在其中一种实施方式中,所述控制组件20包括控制盒体21、设于控制盒体21一个端部的电源连接部22、设于控制盒体21另一个端部并用于调节发热体12发热功率的控制旋钮23和操作面板,以及均设于控制盒体21上侧的热敏电阻24和第二电源端子25,所述热敏电阻24用于检测盘体11的温度,所述第二电源端子25与电源连接部22电连接,并用于与第一电源端子配合插接。
进一步地,所述控制组件20还包括烤盘组件安装开关26,其为微动开关。所述烤盘组件安装开关26用于识别两个烤盘组件10是否安装到位,从而可保证第一电源端子和第二电源端子25之间的连接良好。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述控制旋钮23、热敏电阻24、烤盘组件安装开关26、所述第二电源端子25各设有两组,两组控制旋钮23、热敏电阻24、烤盘组件安装开关26及第二电源端子25与两个烤盘组件10一一对应连接。
由此,可对两个烤盘组件10的工作状态进行独立调节,例如进行温度调节,使两个烤盘组件10的盘体11温度相同或不同,从而可同时烹调两种食物。
在其中一种实施方式中,两个烤盘组件10均设有下油缺口,所述下油缺口在烤盘组件10拼合使用时形成漏油狭缝19,供烤盘组件10上的多余油液流下。
所述接油组件30包括集油槽31和储油盒32,所述集油槽31设于漏油狭缝19的下方并且其在盘体11上的投影覆盖漏油狭缝19,所述集油槽31开设有落油孔311,所述储油盒32设有接油口323,所述接油口323与所述落油孔311对接,从而使油液可沿漏油狭缝19、落油孔311经接油口323进入储油盒32中,实现多余油液的收集及储存。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述集油槽31长度方向的两端朝落油孔311逐渐下倾,从而可将集油槽31中的油液导向落油孔311,方便油液从落油孔311流下,避免油液在集油槽31上堆积。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述储油盒32由透明或半透明的塑胶材料制成,其固定于所述控制盒体21的端部,并位于可从烤盘组件10外侧观察到储油盒32中油液的位置,方便用户观察储油盒32中的油量,从而可及时处理储油盒32中的油液,以防溢出。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述控制盒体21在电源连接部22的一侧开设有固定腔211,控制盒体21上侧设有用于安装集油槽31的安装槽210,安装槽210中设置与落油孔311对应且与固定腔211连通的让位孔212,所述集油槽31安装于所述安装槽210中,所述储油盒32插置于所述固定腔211内并且接油口323对准落油孔311。
在一种实施方式中,所述储油盒32包括下壳321和盖合于下壳上的上盖322,所述上盖一端开设有所述接油口3221。通过将储油盒设置成上下两部分,可实现两部分的分离,方便储油盒的清洗,避免油污残留在储油盒内而产生异味。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述下壳321底部设有导向槽3212,所述固定腔211内设有与导向槽3212相配合的导向柱2111,方便储油盒的定位安装,使接油口3221可以精确地对准落油孔311。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述上盖322嵌在所述下壳321内,并且其靠近接油口的一端延伸形成弹臂3222,所述弹臂上开设有卡口,所述下壳在与卡口对应的位置处设有卡钩3211,由此可通过卡钩卡入卡口的方式实现上盖322与下壳321的卡扣连接,可以方便上盖与下壳的拆装。
可选地,在拼合使用时,所述控制盒的最低位置与脚垫14最低位置大致平齐,从而在使脚垫14支撑烤盘的两端,而控制组件20放置于平台上并支撑烤盘的中间部位,保证烤盘组件10盘体11使用过程中的平稳性。
另外,需要理解地,两个烤盘组件10可拼合使用,也可单独使用,给用户提供更多的使用方式。
总而言之,本发明的拼接式电烤盘,可减小收纳时的体积,方便存放;对两个烤盘组件10进行独立控制,可以使两个盘体11温度不同,可同时烹调不同食物;另外,将接油组件30的储油盒32设置成可视状态(即盒身透明或半透明,设置在方便观察的位置),方便观察储油盒32中油液的油量,方便用户及时处理盒中的油液。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种拼接式电烤盘,包括烤盘主体及均设于烤盘主体下方并与烤盘主体连接的控制组件和接油组件,其特征在于,所述烤盘主体包括两个可沿烤盘长度方向拼接的烤盘组件,两个烤盘组件在收纳状态时上下放置并相互连接限定出用于框住控制组件和接油组件的收纳空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述烤盘组件包括盘体、发热体、底盖、脚垫及连接座组件,所述底盖与盘体连接,所述发热体贴附于盘体的底面,所述连接座组件设有用于使发热体与控制组件电连接的第一电源端子,所述脚垫及连接座组件分设于底盖相对的两侧,并且所述脚垫可在烤盘收纳时与另一烤盘组件的连接座组件连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括控制盒体、设于控制盒体一个端部的电源连接部、设于控制盒体另一个端部并用于调节发热体发热功率的控制旋钮和操作面板,以及均设于控制盒体上侧的热敏电阻和可与第一电源端子配合插接的第二电源端子,所述热敏电阻用于检测盘体的温度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制组件还包括烤盘组件安装开关,所述烤盘组件安装开关用于识别烤盘组件是否安装到位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制旋钮、热敏电阻、烤盘组件安装开关、所述第二电源端子各设有两组,两组控制旋钮、热敏电阻、烤盘组件安装开关及第二电源端子与两个烤盘组件一一对应连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,两个烤盘组件均设有下油缺口,所述下油缺口在烤盘组件拼合使用时形成漏油狭缝;
    所述接油组件包括集油槽和储油盒,所述集油槽设于漏油狭缝的下方并且其在盘体上的投影覆盖漏油狭缝,所述集油槽开设有落油孔,所述储油盒设有接油口,所述接油口与所述落油孔对接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述储油盒由透明或半透明材料制成,其固定于所述控制盒体的端部,并位于可从烤盘组件一侧观察到储油盒中油液的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制盒体在电源连接部的一侧开设有固定腔,所述固定腔对应所述落油孔设有让位孔,所述储油盒插置于所述固定腔内并且接油口对准落油孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述储油盒包括下壳和与所述下壳卡扣连接的上盖,所述上盖一端开设有所述接油口。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述烤盘组件还包括绝缘隔热垫,所述绝缘隔热垫设于所述发热体和底盖之间。
  11.  根据权利要求6所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述储油盒设置于烤盘主体下方并位于烤盘主体长度方向的一侧,且可通过接油口承接烤盘主体上流下的油液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制组件垂直于烤盘主体的长度方向与烤盘主体连接,所述储油盒固定于控制组件的一端。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述下壳底部设有导向槽,所述固定腔内设有与导向槽相配合的导向柱。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述上盖嵌在所述下壳内,并且其靠近接油口的一端与所述下壳卡扣连接。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述集油槽的两端朝落油孔下倾设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的拼接式电烤盘,其特征在于,所述控制盒体上侧设有安装槽,所述集油槽安装于所述安装槽中。
