I形片状支撑件的两侧边可如图4所示,形成为内凹的弧形;上片护耳布20a和下片护耳布20b上,形成有对应I形片状支撑件的两侧边的衍缝纹路20c’。通过I形片状支撑件的两侧边分别与上片护耳布20a和下片护耳布20b衍缝,实现在充气状态下支撑起护耳20的构型;通过I形片状支撑件的两端部悬空,实现护耳20的内腔与气囊主体10的内腔连通,以实现气囊袋充气时护耳20随气囊主体10的同步伸展。
继续结合图1至图4所示,在一个实施例中,气囊袋包括:上片气囊布10a,上片护耳布20a一体形成于上片气囊布10a;下片气囊部10b;边侧气囊布10c,下片护耳布20b一体形成于边侧气囊布10c,上片气囊布10a、下片气囊布10b和边侧气囊布10c对应缝合;主体支撑件10d,位于气囊袋内部、衍缝于上片气囊布10a与下片气囊布10b之间;于充气状态下,主体支撑件10d立起并支撑于上片气囊布10a与下片气囊布10b之间。
通过上片气囊布10a、下片气囊部10b和边侧气囊布10c,便于形成 气囊主体10;通过主体支撑件10d,实现在充气状态下支撑起气囊主体10的构型,对乘客起到缓冲保护作用。
此外,上片护耳布20a一体形成于上片气囊布10a、下片护耳布20b一体形成于边侧气囊布10c,便于气囊袋的整体缝合,且实现相对于现有的气囊结构来说,仅需在气囊主体10的原有结构中增加耳状结构部分、同时增加耳状结构的支撑结构,即可实现本公开实施例的气囊袋,整体结构改动较小,可以适应原有的气囊组件空间,且可以直接适用于与原有的气囊组件匹配的车辆中,直接将本公开实施例的气囊袋替换至原有的气囊组件中即可,实现在具有相当保护功能的同时兼具经济性。
进一步地,主体支撑件10d具体可形成为拱形片状支撑件;于充气状态下,气囊主体10展开成拱形气囊主体,一对护耳20自拱形气囊主体的顶部两侧背离拱形气囊主体10伸展。
通过拱形片状支撑件将充气状态下的气囊主体10支撑为拱形气囊主体,能够增大撞击方向“x”的缓冲空间,进而增强气囊袋的保护作用。
主体支撑件10d与上片气囊布10a和下片气囊布10b的衍缝方式具体为:拱形片状支撑件的两侧边(如图4所示,即两个U形的边)分别与上片气囊布10a和下片气囊布10b衍缝、且拱形片状支撑件的两端部悬空。
上片气囊布10a和下片气囊布10b上,形成有对应拱形片状支撑件的两侧边的衍缝纹路10d’。通过拱形片状支撑件的两侧边分别与上片气囊布10a和下片气囊布10b衍缝,实现在充气状态下支撑起气囊主体10的构型;通过拱形片状支撑件的两端部悬空,实现气囊主体10的内腔整体贯通,从而实现气囊主体10的顺利充气。
进一步地,主体支撑件10d可包括间隔衍缝于上片气囊布10a与下片气囊布10b之间的多片,例如包括两片,但不以此为限,以增强对气囊主体10的支撑作用。
此外,气囊袋上还形成有充气孔和泄气孔。如图4所示,充气孔31可形成于上片气囊布10a,泄气孔32可形成于边侧气囊布10c。
本公开实施例还提供一种气囊组件,该气囊组件包括上述任意实施例所描述的气囊袋。上述任意实施例描述的气囊袋的特征和原理均可应用至气囊组件;因此,对已经阐明的气囊袋的特征和原理,不再重复说明。
上述的气囊组件,可用于后座气囊;在一些车型中,也可用于前座气囊、顶置气囊等等。
图5示出本公开实施例中气囊组件的使用场景,参照图5所示,由于气囊组件的气囊袋在其气囊主体10的两侧增加了护耳20,扩大了气囊袋充气时的覆盖范围,能够在碰撞发生时乘客头部40偏转的情况下,对乘客头部40起到缓冲保护作用。
本公开实施例还提供一种车辆,该车辆装配有如上述实施例描述的气囊组件。气囊组件可装配于车辆座椅靠背、或者任意合适的车内空间。
综上,本公开所提供的气囊袋、气囊组件和车辆,通过在气囊主体的两侧形成一对护耳,在气囊袋的充气状态下,护耳自气囊主体的两侧背离气囊主体伸展,覆盖到气囊主体的两侧空间,实现在乘客头部偏转等情况下,也能保护乘客头部免受撞击,提升安全性和可靠性;此外,在气囊主体两侧增加护耳的设计,无需对气囊主体的结构进行过多改动,便于实现,也不影响气囊主体的原本尺寸,能够适配原有的气囊组件空间,可以直接适用于与原有的气囊组件匹配的车辆中,实现在具有相当保护功能的同时兼具经济性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气囊袋,其特征在于,包括气囊主体和形成于所述气囊主体的两侧的一对护耳;
    于所述气囊袋的充气状态下,所述气囊主体展开、一对所述护耳自所述气囊主体的两侧背离所述气囊主体伸展。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述护耳包括:
    上片护耳布;
    下片护耳布,与所述上片护耳布对应缝合;
    护耳支撑件,位于所述气囊袋内部、衍缝于所述上片护耳布与所述下片护耳布之间;
    于所述充气状态下,所述护耳支撑件立起并支撑于所述上片护耳布与所述下片护耳布之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述护耳支撑件形成为I形片状支撑件;
    所述I形片状支撑件的两侧边分别与所述上片护耳布和所述下片护耳布衍缝、且所述I形片状支撑件的两端部悬空。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述气囊袋包括:
    上片气囊布,所述上片护耳布一体形成于所述上片气囊布;
    下片气囊部;
    边侧气囊布,所述下片护耳布一体形成于所述边侧气囊布,所述上片气囊布、所述下片气囊布和所述边侧气囊布对应缝合;
    主体支撑件,位于所述气囊袋内部、衍缝于所述上片气囊布与所述下片气囊布之间;
    于所述充气状态下,所述主体支撑件立起并支撑于所述上片气囊布与所述下片气囊布之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述主体支撑件形成为拱形片状支撑件;
    于所述充气状态下,所述气囊主体展开成拱形气囊主体,一对所述护耳自所述拱形气囊主体的顶部两侧背离所述拱形气囊主体伸展。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述拱形片状支撑件的两侧边分别与所述上片气囊布和所述下片气囊布衍缝、且所述拱形片状支撑件的两端部悬空。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述主体支撑件包括间隔衍缝于所述上片气囊布与所述下片气囊布之间的多片。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的气囊袋,其特征在于,所述上片气囊布上形成有充气孔;
    所述边侧气囊布上形成有泄气孔。
  9. 一种气囊组件,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的气囊袋。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,装配有如权利要求9所述的气囊组件。
