Description

外接容器及液体加热烹饪设备 技术领域
本申请涉及烹饪设备,具体涉及一种应用于液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器。
背景技术
液体加热烹饪设备为一类通过加热液体进而加热食材的烹饪设备,如低温慢煮机或恒温慢煮机。该烹饪设备通常包括烹饪主机和水箱,并通过烹饪主机内部的加热装置对水箱中的液体进行加热,进而煮熟放置于水箱内的食材。
在利用循环式液体加热烹饪设备进行烹饪时,会将食材封装在真空袋内,然后将封装有食材的真空袋置于水箱内进行烹煮。
其中,真空袋的作用是封装食物并使食物可以浸泡在液体(通常为水)中完成烹饪。现有方式中通常采用的方法是,格外增加一个带分隔的架子,把包好食物的真空袋放到架子上,让食材分隔开。但,因为真空袋在液体中会产生漂浮效果,往往导致各真空袋之间相互移动并贴近,进而无法保证食物的每一面都能够均匀的受热,这将影响食材的口感。
技术问题
本申请主要提供一种用于循环式液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器、一种用于液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器及一种液体加热烹饪设备,从而展示一种能够使食材存放单元被装配在指定位置的结构。
技术解决方案
基于上述目的,本申请一种实施例中提供一种用于循环式液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器,包括箱体,所述箱体具有至少一个容纳腔、至少一个用于连接烹饪主机的对接口和至少一个第一可拆卸连接部,所述容纳腔用于容纳液体和装有食材的食材存放单元;所述对接口与所述容纳腔连通,以使所述容纳腔能够通过所述对接口与所述烹饪主机建立液体流动通道,所述第一可拆卸连接部具有能够与所述食材存放单元可拆卸连接的结构,以将所述食材存放单元连接在所述箱体的指定位置。
一种实施例中,所述第一可拆卸连接部为多个,其相互分离地分布在所述容纳腔内和/或容纳腔之外。
一种实施例中,所述容纳腔的顶端敞开,至少部分所述第一可拆卸连接部围绕所述容纳腔的敞开处分布。

基于上述目的,本申请一种实施例中提供一种液体加热烹饪设备,包括烹饪主机和如上述任一项所述的外接容器,所示烹饪主机包括对接管路组件和加热装置,所述对接管路组件能够与所述外接容器的对接口可拆卸的连通,以将所述外接容器内的液体引入所述对接管路组件以及将所述对接管路组件内加热的液体排出至所述外接容器;所述加热装置用于对所述对接管路组件送入的液体进行加热。
一种实施例中,还包括食材存放单元,所述食材存放单元具有主体,所述主体具有食材存放腔以及第二可拆卸连接部,所述食材存放腔用于存放食材,所述第二可拆卸连接部能够与所述外接容器的所述第一可拆卸连接部连接所述第二可拆卸连接部具有第二插接配合结构、第二卡接结构、第二可拆卸粘接结构、第二螺接结构和第二磁吸结构中的至少一种。

依据上述实施例的外接容器中,其箱体具有至少一个容纳腔和至少一个第一可拆卸连接部。对应的食材存放单元可容纳在容纳腔内,并且该食材存放单元具有第二可拆卸连接部,第二可拆卸连接部能够与外接容器的第一可拆卸连接部连接,从而将食材存放单元固定连接到箱体的指定位置。在烹饪过程中,食材存放单元一直连接在第一可拆卸连接部所在位置,减少了食材存放单元在容纳腔内的乱动情况。当用户可以根据需求而设置食材存放单元的具体放置位置时,能够保证整个烹饪过程中,食材存放单元都在用户所期望的位置进行加热,提高对食材烹饪效果的可控性。

本申请提供了一种用于液体加热烹饪设备,该液体加热烹饪设备既可以是一种循环式液体加热烹饪设备,也可以是一种非循环式液体加热烹饪设备,例如搅拌式液体加热烹饪设备。
其中,以循环式液体加热烹饪设备为例,该循环式液体加热烹饪设备通常包括烹饪主机,该烹饪主机可以是台式结构(如某些低温慢煮机或恒温慢煮机),也可以是棒式结构(如某些低温慢煮棒或恒温慢煮棒)。该烹饪主机通过持续加热外接容器内的液体,进而加热置于液体中的食材,例如,该烹饪主机可以是但不限于低温慢煮机或恒温慢煮机等。该外接容器可作为循环式液体加热烹饪设备的一部分,也可作为独立于循环式液体加热烹饪设备的装置,与循环式液体加热烹饪设备配合使用。
该外接容器用来容纳装有食材的食材存放单元(例如抽真空袋)。该外接容器通常外接在烹饪主机之外。外接容器中可装有液体,液体通常为水(此时外接容器也可称为水箱),当然外接容器内也可根据烹饪需求的不同而存放其他液体。该烹饪主机与外接容器形成循环式的液体通道,以便将液体抽入到烹饪主机内进行加热并将烹饪主机内加热后的液体排出到外接容器内。
请参考图1-5,本实施例提供了一种外接容器100。该外接容器100包括箱体110,该箱体110可以为一个一体成型的结构(例如注塑成型的塑料箱体等),也可由多个零部件组合而成。该箱体110具有至少一个容纳腔111和至少一个用于连接烹饪主机的对接口112。
该容纳腔111用于容纳液体和装有食材的食材存放单元200。容纳腔111通常具有一个取放食材存放单元200以及食材的开口,在图2-5所示实施例中,该容纳腔111的顶端敞开,用户可从容纳腔111的顶端取放食材和食材存放单元200。当然,在其他实施例中,该开口也可能设置在其他部位,例如箱体110的侧面,甚至底面。当该开口设置于底面或侧面较低的部分时,可以先放入食材存放单元200,然后将开口密封,之后再通过其他注液口注入液体到容纳腔111内。
该对接口112与容纳腔111连通,以使容纳腔111能够通过对接口112与烹饪主机建立液体流动通道。该对接口112可以分为进口和出口两种,也可以为一个同时用作进水和出水的接口。外接容器100内的液体经过该对接口112实现与烹饪主机的对接,从而将容纳腔111内的液体引入至烹饪主机,并将烹饪主机内加热后的液体通过引入至外接容器100。通常,该对接口112可以位于箱体110的外侧,以便于与烹饪主机对接。当然,该对接口112也可设置在箱体110的内侧或其他位置。
该食材存放单元200(例如抽真空袋或者其他可以实现同样功能的部件)则用来直接存放食材,尤其是当食材需要进行抽真空处理时,需要食材存放单元200提供一个真空环境,这时候可以通过抽取气体或挤压气体排出的方式,使食材存放单元200具有真空或低压环境,以便于帮助食材经过烹饪后获得更好的口感。
在烹饪过程中,该食材存放单元200连同食材被放置于外接容器100内,但是液体加热后的翻滚容易导致食材存放单元200在外接容器100内无序的移动,这种移动往往导致部分食材存放单元200之间贴合,导致食材不能均匀的受热,这将直接影响到食材烹饪后的口感。
针对此问题,请参考图2-5,该实施例中,该箱体110还具有至少一个第一可拆卸连接部113。该第一可拆卸连接部113具有能够与食材存放单元200可拆卸连接的结构,以将食材存放单元200连接在箱体110的指定位置。
对应地,为了实现与箱体110可拆卸连接,请参考图6-8,该实施例中,食材存放单元200具有主体210,该主体210具有食材存放腔(图中未标示出)以及第二可拆卸连接部220。该食材存放腔用于存放食材,第二可拆卸连接部220则能够与外接容器100的第一可拆卸连接部113连接。
图6-8所示的食材存放单元200为真空袋,该主体210具有排气口230,排气口230与食材存放腔连通,可通过气体抽吸装置抽取食材存放腔内的气体,从而使食材存放腔内形成真空或低压。该食材存放腔具有用于取放食材的开口,该开口一侧设有密封链条240进行密封。可以理解地,排气口230可以设置有气体单向阀组件,使得气体只能从食材存放腔内流向真空袋外,不能从真空袋外流入食材存放腔内。当然,在其他实施例中,该食材存放单元200也可为其他结构,例如不用抽真空的袋体结构等。
该第二可拆卸连接部220能够与外接容器100的第一可拆卸连接部113连接,从而将食材存放单元200固定连接到箱体110的指定位置。这种可拆卸连接既可以稳固地将食材存放单元200定位在箱体110上,又方便用户拆装食材存放单元200。在烹饪过程中,食材存放单元200一直连接在第一可拆卸连接部113所在位置,尽管随着液体温度的升高,液体会产生流动,这或许将导致食材存放单元200产生些许晃动,但最终食材存放单元200的固定位置不会发生改变,因而减少了食材存放单元200在容纳腔111内移动的情况。当用户根据需求而设置食材存放单元200的具体放置位置时,整个烹饪过程中食材存放单元200都在用户所期望的位置进行加热,提高对食材烹饪效果的可控性。
为了简化第一可拆卸连接部113的结构,一种实施例中,在食材存放单元200装配到第一可拆卸连接部113时,第一可拆卸连接部113与食材存放单元200的内部不连通。该第一可拆卸连接部113仅仅起到连接和限位作用。
为了提供更多装配位置,请参考图2-5,一些实施例中,该第一可拆卸连接部113为多个,其相互分离地分布在箱体110上。当用户期望各食材存放单元200之间不接触、不贴合时,可以将不同食材存放单元200可拆卸地安装在不同位置的第一可拆卸连接部113上,保证各食材存放单元200之间处于分离状态,各食材存放单元200内食材各面均匀受热。
该第一可拆卸连接部113可以分布在容纳腔111内和/或容纳腔111之外,即,当食材存放单元200置于容纳腔111内后,可直接从容纳腔111内和/或容纳腔111以外的地方来可拆卸地安装食材存放单元200。
请参考图2-4,一种实施例中,至少部分第一可拆卸连接部113围绕容纳腔111的敞开处分布。这些第一可拆卸连接部113之间可间隔相同距离,也可间隔不同距离设置。该敞开处设于箱体110的顶部,第一可拆卸连接部113围绕该敞开处设置时,也位于箱体110的顶部,可方便用户装拆食材存放单元200。该第一可拆卸连接部113围绕容纳腔111设置,便于充分利用容纳腔111的空间,将食材存放单元200放置在容纳腔111的不同位置,因此在保证互不干扰的前提下,还能够放入更多的食材存放单元200。
更具体地,请参考图2-4,箱体110具有围绕容纳腔111的敞开处设置的顶壁115,至少部分第一可拆卸连接部113设于顶壁115上。该顶壁115可被设置为平面,当然,也可设置为非平面,以满足其他要求。
该顶壁115具有至少一对相对设置的侧边,相对设置的侧边上均设有第一可拆卸连接部113,且在相对设置的侧边之间,第一可拆卸连接部113相互错开,以增加食材存放单元200的装配数量。如图3和4所示,该箱体110为长方体形状,该箱体110的两个长边1151和两个短边1152分别形成一对相对设置的侧边,其中,两个长边1151上的第一可拆卸连接部113错开设置,因此可充分利用容纳腔111空间,放入更多的食材存放单元200。当然,该两个短边1152因为相隔较远,错开设置的效果并不明显,因此其上的第一可拆卸连接部113可选择不错开,也可选择错开。而且,两个短边1152的方向可以放置更大的食材存放单元200,例如,将一个或多个食材存放单元200横向的固定在一个或两个短边1152上。由于横向的长度更长,为了更好地固定,一种实施例中,该第一可拆卸连接部113可以对称设置,即不相互错开,而食材存放单元200上的第二可拆卸连接部220数量可以为两个,且分别设置在食材存放单元200的两端,这样使得食材存放单元200的两端能够分别与两侧短边1152上的第一可拆卸连接部113连接,将同一个食材存放单元200分别连接在两个短边1152之上。
当然,箱体110也可为其他形状,例如正方体、圆柱形,或者横截面为其他多边形、椭圆形或异形的结构。
请参考图5,另一种实施例中,也可至少部分第一可拆卸连接部113分布在容纳腔111的侧腔壁和/或底腔壁上。图5中,该第一可拆卸连接部113设于容纳腔111的底腔壁上。
当第一可拆卸连接部113分布在容纳腔111的侧腔壁时,其也可围绕容纳腔111的周向分布,便于充分利用容纳腔111的空间,将食材存放单元200放置在容纳腔111的不同位置,因此在保证互不干扰的前提下,还能够放入更多的食材存放单元200。
该侧腔壁也可具有至少一对相对设置的侧壁,相对设置的侧壁上均设有第一可拆卸连接部113,且在相对设置的侧壁之间,第一可拆卸连接部113相互错开,以增加食材存放单元200的装配数量。该实施例下,食材存放单元200的排列效果可参考图3和4所示效果。
该第一可拆卸连接部113和第二可拆卸连接部220之间的可拆卸连接可通过各类可拆卸连接结构实现,只要能够保证两者连接后,食材存放单元200在液体烹煮过程中不会从第一可拆卸连接部113上脱离即可。例如,该第一可拆卸连接部113具有第一插接配合结构、第一卡接结构、第一可拆卸粘接结构、第一螺接结构和第一磁吸结构中的至少一种。对应地,第二可拆卸连接部220具有第二插接配合结构、第二卡接结构、第二可拆卸粘接结构、第二螺接结构和第二磁吸结构中的至少一种。该第一插接配合结构和第二插接配合结构插接配合,尤其是可以插接过盈配合,从而提供更好的固定效果。该第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构相互卡接,例如通过卡扣相互扣合。该第一可拆卸粘接结构和第二可拆卸粘接结构相互粘接,例如可采用魔术贴或类似结构粘接。第一螺接结构和第二螺接结构相互螺接,例如可通过螺栓或螺钉进行固定。该第一磁吸结构和第二磁吸结构相互磁吸固定。
作为插接配合结构的一种示例,该第一插接配合结构可具有沿箱体110竖向设置的第一凸起结构和/或第一凹陷结构,第二插接配合结构包括沿食材存放单元200竖向设置的第二凸起结构和/或第二凹陷结构,以实现与第一可拆卸连接部113在竖向上的插接过盈配合。在烹饪时,因为液体流动对食材存放单元200产生的位移多是横向移动和上下浮动,食材存放单元200与第一可拆卸连接部113是过盈配合,食材存放单元200不会松动,也不会漂浮。而对于用户来说,装配食材存放单元200时,只需要将食材存放单元200从上向下放置到第二卡接结构,卡紧即可,操作简单。需拿走食材存放单元200时,用户直接向上提起食材存放单元200即可,取放食材存放单元200都非常方便。
请参考图2以及图5-8,作为一种具体可拆卸连接的示例,该第一凹陷结构包括装配腔1131,第二凸起结构包括凸起设置的凸起部221和连接凸起部221的连杆222,在图7中,该凸起部221为一个凸头。装配腔1131用于容置食材存放单元200上的凸起部221,装配腔1131与容纳腔111连通,第一可拆卸连接部113具有用于阻止凸起部221向容纳腔111移动的阻挡部,以阻止凸起部221以及整个食材存放单元200在装配腔1131中向容纳腔111一侧移动。该凸起部221尺寸可略大于装配腔1131,从而形成过盈配合(紧配合),不仅起到限位作用,还起到快速固定作用。
请参考图2,一种实施例中,该装配腔1131通过缩口槽1132与容纳腔111连通,缩口槽1132的宽度小于装配腔1131以及凸起部221的宽度,从而形成一个T形结构。因此,该缩口槽1132的槽壁可形成上述的阻挡部,以阻止食材存放单元200向容纳腔111移动。请参考图7,该凸起部221的宽度大于连杆222的宽度,也形成一个T形结构。该凸起部221可卡入至并限制于装配腔1131内,连杆222卡入缩口槽1132内。
请参考图2,该实施例中,该装配腔1131具有圆形或半圆形的横截面,而如图7所示,对应的凸起部221也具有圆形或半圆的横截面,这种具有圆滑过渡的装配腔1131和凸起部221可以快速的实现插接配合。
当然,一些实施例中,该装配腔1131和凸起部221也可具有其他变形,例如,该凸起部221和连杆222的横截面可形成标准的T字形(如图9a所示),或凸起部221的横截面为一个外大内小的梯形面(如图9b所示,该形状也统称为T形结构)。对应地,装配腔1131和缩口槽1132则采用与凸起部221和连杆222匹配的形状。
请参考图7,一种实施例中,该第二可拆卸连接部220包括前固定座224和后固定座223,该后固定座223与凸起部221和连杆222固定连接或一体成型。该主体210上设有安装孔211,后固定座223通过螺柱225穿过该安装孔211后,与前固定座224上的螺孔226固定,从而将凸起部221与主体210其他部分固定连接。当然,这只是示出了第二可拆卸连接部220的一种示例,在其他实施例中,第二可拆卸连接部220也可采用其他结构与主体210的其他部分连接,如粘接、焊接、卡接等。
作为可拆卸连接的另一种示例,该第一可拆卸连接部113和第二可拆卸连接部220之间采用磁性吸合固定,这样既方便快速将食材存放单元200装配到箱体110上,也方便用户快速的取放食材存放单元200,而且磁性吸合本身具有一定程度的导向效果,当食材存放单元200靠近箱体110时,可自动吸附。
请参考图5,一种实施例中,该第一可拆卸连接部113为能够磁性吸合食材存放单元200的磁性件和/或能够被食材存放单元200磁性吸合的被磁吸件。对应地,该第二磁吸结构具有能够磁性吸合第一可拆卸连接部113的磁性件和/或能够被第一可拆卸连接部113磁性吸合的被磁吸件(图中未示出)。
其中,磁性件是指本身具有磁性的部件,例如可以是磁铁或电磁铁等。而被磁吸件则是指本身不具有磁性,但能够被磁性件吸附的部件,例如能够被磁性件吸附的金属件或其他部件。
图5中,该磁性件和/或被磁吸件设于容纳腔111的底腔壁,而在其他实施例中,该磁性件和/或被磁吸件也可设置在上述第一可拆卸连接部113的各个位置处。
进一步地,再回到图3中上述围绕容纳腔111所设置的顶壁115上,为了使该顶壁115更好的与其他部件配合(例如当该外接容器100具有盖体120时,如图1所示,为了顶壁115能够更好的与盖体120贴合),可使得第一可拆卸连接部113低于顶壁115或与顶壁115齐平。同时,该第一可拆卸连接部113的结构设置为:当食材存放单元200安装于第一可拆卸连接部113时,食材存放单元200低于顶壁115或与顶壁115齐平。即,如图3所示,当食材存放单元200安装到顶壁115后,食材存放单元200的上端不高于顶壁115所在平面。如图1所示,该外接容器100可具有盖体120,该盖体120封盖在箱体110上。此时,该盖体120可贴合到箱体110上,并更好的与顶壁115贴合,并封闭容纳腔111。
请参考图1和2,一种实施例中,该箱体110设有把手114,以便用户单独移动箱体110。
当然,上述各实施例所示的外接容器100也可应用到其他类型的液体加热烹饪设备中,例如非循环式液体加热设备。具体地,例如某些低温慢煮棒或恒温慢煮棒可直接插入到外接容器100的容纳腔111进行加热,此时,外接容器100可不具有上述的对接口112,这些低温慢煮棒或恒温慢煮棒属于液体加热烹饪设备,但不属于循环式液体加热设备,不需要与容纳腔111形成连通的液体通道。
虽然在各种实施例中已经示出了本文的原理,但是许多特别适用于特定环境和操作要求的结构、布置、比例、元件、材料和部件的修改可以在不脱离本披露的原则和范围内使用。以上修改和其他改变或修正将被包含在本文的范围之内。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种用于循环式液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器, 其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体具有至少一个容纳腔、至少一个用于连接烹饪主机的对接口和至少一个第一可拆卸连接部,所述容纳腔用于容纳液体和装有食材的食材存放单元;所述对接口与所述容纳腔连通,以使所述容纳腔能够通过所述对接口与所述烹饪主机建立液体流动通道,所述第一可拆卸连接部具有能够与所述食材存放单元可拆卸连接的结构,以将所述食材存放单元连接在所述箱体的指定位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸连接部为多个,其相互分离地分布在所述容纳腔内和/或容纳腔之外。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的顶端敞开,至少部分所述第一可拆卸连接部围绕所述容纳腔的敞开处分布。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述箱体具有围绕所述容纳腔的敞开处设置的顶壁,至少部分所述第一可拆卸连接部设于所述顶壁上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述顶壁具有至少一对相对设置的侧边,所述相对设置的侧边上均设有所述第一可拆卸连接部,且在所述相对设置的侧边上,所述第一可拆卸连接部相互错开,以增加所述食材存放单元的装配数量。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸连接部低于所述顶壁或与所述顶壁齐平;所述第一可拆卸连接部的结构设置为:当所述食材存放单元安装于所述第一可拆卸连接部时,所述食材存放单元低于所述顶壁或与所述顶壁齐平。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的外接容器,其特征在于,至少部分所述第一可拆卸连接部分布在所述容纳腔的侧腔壁和/或底腔壁上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述侧腔壁具有至少一对相对设置的侧壁,所述相对设置的侧壁上均设有所述第一可拆卸连接部,且在所述相对设置的侧壁之间,所述第一可拆卸连接部相互错开,以增加所述食材存放单元的装配数量。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸连接部具有沿所述箱体竖向设置的第一凸起结构和/或第一凹陷结构,以实现与所述食材存放单元在竖向上的插接过盈配合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一凹陷结构包括装配腔,所述装配腔用于容置所述食材存放单元上的凸起部,所述装配腔与所述容纳腔连通,所述第一可拆卸连接部具有用于阻止所述凸起部向所述容纳腔移动的阻挡部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述装配腔通过缩口槽与所述容纳腔连通,所述缩口槽的宽度小于所述装配腔以及所述凸起部的宽度,所述缩口槽的槽壁为所述阻挡部,以阻止所述食材存放单元向所述容纳腔移动。
  12. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸连接部具有第一插接配合结构、第一卡接结构、第一可拆卸粘接结构、第一螺接结构和第一磁吸结构中的至少一种。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的外接容器,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸结构具有能够磁性吸合所述食材存放单元的磁性件和/或能够被所述食材存放单元磁性吸合的被磁吸件。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的外接容器,其特征在于,在所述食材存放单元装配到所述第一可拆卸连接部时,所述第一可拆卸连接部与所述食材存放单元的内部不连通。
  15. 如权利要求1-14任一项所述的外接容器,其特征在于,还包括盖体,所述盖体封盖在所述箱体上,封闭所述容纳腔;所述箱体设有把手,以便用户单独移动所述箱体。
  16. 一种用于液体加热烹饪设备的外接容器, 其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体具有至少一个容纳腔和至少一个第一可拆卸连接部,所述容纳腔用于容纳液体和装有食材的食材存放单元;所述第一可拆卸连接部具有能够与所述食材存放单元可拆卸连接的结构,以将所述食材存放单元连接在所述箱体的指定位置。
  17. 一种液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,包括烹饪主机和如权利要求1-16任一项所述的外接容器,所示烹饪主机包括对接管路组件和加热装置,所述对接管路组件能够与所述外接容器的对接口可拆卸的连通,以将所述外接容器内的液体引入所述对接管路组件以及将所述对接管路组件内加热的液体排出至所述外接容器;所述加热装置用于对所述对接管路组件送入的液体进行加热。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,还包括食材存放单元,所述食材存放单元具有主体,所述主体具有食材存放腔以及第二可拆卸连接部,所述食材存放腔用于存放食材,所述第二可拆卸连接部能够与所述外接容器的所述第一可拆卸连接部连接所述第二可拆卸连接部具有第二插接配合结构、第二卡接结构、第二可拆卸粘接结构、第二螺接结构和第二磁吸结构中的至少一种。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸结构具有能够磁性吸合所述第一可拆卸连接部的磁性件和/或能够被所述第一可拆卸连接部磁性吸合的被磁吸件。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构包括沿所述食材存放单元竖向设置的第二凸起结构和/或第二凹陷结构,以实现与所述第一可拆卸连接部在竖向上的插接过盈配合。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述第二凸起结构包括凸起设置的凸起部和连接所述凸起部的连杆,所述凸起部的宽度大于所述连杆的宽度。
  22. 如权利要求18-21任一项所述的液体加热烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述食材存放单元为真空袋,所述主体具有排气口,所述排气口与所述食材存放腔连通,用于抽取所述食材存放腔内的气体。
