Definitions
- Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising polylysine dendrimers and use
- the present invention relates to a cosmetic or dermatological composition
- a cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising at least one substituted or unsubstituted polylysine dendrimer, at least one vitamin and at least one cosmetically and/or dermatologically acceptable vehicle.
- the present invention also relates to cosmetic use for action on the skin or mucous membranes.
- the present invention also relates to a dermatological composition for its use in the treatment of a skin pathology.
- the present invention finds application in particular in the field of cosmetics and/or dermatology.
- the skin is one of the most complex organs of the human body, the surface area of which varies depending on the size and weight of the subject.
- the skin represents approximately 2 m 2 of surface area per individual.
- the skin is made up of three distinct layers with associated appendages, such as sweat glands and pilosebaceous follicles.
- the epidermis comprising the stratum corneum which is a cellular layer constituting the most external part of the skin and which has an essential role within the skin through its structure and its contact with the external environment. It constitutes the skin's main barrier against external attacks, for example physical attacks. (UV rays, etc.), chemical (organic solvents, acids, bases, etc.), mechanical (cutting, pinching, etc.).
- the dermis which is a fibro-elastic connective tissue composed of fibroblasts and immune cells (macrophages, lymphocytes, eosinophils) and an intercellular matrix.
- This matrix is formed of fibrous proteins (collagen, elastin, reticulin) and an interfibrillar gel composed of proteoglycans, glycoproteins, salts and water.
- the dermis also includes important vascular branches, nerve fibers and cutaneous appendages. It provides the skin with suppleness, hydration, nutrition and elasticity.
- hypodermis which is a loose connective tissue which has a structure similar to that of the dermis with a predominance of collagen fibers, proteoglycans and tissue. It insulates the dermis from the fibrous membranes enveloping the deep underlying parts such as muscles.
- Each of the elements constituting the skin has a different or complementary function and metabolism, in close relationship with their architecture and their surrounding environment.
- Their genetic or acquired metabolic dysfunctions linked to age and/or the environment lead to physio-pathological consequences causing diseases of the skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue, aging and skin degeneration.
- compositions comprising vitamins and their derivatives applicable to the skin with a view to restoring and to protect her.
- cosmetic products in particular compositions for topical use, comprising vitamins and their derivatives, for example vitamin A, in particular retinol and its derivatives, vitamin C, in particular ascorbic acid and its derivatives and /or vitamin E, in particular Tocopherol.
- vitamins and their derivatives for example vitamin A, in particular retinol and its derivatives, vitamin C, in particular ascorbic acid and its derivatives and /or vitamin E, in particular Tocopherol.
- compositions have limited effectiveness, particularly at the skin level, for example in anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and/or antioxidant treatments due in particular to the low bioavailability of the vitamins present in the known compositions.
- effectiveness of known compositions comprising vitamins is considered by users to be low, in particular due to a virtual non-penetration of said vitamins into the skin tissue.
- compositions comprising vitamins, in particular vitamin A, having effectiveness in anti-aging cosmetic treatments, for example via a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and/or an improvement in the homogeneity of the complexion and /or an increase in firmness and elasticity of the skin.
- vitamins in particular vitamin A
- these compositions can induce undesirable side effects, for example linked to an inflammatory reaction and/or skin non-tolerance and/or skin irritation.
- cosmetic or dermatological compositions having cosmetic and/or dermatological effectiveness and not inducing undesirable side effects, for example skin inflammation and/or skin irritation and/or skin allergy.
- cosmetic compositions comprising preservatives, for example benzoic acid and its salts, benzyl alcohol, salicylic acid and its salts, sorbic acid and its salts, dehydroacetic acid and its salts, in particular used to prevent the development of microorganisms, for example bacteria and/or fungi in cosmetic compositions.
- these compounds can induce undesirable side effects when using said compositions, for example an inflammatory reaction and/or skin non-tolerance and/or skin irritation.
- the present invention aims precisely to meet these needs and disadvantages of the prior art.
- the inventor is the very first to combine at least one polylysine dendrimer and at least one vitamin making it possible to effectively meet the aforementioned needs.

Description
(rayons UV...), chimiques (solvants organiques, acides, bases, ...), mécaniques (coupure, pincement...).
Description de l’invention
- k représente le nombre de dendrons et est de préférence égal à 3 ;
- i est un nombre entier de 2 à G, G étant le numéro de génération du dendrimère ;

An Expeditious Multigram-Scale Synthesis of Lysine Dendrigraft (DGL) Polymers by Aqueous N-Carboxyanhydride Polycondensation. H. Collet and collaborators : Chem. Eur. J. 2010, 16, 2309 - 2316.
I.LM = Z des cotations érythémateuses/Nombre de sujets.
2nd ed. Munksgaard, Copenhagen: Year Book Medical Publishers, Inc; 1981 . Chapter 10, Patch Testing; pp. 71-81 .
An Expeditious Multigram-Scale Synthesis of Lysine Dendrigraft (DGL) Polymers by Aqueous N-Carboxyanhydride Polycondensation. H. Collet and collaborators : Chem. Eur. J. 2010, 16, 2309 - 2316.
