继续参阅图1、图2所示,控制器3连接有模式切换模块8,用以控制电机的工作模式;工作模式至少包括普通模式和智能定速模式,普通模式用以根据开关扳机51的接通行程量来控制电机2的实时运行速度;智能定速模式用以根据开关定速模块5、转速显示模块6和定速提示模块7来设定目标运行速度;模式切换模块8至少包括模式按键81,且通过模式按键81控制电机2在普通模式 与智能定速模式之间进行切换。
参阅图3所示,本发明提供一种电动工具调速方法,该方法基于电动工具调速系统,包括以下步骤:
S1:电动工具上电,进入普通模式,该模式下通过按压开关扳机51的接通行程量来控制实时运行速度,其中,普通模式为电动工具上电时的初始默认模式;
S2:通过按压模式按键81将普通模式切换为智能定速模式,该模式下通过不断调整按压开关扳机51的接通行程量并监测显示器61呈现的预设运行速度,直至预设运行速度等于目标运行速度;
S3:智能定速模式下,当预设运行速度等于目标运行速度且持续时间小于持续时间阈值时,LED灯711呈持续闪烁状态或语音播放器721发出目标运行速度处于设定中状态的提示;
S4:当预设运行速度等于目标运行速度且持续时间大于或等于持续时间阈值时,LED灯711呈常亮状态或语音播放器721发出目标运行速度处于设定完状态的提示,然后松开开关扳机51,其中,在目标运行速度设定过程中,电动工具处于停止状态;
S5:再次按下开关扳机51后松开,电动工具以目标运行速度运行;
S6:再次按下开关扳机51后松开,电动工具停机;
S7:再次按压模式81按键,智能定速模式切换为普通模式。
其中,当预设运行速度与目标运行速度不相等时,LED灯711呈持续闪烁状态或语音播放器721发出目标运行速度处于设定中状态的提示。
本实施例中,目标运行速度的设定状态还可以通过显示器61进行显示,如显示器61上显示设定中状态或设定完状态。
本实施例中,当电动工具处于智能定速模式下且需要更换另一目标运行速度时,可通过以下两种方案操作:(1)先按压模式按键81,将智能定速模式切换为普通模式;再次按压模式按键81,将普通模式切换为智能定速模式,再进行另一目标运行速度的设定;(2)电动工具停机,通过按压开关扳机51且保持开关扳机51按压状态2s~3s,直接进入目标运行速度设定中状态,然后按照步骤S3进行重新设定另一目标运行速度。
本发明的调速工作原理为:
(1)普通模式:操作人员根据电动工具运行速度使用需求,实时调整开关扳机51的接通行程量,进而达到调节电动工具实时运行速度的目的;
(2)智能定速模式(假设目标运行速度为V0,预设运行速度为V1,持续时间阈值为T0,持续时间为T1):通过不断调整按压开关扳机51的接通行程量来调节V1,直至V1等于V0,该调速过程中,LED灯711呈持续闪烁状态或语音播放器721发出V0处于设定中状态的提示;当V1等于V0且T1小于T0时,LED灯711呈持续闪烁状态或语音播放器721发出目标运行速度处于设定中状态的提示;当V1等于V0且T1大于或等于T0时,LED灯711呈常亮状态或语音播放器721发出V0处于设定完状态的提示,然后松开开关扳机51,V0设定完毕。
本发明在电动工具上增加了智能定速模式,通过开关定速模块5、转速显示模块6和定速提示模块7三者配合来设定目标运行速度,方便、快捷,能够满足操作人员对电动工具在特定时间内且以特定的运行速度转动的实际需求,尤其对于长时间连续使用电动工具的操作人员来说,无需长时间按压开关扳机51,释放操作人员手指,降低劳动强度,使得操作人员不易疲乏,极大地提高了工作效率,同时操作人员的使用舒适度得到了极大地提高;此外,本发明改变传 统普通模式调速的单一方式,通过模式按键81使得电动工具在普通模式与智能定速模式之间进行切换,双模式操作能够满足客户的不同使用需求,其灵活度较高。
本发明应用于如电钻、冲击起子机等电动工具上,参阅如图4所示的电钻。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式,本领域普通技术人员可以很容易地理解到,在不脱离本发明原理和范畴的前提下,本发明的一种电动工具调速系统及方法还有其他很多的替代方案,本发明的保护范围以权利要求书的内容为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动工具调速系统,包括电源模块、电机、控制器和逆变器,所述电源模块与所述逆变器相连,所述逆变器与所述电机、所述控制器相连;其特征在于:所述控制器与开关定速模块、转速显示模块和定速提示模块相连;所述开关定速模块至少包括与所述控制器连接的开关扳机,且根据所述开关扳机的接通行程量来设定所述电机的目标运行速度;所述转速显示模块用以显示所述电机的预设运行速度;所述定速提示模块用以提示所述目标运行速度的设定状态;所述目标运行速度设定完毕后,所述电动工具再次启动时以所述目标运行速度运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述转速显示模块至少包括与所述控制器连接的显示器,且通过所述显示器呈现所述预设运行速度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述定速提示模块采用指示灯模块、语音提示模块中的至少一个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述指示灯模块至少包括LED灯,且通过所述LED灯显示所述目标运行速度的设定状态;所述语音提示模块至少包括语音播放器,且通过所述语音播放器提示所述目标运行速度的设定状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述目标运行速度的设定状态至少包括设定中状态、设定完状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述开关扳机采用可变电阻式开关。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述控制器至少包括运算模块、与所述运算模块连接的存储单元和计时单元,所述存储单元内 存储有与所述开关扳机的接通行程量相对应的所述预设运行速度、按压所述开关扳机且保持所述开关扳机的接通行程量不变的持续时间阈值;
    所述运算模块用以计算所述开关扳机的接通行程量,并与所述预设运行速度作对照以获取所述目标运行速度;
    所述计时单元用以计数按压所述开关扳机且保持所述开关扳机的接通行程量不变的持续时间;
    所述运算模块还用以比较所述持续时间与所述持续时间阈值的大小来控制所述目标运行速度的设定状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述控制器连接有模式切换模块,用以控制所述电机的工作模式;所述工作模式至少包括普通模式和智能定速模式,所述普通模式用以根据所述开关扳机的接通行程量来控制所述电机的实时运行速度;所述智能定速模式用以根据所述开关定速模块、所述转速显示模块和所述定速提示模块来设定所述目标运行速度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动工具调速系统,其特征在于:所述模式切换模块至少包括模式按键,且通过所述模式按键控制所述电机在所述普通模式与所述智能定速模式之间进行切换。
  10. 一种电动工具调速方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1:电动工具上电,进入普通模式;
    S2:通过控制模式按键将普通模式切换为智能定速模式,通过不断调整按压开关扳机的接通行程量并监测显示器呈现的预设运行速度,直至预设运行速度等于目标运行速度;
    S3:智能定速模式下,当预设运行速度等于目标运行速度且持续时间小于持续时间阈值时,LED灯呈持续闪烁状态或语音播放器发出目标运行速度处于 设定中状态的提示;
    S4:当预设运行速度等于目标运行速度且持续时间大于或等于持续时间阈值时,LED灯呈常亮状态或语音播放器发出目标运行速度处于设定完状态的提示,然后松开开关扳机;
    S5:再次按下开关扳机后松开,电动工具以目标运行速度运行。
