可选地,所述储存室包括筒体,所述筒体的顶部设有第一开口并在内部形成用于存放所述容器的空间;
所述托盘包括两个设置于所述第一开口处的合页,两个所述合页相对设置且每一所述合页远离彼此的一侧分别与所述筒体形成转动连接,以使得两个所述合页在转动至水平状态时形成封闭所述第一开口的关闭状态、在转动至竖直状态时形成连通所述第一开口的开启状态。
可选地,所述托举机构为机械手,所述机械手包括可升降的升降臂以及与所述升降臂转动连接折叠臂,所述折叠臂至少能形成与所述升降臂平行的收起状态和与所述升降臂形成预设角度的工作状态,所述机械手还包括设置于所述折叠臂处的抓取结构,用于在所述升降臂升降至所述目标容器的位置且所述折叠臂处于所述工作状态时抓取所述目标容器、在所述升降臂升高至目标位置时松开所述目标容器。
可选地,所述筒体还形成有用于容纳所述机械手的升降空间,所述升降空间的顶部形成有与外界连通的第二开口,所述第二开口还与所述第一开口连通,所述第二开口用于为所述折叠臂处于收起状态的机械手提供升降通道。
可选地,食材包装装置还包括:
封闭板,设置于所述第二开口处,用于受控地封闭或连通所述第二开口。
可选地,所述托举机构包括两个相对布置的所述机械手。
可选地,食材包装装置还包括:
杀菌单元,用于对包装后的所述目标食材进行杀菌。
可选地,所述包装单元为热缩装置,所述杀菌单元为磁场线圈。

本发明提供了一种设置在冰箱内的食材包装装置,使得冰箱能够自主完成需要采用保鲜盒进行装载的食材的包装,不再需要在食材被放入冰箱之前人为地进行食材的装盒和包装,因此能够简化人工操作,丰富冰箱的功能,提高用户体验。
进一步地,本发明中的容器供给单元能够自动地逐一提供用于装载食材的容器,配合包装单元的包装功能,使得食材包装装置能够连续地完成多个 独立的食材的逐一包装,因此能够提高食材的包装效率。
进一步地,本发明单独地设置了具有第二开口的升降空间,以将机械手的升降空间与托盘分离,以便机械手在收回时不受托盘状态的影响,保证目标托盘放置在托盘上时,机械手能顺利地收回,巧妙地避免了运动的干涉,有利于实现目标托盘的顺利取出和放置。
进一步地,本发明的食材包装装置能够自动完成食材的装盒、包装和杀菌,极大地解放了用户的双手,提高了冰箱的自动化程度。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的结构示意图。图2是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于初始状态时的剖视图,为便于示意食材包装装置100的结构和功能,图2中示出了目标食材300。
本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的食材包装装置100,该食材包装装置100设置于冰箱内,例如箱体内,或者门体处。如图1所示,一个实施例中,该食材包装装置100包括容器供给单元10和包装单元20。如图2所示,容器供给单元10包括储存室11和托举机构12。储存室11的内部用于依次堆叠设置容器200、例如沿竖向堆叠的多个保鲜盒。储存室11的顶部设有开闭可控的托盘111,通过控制托盘111的开闭就可以控制外界与储存室11内部是否连通。托举机构12用于在目标食材300落入储存室11内的容器200中位于最顶部的目标容器201上后,将目标容器201及其装载的目标食材300运送至储存室11外部并置于托盘111顶部。这里的目标食材300即为当前落入储存室11内的食物,目标容器201为多个容器200中位于最顶部的一个容器。包装单元20用于将托盘111顶部的目标食材300和目标容器201通过包装膜22进行封闭包装。这里的包装单元20可以是热缩装置,可以利用热缩工艺将包装膜22裹紧在目标食材300及其所在的目标容器201外部,即贴体包装,以对目标食材300进行保鲜封闭。包装膜22可以是一般的纤维素膜,也可以是内外两侧涂有致密的阻气涂层的纤维素膜,这种有涂层的纤维素膜可以有效阻隔氧气进入保鲜盒内,达到食材抗氧化的目的。
本实施例提供了一种设置在冰箱内的食材包装装置100,使得冰箱能够自主完成需要保鲜盒装载的食材的包装,不再需要在食材被放入冰箱之前人为地进行食材的装盒和包装,因此能够简化人工操作,丰富冰箱的功能,提高用户体验。
进一步地,本实施例中的容器供给单元10能够自动地逐一提供用于装载食材的容器,配合包装单元20的包装功能,使得食材包装装置100能够连续地完成多个独立的食材的逐一包装,因此能够提高食材的包装效率。
如图1所示,热缩装置可以包括可上下移动的热缩工作件21以及固定于热缩工作件21下端的包装膜22,在需要包装时,控制热缩工作件21下移至食材处,控制热缩工作件21动作,将包装膜22热缩在食材和容器外部。当包装完成后,再控制热缩工作件21上移,恢复至原始位置。
在一个进一步的实施例中,如图1所示,食材包装装置100还包括杀菌单元30,用于对包装后的目标食材300进行杀菌。可选地,杀菌单元30为磁场线圈31。如图1所示,该杀菌单元30包括相对布置于目标食材300两侧的两个磁场线圈31,一个实施例中,该磁场线圈31用于提供磁场强度为20-50Gs的磁场,并维持10-20min的工作时间,以对包装好的食材进行杀菌和钝酶处理。完成杀菌后,自动进入食材储藏阶段。这里可以进一步设置运送机构将杀菌后的食材运送至冰箱内部的存储位置,也可以在完成杀菌后通过灯光或声音等形式提醒用户,以提示用户手动将食材取出并放置到期望位置处。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于初始状态时的俯视图。图4是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第一动作状态时的剖视图。图5是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第一动作状态时的俯视图。
另一个实施例中,托盘111处设置有重力传感器(图中未示出),用于检测是否有食材置于托盘111处,托盘111配置成在重力传感器检测到其上放置食材后打开,以使得食材落入储存室11内的目标容器201上。例如,重力传感器可以设置在托盘的上表面。重力传感器可以采用本领域技术人员所习知的任意重力传感器,在了解本发明实施例的基础上,本领域技术人员应当易于获知重力传感器的结构和位置,因此附图中未作标记。
如图3所示,一开始托盘111处于封闭第一开口113的初始状态,如图2所示,当目标食材300落至托盘111处时,重力传感器检测到重力,联动托盘111自动打开(参见图4或图5),允许目标食材300进入储存室11并落至目标容器201处。本实施例通过重力传感器的设置,能够触发托盘111的自动打开。
如图2所示,在一个进一步的实施例中,储存室11包括筒体112,筒体112的顶部设有第一开口113(参见图5),筒体112的内部形成用于存放容 器200的空间。如图3所示,托盘111包括两个设置于第一开口113处的合页114,两个合页114相对设置且每一合页114远离彼此的一侧分别与筒体112形成转动连接,以使得两个合页114在转动至水平状态时形成封闭第一开口113的关闭状态(参见图3)、在转动至竖直状态时形成连通第一开口113的开启状态(参见图5)。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第二动作状态时的剖视图。图7是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第二动作状态时的俯视图。图8是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第三动作状态时的剖视图。图9是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的食材包装装置100的容器供给单元10处于第三动作状态时的俯视图。图3至图9中均省略了目标食材300。一个实施例中,托举机构12为机械手,机械手包括可升降的升降臂121以及与升降臂121转动连接的折叠臂122。折叠臂122至少能形成与升降臂121平行的收起状态(参见图8)、以及与升降臂121形成预设角度的工作状态(参见图2),预设角度可以是90°,也可以是其他使得折叠臂122不平行于升降臂121的其他角度,在此不做限制。机械手还包括设置于折叠臂122处的抓取结构(未示出,例如抓取结构可以为机械爪),例如设置在折叠臂122远离升降臂121的一端,该抓取结构用于在升降臂121升降至目标容器201的位置且折叠臂122处于工作状态时抓取目标容器201(参见图2)、在升降臂121升高至目标位置时松开目标容器201(参见图6)。
进一步的一个实施例中,筒体112还形成有用于容纳机械手的112a,112a的顶部形成有与外界连通的第二开口115(参见图3),如图5所示,第二开口115还与第一开口113连通,第二开口115用于为折叠臂122处于收起状态的机械手提供升降通道。
本实施例通过单独地设置了具有第二开口115的112a,以将机械手的112a与托盘111分离,以便机械手在收回时不受托盘111状态的影响,保证目标托盘111放置在托盘111上时,机械手能顺利地收回,巧妙地避免了运动的干涉,有利于实现目标托盘111的顺利取出和放置。
另一个实施例中,食材包装装置100还包括封闭板(图中未示出),设置于第二开口115处,用于受控地封闭或连通第二开口115。可选地,该封 闭板可沿水平方向相对于筒体112移动,从而打开或封闭第二开口115,或者该封闭板设置成可相对于筒体112转动,在转动过程中封闭或覆盖该第二开口115。
本实施例通过设置用于封闭或连通第二开口115的封闭板,可以在目标食材300和目标容器201取出至储存室11外部时将储存室11进行封闭,避免其内部的容器受到外部污染。
如图2所示,本实施例中,托举机构12包括两个相对布置的机械手。相应地,第二开口115和封闭板各自的数量也适应性地变为2。
进一步地,通过设置一个控制器来集中控制食材包装装置100的各个部件可以保证其各个动作的顺利完成。即将重力传感器、托盘111的两个合页114的驱动件,机械手的升降臂121、折叠臂122、抓取结构,包装单元20和杀菌单元30通过控制程序进行联动,就可以完成食材的装盒、包装以及杀菌的一系列动作。具体地,控制过程包括:
步骤1,当重力传感器检测到重物信息时控制托盘111的合页114打开预设时间,以便目标食材300落入储存室11内部。
步骤2,控制机械手折叠臂122转动至工作状态,并启动抓取结构,以抓取装载有目标食材300的目标容器201。
步骤3,控制升降臂121上升至目标位置,该目标位置可以是稍高于托盘111顶面的位置。
步骤4,控制合页114关闭。
步骤5,控制折叠臂122转动至收起状态,此时目标容器201落至托盘111处。
步骤6,控制升降臂121下降至初始位置。
步骤7,启动包装单元20对目标食材300和目标容器201进行包装。
步骤8,启动杀菌单元30对包装好的目标食材300和目标容器201进行杀菌及钝酶处理。
图10是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的结构示意图。本发明还提供了一种冰箱,一个实施例中,如图10所示,该冰箱包括上述任一实施例或实施例的组合中的食材包装装置100。可选地,该食材包装装置100可以设置在冰箱的门体处,例如可以设置一个专门的盒体,该盒体可以设置用于连通或阻断外界的开闭门,用户通过打开开闭门就可以将食材置于托盘111的上 方。
本实施例的冰箱内设置有食材包装装置100,使得冰箱能够自主完成需要保鲜盒装载的食材的包装,不再需要在食材被放入冰箱之前人为地进行食材的装盒和包装,因此能够简化人工操作,丰富冰箱的功能,提高用户体验。
进一步地,食材包装装置100中的容器供给单元10能够自动地逐一提供用于装载食材的容器,配合包装单元20的包装功能,使得食材包装装置100能够连续地完成多个独立的食材的逐一包装,因此能够提高食材的包装效率。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的食材包装装置,所述食材包装装置设置于冰箱内,且包括:
    容器供给单元,包括储存室和托举机构,所述储存室的内部用于依次堆叠设置容器,并且所述储存室的顶部设有开闭可控的托盘,所述托举机构用于在目标食材落入所述容器中位于最顶部的目标容器上后,将所述目标容器及其装载的所述目标食材运送至所述储存室外部并置于所述托盘顶部;以及
    包装单元,用于将所述托盘顶部的所述目标食材和所述目标容器通过包装膜进行封闭包装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述托盘处设置有重力传感器,并且配置成在所述重力传感器检测到其上放置食材后打开,以使得所述食材落入储存室内的目标容器上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述储存室包括筒体,所述筒体的顶部设有第一开口并在内部形成用于存放所述容器的空间;
    所述托盘包括两个设置于所述第一开口处的合页,两个所述合页相对设置且每一所述合页远离彼此的一侧分别与所述筒体形成转动连接,以使得两个所述合页在转动至水平状态时形成封闭所述第一开口的关闭状态、在转动至竖直状态时形成连通所述第一开口的开启状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述托举机构为机械手,所述机械手包括可升降的升降臂以及与所述升降臂转动连接折叠臂,所述折叠臂至少能形成与所述升降臂平行的收起状态和与所述升降臂形成预设角度的工作状态,所述机械手还包括设置于所述折叠臂处的抓取结构,用于在所述升降臂升降至所述目标容器的位置且所述折叠臂处于所述工作状态时抓取所述目标容器、在所述升降臂升高至目标位置时松开所述目标容器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述筒体还形成有用于容纳所述机械手的升降空间,所述升降空间的顶部形成有与外界连通的第二开口,所述第二开口还与所述第一开口连通,所述第二开口用于为所述折叠臂处于收起状态的机械手提供升降通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的食材包装装置,还包括:
    封闭板,设置于所述第二开口处,用于受控地封闭或连通所述第二开口。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述托举机构包括两个相对布置的所述机械手。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的食材包装装置,还包括:
    杀菌单元,用于对包装后的所述目标食材进行杀菌。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的食材包装装置,其中,
    所述包装单元为热缩装置,所述杀菌单元为磁场线圈。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的食材包装装置。
