下面结合附图所表示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3、图8所示,一种卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,包括驱动卷动窗帘上下卷动的拉珠绳1,所述拉珠绳1上设有控制拉珠绳1顺时针或逆时针循环转动的控制机构,所述控制机构包括包裹住部分拉珠绳1的一体壳体2,壳体2的一端可拆卸连接有拉珠绳1防护盖14,壳体2的另一端可拆卸连接有拉珠绕线部15,拉珠绕线部15内设有拉珠导线轮16。壳体2内设有上行腔3和下行腔4,拉珠绳1的上行段位于上行腔3内,拉珠绳1的下行段位于下行腔4内。壳体2上套设有可在壳体2上来回滑动的操作手柄5,操作手柄5上设有上行按钮7和下行按钮8,上行按钮7位于下行按钮8的上方,上行按钮7和下行按钮8上分别设有提示上行或下行的标识。
上述上行按钮7和下行按钮8的一端分别固定连接在操作壳6上,上行按钮7的另一端朝向壳体2的一面设有向壳体2垂直延伸的爪扣9,该爪扣9正对上行腔3,下行按钮8的另一端朝向壳体2的一面设有向壳体2垂直延伸的爪扣9,该爪扣9正对下行腔4。要拉起卷动窗帘时,按下上行按钮7,上行按钮7的爪扣9会嵌入拉珠绳1的两个拉珠之间,滑动操作手柄5向上,爪扣9会带动拉珠绳1上行,操作手柄5滑动到行程的上端时,释放上行按钮7,操作手柄5下滑到原来位置,如此往复操作,从而拉起卷动窗帘;当需要放下卷动窗帘时,先将操作手柄5上滑到操作手柄5行程的上端,按钮下行按钮8,操作手柄5下滑到原来位置,下行按钮8的爪扣9会带动拉珠绳1下行,如初往复操作从而将卷动窗帘放下。
上述爪扣9的直径大于拉珠绳1的绳子的直径、小于拉珠的直径,且爪扣9的厚度小于拉珠绳1上两个拉珠之间的距离,使爪扣9能轻松的进入拉珠绳1的两个拉珠之间。
上述保护机构包括滑动安装在壳体2上的两个保护盖10,其中一个保护盖10靠近操作手柄5,保护盖10均包括固定连接的第一段和第二段13,第一段和第二段13相互平行,且第一段位于第二段13的外侧,爪扣9位于第二段13的移动路径上。操作手柄5上滑过程中,靠近爪扣9的第二段13会被带动一起上滑,从而使靠近操作手柄5的保护盖10整体上滑,保护盖10的第一段12位于第二段13的外侧,从而靠近操作手柄5的保护盖12的第一段可以上滑至另一个保护盖10的第一段12的下方,保护盖10的第一段12的移动行程即为操作手柄5的移动行程。
实施例2
如图4、图5、图8所示,一种卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,本实施例和实施例1的区别在于操作壳6上设有安装操作按钮的安装槽,操作壳6上设有位于安装槽中间的挡条21,挡条21的设置方向和壳体2的长度方向相同,挡条21的宽度小于等于隔离墙17的端面的宽度,操作按钮和挡条21之间设有若干弹簧18,操作按钮的上下两端分别设有向对应侧延伸出去的卡扣19。操作按钮整体都可以被按下,按压接触面大,按压更加的方便,弹簧18可以让操作按钮按压后自动回弹。
上述操作按钮包括上行按钮7和下行按钮8,上行按钮7正对上行腔3设有向壳体2垂直延伸的拉珠绳卡接部,下行按钮8正对下行腔4设有向壳体2垂直延伸的拉珠绳卡接部,上行按钮7和下行按钮8均可垂直于壳体2方向来回移动。
上述拉珠绳卡接部为爪扣9,当操作按钮按下时,爪扣9会嵌入拉珠绳1的两个拉珠之间,滑动操作手柄5上行或下行可以带动拉珠绳1上行或下行。
上述拉珠绳卡接部也可以为多个设置在同一直线上的爪扣9,每个爪扣9对应拉珠绳1上两个相邻拉珠之间的绳子。多个爪扣9的设置可以使操作按钮和拉珠绳1的接触卡点增多,从而能够方便拉动重量比较大的窗帘。
实施例3
本实施例和实施例1或实施例2的区别在于开口侧的壳体2上设有将部分开口遮住的保护机构,保护机构和操作手柄5一起将开口完全遮住,不仅防止异物进入壳体2卡住拉珠,保护拉珠的操作安全;还可以防止拉珠从壳体2内外露被儿童拿去玩耍,造成不必要的安全隐患。上述保护机构包括滑动安装在壳体2上的两个保护盖10,其中一个保护盖10靠近操作手柄5,保护盖10均包括固定连接的第一段和第二段13,第一段和第二段13相互平行,且第一段位于第二段13的外侧,爪扣9位于第二段13的移动路径上。操作手柄5上滑过程中,靠近爪扣9的第二段13会被带动一起上滑,从而使靠近操作手柄5的保护盖10整体上滑,保护盖10的第一段12位于第二段13的外侧,从而靠近操作手柄5的保护盖12的第一段可以上滑至另一个保护盖10的第一段12的下方,保护盖10的第一段12的移动行程即为操作手柄5的移动行程。
本实用新型的实施1到实施例3中的任意一种壳体2都可以为如图9所示的第一种壳体或第二种壳体,第一种壳体的壳体和上行腔3之间、上行腔3和下行腔4之间、下行腔4和壳体2之间均设有空腔20。第二种壳体的上行腔和下行腔之间的隔离墙17为空心,可以节省壳体的材料,同时不影响壳体的体积,和第一种壳体比起来可以使壳体的体积更小。
上述第一种壳体或第二中壳体的表面还可以设有凹凸的波浪结构22,均匀的波浪结构可以增加壳体表面的摩擦力,增加握持的力度,且波浪结构22还可以在壳体碰撞的时候提供一定的保护,减轻壳体表面的碰撞接触,减轻壳体表面的碰撞擦伤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,包括驱动卷动窗帘上下转动的拉珠绳(1),其特征在于,所述拉珠绳(1)上设有控制拉珠绳(1)顺时针或逆时针循环转动的控制机构,所述控制机构包括包裹住部分拉珠绳(1)的一体壳体(2),壳体(2)上设有沿壳体(2)长度方向来回移动的能控制拉珠绳(1)运行方向的操作手柄(5),操作手柄(5)包括滑动套设在壳体(2)上的操作壳(6),操作壳(6)上设有操作按钮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述操作按钮包括上行按钮(7)和下行按钮(8),上行按钮(7)和下行按钮(8)的一端分别固定连接在操作壳(6)上,上行按钮(7)的另一端朝向壳体(2)的一面设有向壳体(2)垂直延伸的爪扣(9),该爪扣(9)正对上行腔(3),下行按钮(8)的另一端朝向壳体(2)的一面设有向壳体(2)垂直延伸的爪扣(9),该爪扣(9)正对下行腔(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述操作壳上设有安装操作按钮的安装槽,操作壳上设有位于安装槽中间的挡条(21),挡条(21)的设置方向和壳体的长度方向相同,挡条(21)的宽度小于等于隔离墙(17)的端面的宽度,操作按钮和挡条(21)之间设有若干弹簧(18),操作按钮的上下两端分别设有向对应侧延伸出去的卡扣(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述操作按钮包括上行按钮(7)和下行按钮(8),上行按钮(7)正对上行腔(3)设有向壳体(2)垂直延伸的拉珠绳卡接部,下行按钮(8)正对下行腔(3)设有向壳体(2)垂直延伸的拉珠绳卡接部,上行按钮(7)和下行按钮(8)均可垂直于壳体方向来回移动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述拉珠绳卡接部为一个爪扣(9)或多个设置在同一直线上的爪扣(9),每个爪扣(9)对应拉珠绳(1)上两个相邻拉珠之间的绳子。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述开口侧的壳体(2)上设有将部分开口遮住的保护机构,保护机构和操作手柄(5)一起将开口完全遮住,所述保护机构包括至少两个滑动安装在壳体(2)上的保护盖(10),保护盖(12)均包括固定连接的第一段和第二段(13),第一段和第二段(13)相互平行,且第一段位于第二段(13)的外侧,爪扣(9)位于第二段(13)的移动路径上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)内设有相互隔离的上行腔(3)和下行腔(4),上行腔(3)和下行腔(4)朝向操作手柄(5)的一侧开口,上行腔(3)和下行腔(4)之间形成隔离墙(17);拉珠绳(1)的上行段位于上行腔(3)内,拉珠绳(1)的下行段位于下行腔(4)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)和上行腔(3)之间、上行腔和下行腔(4)之间、下行腔(4)和壳体(2)之间均设有空腔(20)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述上行腔(3)和下行腔(4)之间的隔离墙(17)为空心。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的卷动窗帘安全防护操作结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)的表面设有凹凸的波浪结构(22)。
