在一些实施例中,外壳120包括壳体123和把手壳124,把手壳124可拆卸地设在壳体123上,把手壳124构成了外壳120的该凸出部。进一步地,把手壳124包括端板1241和围绕端板1241并与其连接的围板1242。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,控制器110与把手壳124可拆卸地相连,端板1241上设有与容纳腔121连通的操作孔122,控制器110的操作面111与操作孔122相对,且操作面111通过操作面111露出。操作人员可以对通过操作孔122露出的操作面111进行触碰操作,此时控制器110为内置。由于控制器110与把手壳124可拆卸地相连,可以将控制器110从把手壳124上拆卸下来,置于室内墙或室外墙壁上,此时控制器110外置。对控制器110进行拆卸时,可以先将把手壳124从壳体123上拆下,即可将与把手壳124连接的控制器110拆下,无需拆开壳体123或者外壳120的外围钣金,方便快捷,便于售后维修,并使 得控制器110的设置更加灵活。
或者,在另一些实施例中,端板1241上不设置操作孔122,控制器110的操作面111设在端板1241上且与端板1241一体成型。端板1241的外侧面即凸出部的外侧面。进一步地,把手壳124与控制器110的操作面111一体成型。所述操作面111为触摸感应操作盘,例如把手壳124由塑料制成,触摸设置在端板1241上的操作面111既可对控制器110进行控制。
下面根据图1-图3为例详细描述本实施例提供的若干实施例。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,空调器100包括本体和控制器110。本体包括外壳120,外壳120包括壳体123以及可拆卸设置在壳体123上的把手壳124,把手壳124相对壳体123向外突出形成凸出部,把手壳124包括端板1241以及围板1242,端板1241和围板1242限定出位于端板1241后侧的容纳腔121。端板1241的一部分相对其余部分向容纳腔121内部凹陷以形成了把手槽1243,把手槽1243便于操作人员搬动空调器100。
也就是说,在本实施例中,正是利用了空调器100的把手壳124限定出的容纳腔121,将控制器110安置在内,没有改变原本的空调100的外观,提高了空间利用率。需要说明的是,本实施例只是以把手壳124作为示例,在其他实施例中,还可以利用空调器100的外壳120上形成的其他凸出部限定出的容纳腔121来安置控制器110,同样也可以提高空间利用率,这里不作赘述。
如图2所示,端板1241上开设有用于露出控制器110的操作面111的操作孔122。控制器110与把手壳124可拆卸地相连。在一些具体实例中,操作面111位于操作孔122内,即在前后方向上位于端板1241的前壁面和后壁面之间,或者,操作面111与端板1241的前壁面平齐,这里不作限制。
具体地,控制器110包括操作面板,操作面111即设置在该操作面板的前侧面上。控制器120的其余部分位于操作面板的后方。操作面板的至少一部分配合在操作孔122中,控制器120的其余部分则位于容纳腔121中。控制器120的该其余部分抵靠在端板1241的后壁面上,更具体地,控制器120的该其余部分端板1241的位于操作孔122附近的部分上,以便控制器110在向前方向上被限位。
在对本实施例中的控制器110进行安装时,将控制器110的控制面板从后向前安装到把手壳124的操作孔122中,并且如上设置使得控制器110在从后向前安装的过程中能够被限位,控制器110不会从操作孔122中向前窜出。
在一些具体实例中,控制器110的该其余部分的尺寸大于操作面板部分的尺寸,在控制器110上形成了台阶结构。
进一步地,为了将控制器110与把手壳124相互连接,本实施例的空调器100还包括控制器支撑件130和控制器限位件140。
如图2所示,控制器支撑件130用于对控制器110进行支撑,控制器支撑件130与端板1241的后壁面相连,且围绕控制器110的位于容纳腔121中的该其余部分设置。并且,控制器110的该其余部分配合在控制器支撑件130中,以便控制器支撑件130对控制器110在上下左右方向上进行限位支撑。也就是说,控制器支撑件130为中空框,控制器110从后向前穿过控制器支撑件130的中部通孔,使控制器支撑件130套设在控制器110的该其余部分上。由此,在上下左右方向控制器110不会发生跳跃或窜动。
在使控制器110与控制器支撑件130相互配合之后,将控制器限位件140从后方安装在端板1241的后壁面上,控制器限位件140包括在前后方向上与控制器110相抵的部分,该部分与控制器110的后侧相抵以便对控制器110在向后方向上进行限位。也就是说,控制器限位件140与端板1241的后壁面相连,控制器限位件140用于对控制器110在向后方向上进行限位。由此,通过控制器支撑件130和控制器限位件140,控制器110与把手壳124相互固定。可以理解的是,控制器限位件140还可以与控制器支撑件130相连。
在其他实施例中,空调器100也可以不包括控制器限位件140,使控制器支撑件130连接有限位部,该限位部在在前后方向上与控制器110相抵,也可以实现对控制器110的在向后方向上的限位,即利用控制器支撑件130同时对控制器110在上下左右方向上以及向后方向上进行限位。
在一些具体实例中,空调器100还包括密封圈150,密封圈150配合在操作孔122内并位于操作面板的配合在操作孔122中的部分与端板1241之间。也就是说,密封圈150的外周面与操作孔122的周面相抵,内周面与操作面板的位于操作孔122中的部分相抵,密封圈150用于控制器110与端板1241之间的密封,避免水或灰尘通过控制器110与端板1241之间的缝隙进入空调器100内部,影响空调器100的运行。
在具体实例中,空调器100还包括盖板160,盖板160在覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置和露出操作面111的露出位置可旋转地连接在把手壳124上。具体地,盖板160可以连接在端板1241上,与端板1241的连接位置可以位于操作孔122的上方。当无需对控制器110进行操作时,可以将盖板160旋转到覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置,防水防尘,需要操作时,可以将盖板160旋转至露出操作面111的露出位置,以便对操作面111进行操作。并且,在控制器110需要拆卸下来外置时,可以将盖板160移动到覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置,避免水或灰尘通过操作孔122进入空调器内部。
实施例二:
下面以图3为例描述本实施例的空调器100。在本实施例中,空调器100包括本体和控 制器110。本体包括外壳120,外壳120包括壳体123以及可拆卸设置在壳体123上的把手壳124,把手壳124相对壳体123向外突出形成凸出部,把手壳124包括端板1241以及围板1242,端板1241和围板1242限定出位于端板1241后侧的容纳腔121。端板1241的一部分相对其余部分向容纳腔121内部凹陷以形成了把手槽1243,把手槽1243便于操作人员搬动空调器100。
如图3所示,端板1241上开设有操作孔122。在本实施例中,控制器110与把手壳124可拆卸地相连。
具体地,空调器100包括控制器安装盒170,控制器安装盒170限定出安装腔,安装腔的前侧敞开,控制器110安装在控制器安装盒170的安装腔内,且操作面111与该安装腔的前侧敞口相对以便使操作面111露出,控制器安装盒170的至少一部分位于容纳腔121中并与端板1241相连。可以理解的是,为了使操作面111露出,该安装腔的前侧敞口与操作孔122相对。
在对本实施例中的空调器100组装时,可以先将把手壳124安装在壳体123上,并将控制器110安装在控制器安装盒170的安装腔内,并将安装有控制器110的控制器安装盒170从前向后穿过操作孔122,将控制器安装盒170安装入容纳腔121中。或者,也可以先安装有将有控制器110的控制器安装盒170从后向前安装在端板1241上,再将把手壳124连接在壳体123上。采用第一种安装方式时,在需要将控制器110拆卸下时,可以不用对把手壳124进行拆卸,直接将控制器安装盒170从把手壳124上拆下,更加方便快捷。
在一些具体实例中,空调器100还包括盖板170,盖板160在覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置和露出操作面111的露出位置可旋转地连接在控制器安装盒170上。当无需对控制器110进行操作时,可以将盖板160旋转到覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置,防水防尘,需要操作时,可以将盖板160旋转至露出操作面111的露出位置,以便对操作面111进行操作。
在其他实施例中,盖板160还可以在覆盖操作面111的覆盖位置和露出操作面111的露出位置可旋转地连接在把手壳124上。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,所述本体包括外壳,所述外壳包括向外凸出的凸出部,所述凸出部限定出容纳腔;和
    控制器,所述控制器的至少一部分位于所述容纳腔中,所述凸出部设有与所述容纳腔连通的操作孔,所述控制器的操作面与所述操作孔相对以便使所述操作面露出,或者,所述控制器的操作面设在所述凸出部的外侧面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括壳体和把手壳,所述把手壳可拆卸地设在所述壳体上,所述把手壳构成所述凸出部,所述把手壳包括端板和围绕所述端板的围板,
    所述操作孔设在所述端板上,所述控制器与所述把手壳可拆卸地相连,或者,所述操作面设在所述端板上且与所述端板一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述端板的一部分相对所述端板的另一部分向内凹陷以便形成把手槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述控制器包括操作面板,所述操作面板具有所述操作面,所述操作面板的至少一部分配合在所述操作孔中,所述控制器的其余部分位于所述操作面板的后方且位于所述容纳腔中,所述控制器的所述其余部分抵靠在所述端板的位于所述操作孔附近的部分上以使所述控制器在向前方向上被限位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,包括控制器支撑件,所述控制器支撑件与所述端板的后壁面相连且围绕所述控制器的所述其余部分设置,所述控制器的所述其余部分配合在所述控制器支撑件中以便所述控制器在上下左右方向上被限位支撑。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述控制器支撑件上还连接有在前后方向上与所述控制器相抵的限位部以便对所述控制器在向后方向上进行限位,
    或者,所述空调器还包括控制器限位件,所述控制器限位件与所述控制器支撑件或所述端板的后壁面相连,所述控制器限位件包括在前后方向上与所述控制器相抵的部分以便对所述控制器在向后方向上进行限位。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,包括密封圈,所述密封圈配合在所述操作孔内并位于所述操作面板与所述端板之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述操作孔设在所述端板上,所述空调器包括控制器安装盒,所述控制器安装盒限定出安装腔,所述安装腔的前侧敞开,所述控制器安装在所述安装腔内且所述操作面与所述安装腔的前侧敞口相对以便 使所述操作面露出,所述控制器安装盒的至少一部分位于容纳腔中并与所述端板相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于,包括盖板,所述盖板在覆盖所述操作面的覆盖位置和露出所述操作面的露出位置可旋转地连接在所述控制器安装盒上。
  10. 根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,包括盖板,所述盖板在覆盖所述操作面的覆盖位置和露出所述操作面的露出位置可旋转地连接在所述把手壳上。
