本发明涉及压燃式发动机助燃技术领域,为了解决现有技术由于甲醇不能直接压燃从而影响发动机直接使用甲醇的问题,提供了一种发动机的热面助燃系统,包括热面点火器,用于对发动机燃油进行点火;控制器,用于对热面点火器进行温度控制,还能与发动机的ECU通讯,用于接收ECU的控制信号和预设温度值,并根据接收到的控制信号以及预设温度值控制热面点火器的启动或关闭。液化天然气等汽化潜热高或着火温度高燃料在压燃式发动机上应用时,也面临相同的问题,本发明也适用。

Description

发动机的热面助燃系统 技术领域
本发明涉及压燃式发动机助燃技术领域,具体为一种发动机的热面助燃系统。
背景技术
发动机作为一种能够将其他形式的能转化为机械能的机器,被广泛运用到各行各业中。其中,内燃机是一种通过使燃料在机器内部燃烧,并将其放出的热能直接转换为动力的热力发动机。目前由于石油资源非常紧张,而甲醇作为煤化工,它的成本低廉;同时,甲醇燃烧无碳烟、低氮氧化合物,排放远优于常规车用燃油,非常适合作为发动机的替代能源。
但甲醇材料本身具有汽化潜热极大、着火温度高等特点,如直接喷入压燃式发动机的燃烧室,燃料将无法点燃。而世界上现有的甲醇+柴油双燃料技术方案,存在:甲醇使用占比不高,从而燃料成本节约有限、排放水平提高有限,但系统复杂、升级硬件成本过高等问题,无法形成市场。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种发动机的热面助燃系统,以解决现有技术由于甲醇不能直接压燃从而影响发动机直接使用甲醇的问题。
本发明提供基础方案是:发动机的热面助燃系统,包括热面点火器,用于对发动机燃料进行点火;控制器,用于对热面点火器进行温度控制,还能与发动机的ECU通讯,用于接收ECU的控制信号和预设温度值,并根据接收到的控制信号以及预设温度值控制热面点火器的启动或关闭。
基础方案的有益效果是:在将甲醇作为压燃式发动机的燃料使用过程中,由于甲醇燃料本身的自燃温度比较高,所以在采用压燃式发动机时,难以对其进行压燃燃烧,从而也就出现无法正常点火和使用的问题。而且,甲醇在喷入发动机后如果不能够快速着火点燃,未燃甲醇将沿气缸壁下流,破坏气缸壁表面的润滑油膜,从而加大气缸的磨损,还会与发动机润滑系统的润滑油形成乳液状,降低润滑油对发动机各部分的润滑效果,从而会导致发动机各部分磨损加快,最终导致发动机使用寿命缩短。
因此本方案中利用热面助燃系统对甲醇进行助燃,使得甲醇能够顺利点火,从而保证发动机在直接使用甲醇的情况下也能正常使用,不受工况和环境变化的影响。而且甲醇的顺利点燃也能够避免因为未燃甲醇进入发动机内部而导致发动机寿命缩短的问题,还能够延长发动机的使用寿命。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选,还包括有测温热电偶,用于检测热面点火器的点火温度值;控制器还接收点火温度值,并与预设温度值进行比较,在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时控制热面点火器提高点火温度,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时控制热面点火器降低点火温度。有益效果:本方案中,利用测温热电偶与控制器的配合还能够实现热面点火器的控温效果,从而进一步保证发动机的正常启动。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选,测温热电偶内置于热面点火器设置。有益效果:本方案中,将测温热电偶内置与热面点火器的设置提高了对热面点火器测温的准确性,从而能够保证对热面点火器的精准控温。
优选方案三:作为基础方案至优选方案二中任一方案的优选,热面点火器为陶瓷点火器。有益效果:由于陶瓷耐腐蚀、寿命长、不易氧化,适合于特殊场景的更高要求使用。
优选方案四:作为优选方案二的优选,在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时,控制器控制热面点火器的电路升压,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时,控制器控制热面点火器的电路降压。有益效果:本方案中,通过控制热面点火器电路中电压的升降来实现热面点火器的点火温度的升降,操作简单。
优选方案五:作为优选方案四的优选,热面点火器的电路中设置有电压控制器,用于控制热面点火器电压的升降。有益效果:本方案中,利用设置在热面点火器电路中的电压控制器实现对热面点火器电压的升降,结构简单。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:热面助燃系统10、供油系统1、ECU2、控制器3、热面点火器4、活塞5、发动机6、喷油系统7。
实施例基本如附图1所示:发动机的热面助燃系统10,包括热面点火器4,用于对发动机6的ECU2燃料进行点火;本实施例中,热面点火器4为陶瓷点火器。
内置于热面点火器4的测温热电偶,用于检测热面点火器4的点火温度值;
控制器3,与发动机6的ECU2的ECU通讯,用于接收ECU的控制信号和预设温度值,并根据接收到的控制信号控制热面点火器4的启动或关闭;还接收点火温度值,并与预设温度值进行比较,在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时控制热面点火器4提高点火温度,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时控制热面点火器4降低点火温度。
具体的,在热面点火器4的电路中设置有用于热面点火器4电压升降的电压控制器3,在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时,控制器3控制电压控制器3升压,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时,控制器3控制电压控制器3降压。
具体实施过程如下:本实施例中的热面助燃系统10在使用前,需要先将热面点火器4的加热端伸入直喷式发动机6的ECU2的气缸内,加热端位于活塞5上方。使用时,发动机6ECU2的供油系统1进行燃料的提供,然后由喷油系统7将燃料喷入气缸内,在将燃料喷入气缸的同时,发动机6ECU2ECU发送启动信号给控制器3,控制器3控制热面点火器4启动,热面点火器4加热端温度升高,对燃料进行热面助燃点火。本实施例中,燃料为甲醇。

Claims (6)

  1. 发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:包括热面点火器,用于对发动机燃料进行点火;
    控制器,用于对热面点火器进行温度控制,还能与发动机的ECU通讯,用于接收ECU的控制信号和预设温度值,并根据接收到的控制信号以及预设温度值控制所述热面点火器的启动或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:还包括有测温热电偶,用于检测所述热面点火器的点火温度值;
    所述控制器还接收所述点火温度值,并与预设温度值进行比较,在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时控制所述热面点火器提高点火温度,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时控制所述热面点火器降低点火温度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:所述测温热电偶内置于所述热面点火器设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:所述热面点火器为陶瓷点火器。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:在比较出点火温度值小于预设温度值时,所述控制器控制所述热面点火器的电路升压,在比较出点火温度值大于预设温度值时,所述控制器控制所述热面点火器的电路降压。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发动机的热面助燃系统,其特征在于:所述热面点火器的电路中设置有电压控制器,用于控制所述热面点火器电压的升降。
