Description
本发明涉及膏药技术领域,尤其涉及一种一体化膏药全自动制备机。
膏药产品是中药外用的一种,用植物油或动物油加药熬成胶状物质,涂在布、纸或皮等基材的一面,并用膏药面纸进行封闭。目前制作膏药产品的方式有:手工制作、半自动化作业和工厂自动化生产。膏药一般是将多种配方量药材加入熬制锅中进行熬制,然后向熬制的药材中加入增稠物质,充分搅拌后即可制成膏药。
专利号为CN215082333U的专利文献公开了一种膏药加工装置,包括第一机座、第一送纸机构、喂料机构、第二送纸机构、第一压合机构和收卷机构,其中第一送纸机构用于存放并输送膏药底纸,第二送纸机构用于存放并输送膏药面纸;所述喂料机构用于向膏药底纸输送不同厚度的膏药胶体;所述第一压合机构设有第一压合辊和第一压合配合辊,第一压合辊和第一压合配合辊相互配合将带有膏药胶体的膏药底纸和膏药面纸压合;还包括第二压合机构,所述第二压合机构设有第二压合辊和第二压合配合辊,并且第二压合机构设于第一压合机构后方。
但是,在实际使用过程中,发明人发现多种中药放在熬药罐内持续加热,若不进行充分搅拌,容易导致受热不均的情况发生,进而使得部分药物煎糊、部分药物无法完全煎透,不利于饮用的问题。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处,通过设置摇晃机构配合熬制机构,使得对不同材料的膏药进行分层次熬制,膏药与药材始终处于自动分离状态,利于后期膏药的提取以及废料的收集排出,再利用废气收集机构,将熬制时产生的废气进行收集且保证了锅体内的恒温工作,避免能量的消耗,绿色环保,从而解决了多种中药放在熬药罐内持续加热,若不进行充分搅拌,容易导致受热不均的情况发生,进而使得部分药物煎糊、部分药物无法完全煎透,不利于饮用的技术问题。
针对以上技术问题,采用技术方案如下:一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,包括:
摇晃机构,所述摇晃机构包括锅体、驱动所述锅体进行晃动工作的驱动机构以及配合完成所述锅体自动出料的出料组件;
熬制机构,所述熬制机构包括安装在驱动机构上且与镂空结构的存料筒,所述存料筒为双层结构,上、下两层内设置有分隔板,下层空间内中部设置有搅拌组件且该下层空间圆周方向设置有挤压机构,所述锅体内设置有驱动所述挤压机构进行传动的传动组件;
废气收集机构,所述废气收集机构包括与所述锅体匹配设置的密封组件以及对输出后废气自动收集的净化组件。
作为优选,所述驱动机构包括底座、竖直方向安装在所述底座上且与所述锅体传动连接的第一传动件以及水平方向安装在所述底座上且与所述第一传动件配合驱动所述锅体倾斜晃动的第二传动件;
所述第一传动件包括立柱、转动设置在所述立柱上的转盘、与所述转盘铰接相连的传动轴a以及一端与所述传动轴a铰接相连且另一端与所述锅体底部铰接相连的传动轴b;
所述第二传动件包括转动设置在所述底座上的转动杆、匹配转动设置在所述转动杆端部的滚珠以及一端与所述滚珠传动连接且另一端与所述锅体铰接相连的连接轴,所述转动杆由第一驱动件驱动传动;
所述存料筒通过支架安装在所述底座上。
作为优选,所述出料组件包括与所述锅体下端连通设置的第一出液管以及安装在所述底座上且位于所述第一出液管下方的存药箱。
作为优选,所述搅拌组件包括:
转动件,所述转动件包括通过圆环转动设置在所述分隔板的转动槽内且为中空结构的螺杆、开设在所述螺杆上且位于上层空间的第一进料口、套设在所述螺杆外且与所述分隔板上端固定连接的固定轴、开设在所述固定轴上且与所述第一进料口间断式连通设置的第二进料口以及位于所述固定轴上方且驱动所述螺杆进行转动的转动齿轮,所述转动齿轮由第二驱动单元驱动圆周转动,所述第二驱动单元通过齿轮齿条传动方式与所述第二驱动单元同步传动,所述分隔板倾斜向下朝向所述进料口;
进料件,所述进料件位于上层空间,包括偏心设置在所述转动齿轮上且端部为弹性材料结构的拨动板、转动设置在所述存料筒上的限位板以及一端与所述限位板连接且另一端与所述存料筒内壁连接设置的拉簧。
作为优选,所述挤压机构包括两组对称且滑动设置在所述存料筒上的挤压件,该挤压件包括沿竖直方向依次阵列设置若干组的平移单元以及贯穿于所述平移单元且与所述下层空间内壁匹配设置的推动板,所述平移单元包括横向滑动设置在所述存料筒上的推动轴、一端安装在所述存料筒外壁且另一端与推动轴固定连接的弹簧以及两组且分别安装在所述推动轴两端的压辊,所述压辊为球状结构设置。
作为优选,所述传动组件包括安装在所述锅体内且用于与压辊间断式接触设置的压块。
作为优选,所述密封组件包括:
封盖,所述封盖与所述锅体上端匹配弹性插合连接且套设在所述存料筒外壁,所述封盖通过压缩簧安装在机架上;
下压件,所述下压件包括安装在所述机架上的连接环、与所述连接环同轴且固定连接的伸缩板、设置在所述伸缩板下端的第一密封环、连接于所述第一密封环与连接环之间且位于伸缩板内的连接簧以及与所述伸缩板上端连接且同轴设置的第二密封环,所述第二密封环与所述存料筒外壁贴合设置。
作为优选,所述净化组件包括连接于所述第二密封环与伸缩板上端之间且内设有竹炭颗粒的泡棉层、位于所述泡棉层下方且安装在所述伸缩板上的收集箱、贯穿于所述连接环且与所述收集箱连通设置的第二出液管。
作为优选,还包括清洗机构,所述清洗机构包括驱动所述存料筒圆周转动的第三驱动单元、对锅体内进行自动清洗的清洗组件以及用于驱动所述摇晃机构沿竖直方向滑动设置在机架上的气动单元。
作为又优选,所述沥干组件包括驱动所述存料筒进行圆周转动的第三驱动单元;
所述清洗组件包括蓄水箱以及与所述存料筒连通设置的出水管。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明中通过设置摇晃机构配合熬制机构,使得对不同材料的膏药进行分层次熬制,膏药与药材始终处于自动分离状态,利于后期膏药的提取以及废料的收集排出,再利用废气收集机构,将熬制时产生的废气进行收集且保证了锅体内的恒温工作,避免能量的消耗,绿色环保;
(2)本发明中通过设置驱动机构配合锅体,使得在熬制过程中,锅体沿水平、竖直方向有规律的传动,一方面,使得锅体底部受热均匀,避免出现局部过热而发生膏药粘结现象,提高膏药熬制的质量;另一方面,锅体内颠覆晃动的膏药与不同高度上的药材充分接触,并利用晃动时膏药的重力冲刷存料筒内的药材,使得膏药与药材充分均匀的接触,相比于传动膏药圆周转动或是上下升降,更利于药材包的接触,提高药材熬制的药性;
(3)本发明中通过设置搅拌组件配合存料筒,下层空间的药材熬制一定时间后,第二驱动单元自动启动驱动转动齿轮转动,螺杆在转动过程中,第一进料口与第二进料口间断式连通,拨动板自动将分隔板上方的粉料药材自动输入,并在定量输出后,配合圆周转动的螺杆,将粉料离心从螺杆上的出料孔自动甩出与下层空间的药材进行混合,同时结合转动的螺杆对混合后的原料进行拨拉,提高混合的均匀性;
(4)本发明中通过设置挤压机构配合动组件,利用锅体的传动,使得压块在传动过程中将位于外侧的压辊进行压紧,沿竖直方向上的若干组压辊依次配合移动,完成压辊对药材的压紧和拧合,使得药材充分被熬制,同时利用两组推动板一方面对药材进行有效空间的限位,另一方面利用往复移动的推动板配合流动的膏药,利用流动的膏药完成对药材间距的自动可调整性,提高膏药熬制效果。
综上所述,该设备具有高效熬制的优点,尤其适用于膏药技术领域。

如图1所示,一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,包括:
摇晃机构1,所述摇晃机构1包括锅体11、驱动所述锅体11进行晃动工作的驱动机构12以及配合完成所述锅体11自动出料的出料组件13;
熬制机构2,所述熬制机构2包括安装在驱动机构12上且与镂空结构的存料筒21,所述存料筒21为双层结构,上、下两层内设置有分隔板22,下层空间201内中部设置有搅拌组件25且该下层空间201圆周方向设置有挤压机构23,所述锅体11内设置有驱动所述挤压机构23进行传动的传动组件24,所述分隔板22上设有进口;
废气收集机构3,所述废气收集机构3包括与所述锅体11匹配设置的密封组件31以及对输出后废气自动收集的净化组件32。
在本实施例中,通过设置摇晃机构1配合熬制机构2,使得对不同材料的膏药进行分层次熬制,膏药与药材始终处于自动分离状态,利于后期膏药的提取以及废料的收集排出,再利用废气收集机构3,将熬制时产生的废气进行收集且保证了锅体内的恒温工作,避免能量的消耗,绿色环保。
进一步,如图2和图3所示,驱动机构12包括底座121、竖直方向安装在所述底座121上且与所述锅体11传动连接的第一传动件122以及水平方向安装在所述底座121上且与所述第一传动件122配合驱动所述锅体11倾斜晃动的第二传动件123;
所述第一传动件122包括立柱1221、转动设置在所述立柱1221上的转盘1222、与所述转盘1222铰接相连的传动轴a1223以及一端与所述传动轴a1223铰接相连且另一端与所述锅体11底部铰接相连的传动轴b1224;
所述第二传动件123包括转动设置在所述底座121上的转动杆1231、匹配转动设置在所述转动杆1231端部的滚珠1232以及一端与所述滚珠1232传动连接且另一端与所述锅体11铰接相连的连接轴1233,所述转动杆1231由第一驱动件1234驱动传动;
所述存料筒21通过支架124安装在所述底座121上,存料筒21上的圆环装滑块转动设置在所述支架124上的滑道内。
在本实施例中,通过设置驱动机构12配合锅体11,使得在熬制过程中,锅体11沿水平、竖直方向有规律的传动,一方面,使得锅体底部受热均匀,避免出现局部过热而发生膏药粘结现象,提高膏药熬制的质量;另一方面,锅体内颠覆晃动的膏药与不同高度上的药材充分接触,并利用晃动时膏药的重力冲刷存料筒21内的药材,使得膏药与药材充分均匀的接触,相比于传动膏药圆周转动或是上下升降,更利于药材包的接触,提高药材熬制的药性。
进一步,如图3所示,所述出料组件13包括与所述锅体11下端连通设置的第一出液管131以及安装在所述底座121上且位于所述第一出液管131下方的存药箱132。
在本实施例中,通过设置出料组件13配合摇晃机构1,当熬制时间达到时,第一出液管131阀门打开,锅体11内的膏药通过第一出液管131输出进入存药箱132进行收集,同时利用晃动的锅体11更快速将膏药完全输出,并且避免输出的膏药浓稠不一,混合均匀且不易在输出过程中发生离析沉淀。
进一步,如图4至图6所示,所述搅拌组件25包括:
转动件251,所述转动件251包括通过圆环2511转动设置在所述分隔板22的转动槽内且为中空结构的螺杆2512、开设在所述螺杆2512上且位于上层空间201的第一进料口2513、套设在所述螺杆2512外且与所述分隔板22上端固定连接的固定轴2514、开设在所述固定轴2514上且与所述第一进料口2513间断式连通设置的第二进料口2515以及位于所述固定轴2514上方且驱动所述螺杆2512进行转动的转动齿轮2516,所述转动齿轮2516由第二驱动单元2517驱动圆周转动,所述分隔板22倾斜向下朝向所述第二进料口2515;
进料件252,所述进料件252位于上层空间201,包括偏心设置在所述转动齿轮2516上且端部为弹性材料结构的拨动板2521、转动设置在所述存料筒21上的限位板2522以及一端与所述限位板2522连接且另一端与所述存料筒21内壁连接设置的拉簧2523。
在本实施例中,通过设置搅拌组件25配合存料筒21,下层空间的药材熬制一定时间后,第二驱动单元2517自动启动驱动转动齿轮2516转动,螺杆2512在转动过程中,第一进料口2513与第二进料口2515间断式连通,拨动板2521自动将分隔板22上方的粉料药材自动输入,并在定量输出后,配合圆周转动的螺杆,将粉料离心从螺杆上的出料孔自动甩出与下层空间的药材进行混合,同时结合转动的螺杆对混合后的原料进行拨拉,提高混合的均匀性。
需要说明的是,下层空间的药材在熬制过程中,第一进料口2513与第二进料口2515处于非连通状态。
另外,拨动板2521下端为弹性材料目前是为了圆周转动过程中与非平面的分隔板22不发生干涉现象,同时可以仅仅刮动分隔板上表面,起到刮料效果,出料完全,且分隔板22倾斜向下朝向所述第二进料口2515的目的也是利于粉料药材利用重力自动输出;
且,利用第一进料口2513一侧的限位板2522,尽可能增加更多的刮来的粉料在第一进料口2513滞留时间,利于利用斜面的出料工作。
进一步,如图7所示,所述挤压机构23包括两组对称且滑动设置在所述存料筒21上的挤压件231,该挤压件231包括沿竖直方向依次阵列设置若干组的平移单元232以及贯穿于所述平移单元232且与所述下层空间201内壁匹配设置的推动板233,所述平移单元232包括横向滑动设置在所述存料筒21上的推动轴2321、一端安装在所述存料筒21外壁且另一端与推动轴2321固定连接的弹簧2322以及两组且分别安装在所述推动轴2321两端的压辊2323,所述压辊2323为球状结构设置。
进一步,如图7所示,所述传动组件24包括安装在所述锅体11内且用于与压辊2323间断式接触设置的压块241。
在本实施例中,通过设置挤压机构23配合动组件24,利用锅体11的传动,使得压块241在传动过程中将位于外侧的压辊2323进行压紧,沿竖直方向上的若干组压辊2323依次配合移动,完成压辊2323对药材的压紧和拧合,使得药材充分被熬制,同时利用两组推动板233一方面对药材进行有效空间的限位,另一方面利用往复移动的推动板233配合流动的膏药,利用流动的膏药完成对药材间距的自动可调整性,提高膏药熬制效果。
需要说明的是,存料筒21优选为框型结构。
进一步,如图9至图11所示,所述密封组件31包括:
封盖311,所述封盖311与所述锅体11上端匹配弹性插合连接且套设在所述存料筒21外壁,,所述封盖311通过压缩簧310安装在机架上;
下压件313,所述下压件313包括安装在所述机架上的连接环3131、与所述连接环3131同轴且固定连接的伸缩板3132、设置在所述伸缩板3132下端的第一密封环3133、连接于所述第一密封环3133与连接环3131之间且位于伸缩板3132内的连接簧3135以及与所述伸缩板3132上端连接且同轴设置的第二密封环3134,所述第二密封环3134与所述存料筒21外壁贴合设置。
进一步,如图11所示,所述净化组件32包括连接于所述第二密封环3134与伸缩板3132上端之间且内设有竹炭颗粒的泡棉层321、位于所述泡棉层321下方且安装在所述伸缩板3132上的收集箱322、贯穿于所述连接环3131且与所述收集箱322连通设置的第二出液管323。
在本实施例中,通过设置密封组件31配合净化组件32,一方面,利用密封的封盖311配合锅体11,避免摇晃过程中的膏药或是后期清洁的清洁液外溢,造成车间的卫生问题且浪费原材料;另一方面,通过封盖311配合下压件313,使得熬制过程中产生的废气进行收集滞留,保温熬制的同时,对产生的废气进行净化处理,泡棉层321在摇晃过程中受到挤压,泡棉层321上的废气在受到外界空气中冷却液化,挤压下落入收集箱322内进行收集,利于废液收集且适用于制药行业的可持续发展。
详细的说,锅体11上抬时,人工压住封盖311,使得封盖311与锅体11密封连接,封盖311卡入锅体11内,然后,在连接簧3135的作用下,第一密封环3133与封盖311之间保持密封状态,配合不同水平面上的锅体,封盖311与锅体11一起晃动,产生的废气上溢,进入泡棉层321进行过滤工作,净化的废气冷却后液化进入收集箱322收集,最后收集箱322内的废液通过第二出液管323向外输出。
如图8所示,其中与实施例一中相同或相应的部件采用与实施例一相应的附图标记,为简便起见,下文仅描述与实施例一的区别点。该实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于:
进一步,如图8所示,还包括清洗机构4,所述清洗机构4包括驱动所述存料筒21圆周转动的第三驱动单元41、对锅体11内进行自动清洗的清洗组件42以及用于驱动所述摇晃机构1沿竖直方向滑动设置在机架312上的气动单元43。
进一步,如图8所示,所述清洗组件42包括蓄水箱421、与所述存料筒21连通设置的出水管422以及废水收纳箱。
在本实施例中,通过设置清洗机构4完成对一组熬制完成后的膏药的锅体11进行自动清洗工作,避免影响下次熬制时膏药的纯度及药性。
详细的说,膏药熬制后,存药箱132将膏药收集后换成废水收纳箱,然后,气动单元43将整个摇晃机构1向下移动,封盖311与锅体11上端分离,人工将存料筒21下端的出口打开,将熬制后的药材废料进行收集,杂质排除后,出口关闭,接着打开蓄水箱421,蓄水箱421内的水通过出水管422进入至存料筒21内,启动第三驱动单元41,存料筒21将水离心甩出至晃动的锅体内,完成对锅体以及存料筒21内壁的清洗工作,此时,第一出液管131将锅体内的水输出至废水收纳箱内进行收集。
将两组不同先后熬制的药材进行区分且依次放入存料筒的上层空间和下层空间内,然后启动气动单元43,锅体上移与封盖卡合,接着通过封盖上的进液口将油注入,药材泡在锅体内,锅体下方的火候打开进行熬制工作,锅体在摇晃过程中,传动组件将挤压机构进行挤压工作,完成对下层空间内的药材挤压熬制的工作,待熬制一定程度后,第二驱动单元启动驱动螺杆转动,上层空间的原料通过第二进料口自动进入第一进料口内,再由螺杆甩出与下层空间的原料进行混合熬制,待膏药全部完成熬制后,膏药输出;最后启动清洗组件42对锅体进行清洁工作。
与此同时,熬制过程中,废气移动至净化组件内进行净化处理,并将液化的废液自动输出。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前后”、“左右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的设备或部件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对发明的限制。

- 一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,包括:摇晃机构,所述摇晃机构包括锅体、驱动所述锅体进行晃动工作的驱动机构以及配合完成所述锅体自动出料的出料组件;熬制机构,所述熬制机构包括安装在驱动机构上且与镂空结构的存料筒,所述存料筒为双层结构,上、下两层内设置有分隔板,下层空间内中部设置有搅拌组件且该下层空间圆周方向设置有挤压机构,所述锅体内设置有驱动所述挤压机构进行传动的传动组件;废气收集机构,所述废气收集机构包括与所述锅体匹配设置的密封组件以及对输出后废气自动收集的净化组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括底座、竖直方向安装在所述底座上且与所述锅体传动连接的第一传动件以及水平方向安装在所述底座上且与所述第一传动件配合驱动所述锅体倾斜晃动的第二传动件;所述第一传动件包括立柱、转动设置在所述立柱上的转盘、与所述转盘铰接相连的传动轴a以及一端与所述传动轴a铰接相连且另一端与所述锅体底部铰接相连的传动轴b;所述第二传动件包括转动设置在所述底座上的转动杆、匹配转动设置在所述转动杆端部的滚珠以及一端与所述滚珠传动连接且另一端与所述锅体铰接相连的连接轴,所述转动杆由第一驱动件驱动传动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述出料组件包括与所述锅体下端连通设置的第一出液管以及安装在所述底座上且位于所述第一出液管下方的存药箱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件包括:转动件,所述转动件包括通过圆环转动设置在所述分隔板的转动槽内且为中空结构的螺杆、开设在所述螺杆上且位于上层空间的第一进料口、套设在所述螺杆外且与所述分隔板上端固定连接的固定轴、开设在所述固定轴上且与所述第一进料口间断式连通设置的第二进料口以及位于所述固定轴上方且驱动所述螺杆进行转动的转动齿轮,所述转动齿轮由第二驱动单元驱动圆周转动,所述分隔板倾斜向下朝向所述第一进料口;进料件,所述进料件位于上层空间,包括偏心设置在所述转动齿轮上且端部为弹性材料结构的拨动板、转动设置在所述存料筒上的限位板以及一端与所述限位板连接且另一端与所述存料筒内壁连接设置的拉簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述挤压机构包括两组对称且滑动设置在所述存料筒上的挤压件,该挤压件包括沿竖直方向依次阵列设置若干组的平移单元以及贯穿于所述平移单元且与所述下层空间内壁匹配设置的推动板,所述平移单元包括横向滑动设置在所述存料筒上的推动轴、一端安装在所述存料筒外壁且另一端与推动轴固定连接的弹簧以及两组且分别安装在所述推动轴两端的压辊,所述压辊为球状结构设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括安装在所述锅体内且用于与压辊间断式接触设置的压块。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述密封组件包括:封盖,所述封盖与所述锅体上端匹配弹性插合连接且套设在所述存料筒外壁,所述封盖通过压缩簧安装在机架上;下压件,所述下压件包括安装在所述机架上的连接环、与所述连接环同轴且固定连接的伸缩板、设置在所述伸缩板下端的第一密封环、连接于所述第一密封环与连接环之间且位于伸缩板内的连接簧以及与所述伸缩板上端连接且同轴设置的第二密封环,所述第二密封环与所述存料筒外壁贴合设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,所述净化组件包括连接于所述第二密封环与伸缩板上端之间且内设有竹炭颗粒的泡棉层、位于所述泡棉层下方且安装在所述伸缩板上的收集箱、贯穿于所述连接环且与所述收集箱连通设置的第二出液管。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种一体化膏药全自动制备机,其特征在于,还包括清洗机构,所述清洗机构包括驱动所述存料筒圆周转动的沥干组件、对锅体内进行自动清洗的清洗组件以及用于驱动所述摇晃机构沿竖直方向滑动设置在机架上的气动单元。
