根据本申请的用于制动器的弹性件,通过设置多个制动片回位部,并且制动片回位部相对主体弯折设置,这样多个制动片回位部的制动片回位面可以更加方便地与制动片抵接接触,从而可以更好地为制动片提供回位力,进而帮助制动片回位,另外,多个制动片回位部在主体的两侧均匀分布,这样在制动片的回位过程中,可以控制制动片平行回位,提高制动片的回位效率,避免制动片产生拖滞和异响等情况。
在本申请的一些示例中,所述制动片回位部包括:第一弯折段和回位段,所述第一弯折段的第一端连接于所述主体且弯折设置,所述回位段连接于所述第一弯折段的第二端,所述回位段设置有所述制动片回位面。
在本申请的一些示例中,用于制动器的弹性件还包括:多个制动片限位部,多个制动片限位部分别连接于所述主体的两侧,位于所述主体横向一侧的所述制动片回位部和所述制动片限位部间隔设置。
在本申请的一些示例中,每个所述制动片限位部包括:第二弯折段和限位段,所述第二弯折段连接于所述主体的一侧且相对所述主体弯折设置,所述限位段连接于所述第二弯折段且相对所述第二弯折段弯折设置,以用于为所述制动片提供限位力。
在本申请的一些示例中,多个所述制动片回位部和多个所述制动片限位部一体成型在所述主体上。
在本申请的一些示例中,所述主体的一侧对应设置有至少两个所述制动片限位部和至少两个所述制动片回位部,至少两个所述制动片限位部位于至 少两个制动片回位部之间。
在本申请的一些示例中,所述主体包括:第一平直段、第三弯折段和第二平直段,所述第三弯折段呈弧形且连接于所述第一平直段和所述第二平直段之间,多个所述制动片限位部和多个所述制动片回位部连接于所述第一平直段和所述第二平直段的横向两侧。
在本申请的一些示例中,用于制动器的弹性件还包括:安装轴固定部,所述安装轴固定部分别连接于所述主体的纵向两端。
在本申请的一些示例中,所述安装轴固定部形成有限位槽,所述安装轴固定部远离所述主体的一端设置有棘勾,所述棘勾伸入所述限位槽的槽口且弯折设置,以与所述限位槽形成C字形空间。
根据本申请的制动器,包括:钳体;活塞,所述活塞设置于所述钳体;制动片,所述制动片设置于钳体内且与所述活塞传动配合;以上所述的用于制动器的弹性件,在所述制动器处于制动状态时,所述制动片回位部与所述制动片抵接。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本申请的实施例,参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,下面详细描述本申请的实施例。
下面参考图1-图6描述根据本申请实施例的用于制动器2的弹性件1,制动器2包括:制动片70和弹性件1,弹性件1与制动片70抵接配合。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请实施例的制动器2的弹性件1,包括:主体10和制动片回位部30。主体10起到弹性件1的主体连接作用,从而形成弹性件1的主体结构,制动片回位部30与制动片70抵接接触,制动片回位部30主要是给制动片70提供回位力,从而使制动片70制动后可以正常回位。
如图1、图2和图5所示,在制动片70非制动时,制动片回位部30与制动片70抵接,这样可以减少制动片70震动异响,在制动片70制动时,制动片70会向制动片回位部30的一端移动,制动片回位部30与制动片70之间的弹性力也会增大,而这样也会增大制动片回位部30对制动片70的回位力,帮助制动片70回位。制动片回位部30也为多个,多个制动片回位部30分别连接于主体10的两侧,这样便于弹性件1的布置,使多个制动片回位部30可以更加方便地与制动片70抵接。而且多个制动片回位部30在主 体10的两侧均匀分布,这样在制动片70的回位过程中,可以控制制动片70平行回位,提高制动片70的回位效率,避免制动片70产生拖滞和异响等情况。
另外,制动片回位部30相对主体10弯折设置,这样可以更好地使制动片回位部30与制动片70抵接接触,而且制动片回位部30设置有制动片回位面31,制动片回位面31与制动片70抵接,从而在与制动片70制动过程中,制动片回位部30可以为制动片70提供回位力。
其中,如图1和图2所示,制动片回位部30包括:第一弯折段32和回位段33,第一弯折段32的第一端连接于主体10,而且第一弯折段32相对主体10弯折设置,回位段33连接于第一弯折段32的第二端,回位段33设置有制动片回位面31。
将第一弯折段32的第一端连接于主体10的一侧,而且第一弯折段32相对主体10弯折设置,这样可以使制动片回位部30的位置更加靠近制动片70,从而可以使制动片回位部30与制动片70抵接接触,而回位段33连接于第一弯折段32的第二端,而且回位段33设置有制动片回位面31,这样回位段33可以调整角度,使制动片回位面31更好地抵接制动片70,而且这样也可以避免制动片回位部30与制动片限位部20发生干涉。另外,回位段33呈弯曲状,这样可以提高回位段33的弹性力,从而使制动片回位部30能提供足够的回位力。
另外,如图1和图2所示,用于制动器2的弹性件1还包括:多个制动片限位部20,多个制动片限位部20分别连接于主体10的两侧,位于主体10一侧的制动片回位部30和制动片限位部20间隔设置。制动片限位部20与制动片70抵接接触,制动片限位部20会受到制动片70的反作用力,制动片限位部20为多个,多个制动片限位部20均匀分布,这样符合力学需要,每个制动片限位部20之间可以均匀受力,从而可以有效防止制动片限位部20断裂,提高制动片限位部20的寿命,而且这样也可以起到更好的限位效 果,降低制动片70的震动。多个制动片限位部20分别连接于主体10的两侧,这样便于弹性件1的布置,使多个制动片限位部20可以更加方便地与制动片70抵接。每个制动片限位部20的一侧设置有制动片限位面21,制动片限位面21与制动片70抵接接触,从而对制动片70限位。位于主体10一侧的制动片回位部30和制动片限位部20间隔设置,这样可以使制动片回位部30和制动片限位部20分别与制动片70抵接接触,避免制动片回位部30和制动片限位部20发生干涉。
需要说明的是,将制动片限位部20和制动片回位部30分开设置,这样可以避免弹性件1的限位和回位功能集中,在限位和回位的过程中受力过大,从而使弹性件1的弹力衰减速度过快,导致弹性件1的使用寿命缩短,而且弹性件1容易出现断裂。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,如图1和图2所示,制动片限位部20包括:第二弯折段22和限位段23,第二弯折段22连接于主体10的一侧,而且第二弯折段22相对主体10弯折设置,限位段23连接于第二弯折段22,而且限位段23相对第二弯折段22弯折设置,以用于为弹性件的制动片70提供限位力。
将第二弯折段22连接于主体10的一侧,而且第二弯折段22相对主体10弯折设置,这样可以使制动片限位部20的位置更加靠近制动片70,从而可以使制动片限位部20与制动片70抵接接触,而限位段23连接于第二弯折段22,而且限位段23相对第二弯折段22弯折设置,这样可以为弹性件的制动片70提供限位力,避免制动片70移位,而且在保证限位段23的制动片限位面21能与制动片70抵接接触的同时,也可以提升限位段23与第二弯折段22之间的连接强度。另外,制动片限位面21与主体10的表面和制动片70相抵接的一侧的表面平行,这样可以更好地保证制动片限位部20的限位效果,避免制动片70向上移位。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,多个制动片回位部30和多个制动片限 位部20一体成型在主体10上。多个制动片限位部20和多个制动片回位部30均与主体10一体成型,这样可以使制动片限位部20和制动片回位部30与主体10之间的连接更加稳定,避免出现制动片限位部20和制动片回位部30与主体10的结合点处应力集中而导致弹性件1断裂、变形等问题,而且多个制动片限位部20和多个制动片回位部30与主体10一体成型,这样在加工时会更加方便,减少加工模具,从而可以减少加工成本。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,主体10的一侧对应设置有至少两个制动片限位部20和至少两个制动片回位部30,至少两个制动片限位部20位于至少两个制动片回位部30之间。设置有至少两个制动片限位部20和至少两个制动片回位部30,这样可以使制动片限位部20之间均匀受力,防止制动片限位部20断裂,提高制动片限位部20的寿命,也可以在制动片70的回位过程中控制制动片70平行回位,提高制动片70的回位效率,避免制动片70产生拖滞和异响等情况。由于回位段33朝向横向外侧延伸,这样可以使回位段33外侧的制动片回位面31更好地抵接制动片70,将至少两个制动片限位部20设置于至少两个制动片回位部30之间,这样可以避免制动片限位部20与制动片回位部30之间发生干涉,从而使弹性件1正常行使限位和回位功能。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,主体10包括:第一平直段11、第三弯折段12和第二平直段13,第三弯折段12呈弧形,而且第三弯折段12连接于第一平直段11和第二平直段13之间,多个制动片限位部20和多个制动片回位部30分别连接于第一平直段11和第二平直段13的横向两侧。如图1和图2所示,本文中提到的纵向定义为弹性件1的轴线方向,横向定义为垂直于该轴线方向的方向。在第一平直段11和第二平直段13之间连接第三弯折段12,而且第三弯折段12呈弧形,这样第三弯折段12可以为整个弹性件1提供纵向的缓冲和减震,从而可以提升弹性件1的整体结构强度。第一平直段11和第二平直段13的表面平直,这样便于将多个制动片限位部20 和多个制动片回位部30连接于第一平直段11和第二平直段13的横向两侧,而且这样便于将弹性件1整体安装于制动器2,使多个制动片限位部20和多个制动片回位部30更好地与制动片70抵接接触。
当然,如图4和图6所示,制动器2的弹性件1还包括:安装轴固定部40,安装轴固定部40分别连接于主体10的两端。在主体10的两端设置有安装轴固定部40,安装轴固定部40可以与制动器2的插销组件80固定,这样可以使弹性件1固定于制动器2,弹性件1可以对制动器2的制动片70进行限位和回位,从而保证制动片70可以正常工作。
除此之外,如图4和图6所示,安装轴固定部40形成有限位槽41,安装轴固定部40远离主体10的一端设置有棘勾42,棘勾42伸入限位槽41的槽口,而且棘勾42弯折设置,以与限位槽41形成C字形空间。安装轴固定部40形成有限位槽41,插销组件80可以配合于限位槽41内,而安装轴固定部40远离主体10的一端又设置有棘勾42,并且棘勾42伸入限位槽41的槽口,这样插销组件80可以卡设于限位槽41内,安装轴固定部40由于弹性力固定于插销组件80,从而使弹性件1固定于制动器2。棘勾42弯折设置,可以与限位槽41形成C字形空间,这样可以为插销组件80的安装提供固定力,从而使插销组件80的连接更加稳定。
需要说明的是,本案的弹性件1可根据实际需要对制动片回位部30的弯折角度和表面面积进行针对性改变,从而能够提供更大或更小的回位力。对于不同型号的制动片70,可以根据制动片70轮廓的改变调整第三弯折段12的圆弧角,而且制动片限位部20排列角度也可以依据制动片70轮廓的改变进行适应性调整,但本案的弹性件1的功能以及功能分布不会产生太大差异。
如图6所示,根据本申请实施例的制动器2,包括:钳体50、活塞60、制动片70和以上实施例所述的制动器2的弹性件1,活塞60设置于钳体50,制动片70设置于钳体50内,而且制动片70与活塞60传动配合,制动器2 处于制动状态时,制动片回位部41与所述制动片70抵接。
也就是说,当弹性件1固定于制动器2后,制动片限位面21与制动片70的上端面71抵接配合,制动片回位面31与制动片70的内端面72抵接配合,这样可以减少制动片70的震动异响。当制动器2为制动状态时,活塞60与制动片70传动配合,活塞60会朝弹性件1横向内侧的方向推动制动片70,当推动一定距离后,制动片70制动结束,活塞60停止推动并且回位,而在活塞60推动的过程中,制动片回位部30与制动片70之间的弹性力也会增大,同时这样也会增大制动片回位部30对制动片70的回位力,当活塞60停止推动并且回位后,制动片回位部30对制动片70的回位力帮助制动片70回位。而在制动片70的整个制动过程中,制动片限位面21始终与制动片70的上端面71抵接配合,这样可以避免制动片70在制动过程中向上移位。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。在本申请的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”或“之下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。在本申请的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹性件(1),其特征在于,用于制动器(2),包括:
    主体(10);以及
    多个制动片回位部(30),多个所述制动片回位部(30)分别连接于所述主体(10)的两侧,每个所述制动片回位部(30)相对所述主体(10)弯折设置且设置有制动片回位面(31),以用于为所述制动器(2)的制动片(70)提供回位力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,每个所述制动片回位部(30)包括第一弯折段(32)和回位段(33),所述第一弯折段(32)的第一端连接于所述主体(10)且弯折设置,所述回位段(33)连接于所述第一弯折段(32)的第二端,所述回位段(33)设置有所述制动片回位面(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,还包括:多个制动片限位部(20),多个所述制动片限位部(20)分别连接于所述主体(10)的两侧,位于所述主体(10)一侧的所述制动片回位部(30)和所述制动片限位部(20)间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,每个所述制动片限位部(20)包括:第二弯折段(22)和限位段(23),所述第二弯折段(22)连接于所述主体(10)的一侧且相对所述主体(10)弯折设置,所述限位段(23)连接于所述第二弯折段(22)且相对所述第二弯折段(22)弯折设置,以用于为所述制动片(70)提供限位力。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,多个所述制动片回位部(30)和多个所述制动片限位部(20)一体成型在所述主体(10)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,所述主体(10)的一侧对应设置有至少两个所述制动片限位部(20)和至少两个所述制动片回位部(30),至少两个所述制动片限位部(20)位于至少两个制动片回位部(30)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,所述主体(10)包括:第一平直段(11)、第三弯折段(12)和第二平直段(13),所述第三弯折段(12)呈弧形且连接于所述第一平直段(11)和所述第二平直段(13)之间,多个所述制动片限位部(20)和多个所述制动片回位部(30)连接于所述第一平直段(11)和所述第二平直段(13)的横向两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,还包括:安装轴固定部(40),所述安装轴固定部(40)分别连接于所述主体(10)的两端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),其特征在于,所述安装轴固定部(40)形成有限位槽(41),所述安装轴固定部(40)远离所述主体(10)的一端设置有棘勾(42),所述棘勾(42)伸入所述限位槽(41)的槽口且弯折设置,以与所述限位槽(41)形成C字形空间。
  10. 一种制动器(2),其特征在于,包括:
    钳体(50);
    活塞(60),所述活塞(60)设置于所述钳体(50);以及
    制动片(70),所述制动片(70)设置于钳体(50)内且与所述活塞(60)传动配合;
    权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于制动器(2)的弹性件(1),在所述制动器(2)处于制动状态时,所述制动片回位部(41)与所述制动片(70)抵接。
