技术领域
本申请涉及桶制造设备技术领域,例如涉及一种卷边机。
背景技术
在卷边机的生产过程中,需要对桶底的边缘部位喷涂金油,从而达到润滑的作用,使形成的卷边外形更加光滑,同时减少卷边的磨损。卷边机的夹持机构对桶的两端进行夹持工作,卷边机构对桶底进行卷边工作,喷头对准桶底已经形成的卷边喷涂金油。每次喷金油状态是否完成需要人工观察判定,浪费人力,如果生产时未喷金油,生产的卷边容易出现刀口,造成产品生产不合格。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种卷边机,能够检测喷头是否喷涂完成。
一种卷边机,包括:两个夹持机构,所述两个夹持机构间隔设置;两个间隔设置的卷边机构,所述两个卷边机构与所述两个夹持机构一一对应,且所述卷边机构设置于所述夹持机构上方;两个喷涂机构,每一所述喷涂机构设置在其中一个所述夹持机构与其中一个所述卷边机构之间;及两个检测机构,所述两个检测机构设置为检测所述喷涂机构是否喷涂完成。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种卷边机,涉及桶制造设备技术领域,如图1和图2所示,卷边机包括两个夹持机构1、两个卷边机构2、两个喷涂机构3以及两个检测机构4,两个夹持机构1沿待加工工件的轴向方向间隔设置,夹持机构1设置为夹持于待加工工件的端面,两个卷边机构2与两个夹持机构1一一对应且卷边机构2设置于夹持机构1上方,待加工工件的端面上设置有加工部,卷边机构2能够使加工部形成卷边,喷涂机构3设置在夹持机构1与卷边机构2之间,喷涂机构3能够对加工部喷涂金油,并润滑和保护加工部形成的卷边,检测机构4被配置为检测喷涂机构3是否喷涂完成。
本实施例的夹持机构1对称设置在对待加工工件的两端并对待加工工件进行夹持,卷边机构2对待加工工件的加工部进行加工,从而使加工部形成卷边,喷涂机构3在加工部形成卷边之前对加工部进行喷涂金油,用于润滑和保护加工部形成的卷边,从而使形成的卷边外形更加光滑,同时减少卷边的磨损。本实施例还设置检测机构4,检测机构4设置为检测喷涂机构3的喷涂金油工作是否完成。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,卷边机还包括两个驱动源5,每一驱动源5分别连接于一个夹持机构1,驱动源5设置为驱动夹持机构1对待加工工件进行夹持。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,每一卷边机构2包括调节单元和卷边单元,调节单元能够调整卷边单元沿竖直方向的高度,卷边单元能够使加工部形成卷边。当夹持机构1夹持完成后,调节单元调整卷边单元沿竖直方向的高度,使卷边单元能够抵接于待加工工件的加工部,对加工部进行卷边处理。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,卷边单元包括卷边轮座22和卷边轮23,卷边轮23通过安装轴24连接于卷边轮座22,卷边轮23设置为使加工部形成卷边。在一实施例中,卷边轮座22朝向夹持机构1的一侧设置有容纳腔,容纳腔设置为部分容纳卷边轮23,通过安装轴24使卷边轮23部分设置在容纳腔内,当夹持机构1夹持待加工工件时,卷边轮23能够相对于卷边轮座22转动并抵接于加工部,从而使加工部形成卷边。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,调节单元包括液压油缸21,液压油缸21连接于卷边轮座22。通过液压油缸21控制卷边轮座22沿竖直方向的高度,从而使卷边 轮23与待加工工件的加工部接触或者远离。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,喷涂机构3包括喷枪31和连接于喷枪31的喷枪管路32,喷枪管路32连接于供油源,喷枪31设置为对加工部喷涂金油。喷涂卷边的金油通过供油源、喷枪管路32以及喷枪31喷出在加工部上,使加工部形成的卷边具有润滑和防磨损的性能。
在一实施例中,喷涂机构3还包括控制阀,控制阀设置在喷枪管路32上。当需要喷涂金油时,控制阀控制喷枪管路32和供油源连通,金油从喷枪31喷出;当不需要喷涂金油时,控制阀控制喷枪管路32和供油源断开,在一实施例中,控制阀为电磁阀。
在一实施例中,喷枪管路32上设置有流量检测计,流量检测计设置为测量流过喷枪管路32的液体流量。本实施例还设置有控制系统,流量检测计连接于检测机构4,液体流量计将流过喷枪管路32的液体流量反馈给控制系统,控制系统判断流经喷枪管路32的金油是否预设值,如果达到预设值,流量检测计继续监测;如果没有达到预设值,控制系统提示工作人员喷涂的金油未达标,检查供油源的油量是否充足或者喷头是否堵塞。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,每一检测机构4包括检测单元,检测单元包括探头41和连接于探头41的连接杆42,连接杆42连接于喷枪管路32,探头41能够检测喷枪31是否喷涂完成。在一实施例中,探头41连接于控制系统。探头41对准喷枪31的出油口,每次喷枪31喷出金油,探头41检测喷幅面并反馈信号给控制系统,控制系统判断喷枪31是否正常工作,若控制系统判断喷枪31完成喷油动作,则卷边机继续下一道工序;若控制系统判断喷枪31未完成喷油动作,控制系统提示工作人员喷涂工作未完成。
在一实施例中,每一检测机构4还包括报警单元,报警单元能够提示工作人员喷涂是否完成。在一实施例中。报警单元连接于控制系统。当控制系统判断喷枪31未完成喷油动作,控制系统控制报警单元进行报警,提示工作人员解决金油未正常喷出的问题。生产线工作繁琐,工作人员不能时刻注意控制系统,通过设置报警单元,将报警信息传递给工作人员。
在一实施例中,连接杆42可拆卸连接于喷枪管路32。可拆卸连接具有连接便捷,拆卸方便等优点。当不需要探头41检测时,只需将连接杆42和喷枪管路32分离,即可拆除检测机构4。

    两个检测机构(4),所述两个检测机构(4)设置为检测所述喷涂机构(3)是否喷涂完成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷边机,其中,每一所述喷涂机构(3)包括喷枪(31)和与所述喷枪(31)连接的喷枪管路(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卷边机,其中,每一所述检测机构(4)包括检测单元,所述检测单元包括探头(41)和与所述探头(41)连接的连接杆(42),每一所述检测机构(4)的所述连接杆(42)与其中一个所述检测机构(4)的所述喷枪管路(32)连接,所述探头(41)设置为检测所述喷枪(31)是否喷涂完成。
