられる。
但し、Rf1、Rf2、Rf3、及びRf4として選択し得るアルキル基の炭素数としては、各々独立に、好ましくは1~20、より好ましくは1~10、更に好ましくは1~6である。
ここで、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)は、ヒンダードフェノール骨格を有することが好ましい。したがって、Rf1及びRf2として選択し得るアルキル基は、分岐鎖アルキル基であることが好ましく、炭素数1~6の分岐鎖アルキル基であることがより好ましく、tert-ブチル基であることが更に好ましい。
上記一般式(f-1)中、Rf5は、炭素数1~5のアルキレン基である。
Rf5として選択し得るアルキレン基の炭素数は、好ましくは1~4、より好ましくは1~3、更に好ましくは1~2、より更に好ましくは1である。
Rf5として選択し得るアルキレン基の具体例としては、メチレン基、エチレン基、n-プロピレン基、n-ブチレン基、n-ペンチレン基等の直鎖状のアルキレン基;イソプロピレン基、イソブチレン基、sec-ブチレン、tert-ブチレン基、イソペンチレン基、ネオペンチレン基などの分枝鎖状アルキレン基等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、メチレン基が好ましい。
Rf5として選択し得るアルキレン基の炭素数は、好ましくは1~4、より好ましくは1~3、更に好ましくは1~2、より更に好ましくは1である。
Rf5として選択し得るアルキレン基の具体例としては、メチレン基、エチレン基、n-プロピレン基、n-ブチレン基、n-ペンチレン基等の直鎖状のアルキレン基;イソプロピレン基、イソブチレン基、sec-ブチレン、tert-ブチレン基、イソペンチレン基、ネオペンチレン基などの分枝鎖状アルキレン基等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、メチレン基が好ましい。
リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性をより向上させやすくする観点から、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.05質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.08質量%以上である。また、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは、1.00質量%以下、より好ましくは0.50質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.30質量%以下である。
<その他成分>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、成分(A)~(F)以外のその他成分を含有してもよい。
当該その他成分としては、例えば、金属不活性化剤、防錆剤、及び消泡剤等が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、当該その他成分として、清浄分散剤をさらに含有していてもよい。
また、当該その他成分として、鉱油及び合成油から選択される1種以上をさらに含有していてもよい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、成分(A)~(F)以外のその他成分を含有してもよい。
当該その他成分としては、例えば、金属不活性化剤、防錆剤、及び消泡剤等が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、当該その他成分として、清浄分散剤をさらに含有していてもよい。
また、当該その他成分として、鉱油及び合成油から選択される1種以上をさらに含有していてもよい。
(金属不活性化剤)
金属不活性化剤としては、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物、トリルトリアゾール系化合物、チアジアゾール系化合物、イミダゾール系化合物、ピリミジン系化合物等が挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が金属不活性化剤を含有する場合、金属不活性化剤の含有量としては、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%~5.0質量%、より好ましくは0.15質量%~3.0質量%である。
金属不活性化剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
金属不活性化剤としては、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物、トリルトリアゾール系化合物、チアジアゾール系化合物、イミダゾール系化合物、ピリミジン系化合物等が挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が金属不活性化剤を含有する場合、金属不活性化剤の含有量としては、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%~5.0質量%、より好ましくは0.15質量%~3.0質量%である。
金属不活性化剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(防錆剤)
防錆剤としては、例えば、スルホン酸金属塩、有機亜リン酸エステル、有機リン酸エステル、有機リン酸金属塩、アルケニルコハク酸エステル、アルケニルコハク酸多価アルコールエステル等が挙げられる。
スルホン酸金属塩は、各種スルホン酸の金属塩である。スルホン酸金属塩を形成する各種スルホン酸としては、芳香族石油スルホン酸、アルキルスルホン酸、アリールスルホン酸、アルキルアリールスルホン酸等が挙げられ、より具体的には、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸、ジラウリルセチルベンゼンスルホン酸、パラフィンワックス置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ポリオレフィン置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ポリイソブチレン置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ナフタレンスルホン酸、ジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸等が好ましく挙げられ、中でもジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸がより好ましい。
スルホン酸金属塩を形成する金属としては、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、バリウム等が好ましく挙げられ、中でも防錆性及び貯蔵安定性、更には入手容易性の観点から、カルシウム、バリウムが好ましく、バリウムがより好ましい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が防錆剤を含有する場合、防錆剤の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%~10.0質量%、より好ましくは0.030質量%~5.00質量%である。
防錆剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
防錆剤としては、例えば、スルホン酸金属塩、有機亜リン酸エステル、有機リン酸エステル、有機リン酸金属塩、アルケニルコハク酸エステル、アルケニルコハク酸多価アルコールエステル等が挙げられる。
スルホン酸金属塩は、各種スルホン酸の金属塩である。スルホン酸金属塩を形成する各種スルホン酸としては、芳香族石油スルホン酸、アルキルスルホン酸、アリールスルホン酸、アルキルアリールスルホン酸等が挙げられ、より具体的には、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸、ジラウリルセチルベンゼンスルホン酸、パラフィンワックス置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ポリオレフィン置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ポリイソブチレン置換ベンゼンスルホン酸、ナフタレンスルホン酸、ジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸等が好ましく挙げられ、中でもジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸がより好ましい。
スルホン酸金属塩を形成する金属としては、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、バリウム等が好ましく挙げられ、中でも防錆性及び貯蔵安定性、更には入手容易性の観点から、カルシウム、バリウムが好ましく、バリウムがより好ましい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が防錆剤を含有する場合、防錆剤の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.01質量%~10.0質量%、より好ましくは0.030質量%~5.00質量%である。
防錆剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(消泡剤)
消泡剤としては、例えば、シリコーン系消泡剤、フルオロシリコーン油及びフルオロアルキルエーテル等のフッ素系消泡剤、ポリアクリレート系消泡剤等が挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が消泡剤を含有する場合、消泡剤の含有量(有効成分量)としては、当該潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.001質量%~0.50質量%、より好ましくは0.01質量%~0.30質量%である。
消泡剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
消泡剤としては、例えば、シリコーン系消泡剤、フルオロシリコーン油及びフルオロアルキルエーテル等のフッ素系消泡剤、ポリアクリレート系消泡剤等が挙げられる。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が消泡剤を含有する場合、消泡剤の含有量(有効成分量)としては、当該潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、好ましくは0.001質量%~0.50質量%、より好ましくは0.01質量%~0.30質量%である。
消泡剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(清浄分散剤)
清浄分散剤としては、金属スルホネート、金属サリチレート、金属フェネート、及びコハク酸イミド等が挙げられる。
清浄分散剤の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、通常0.01質量%~10質量%であり、好ましくは0.1質量%~5質量%である。
清浄分散剤としては、金属スルホネート、金属サリチレート、金属フェネート、及びコハク酸イミド等が挙げられる。
清浄分散剤の含有量は、潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、通常0.01質量%~10質量%であり、好ましくは0.1質量%~5質量%である。
(鉱油、合成油)
鉱油としては、例えば、パラフィン系原油、中間基系原油、又はナフテン系原油等の原油を常圧蒸留して得られる常圧残油;これらの常圧残油を減圧蒸留して得られる留出油;当該留出油を、溶剤脱れき、溶剤抽出、水素化分解、溶剤脱ろう、接触脱ろう、及び水素化精製等の精製処理を1つ以上施して得られる鉱油;等が挙げられる。
合成油としては、例えば、ポリブテン、1-オクテンオリゴマー、及び1-デセンオリゴマー等並びにこれらの水添物、エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体等のポリオレフィン;イソパラフィン;ポリオールエステル及び二塩基酸エステル等の各種エステル;ポリフェニルエーテル等の各種エーテル;ポリアルキレングリコール;アルキルベンゼン;アルキルナフタレン;天然ガスからフィッシャー・トロプシュ法等により製造されるワックス(ガストゥリキッド(GTL)ワックス)を異性化することで得られるGTL基油等が挙げられる
鉱油は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。合成油も、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。また、1種以上の鉱油と1種以上の合成油とを組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が、鉱油及び合成油から選択される1種以上を含有する場合、その含有量は、カーボンニュートラルの概念の導入する本発明の趣旨の観点から、植物油(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは100質量部以下、より好ましくは50質量部以下、更に好ましくは10質量部以下である。
鉱油としては、例えば、パラフィン系原油、中間基系原油、又はナフテン系原油等の原油を常圧蒸留して得られる常圧残油;これらの常圧残油を減圧蒸留して得られる留出油;当該留出油を、溶剤脱れき、溶剤抽出、水素化分解、溶剤脱ろう、接触脱ろう、及び水素化精製等の精製処理を1つ以上施して得られる鉱油;等が挙げられる。

鉱油は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。合成油も、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。また、1種以上の鉱油と1種以上の合成油とを組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物が、鉱油及び合成油から選択される1種以上を含有する場合、その含有量は、カーボンニュートラルの概念の導入する本発明の趣旨の観点から、植物油(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは100質量部以下、より好ましくは50質量部以下、更に好ましくは10質量部以下である。
[潤滑油組成物の物性]
<潤滑油組成物の40℃動粘度、粘度指数>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の40℃動粘度は、好ましくは19.8mm2/s~352mm2/s、より好ましくは28.8mm2/s~242mm2/s、更に好ましくは28.8mm2/s~165mm2/sである。
<ISOT試験後の酸価>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の後述する実施例に記載のISOT試験後の酸価は、好ましくは20.0mgKOH/g以下、より好ましくは15.0mgKOH/g以下、更に好ましくは10.0mgKOH/g以下である。
<潤滑油組成物の40℃動粘度、粘度指数>
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の40℃動粘度は、好ましくは19.8mm2/s~352mm2/s、より好ましくは28.8mm2/s~242mm2/s、更に好ましくは28.8mm2/s~165mm2/sである。
<ISOT試験後の酸価>

[潤滑油組成物の製造方法]
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の製造方法は、特に制限されない。
例えば、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の製造方法は、植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を混合して潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を含み、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を配合する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である。
本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の製造方法は、特に制限されない。
例えば、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物の製造方法は、植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を混合して潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を含み、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を配合する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である。
当該製造方法は、必要に応じ、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)及びリン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)から選択される1種以上を配合する工程を更に含んでいてもよい。
また、当該製造方法は、必要に応じ、上述のその他成分を配合する工程を更に含んでいてもよい。
各成分を混合する方法としては、特に制限はないが、例えば、植物油(A)に、各成分を配合する方法が挙げられる。また、各成分は、希釈油等を加えて溶液(分散体)の形態とした上で配合してもよい。各成分を配合した後、公知の方法により、撹拌して均一に分散させることが好ましい。
なお、成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の好ましい態様は、上述のとおりである。
また、成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の配合量及び配合比率は、上述した成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の好ましい含有量及び含有比率に対応する配合量及び配合比率とすることが好ましい。
また、当該製造方法は、必要に応じ、上述のその他成分を配合する工程を更に含んでいてもよい。
各成分を混合する方法としては、特に制限はないが、例えば、植物油(A)に、各成分を配合する方法が挙げられる。また、各成分は、希釈油等を加えて溶液(分散体)の形態とした上で配合してもよい。各成分を配合した後、公知の方法により、撹拌して均一に分散させることが好ましい。
なお、成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の好ましい態様は、上述のとおりである。
また、成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の配合量及び配合比率は、上述した成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)、及び成分(F)の好ましい含有量及び含有比率に対応する配合量及び配合比率とすることが好ましい。
[潤滑油組成物の用途]
本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、酸化安定性に優れる。したがって、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、酸化劣化に起因するスラッジ発生等の種々の問題が生じ難く、長期に亘り安定して潤滑油組成物を使用することができる。
よって、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、例えば、優れた酸化安定性が求められる機械装置用の潤滑油組成物として用いられる。具体的には、好ましくは工業用設備油として用いられる。当該工業用設備油としては、油圧作動油、タービン油、圧縮機油、工作機械油、又は歯車油が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性の観点から、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、回転式空気圧縮機油又は往復動式空気圧縮機油として好適に用いることができ、特に往復動式空気圧縮機油として好適に用いることができる。
したがって、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、下記(1)~(4)の使用方法を提供する。
(1)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、工業用設備油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
(2)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、油圧作動油、タービン油、圧縮機油、工作機械油、又は歯車油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
(3)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、回転式空気圧縮機油又は往復動式空気圧縮機油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
(4)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、往復動式空気圧縮機油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、酸化安定性に優れる。したがって、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、酸化劣化に起因するスラッジ発生等の種々の問題が生じ難く、長期に亘り安定して潤滑油組成物を使用することができる。
よって、本実施形態の潤滑油組成物は、例えば、優れた酸化安定性が求められる機械装置用の潤滑油組成物として用いられる。具体的には、好ましくは工業用設備油として用いられる。当該工業用設備油としては、油圧作動油、タービン油、圧縮機油、工作機械油、又は歯車油が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物の酸化安定性の観点から、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、回転式空気圧縮機油又は往復動式空気圧縮機油として好適に用いることができ、特に往復動式空気圧縮機油として好適に用いることができる。
したがって、本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物は、下記(1)~(4)の使用方法を提供する。
(1)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、工業用設備油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
(2)本実施形態にかかる潤滑油組成物を、油圧作動油、タービン油、圧縮機油、工作機械油、又は歯車油として用いる、潤滑油組成物の使用方法。

[提供される本発明の一態様]
本発明の一態様では、下記[1]~[12]が提供される。
[1] 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する潤滑油組成物であって、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である、潤滑油組成物。
[2] 前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、オレイン酸の含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、65質量%以上である、上記[1]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[3] 前記ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、0.10質量%以上である、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[4] 前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)が、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含有する、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[5] 前記ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)が、下記一般式(c1-1)で表される化合物である、上記[4]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[上記一般式(c1-1)中、Rc11及びRc12は、各々独立に、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。nc11及びnc12は、各々独立に、1~5の整数である。]
[6] 前記ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)が、下記一般式(c2-1)で表される化合物である、上記[4]又は[5]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[上記一般式(c2-1)中、Rc21は、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。nc21は、1~5の整数である。]
[7] さらに、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を含有する、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[8] さらに、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)を含有する、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[9] さらに、金属不活性化剤、防錆剤、及び消泡剤からなる群から選択される1種以上を含有する、上記[1]~[8]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[10] 工業用設備油として用いられる、上記[1]~[9]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[11] 上記[1]~[9]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物を、工業用設備油として用いる、前記潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
[12] 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を混合して潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を含み、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を配合する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である潤滑油組成物の製造方法。
本発明の一態様では、下記[1]~[12]が提供される。
[1] 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する潤滑油組成物であって、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である、潤滑油組成物。
[2] 前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、オレイン酸の含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、65質量%以上である、上記[1]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[3] 前記ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、0.10質量%以上である、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[4] 前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)が、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含有する、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[5] 前記ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)が、下記一般式(c1-1)で表される化合物である、上記[4]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[上記一般式(c1-1)中、Rc11及びRc12は、各々独立に、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。nc11及びnc12は、各々独立に、1~5の整数である。]
[6] 前記ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)が、下記一般式(c2-1)で表される化合物である、上記[4]又は[5]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[上記一般式(c2-1)中、Rc21は、炭素数1~30のアルキル基である。nc21は、1~5の整数である。]
[7] さらに、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を含有する、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[8] さらに、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)を含有する、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[9] さらに、金属不活性化剤、防錆剤、及び消泡剤からなる群から選択される1種以上を含有する、上記[1]~[8]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[10] 工業用設備油として用いられる、上記[1]~[9]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物。
[11] 上記[1]~[9]のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑油組成物を、工業用設備油として用いる、前記潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
[12] 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を混合して潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を含み、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を配合する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の配合量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である潤滑油組成物の製造方法。
本発明について、以下の実施例により具体的に説明する。但し、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
[各種物性値の測定方法]
各実施例及び各比較例で用いた基油の各性状の測定は、以下に示す要領に従って行ったものである。
<40℃動粘度及び粘度指数>
JIS K2283:2000に準拠して測定及び算出した。

[実施例1~3、比較例1~5]
下記各成分を混合して表1に示す組成の潤滑油組成物を調製した。
なお、表1中の配合組成の数値単位は、「質量%」である。

・精製オリーブ油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:オリーブ油RS)
・ハイオレイックひまわり油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:ハイオレイックひまわり油)
・精製オリーブ油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:オリーブ油RS)
・ハイオレイックひまわり油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:ハイオレイックひまわり油)
<植物油(A’)>
・菜種白絞油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:菜種白絞油)
・サラダ油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:ハイオレイックサフラワー油)
・菜種白絞油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:菜種白絞油)
・サラダ油(サミット製油株式会社製、製品名:ハイオレイックサフラワー油)
なお、表1中、植物油(A)及び植物油(A’)を構成する脂肪酸において、「その他成分」とは、植物油を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸、リノレン酸、オレイン酸、及びパルミチン酸以外に含まれるその他脂肪酸を指す。
<ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)>
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)として、一般式(b-1)中、Rb1~Rb4がアルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を用いた。
当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛は、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を主体とする化合物である。当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を構成するアルキル基は、炭素数6の1級アルキル基(ヘキシル基)を主体とし、一部イソブチル基及びイソプロピル基を含む。
当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛中の亜鉛含有量は、8.5質量%である。
ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)として、一般式(b-1)中、Rb1~Rb4がアルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を用いた。
当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛は、第1級ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を主体とする化合物である。当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を構成するアルキル基は、炭素数6の1級アルキル基(ヘキシル基)を主体とし、一部イソブチル基及びイソプロピル基を含む。
当該ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛中の亜鉛含有量は、8.5質量%である。
<アミン系酸化防止剤(C)>
・「ジオクチルジフェニルアミン」
ジオクチルジフェニルアミンは、一般式(c1-1)中、Rc11及びRc12がオクチル基であり、nc11=nc12=1であり、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)に該当する化合物である。
・「p-tert-オクチルフェニル-1-ナフチルアミン」
p-tert-オクチルフェニル-1-ナフチルアミンは、一般式(c2-1)中、Rc21がtert-オクチル基であり、nc21=1であり、ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)に該当する化合物である。
・「ジオクチルジフェニルアミン」
ジオクチルジフェニルアミンは、一般式(c1-1)中、Rc11及びRc12がオクチル基であり、nc11=nc12=1であり、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)に該当する化合物である。
・「p-tert-オクチルフェニル-1-ナフチルアミン」
p-tert-オクチルフェニル-1-ナフチルアミンは、一般式(c2-1)中、Rc21がtert-オクチル基であり、nc21=1であり、ナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)に該当する化合物である。
<リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)>
・「ベンゼンプロパン酸 3,5-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-4-ヒドロキシ-アルキルエステル」
ベンゼンプロパン酸-3,5-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-4-ヒドロキシアルキルエステルは、一般式(d-1)中、Rd1が炭素数2のアルキレン基、Rd2が炭素数8のアルキル基、Rd3及びRd4がtert-ブチル基である化合物である。
・「ベンゼンプロパン酸 3,5-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-4-ヒドロキシ-アルキルエステル」
ベンゼンプロパン酸-3,5-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-4-ヒドロキシアルキルエステルは、一般式(d-1)中、Rd1が炭素数2のアルキレン基、Rd2が炭素数8のアルキル基、Rd3及びRd4がtert-ブチル基である化合物である。
<ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)>
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)として、Znジアミルジチオカーバメートを用いた。Znジアミルジチオカーバメートは、上記一般式(e-1)中、Re1~Re4がアミル基(ペンチル基、炭素数5の1級アルキル基)である化合物である。
Znジアミルジチオカーバメート中の亜鉛含有量は、6.2質量%である。
ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)として、Znジアミルジチオカーバメートを用いた。Znジアミルジチオカーバメートは、上記一般式(e-1)中、Re1~Re4がアミル基(ペンチル基、炭素数5の1級アルキル基)である化合物である。
Znジアミルジチオカーバメート中の亜鉛含有量は、6.2質量%である。
<リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)>
・「3,5-ジtert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジルホスホン酸ジエチル」
3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジルホスホン酸ジエチルは、一般式(f-1)中、Rf1及びRf2がtert-ブチル基であり、Rf3及びRf4がエチル基であり、Rf5がメチレン基である化合物である。
・「3,5-ジtert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジルホスホン酸ジエチル」
3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジルホスホン酸ジエチルは、一般式(f-1)中、Rf1及びRf2がtert-ブチル基であり、Rf3及びRf4がエチル基であり、Rf5がメチレン基である化合物である。
<その他成分>
・カルボン酸アミド
・アルケニルコハク酸多価アルコールエステル
・ジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸バリウム塩(50%希釈品)
・シリコーン系消泡剤(100倍希釈品)
・カルボン酸アミド
・アルケニルコハク酸多価アルコールエステル
・ジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸バリウム塩(50%希釈品)
・シリコーン系消泡剤(100倍希釈品)
<評価>
(1)ISOT試験
試験油(潤滑油組成物)に触媒として銅片と鉄片を入れ、JIS K 2514-1:2013に準拠するISOT試験を実施して、試験油を強制劣化させた。試験温度(油温)は120℃とした。そして、ISOT試験開始から240時間後の試験油について、40℃動粘度の上昇率、酸価(mgKOH/g)、及びミリポア値(mg/100mL)を測定した。
(1)ISOT試験
試験油(潤滑油組成物)に触媒として銅片と鉄片を入れ、JIS K 2514-1:2013に準拠するISOT試験を実施して、試験油を強制劣化させた。試験温度(油温)は120℃とした。そして、ISOT試験開始から240時間後の試験油について、40℃動粘度の上昇率、酸価(mgKOH/g)、及びミリポア値(mg/100mL)を測定した。
40℃動粘度の上昇率は、ISOT試験前の潤滑油組成物(新油)に対し、ISOT試験後の潤滑油組成物(試験後油)の40℃動粘度が百分率で何%上昇したのかを計算した。40℃動粘度の上昇率が低い程、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物であるといえる。
ISOT試験後の潤滑油組成物の酸価は、JIS K2501:2003の指示薬法に準拠して測定した。
ISOT試験後の酸価が低い程、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物であるといえる。

ISOT試験後の潤滑油組成物のミリポア値は、ASTM D7873に準拠し、平均孔径1.0μmのミリポア社のメンブランフィルターを用いて測定した。
ミリポア値が低い程、酸化安定性に優れる潤滑油組成物であるといえる。

(2)パネルコーキング試験
Fed. Test Method Std. 791-3462に準拠し、パネル温度270℃、油温80℃の条件下で、スプラッシュ時間15秒、停止時間45秒のサイクルで3時間試験した。試験終了後、パネルに付着したカーボンの量(カーボン付着量(mg))を評価した。
カーボン付着量が小さいほど、酸化安定性に優れるといえる。
Fed. Test Method Std. 791-3462に準拠し、パネル温度270℃、油温80℃の条件下で、スプラッシュ時間15秒、停止時間45秒のサイクルで3時間試験した。試験終了後、パネルに付着したカーボンの量(カーボン付着量(mg))を評価した。

結果を表1に示す。
なお、実施例1及び3の潤滑油組成物中の亜鉛含有量は0.0657質量%(潤滑油組成物全量基準、計算値)であり、実施例2の潤滑油組成物中の亜鉛含有量は0.0595質量%(潤滑油組成物全量基準、計算値)である。

表1に示す結果から、以下のことがわかる。
実施例1~3の潤滑油組成物は、ISOT試験(120℃×240時間)後の動粘度上昇率、酸価、及びミリポア値、並びにパネルコーキング試験(270℃)のカーボン付着量がいずれも低く、酸化安定性に優れた潤滑油組成物であることがわかる。
これに対し、比較例1~5の潤滑油組成物は、潤滑油組成物は、ISOT試験(120℃×240時間)後の動粘度上昇率、酸価、及びミリポア値、並びにパネルコーキング試験(270℃)のカーボン付着量の少なくともいずれかが高く又は測定不能であり、酸化安定性に劣る潤滑油組成物であることがわかる。
実施例1~3の潤滑油組成物は、ISOT試験(120℃×240時間)後の動粘度上昇率、酸価、及びミリポア値、並びにパネルコーキング試験(270℃)のカーボン付着量がいずれも低く、酸化安定性に優れた潤滑油組成物であることがわかる。
これに対し、比較例1~5の潤滑油組成物は、潤滑油組成物は、ISOT試験(120℃×240時間)後の動粘度上昇率、酸価、及びミリポア値、並びにパネルコーキング試験(270℃)のカーボン付着量の少なくともいずれかが高く又は測定不能であり、酸化安定性に劣る潤滑油組成物であることがわかる。
Claims (12)
- 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を含有する潤滑油組成物であって、
前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、リノール酸及びリノレン酸の合計含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、20質量%未満であり、
前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%以上であり、
前記潤滑油組成物がさらにリン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)を含有する場合、前記リン非含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(D)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、2.00質量%未満である、潤滑油組成物。 - 前記植物油(A)を構成する脂肪酸のうち、オレイン酸の含有量が、前記植物油(A)中の構成脂肪酸全量基準で、65質量%以上である、請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)の含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全量基準で、0.10質量%以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記アミン系酸化防止剤(C)が、ジフェニルアミン系酸化防止剤(C1)及びナフチルアミン系酸化防止剤(C2)を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- さらに、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(E)を含有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- さらに、リン含有フェノール系酸化防止剤(F)を含有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- さらに、金属不活性化剤、防錆剤、及び消泡剤からなる群から選択される1種以上を含有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 工業用設備油として用いられる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑油組成物を、工業用設備油として用いる、前記潤滑油組成物の使用方法。
- 植物油(A)、ジチオリン酸亜鉛(B)、及びアミン系酸化防止剤(C)を混合して潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を含み、
