自动涂覆机这个行业在市场上需求越来越大,自动涂覆机材料、自动涂覆机设备等相关领域的发展都十分迅速。目前的涂覆设备涂覆效率低,工序较长,工作效率低下。
有鉴于此,特提出本申请。

翻转机构100和涂覆机构200均与控制机构电性连接,以使控制机构能够控制涂覆机构200对安装于治具130的PCB板的两面进行涂覆。
在使用过程中,将需要进行涂覆的PCB板放置于治具130的安装区131,通过锁定组件将PCB板锁定于安装区131当中。此时, 即可利用涂覆机构200对PCB板的一面进行涂覆。当PCB板的一面涂覆完毕后,利用第一驱动器146驱动治具130转动,使治具130翻转180°,从而使PCB板的另一面对准涂覆机构200,此时,即可利用涂覆机构200继续对PCB板的另一面进行涂覆。
通过以上设计,在新型翻转涂覆机1000的一个工序当中,即可实现对PCB板两面的涂覆工作,使对PCB板的涂覆加工一次完成,相比于传统的对PCB板的两面分两个单独的供需分别进行单独涂覆的方式而言,大大提高了涂覆效率。
总体而言,新型翻转涂覆机1000结构简单,使用方便,能够实现对PCB板材的快速涂覆,优化了涂覆工序,提高了整体的涂覆效率,对于进一步提高生产效率而言具有积极意义。
具体的,在本实施例中,新型翻转涂覆机1000还具有主机柜300,控制机构设置于主机柜300的内部,主机柜300的顶部呈平面状,翻转机构100和涂覆机构200均安装于主机柜300的顶部。
新型翻转涂覆机1000还设置有基准滑轨310,基准滑轨310安装于主机柜300的顶部。翻转机构100的基板110可滑动地配合于基准滑轨310,支架120为两个,两个支架120均垂直于基板110设置,且两个支架120间隔设置。
治具130呈板状,安装区131为贯穿治具130板面的开口,安装区131的大小与加工对象(PCB板材)的大小相适应。治具130的两侧边缘通过转轴可转动地配合于两个支架120,治具130位于两个 支架120之间,治具130相对于两个支架120可进行转动,且治具130的转动轴心线平行于治具130的板面设置。
为了能够更好地安装PCB板材,安装区131的内壁具有用于承接PCB板的凸缘132,凸缘132由安装区131的内壁凸出形成。当把PCB板材放进安装区131时,PCB板材与凸缘132接触从而不会从安装区131落出。
在本实施例中,锁定组件包括扣件141、活动杆142、定位块143、驱动件144和气缸组件145。
活动杆142平行于治具130的表面设置,沿活动杆142的长度方向,活动杆142滑动配合于治具130。具体的,定位块143固定安装于治具130的表面,定位块143开设有用于与活动杆142配合的通孔,定位块143为两个,两个定位块143间隔设置。活动杆142可滑动地配合于两个定位块143。
扣件141固定连接于活动杆142的端部,且扣件141靠近安装区131的边缘设置,扣件141具有用于与PCB板的边缘配合的卡槽。
活动杆142能够带动扣件141运动,使扣件141能够与安装于的边缘贴合或者向安装区131的中部运动。这样的话,当需要安装PCB板时,先通过活动杆142将扣件141驱动至与安装区131的边缘贴合,为PCB板让位,再将PCB板放入安装区131,随后就可以借助活动杆142推动扣件141朝安装区131的中部运动,从而使扣件141与PCB板的边缘接触,并使扣件141的卡槽与PCB板的边缘卡合,从 而将PCB板锁定于安装区131当中,避免在涂覆的过程中PCB板发生脱落。
驱动件144的中部铰接于治具130的表面,驱动件144的一端与活动杆142传动配合,另一端与气缸组件145传动配合。具体的,驱动件144用于与活动杆142配合的一端开设有条形通孔144a,活动杆142具有配合柱142a,配合柱142a容纳于条形通孔144a。
气缸组件145用于推动驱动件144远离活动杆142的一端,从而使驱动件144转动,驱动件144通过带动配合柱142a使活动杆142运动,从而将扣件141驱动至与安装区131的边缘贴合,实现扣件141对PCB板的让位或者解锁。
活动杆142配置有复位弹簧(图中未示出),复位弹簧用于驱动活动杆142朝向安装区131运动。当安装区131中已经放入PCB板后,撤去气缸组件145对驱动件144的推力,在复位弹簧的作用下,扣件141被活动杆142朝安装区131推动,从而使扣件141能够与PCB板的边缘卡合,将PCB板锁定。
需要说明的是,气缸组件145和第一驱动器146均与控制机构电性连接,通过控制机构对气缸组件145和第一驱动器146进行统一管理,实现自动化操作。
进一步地,在本实施例中,涂覆机构200包括:立柱210、横梁220、第一滑轨230、第一运动座240、第二滑轨250、第二运动座260、涂覆组件270。
立柱210为两根,两根立柱210分设于基准滑轨310的两侧,两根立柱210均垂直于主机柜300的顶部设置,横梁220连接于两根立柱210之间并位于两根立柱210的顶部,横梁220平行于主机柜300的顶壁且垂直于基准滑轨310设置。两根立柱210和横梁220共同构成了龙门结构。
第一滑轨230沿横梁220的长度方向设置并固定安装于横梁220,第一运动座240可滑动地配合于第一滑轨230并由第二驱动器280驱动。第二滑轨250固定安装于第一运动座240,第二运动座260可滑动地配合于第二滑轨250并由第三驱动器290驱动。涂覆组件270固定安装于第二运动座260,第一滑轨230和第二滑轨250相垂直。
在本实施例中,涂覆组件270的喷头采用EFD787MS-SS喷雾阀,但不限于此,还可以根据实际生产设计需要灵活调整。
第二驱动器280、第三驱动器290和涂覆组件270均与控制机构电性连接,控制机构能够统一控制第二驱动器280、第三驱动器290和涂覆组件270,实现自动化统一管理。
通过以上设计,能够实现全方位精确涂覆。
进一步地,在本实施例中,控制机构包括PLC控制组件。
综上所述,新型翻转涂覆机1000结构简单,使用方便,能够实现对PCB板材的快速涂覆,优化了涂覆工序,提高了整体的涂覆效率,对于进一步提高生产效率而言具有积极意义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,包括:控制机构、翻转机构和涂覆机构;
    所述翻转机构包括基板、支架、治具、锁定组件和第一驱动器;
    所述支架安装于所述基板,所述治具可转动地安装于两所述支架之间并由所述第一驱动器驱动,以使所述治具能够进行翻转;
    所述治具具有用于安装PCB板的安装区,所述安装区贯穿所述治具的板面;所述锁定组件设于所述安装区以用于锁定PCB板;
    所述翻转机构和所述涂覆机构均与所述控制机构电性连接,以使所述控制机构能够控制所述涂覆机构对安装于所述治具的PCB板的两面进行涂覆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述安装区的内壁具有用于承接PCB板的凸缘,所述凸缘由所述安装区的内壁凸出形成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述锁定组件包括扣件、活动杆、驱动件和气缸组件;
    所述活动杆平行于所述治具的表面设置,沿所述活动杆的长度方向,所述活动杆滑动配合于所述治具;
    所述扣件固定连接于所述活动杆的端部,且所述扣件靠近所述安装区的边缘设置,所述扣件具有用于与PCB板的边缘配合的卡槽;
    所述驱动件的中部铰接于所述治具,所述驱动件的一端与所述活动杆传动配合,另一端与所述气缸组件传动配合;
    所述气缸组件用于驱动所述驱动件,以使所述扣件与PCB板边缘卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述锁定组件还包括定位块,所述定位块固定安装于所述治具的表面,所述定位块开设有用于与所述活动杆配合的通孔,所述定位块为两个,两个所述定位块间隔设置;所述活动杆可滑动地配合于两个所述定位块。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述驱动件用于与所述活动杆配合的一端开设有条形通孔,所述活动杆具有配合柱,所述配合柱容纳于所述条形通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述活动杆配置有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧用于驱动所述活动杆朝向所述安装区运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述涂覆机构包括:立柱、横梁、第一滑轨、第一运动座、第二滑轨、第二运动座、涂覆组件;
    所述横梁架设于两所述立柱之间,所述第一滑轨设于所述横梁,所述第一运动座可滑动地配合于所述第一滑轨,所述第二滑轨安装于所述第一运动座,所述第二运动座可滑动地配合于所述第二滑轨,所述涂覆组件安装于所述第二运动座;所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨相垂直。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述新型翻转涂覆机还设置有基准滑轨,所述基板可滑动地配合于所述基准滑轨。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述控制机构包括PLC控制组件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型翻转涂覆机,其特征在于,所述新型翻转涂覆机还具有主机柜,所述控制机构设置于所述主机柜内部,所述翻转机构和所述涂覆机构均安装于所述主机柜的顶部。
