石材作为一种高档建筑装饰材料广泛应用于室内外装饰设计、幕墙装饰和公共设施建设;目前市场上常见的石材主要分为天然石材和人造石材;但是,天然石材属于不可再生的资源,过渡开采的话会严重破坏了生态平衡,而且价格昂贵;因此,价格相对便宜的人造石材早已经成为建筑、装饰、道路、桥梁建设的重要原料之一;现有用于仿石砖成型的机械生产线众多,工序包括布料、脱水、压制成型、脱模及搬运等等;在生产仿石砖时,为了仿石砖更坚固及美观,采用两种原料来生产双层仿石砖,让仿石砖同时具备坚固和美观两优点;例如,路缘石暴露在外的顶面和侧面采用一种让路缘石更美观的面料,路缘石朝内的部位采用另一种让路缘石更坚固的基料;在生产双层仿石砖时,一般是先一次性将顶面和侧面所需的面料布料在模腔中,预压成型仿石砖的顶面面料层和侧面面料层,再将基料布料在模腔中,并主压成型双层仿石砖;但是,这种方法在预压成型仿石砖的顶面面料层和侧面面料层后布料基料时,侧面面料层会受到基料冲击,导致侧面的面料出现裂痕或者松垮,严重影响生产质量,而且侧面面料层会和基料混合,影响侧面美观。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对上述仿石机结构设计和仿石砖制作方法上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种制作双层仿石砖的仿石机及双层仿石砖的制作方法,先布料仿石砖顶面面料,再将面料挡板插置于模腔中,之后,进行基料布料和仿石砖侧面面料布料,面料挡板可阻挡基料布料时对侧面面料层的冲击,可对侧面面料层进行保护,提高仿石砖的生产质量;而且,仿石砖的顶面面料和侧面面料分开布料,布料量的可调整性更大,可用于生产不同双层仿石砖。
技术解决方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种制作双层仿石砖的仿石机,其包括有机架及设置于机架上的仿石砖成型机、面层成型机、基料布料机、面料布料机及码垛机,所述基料布料机和面料布料机位于面层成型机的左右两侧,所述仿石砖成型机位于面层成型机的前侧或后侧,所述码垛机位于仿石砖成型机一侧;其中,所述面层成型机具有面料挡板和驱动面料挡板插置或抽出模腔的面料挡板油缸;所述面料布料机具有架设于机架上的面料搅拌料斗、面料搅拌动力机构及面料布料车,所述面料搅拌料斗具有连通面料搅拌料斗的第一面料定量杯和第二面料定量杯,所述第一面料定量杯的上下端皆为开口,所述第一面料定量杯下端的开口设置有一第一面料定量杯料门和驱动第一面料定量杯料门打开或关闭第一面料定量杯下端的开口的第一面料定量杯油缸;所述第二面料定量杯的上下端皆为开口,所述第二面料定量杯下端的开口设置有一第二面料定量杯料门和驱动第二面料定量杯料门打开或关闭第二面料定量杯下端的开口的第二面料定量杯油缸;所述面料布料车具有承接第一面料定量杯或第二面料定量杯中面料的面料料腔及驱动面料布料车移动布料的面料布料车油缸。
所述第一面料定量杯具有第一面料定量调节杯和第一面料定量调节座,所述第一面料定量调节座具有第一调节腔,所述第一面料定量调节杯具有连通且套置于第一调节腔内的第一定量杯腔,所述第一定量杯腔在第一调节腔内上下移动调节第一面料定量杯的容积;所述第二面料定量杯具有第二面料定量调节杯和第二面料定量调节座,所述第二面料定量调节座具有第二调节腔,所述第二面料定量调节杯具有连通且套置于第二调节腔内的第二定量杯腔,所述第二定量杯腔可在第二调节腔内上下移动调节第二面料定量杯的容积。
所述第一面料定量杯料门位于第一面料定量调节座的下方,用打开或关闭第一面料定量调节座下端的开口;所述第二面料定量杯料门位于第二面料定量调节座的下方,用打开或关闭第二面料定量调节座下端的开口。
所述面料搅拌料斗还具有连通面料搅拌料斗和第一面料定量杯、第二面料定量杯的面料暂存杯、设置于面料暂存杯下方的面料料门板、驱动面料料门板打开或关闭面料暂存杯下端的开口的面料料门板油缸。
所述面料料门板上设置有两个分别与第一面料定量杯、第二面料定量杯连通的通槽和密封第一面料定量杯、第二面料定量杯的下开口的密封板。
所述基料布料机具有架设于机架上的基料搅拌料斗、基料搅拌动力机构及基料布料车,所述基料搅拌料斗具有连通基料搅拌料斗的基料暂存杯、基料料门板和驱动基料料门板打开或关闭基料暂存杯的下开口的基料料门板油缸;所述基料布料车具有基料料腔和驱动基料布料车移动布料的基料布料车油缸。
所述基料料腔分为与基料暂存杯连通的基料定量杯和与基料定量杯连通的基料调节杯,所述基料定量杯套置于基料调节杯内,且所述基料定量杯的外壁和基料调节杯的外壁通过调整螺栓连接。
一种双层仿石砖的制作方法,其具有以下步骤:
S1、先将仿石砖顶面所需面料下料至模腔中,并下降面料压头将面料进行预压,面料平铺在模腔底部形成顶面面料层;
S2、将面料挡板下降插置于模腔中,且面料挡板将模腔分隔呈两个空腔;
S3、将仿石砖侧面所需面料下料至其中一个空腔内,形成侧面面料层;
S4、将基料下料至另一个空腔内,形成基料层;
S5、抽出面料挡板,将模具移动至仿石砖成型机内,利用模具压头对模腔内基料和面料进行主压,压实成型仿石砖;
S6、仿石砖脱模并利用码垛机将仿石砖转移至码垛架上。
步骤S3和步骤S4同时进行;或者步骤S4先进行,步骤S3后进行。
在面料布料机上设置第一面料定量杯和第二面料定量,在步骤S1中,打开第一面料定量杯,将面料下料至面料布料车的面料料腔内并移动布料;在步骤S3中,打开第二面料定量杯,将面料下料至面料布料车的面料料腔内并移动布料。
有益效果
本发明制作双层仿石砖的仿石机及双层仿石砖的制作方法在制砖时,先将模具移动至面层成型机位置,面料布料车将仿石砖顶面所需面料移动至模腔上方并下料至模腔中,并下降面料压头将面料进行预压,面料平铺在模腔底部形成顶面面料层;再将面料挡板下降插置于模腔中,且面料挡板将模腔分隔呈两个空腔;又面料布料车将仿石砖侧面所需面料移动至模腔上方并下料至其中一个空腔内,形成侧面面料层;且基料布料车将基料移动至模腔上方并下料至另一个空腔内,形成基料层;之后,抽出面料挡板,将模具移动至仿石砖成型机内,利用模具压头对模腔内基料和面料进行主压,压实成型仿石砖;最终,仿石砖脱模并利用码垛机将仿石砖转移至码垛架上;本发明先布料仿石砖顶面面料,再将面料挡板插置于模腔中,之后,进行基料布料和仿石砖侧面面料布料,面料挡板可阻挡基料布料时对侧面面料层的冲击,可对侧面面料层进行保护,提高仿石砖的生产质量;而且,仿石砖的顶面面料和侧面面料分开布料,布料量的可调整性更大,可用于生产不同双层仿石砖。

本发明的所述第一面料定量杯44具有第一面料定量调节杯443和第一面料定量调节座444,所述第一面料定量调节座444具有第一调节腔,所述第一面料定量调节杯443具有连通且套置于第一调节腔内的第一定量杯腔,所述第一定量杯腔在第一调节腔内上下移动调节第一面料定量杯44的容积;所述第二面料定量杯45具有第二面料定量调节杯453和第二面料定量调节座454,所述第二面料定量调节座454具有第二调节腔,所述第二面料定量调节杯453具有连通且套置于第二调节腔内的第二定量杯腔,所述第二定量杯腔可在第二调节腔内上下移动调节第二面料定量杯45的容积;可通过调整第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量杯45的容积来调整面料下料量;面料布料量的可调整性更大,可用于生产不同双层仿石砖,实用性更好。

本发明的所述面料料门板461上设置有两个分别与第一面料定量杯44、第二面料定量杯45连通的通槽463和密封第一面料定量杯44、第二面料定量杯45的下开口的密封板464;所述通槽463和密封板464位于同一平板上,所述面料料门板油缸462的活塞杆枢接在密封板464一端。
本发明的所述基料布料机3具有架设于机架10上的基料搅拌料斗31、基料搅拌动力机构32及基料布料车33,所述基料搅拌料斗31具有连通基料搅拌料斗31的基料暂存杯、基料料门板34和驱动基料料门板34打开或关闭基料暂存杯的下开口的基料料门板油缸35;所述基料布料车33具有基料料腔331和驱动基料布料车33移动布料的基料布料车油缸332。
本发明的所述基料料腔331分为与基料暂存杯连通的基料定量杯333和与基料定量杯333连通的基料调节杯334,所述基料定量杯333套置于基料调节杯334内,且所述基料定量杯333的外壁和基料调节杯334的外壁通过调整螺栓连接;可调整基料料腔331的容积,调整基料布料量,适用于不同仿石砖生产。
本发明的所述面料挡板21设置有横向调节油缸212,所述横向调节油缸212可推动面料挡板21在模腔201内的位置,进而调整面料挡板21在模腔201内隔出的大腔室和小腔室之间比例,可调整双层仿石砖中侧面面料厚度,可适用于生产多种双层仿石砖,实用性更好。
本发明的面层成型机2还具有设置于机架10上的面料压头22及驱动面料压头22进入模腔201压制面料的面料压头油缸221,所述面料压头22上设置有面料压头真空吸孔和面料压头真空吸管,在面料压头22压制面料时,面料压头22可将面料中多余的水分吸走,面料成型更快速,提高生产效率。
本发明的仿石成型机1设置有模具压头11,所述模具压头11上设置有真空抽水机构,在模具压头11压制基料和面料时,真空抽水机构可将基料和面料中多余水分抽水;可使仿石砖快速成型,提高生产效率;所述仿石成型机1上还设置有振动机构,用于振动模腔内基料和面料,制成仿石砖更密实,更坚固。
本发明中仿石砖成型机1、面层成型机2、基料布料机3、面料布料机4和码垛机5之间在移动运动位置皆设置有滑动机构,所述滑动机构具有滑动轨道、滑动轮及滑动电机,方便模具在各设备之间行走完成双层仿石砖的制作。
请参阅图18,本发明还揭示了一种双层仿石砖的制作方法,其具有以下步骤:
S1、先将仿石砖顶面所需面料下料至模腔201中,并下降面料压头22将面料进行预压,面料平铺在模腔201底部形成顶面面料层;
S2、将面料挡板21下降插置于模腔201中,且面料挡板21将模腔201分隔呈两个空腔;
S3、将仿石砖侧面所需面料下料至其中一个空腔内,形成侧面面料层;
S4、将基料下料至另一个空腔内,形成基料层;
S5、抽出面料挡板21,将模具20移动至仿石砖成型机1内,利用模具压头11对模腔201内基料和面料进行主压,压实成型仿石砖;
S6、仿石砖脱模并利用码垛机5将仿石砖转移至码垛架上。
本发明双层仿石砖的制作方法在制砖时,先将模具20移动至面层成型机2位置,面料布料车43将仿石砖顶面所需面料移动至模腔201上方并下料至模腔201中,并下降面料压头22将面料进行预压,面料平铺在模腔201底部形成顶面面料层;再将面料挡板21下降插置于模腔201中,且面料挡板21将模腔201分隔呈两个空腔;又面料布料车43将仿石砖侧面所需面料移动至模腔201上方并下料至其中一个空腔内,形成侧面面料层;且基料布料车33将基料移动至模腔201上方并下料至另一个空腔内,形成基料层;之后,抽出面料挡板21,将模具20移动至仿石砖成型机1内,利用模具压头11对模腔201内基料和面料进行主压,压实成型仿石砖;最终,仿石砖脱模并利用码垛机将仿石砖转移至码垛架上;本发明先布料仿石砖顶面面料,再将面料挡板21插置于模腔201中,之后,进行基料布料和仿石砖侧面面料布料,面料挡板21可阻挡基料布料时对侧面面料层的冲击,可对侧面面料层进行保护,提高仿石砖的生产质量;而且,仿石砖的顶面面料和侧面面料分开布料,布料量的可调整性更大,可用于生产不同双层仿石砖。
本发明的步骤S3和步骤S4同时进行;或者步骤S4先进行,步骤S3后进行;基料和仿石砖侧面面料的下料过程中,由于有面料挡板21限制,两者下料不会相冲突,因此基料和侧面面料布料顺序不限制。
本发明在面料布料机4上设置第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量45,在步骤S1中,打开第一面料定量杯44,将面料下料至面料布料车43的面料料腔431内并移动布料;在步骤S3中,打开第二面料定量杯45,将面料下料至面料布料车43的面料料腔431内并移动布料;面料面料布料机4经过一次下料至第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量杯45,面料布料车43分开两次来对第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量杯45中面料进行布料;当第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量杯45中面料量相同时,可进行两次相同量面料布料;当第一面料定量杯44和第二面料定量杯45中面料量不相同时,可进行两次不同量面料布料;因此,本发明面料布料机可用于不同量面料布料,在更换不同模具的情况下,调整不同量面料布料,可生产不同的双层仿石砖,实用性更好;避免使用两布料机对仿石砖顶面和仿石砖侧面所需面料分开布料,减少布料机设置,可使整体结构更简洁且降低生产成本。
本发明的所述模具压头11上设置有真空抽水机构,在模具压头压制基料和面料时,真空抽水机构可将基料和面料中多余水分抽水;可使仿石砖快速成型,提高生产效率。
本发明的所述面料挡板21设置有横向调节油缸212,所述横向调节油缸212可推动面料挡板21在模腔201内的位置,进而调整面料挡板21在模腔201内隔出的大腔室和小腔室之间比例,可调整双层仿石砖中侧面面料厚度,可适用于生产多种双层仿石砖,实用性更好。

    S3、将仿石砖侧面所需面料下料至其中一个空腔内,形成侧面面料层;
    S4、将基料下料至另一个空腔内,形成基料层;
    S5、抽出面料挡板,将模具移动至仿石砖成型机内,利用模具压头对模腔内基料和面料进行主压,压实成型仿石砖;
    S6、仿石砖脱模并利用码垛机将仿石砖转移至码垛架上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述双层仿石砖的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S3和步骤S4同时进行;或者步骤S4先进行,步骤S3后进行。
  10. 如权利要求8所述双层仿石砖的制作方法,其特征在于:在面料布料机上设置第一面料定量杯和第二面料定量,在步骤S1中,打开第一面料定量杯,将面料下料至面料布料车的面料料腔内并移动布料;在步骤S3中,打开第二面料定量杯,将面料下料至面料布料车的面料料腔内并移动布料。
